Luxury but expensive. I havent seen any rudeness from workers. They were all sweat people. However, if a girl asks you to go here for the first date, especially first date, you should get suspicious. Just offer somewhere else because music is so loud and prices are expensive for the first date. 450 uah for hokkah, 130 uah for a 50cl bear, 200-250uah for a coctail. I’m not sure if they deserve that 2 stars but food was okay tbh.I was there on the 4th of January at 5pm. Service is toooo poor and also price wasn’t match with menu prices. I ordered manaqesh zatar as usual and that costs 170uah they charged me 100uah extra so total of 270uah I asked manger (Hassanwhy once I noticed, he said “by beginning of the year we do extra 60%”. I said you supposed to tell me in advance he says all restaurants do that so I had to say okay then. I went to other restaurants I told them but they started to laugh at me and they said that’s never happened. As result, I gently quit them and moved on.

I’m sorry . Humus and pita was good.Expensive lamb.. I could not finish I chewed so hard I thought my jaw was gonna craMp. Had to spit the last bite out secretly into napkin to stop myself from suffering.DancerWasGreat

Horrible service, Alena was our waitress, she was very rude and unprofessional, reply to my question very rude without a reason, at the end she brings the check even thought we were planning to order something else.I do not recommend the place for what you paíd.

Great restaurant for dining but high prices for dishes, good pub at nightly with lots of great joyces with stronger alcohol and good beer, of course cant miss wonderful staff and lovely security.🤔😇🤗

The service was terrible. The waitress had such a bad attitude. My pasta was okay but it had a lot of oil at the bottom of the plate. I would not come back here neither would I recommend.

Try to avoid this place as possible as you can since they don’t have a great hookah and have bad service and have a higher prices than other places.Gd luck

Very bad service and food quality and highly over priced, I visited the restaurant and ordered lamb rips and hummus, the meat was cold and literally black in colour which means it was pre cooked and the bread was rotten with many green and black spots all over it, I refused to eat anything and asked them to cancel the order but they refused and said everything was good and for the bread they said they will change it, they didnt even apologise for it, I will never go back there again

Expansive prices on food and hookah. The quality of the food and smoke are 4 out of 10. Double check your bill twice before you pay. They might scam you if you dont speak Russian well.

So my story is not different then other 1 star rating comments scamming restaurant girls are getting commissions to bring foreigners in the restaurants 3 cocktails, 2 burgers and 1 Coca-Cola cost me 230 USD. i had to read it 3 times because i was in shock then the waiters and manager will blackmail you and threat you. If you dont wanna go through this never go there.

Very expensive but this doesnt match quality of food which looks very typical and taste very normal. Nothing to be delicious, extra tasty.Not recommended.

Friendly staff.Good music/ entertainment.Poor service. Waiters were no where to be found. No serviette on the table and none was brought when the meal arrived.Meal arrived late and tasteless. Lamb shashlik was so dry. Lamb rack was juicy yet tasteless 😩.I don’t see myself coming back here. Definitely not.

It’s scam , Never visit this restaurant if any girl invites you .Expect something surprising on your bill . Even if you happen to go there check and ask there menu clearly if possible take pictures to be very sure what you are paying for .

BE CAREFUL!!! SCAM ALERT!!! Last year they charged me 200 USD for average food. I am suspecting this place may be a scam. I searched their menu online to check prices but there was no menu online. Some reviews say it is a cheap place. They may be showing different prices to different people. One girl chose this place, ordered expensive items and didn’t eat anything. I am suspecting she may be working with restaurant and taking commission from the bill.UPDATE:I talked to Ukranians and they told me this restaurant is known as scam. I am warning everyone to be careful. A honest place should not be afraid of putting prices online. Showing different prices to different people is discrimination and illegal.

A real scam! High prices, medium quality and low style. The restaurant looks completely average. The shock may come with the bill. Glas of fresh orange juice 18 USD. Kebab grill plate with grilled vegetables 130 USD and the like ... The 10% tip is already included in the bill.The air quality is a mess. The service is not very attentive. Whoever wants to have a real nice dinner can choose out of 1000 better restaurants in the city center. Definitely my worst experience since i live in Kiev.

Very Worst experience. Worst in all middle eastern restaurants I tried in kyiv. The food was totally stale( I can literally smell the bad smell of food). Ordered lamb kabsi (kabsa),totally disappointed. And the prices for normal drinks was too high. I wont recommend this place in anyway . If you wanna try middle eastern restaurants try another one, may be you will find photos of this restaurant in Google very cool, but in reality the management is so dumb . Dont waste your money here . I Hope the management will do some betterment in future. No offense....

The karaoke service is so bad, I was at this karaoke Resturant with my friends, maybe because we are black I don’t understand why they pass our table and move on to another one, I kept asking for mic 🎤 to sing but the girl at the control said no karaoke for us, other people next to us were singing both left and right and we were singled out, I asked if they need more payment for the service and she kept on saying no karaoke for you, it’s a very rude of her and I won’t advice anyone to go there especially if you are a black man... I never felt embarrassed like that my whole stay in Ukraine, so bad and I felt like it’s a racist karaoke, this happened twice not just once.

A wonderful restaurant, you can sit comfortably with friends and have a tasty meal, the service is at the highest level. A lot of impressions from delicious food. A variety of cuisines caught our attention, I have never tried such dishes anywhere. We were pleased to visit the restaurant. Yes, and in the heart of the capital. Wonderful place where you want to return again.

A friend of mine and I clubbed until 6:00 and a couple women told us to take them there. We ordered 4 thin steaks (not quality and you can get the same kind of steak for 5€ each at other placesand one shisha and were charged $260. Watch out for this scam.

very poor service, terrible staff... the waitress was very terrible, made us spend over $100 on a plate of tasteless meat, was rushing us to place the order, didnt even ask if we wanted full or half plate. Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress didnt answer our specific question and kept telling us the most expensive foods were the best. Very bad night there. Big regret.

I was there with my friends some times ago, and I was yesterday also there, everything is amazing, specially the food is very delicious, and the servers was wonderful. All the staff beauty, The Shisha it’s amazing, all the Tabag , and they has party every night with super lady’s , they are dancing , my friends nothing too loss just go there and watch the party with some gifts from the restaurant office

I do not recommended I cant even say that what i tried its food and the prices expensive especially for the bad quality of food, poor service and the bread was cold the only thing I like the place and music.
