Situated very central in the city, room was spacious and breakfast is excellent 👍 Visit the bar on the top floor... very nice view!

Excellent location and a very good breakfast are contrasted by ultra-compact and dark rooms without any storage space at all. The rooftop pool seems more like a brochure gimmick as it is not usable for any real activity and has to be booked and paid separately - for adults only.

Perfect location in city center. The hotel staff are very friendly, room was very nice and with warm atmosphere. There was no closet and no A/C (I guess usually not needed in that region). Breakfast was one of the best I encountered with a selection variety and tasty fresh products. Will come there again if I come to Stockholm.

Stayed in a "spacious double" (with window). Very cosy, especially with the window nisch that you could crawl up in and just relax. From the 5th floor there wasnt much of a view however, but you could look down a people walking across the square; entertaining enough I guess. The room in itself is a bit dark but clean and well maintained. Doors and walls on the other hand are not very thick so if you are easily disturbed (or tend to make a lot of noisethis might not be the ideal place to sleep for you. The bathroom is not "spacious" at all though but OK.The place has a restaurant and a variety of bars, including an open air roof-top worth a visit. Breakfast is good with a full selection of hot and cold items. There is also pancakes AND waffles, which earns the place one extra star just for that. Try also the watermelon drink, it was delicious!Concerning services: this place has a lot to offer! The Scandic hotel chain is considered pretty "standard" and usually stays within conventional frameworks. Downtown Camper, on the other hand, is doing anything but that. If you want to stay at "more than a hotel" and is looking for a place with a little attitude: this is the one!

They advertise that there is a pool and sauna and then charge 300 SEK for 2 hours. Ridiculous money making. Also small rooms, not recommendable.

No AC. Otherwise a pretty good hotel. Clean and good location. Very neat inside, well planned out, and quality materials.

This hotel has it all: a prime location, superb premises, a nice vibe plus friendly staff, plus the most impressive breakfast buffet youll probably see in your lifetime. Best location to explore Stockholm.

Amazing hotel. Got a very good vibe - as the name suggests, it has an "outdoors" feeling to it, kayaking, windsurfing, hiking are among the activities advertised. Love the details in decoration, from carabiners in the room, skateboards at the entrance, to wood logs in the restaurant. As a climber myself, I especially appreciate the pair of La Sportiva Solution hanging at the activities desk.Room is cozy and the bed is comfortable, has the option to dim lights as well.Would recommend for a family holiday as well as business trip (they have a working area as welland will try to stay here again!

Lovely stay at Downtown Camper.Great rooms with a brilliant design.Eco conscious.They wont clean your room every day unless you specifically request this the day prior so be aware. You can simply call up and ask however.Soaps and bathroom amenities were perfect and well stocked.Get included breakfast as its worth the money given the exorbitant prices in Stockholm. They have a great selection and everything is super fresh and tasty. They will ask you to pre book a reservation time but just do this when you arrive at the desk for ease. They are pretty flexible with timing regardless which is desirable when you are on holiday!

Fantastic visit, the hotel was very clean and beautiful, well designed down to the detail! Lots of extra features to promote an active and sustainable lifestyle, such as table tennis 🏓 on each floor and a free trial at the climbing centre next door. 🧗The breakfast was one of the best ones Ive ever seen and it was open until 12!

Great hotel, super cute lobby and rooms. Clean room and bathroom. A little underlit in the hallways, but that goes with the theme of the hotel. Location was central to everything. They had a dog treat bar near the evelators. Super fun aesthetic as well as plenty of activities run by the hotel for guests.

Wow, was visiting Stockholm from the states and was expecting a generic experience as Scandic seems like a common name, but boy was I wrong! Awesome hotel with a commitment to the outdoor/sustainability/camping vibe. Rooftop bar is awesome, and staff was always extremely helpful.

Great hotel, with excellent location. One of those hip hotels that have become trendy these days. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the breakfast buffet is really great. The only downside is the very long line to check in

The location is great, no doubt, but the hotel is massive! A city block in size, the biggest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Good breakfast, and helpful staff. But the number of people made it feel super industrial. Not enough elevators for the number of guests. Interesting outings. Not what I would recommend for a couple, maybe better for a family?

Lovely place, the concept about ecology and being a sustainable place with a lot of activities is very good. The breakfast was delicious, so many things for vegan people. The room was very good !

Beautiful, modern hotel. Very friendly staff! The environmentally friendly concept, room is only cleaned during the stay if it is announced the evening before, or the optimised breakfast, are exemplary, but it would be desirable if the room was really clean at check in. What is a pity is that for the age group 12-16, except for table tennis, there are no offers in the hotel. Playroom from 6-12 and rooftop pool, fitness studio only from 16. In addition, it is a pity that for a hotel of this category, a surcharge must be paid for the use of the rooftop pool and the wellness area, as well as the use must be booked and cannot be used at any time.

The hotel has a convenient location near the city center and it’s a friendly Nordic design hotel. The cleaning of the room is below my expectations for the price they charge . In my case the room is not done after 16:30 PM and leaving the hotel before 10:00 A.M.

Room were good size for 4 personsThe reception were so helpfulBreakfast were greatDislike-no air-condition-The windows don’t open only for just small space so it’s was difficult specially there is no AC and the windows cannot be opened completely. It was hot- there were a bar cross the road and it git’s very nosy at midnight

A very trendy hotel in a great location!The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our twin room was modest but comfortable.Located only a few minutes walk from the Royal Palace and Gamla stan. The station to the airport also only a few minutes away.I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Stockholm!

I only went to the spa but it is was very nice , if the pool was big enough for swimming I would have given it 5 stars.Very clean with some fruits to snack on and of course the view was just amazing!

This hotel has the best customer service I have experienced at a hotel. We stayed here for a few nights while we were in town, and we’re so happy that we decided to stay here again when we ended up back in Stockholm. The rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast is well worth it. Even as a vegan, there were a ton of options. We would definitely make this our first choice next time we are in Stockholm.

The hotel itself and the room was super nice, bed was comfy and staff was really helpful from the check-in to check-out 🤩 They answered all of our questions patiently and took great care of us.Breakfast was AMAZING with great selections of different types of food and beverages.Only minus was the bathroom being a bit dirty and smelling like the sewer.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are a new tourist to Stockholm. Convenient transportation around and very friendly staff. They have loads of activities for free with no age limits.This hotel is near århlens, the shopping mall. Around 5 minutes of walking to metro station and bus station. Around 10 minutes from Stockholm central station.The staffs will help you if you ask them for anything. There are teas and coffee powder to use as breakfast or snack.The breakfast is delicious but a bit too expensive as the price is 150kr per person.I will choose to live in this hotel again next time I come to stolkholm

The hotel is very nice. But the slow Wifi is a huge disappointment. 10 megabits down/up is appalling for this day in age

We got large,very comfortable room at 9th fluor.We were very satisfied untill the night came and the Club in our floor started to play loud music.First night Was sleepless,second I went to the bar with polite ask to turn down the music.nothing happened.Third night called to the reception at 11 pm-oh You are training to sleep?Sorry We cant do anything.So No,I dont recommend.Even though the breakfest Was very good and great location.

Great place for a longer stay and remote work. Breakfast for additional price (unfortunately no salmon). Wellness offered by the hotel not included in the price. Book in advance!

Conceptual hotel in downtown Stockholm.Once you first enter the hotel you realise how different it is from any hotel you would normally visit in the modern city.It does feel like the camp site. That looks very cool and tunes you into the mood of an urban retreat.The place is big with many rooms, conference center, big dining area, even own small movie theater.Sadly I was on a business trip, otherwise I would definitely sign-up for some of the cool experience they have on offer. They organise canoeing in the city and many other activities.I really liked that the hotel takes sustainability quite seriously. Room service is on demand avoiding unnecessary laundry and cleaning.The rooms are not big, but equipped with all the essentials. The interior is rather dark and lacks the daylight which I didnt like.The window ledge in the room is converted into a cozy place where you can relax, read or stare at the window.Food is great, and delicious. Lots of plant based dishes.

I stayed here for 4 consecutive nights and experienced two main issues.My first main issue was the security guard that checks peoples room numbers at night. He was completely unprofessional and made derogatory comments toward myself and my other guest. He insisted we prove our identity to him and that we actually were staying in the hotel (even after letting multiple other guests enter the hotel without verifying identity). He refused to allow us to go up to our room, even after we proved we were staying in the hotel and showed him our keycards. After 30 minutes of arguing, he finally let us into our room, but continued to refuse to let us come in and out of the hotel as we please. Once we were in the lobby, he gave us many dirty looks as we left the hotel and kept stalking us.My second main issue was the constant bantering about the “stupid Americans.” We walked into the Camper bar and was immediately treated as if we were a problem. The bartender working made comments about how “stupid Americans always come into their bar/restaurant and cause issues.” This immediately caused my friend and I to leave. We did not want to be around people who judged us before even interacting with us.I paid upwards of $1200 for 4 nights and expected much better customer service. Do not stay here unless you want to be denied entry at 2am and treated as lesser. Completely ridiculous.

I have never got a room cleaning during my stay. They seem too busy to take care existing customers since they need to take care new ones. Basically, this hotel is lack of resources to get a basic service. I need to go get towels and bring back dirty ones by myself. You should stay with same bedding for full stay. They dont even answering phone call from the room.

Cant fault anything, breakfast is great, service is great, rooms very comfortable. Dark theme is not my taste when there is already so little natural light, but that is really minor.

Everything else was ok, but room minibar was EMPTY. No water or nothing. How many visitors drinks tap water.I asked and this is SCANDIC Hotel “brand” —> No minibar or complimentary water. A new Swedish innovation maybe?Lobby 9/10, Breakfast 9/10, Room 2/10

Amazing hotel to stay!Clean and very friendly staff.Breakfast is the best and available between 7 to 10 AM.Being located in the city center its very easy to move around for shopping and also to metro stations. Trams, buses, cabs are easily accessible.Staff is kind and helped me with print out of documents and also booked a cab to airport!Thanks for facilitating a comfortable stay!

Pretty decent place.Has training/conference rooms at lower level and nice restaurant at the ground level.Well located right at the city centre and excellent connectivity by public transport, parking space.

We love everything about it: wonderful concept; excellent location (in the very city center); spacious comfortable rooms with cozy window nooks; super friendly staff; amazing breakfast with great vegan and gluten-free options; the possibility to play ping-pong (so much fun!). We’ll definitely come back again!

room was a bit smaller that expected, but very nice. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They have lots of cool events like a movie night. Gym is also available - not perfect, the heaviest KB is only 24 kg and the heaviest dumbbells only 20kg, but good enough to get a decent workout on vacation. They have a concept 2 ski erg though, I really liked that.

Great hotel, nice size room, very clean, lots of amenities - in room security safe, mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, large bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, some days it was very busy but always had somewhere to sit even if I arrived earlier than my reservation. Well located in the centre, close to shops and restaurants. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Super cosy with a great view. Id love to visit the spa someday.Drinks and wine are pretty expensive and the wine doesnt taste that special for the price tag. For 125-155kr youd expect nicer wine thats been more carefully curated.Also, theres not really anything to eat, so as long as youre going for the atmosphere, its a good place to catch up with friends.

Our stay was fantastic! Alexandra at the front desk was so patient and kind, she gave us so much information. The included breakfast was so impressive, it had everything we could imagine and more! We loved the fresh juices especially. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We slept well and everything was clean. The rooftop bar was enjoyable, the bartenders were friendly and quick. The café served a great lunch. Overall the vibes are great and we hope to stay again!

Excellent hotel with a very modern and cosy atmosphere. A luxurious vibe but laid back and not stiff or clinical. Incredibly friendly and helpful service minded staff who made my stay a joy. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh, tasty and high quality food. I was a bit disappointed that the sauna required booking, I had not understood this when making the reservation so only managed to use it once. That said the rooftop sauna/pool is an amazing experience if you are able to book it.

Awesome time at this cool hotel!! Has very unique vibes and the rooms are super spacious! Also don’t miss out the spa at the top floor!! You can never pass the breakfast here because it is actually better than some of five star hotels in Stockholm!! Next time I would love to try some fun activities that hotel offers!

Great hotel to spend a week at in Stockholm.We had window room with a bathtub and window seating. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. If one thing could be improved it would be to add a dresser so the was enough space for one to unpack clothing into.The breakfast was great every morning with such a large variety that in a week there is no chance of being bored.Restaurant, lounge, and spa were all good experiences and there is comfort inn knowing you have everything in one place.Staff were friendly and accommodating.We know where we will stay next time we are in Stockholm.

It is a very very good hotel! The design, the cosi ambiance, the people, the service... made a very nice experience for us and the top managers of our client for whom we organised a learning expedition on sustainability
