Downtown Bed & Breakfast in Moncton

Very clean and the location is so nice. But you have to go to office first to take keys then go to apartment location. I didnt like this as we had multiple heavy bags and had to walk for kilometers in snow . Its better if they send someone to the apartment with the keys

The apartment I had was very close to the city centre, well-maintained and safe building. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked as expected.Check-in and check-out were super easy. Please note that all apartments in Kyiv show the offices address, not the address of the apartment itself. Make sure to double-check if the location is important to you.

Good location. The place is very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Dayflat fast and easy. In the apartment there is everything you need to feel home.

Good place for a short stay.We liked the apartment, it was clean, large and quiet. Its walking distance from the downtown as well. There are a lot of food places around, a huge mall and a subway station.

Never again. It was absolut a catastrophe!We had no water during our stay. We booked 4 apartments through DayFlat Apartments. Our family came from a long flight from Europa and could not take a shower or use a toilet. The administration did not care about the issue. No apology nothing. They just explained that it is not their fault. We had to buy bought water bottles for brushing our teeth at night.Next day was our wedding and we were not able to use proper sanitary equipment. Luckily we anyway changed the hotel.We know Ukraine so we understand that sometimes it is possible there can be no water. We ourself have apartments for renting out. But how they treated us was just crazy. A good example how a hotel does not care about guests needs. We asked for a discount. Nothing! Very bad service.Also with the check-in we had problems since they sent us the wrong check-in code and we had to wait long until someone came to help us.

They accommodated various requests from me --- from payment options to cookware in the apartment.3. The conducted outstanding cleaning for my apartment during my stay. This exceeded my expectations.4. Apartment was spacious. Equipped with AC. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Quality furniture. Feels like home.The lady who checked me in was a very kind and sweet woman too.Highly recommended. Good people.

They are bunch of thieves. I reserved the hotel before 3 month and i paid the money cash in their office. They sent me the invoice per email. But after three months as i went there, they told me that you haven’t paid 14000 but 1400. I told them I have paid the money to your staff, please call her or I want to see her. They told me that she has gone from this office. I told them you have all over cameras, make a camera check. They said, we delete our cameras. And cause I had paid by cash and just received the none stamped invoice per Email. I couldn’t proof it and they ate my money very easy.

I wanted to thank the employees DayFlat Apartments for their kindness, professionalism, attention to details, and all efforts to do everything for the convenience of the client. Pleasantly impressed with locations of their apartments. Personally, I had to live in one, with a perfect view on Khreshchatyk Street. Since the apartment was in downtown, it was easier for me to get anywhere. Flat was very clean and cozy. The last but not the least - a pleasant datail for every tourist - prices, which in case with DayFlat Apartments are not overestimated:)
