14-15 Seething Ln, London EC3N 4AX, Antsohihy
Pub for serious beer connoisseurs amid a functional decor of wooden furniture and exposed pipes.
certainly have cold beer chili garlic permesan was off the hook would come again place is also nice and clean which i admire
Delicious burger and loved the grapefruit beer. Excellent service 😊 will be back soon
Outstanding staff, tasty food, warm atmosphere. Exactly what we wanted on our visit to London. Well managed…James is the best!
Great beer selection, now run by Brewdog
Really enjoyable venue with a great choice of beverages. Not cheap but where is nowadays?!
Great, cool and chill place to have lunch and drinks with friends. The shrimp and chips were absolutely delicious, I also recommend the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean.
Bar closed before 10:30pm on Saturday night, dont waste your time at this dump
Great bar for a few drops. Tucked away and not too busy!
Good selection of brews...staff fine if not particularly over friendly....now part of Brew Dog chain. Didnt try the grub so cant comment on that
Your typical Brew Dog establishment with good beer and simple pub food. Wasnt busy on a lunch time and staff looked after me very nicely thank you.
Poor serviceI came here as the other Brew Dog round the corner was too busy and I wasnt getting served, this one was much quieter with plenty of seating and staff. The bar was empty so I went to order a pint, I was asked by the staff on the floor if my group would like to take a seat and he could take my order at the table, there was only me so I said I would just like to get a pint at the bar, the barmen refused to serve me because they had some cleaning to do and I would have to have table service.so instead of just handing me my drink like any normal pub they wanted me sit somewhere while the staff member who was stood next me came to take my order, go back to bar get my pint, bring it over and then go away to come back for payment. How this would have been easier for anyone or helped with any cleaning getting done I dont know so I left.2nd Brew dog pub Ive been into 2nd tie Ive had poor service.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, interesting (in a good wayselection of beers and spirits, and laid back fun atmosphere. Loved it!
Such a friendly service, very delicous Beer Food, nice atmosphere and very good taste in music :)
Great place with excellent music! And a lot of beers to choose 🤗
Walking by and the smell of dinner was too much to pass by. Enjoyed Wednesday wings, and the vegan bangers and mash were amazing.
We loved this place. We went to a private event in here. Food, drinks and staff were amazing!
Love this place. Great selection of beers on tap, staff friendly & knowledgeable & good pub food.
This is a very nice space with a decent range of beers but slow service (understaffedand music thats probably fine if youre a 14 year old skater punk, but absolute rubbish and headache inducing for most adults.
Decent beer and pretty busy but the most miserable and surly staff Ive encountered in a long time.Eta:went again last night and much better experience, staff much more on it and engaged. Will be back.
Great pub with very welcoming staff, a large variety of beers & a good selection of food. Literally across the road from The Tower of London.
Good pub with big screen for sport events. Have to order via App or website, and also pay online. Interesting concept, but the inventory control is not always perfect.
I went there for the bottomless brunch with a friend and had the best time! The decor is nice, the food was good, the staff were really friendly and they kept the prosecco flowing….what more could you want?! 10 out of 10
Lovely pub which is now part of the Brewdog team. Its literally a short walk away from Tower Bridge Brewdog and well worth a visit, especially if you are still filling in the new "passport" books. Nice quiet location, outdoor seating with plenty of room inside as well. Good selection of beers and the food menu has a combo of Brewdog favourites as well as a few pub grub alternatives..Highly recommended
Nice place hidden amongst the bustle of Tower Hill. Great range of beers and good food. Here often.
way prefer this brewdog pub to the big one next door for the decor and atmosphere. Music is not too loud so able to converse with others without struggling to hear. Lovely place, come here with colleagues a lot!
Good beer selection but about 1/2 available, order to table wasnt working for drinks or food so ended up waiting for orders to be rejected 30min to an hour later 😔
Terrible experience - waited over 40 minutes for a drink order. Staff rude and service appalling - don’t recommend. On a Wednesday too so not even a weekend - no excuse.Made worse by the fact we were celebrating a birthday.Would give 0 Stars if possible!
This place was previously the Draft House Seething, but is now part of the BrewDog chain, despite them having a much larger place just around the corner on Great Tower Street. To me it’s a shame when one chain swallows-up another, reducing competition. This place has a very good beer selection, as you would expect, but it’s a little too ‘big screen, big food’ for my liking and I find the outside decor really vulgar-looking! Just personal preference as I much prefer more traditional pubs, of which there are many fine examples in this area.
Pros:-Excellent, comfortable spaceCons:-Peculiar oversight by hairy guy-Locking door at 1030, cleaning nearby tables, turning on lights etc and making customers feel unwelcome at 1030 on a Saturday.-Limited brewdog beer selection
Nice pub, thought the food was priced more than Ave, but it did taste nice. But the pub itself has a good atmosphere
I have been to the Seething Lane Tap on many occasions (formerly the Draft Houseand its a very good pub. Great selection of beers, good food, and very good service. You can also take your drinks outside and across the road when the weather is good. Just make sure you check for cars when you cross the road after a few beers
Wings are back! And so are the desserts.Go on a Wednesday and grab it all - the buffalo sauce does not mess around
What a gem to find. We stayed here Friday night and ate there too. Food was lovely and freshly cooked lots of different ales to choose from.He staff were friendly and helpful.A nice feel to the place and the rooms were spotless and beds so comfy I didnt want to get up lol.A*
Good atmosphere, beer selection was well laid out and simple to read. Had no issues with the beers. I just popped over for a few beers and I enjoyed myself. Music wasn’t very loud but at a level where you can talk with others which other guests were doing. The choice of music was very likeable in my opinion but that’s a person to person choice. I would come back next time I am in the area
Really nice little find! Tucked at the back of All Bar One, this is easily missed, but well worth a visit, look out for it!
Now part of Brewdog, interesting choice of beers, very friendly staff and a spotlessly clean environment. Handy for those who need to charge devices as well as there are lots of charging points. Food is served throughout the day and its relatively large inside with some outside seating at the front as well.
We had a great experience here last Saturday. The food was awesome and the service was excellent. The bottomless brunch was a great deal, and we were a bit skeptical at first but they filled our drinks quickly and before they reached the bottom everytime. Loved the atmosphere and the location was super easy to get to as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend people come visit!
Its one of the best bars in London for terrestrial sport
The screen is amazing for live sports events, the beer selection is solid offering local/national craft beer. I went on a Sunday afternoon for the 6 nations and it was almost empty at first but it slowly got more people coming in. I would definitely recommend for live events.
Popped in for lunch, got a table for our group, but it took time to get someone to take drink orders and the waiting staff was impatient to take all orders and even longer to take food order. Food is nice, shame not enough staff to cover Friday lunchtime.
Delicious burger and classic fish & chips. The service was quick, especially considering there was only one waitress at the time we visited. The prices for beer were too much though. Six bucks for a pint of Schneider Weisse and basically every pils from the menu is just overpriced.Anyways, if you come for the food only I can definitely recommend the location!
It’s nice and cosy inside. The food was absolutely delicious! If it wasn’t for these 2 factors I would have given it 1 star... That’s about it. The drinks were over priced for the area. The bar staff were clearly told to dress a certain way and must have only been there because of how they look because service was not good at all.
So this is a place that is best for drinks.Food however isnt the best.Or maybe to be specific, vegan stuff isnt the best.So lets begin with the starters. They have buffalo chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower wings which they call cauli-wings (how on earth can cauliflower have wings). In their menu both items were listed next to a little banner that said "2 for 1 on wings every Wednesday". But that apparently doesnt apply to cauliwings. That was a twist we realized while ordering. However, being curious I ordered the cauli wings anyway, a choice I would soon regret.I also ordered the Korean seitan burger which was the only vegan burger on the menu. There is a vegan salad and a vegan hotdog too.The burger was very good and I really enjoyed it. Especially with a touch of the hot sauce that they leave on the table. Now to talk about the cauliwings, it was bad. Deep fried battered cauliflower. The batter they used wasnt seasoned. Instead they sprinkled some rock salt on the dish and gave buffalo sauce on the side. Without dipping in the sauce the cauli wings were just tasteless and dripping oil. It was like what Gordon Ramsay would talk about America wanting to invade. I felt sick by just looking at that. Had it and felt even worse.I got a migraine after having our lunch. And I am writing this as I am feeling slightly better.I have given two stars as others who came with me are alright and had mostly the non vegetarian stuff and beer. Not eating here ever again.
Good little spot just tucked out of the way in a very busy tourist hotspot. Craft beers and ales, food is burgers, hot dogs, wings etc. Not a total rip off like a lot of places in the area, thought the buffalo wings were good, hot dog not so good. Worth checking out.
Its the kind of place you go for some great draft and pub grub with an American diner style. I had a @bigshedbrewing Golden Stout -- its a bit sweet but an otherwise delicious dessert.
Great experience when I was in the UK, pint prices are awesome, an excellent selection of barrel and draft beers and the burgers are delicious. This place gets crowded after work hours from the local offices around, got chance to mingle in and meet new people. Is quite empty in lunch hours and service is quick and good.
What a fantastic pub! Amazing selection of beers and really helpful, knowledgeable staff. Food was delicious - I would highly recommend the wings. Will definitely be back!
Popped in on a Saturday afternoon, can imagine its a popular place, they do Pilsner Urquell straight from the source and beer selection is excellent. Good good too. Was nice and cool to chill out on a hot summer day.
We came here because my parents had ordered wings before for take out and they were good. This was also the closest location to our hotel. There are about 7 or 8 groups and weve been waiting for our food for like 30 minutes now. The food is good but this is unbelievable, it seems like only one person is serving and she is very nice but this is just ridiculous. Went back and got take out and the service was 100% faster.
Good location, nice atmosphere, music is loud and so are the crowd. I had the ribs they were ok, good value but could have more meat and been less dry. Service is good but dont wait to be seated just grab a table. Has a large screen for sport. Id have the burger looked good.
