Better to visit and good to learn

Education wise its a good college but in all other aspects it is the worst college I have ever seen. No proper maintenance,especially the girls hostel. There is always a water shortage and powercuts. And washrooms are horrible. They clean them only once in 10days. Not enough workers for cleaning and cooking purposes. Hygiene is the one thing that lacks here. If anyone intends to join here they better be a dayscholar.

We came here for the brs training program, very nice campus, food was nice at boys hostel, many types of flora are present, be careful with monkeys, peaceful campus

Visitors can get Mango,tomato and flowering hi productivity plants in low price here.we can visit crop of all vegetables,flowers.

i got bad experience i want to get lot of plant from university but no plants are not available only few local plant like chilli banti tomoto vanga only. nimma sapota sitafalam only. i think its not a university, its gully college. i waste my time. dear friends dont waste ur time.

Dr. YSR Horticultural University is a one of the kind institute especially for Horticulture. It has 3 main activities viz., education, extension and research. This institute offers 4years B.Sc (HonsHorticulture course, based on EAMCET rank. University offers PG courses in Horticulture and allied sciences after completion of graduation in either Horticulture or Agriculture. University has residential facilities for both boys and girls seperately along with student managed mess facility. Hands on learning is a main activity in final year graduate course, helps a lot in enhancement of knowledge in horticulture.

One of the best colleges I ever had known. Love my college. Best teaching staff and good recieving by the employees working there. It is the second horticultural college in India. Well maintained and good environment. College is provided with greenery around with different kinds of fruits, vegetables and spices. Different species of fruits and vegetables are grown for study purpose.
