Great place! Lots of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful place the park on the water was beautiful with blooming flowers and lots of wildlife, it made for a fabulous family day just walking around and enjoying the beauty❤️

Bay city is a fantastic place. Surprisingly filled with many business. Love this town. I have so many favorites. My # one pick is Center Ave. Historic mansions line the street. Its a magical place. Many coffee shops, gift shops resteraunts and bars. Very hip place. Yes I said hip. Highly recommended.

Great town,beautiful on waterfront.itseemsto have weathered the pandemic.lots of great antiques.Nice people.Bay City even still has a shoe cobbler.

Beautiful place to visit, terrible place to live. The city is all about money and putting on a face. Some of the highest water and utilities In the area. Although most of the citizens are great people, they are taken advantage of by city officials

Boutiques, restaurants, music centers, gift shops, antique stores, candy and nuts...lots of shopping, dining and just plain fun in Bay City.

No close parking,had to walk several blocks

Nice jewelry store. They used to have the best master jeweler in the state. But no longer. Quality is not as important to them now.

The outside decorations are always appropriately in season with gorgeous flowers and plenty of things to look at by just walking through Downtown Bay City . The streets display our local artists work and along the updated river trail. The festivals , events and holidays keep the sidewalks humming.

Great place to visit , shop , eat and many other things to do , safe place to just go for a walk

Playing around on the Birds (electric scooterand playing Pokemon Go. Couple of drinks and it was a great environment to relax.

Downtown is so beautiful, theres always some event going on and its just by the water so its really pretty.

Great food and service, nice vegan options, great atmosphere, outdoor seating in the street.

Nice little town. Been to the antique stores and checked out the car show 2nd week of July. Good places to eat in the downtown area too.

The outside area of Mi-Table looks like an elementary school play. It looks so bad. Im sorry!😶

McDonalds is always forgetting something they never get the order right there slow

Super quaint downtown area loaded with a variety of great shops and restaurants, you will not be disappointed!

Nice place to visit make sure you only stay for 2 hours parking police will get you and make you pay for visiting

There are so many wonderful things about downtown Bay City! There are a lot of fun shops, coffee shops, and a wide variety of restaurants. The park and Riverwalk along the river are scenic. There are plenty of events throughout the year. There is something for everyone here!

So many places to grab a bite to eat, or a drink , or shop... Its awesome! Go for a walk down by the river, stop in to the planetarium for a show, grab a cigar at the tobaccoria... its up to you! There always seems to be something going on down there so do yourself and go "where all the lights are bright" 😁

Lots of antique stores and you got the riverfront that shows and concerts Planetarium State Theater so much to do downtown

Bay City strikes me is trying too hard to revitalize themselves. It come off as disingenuous. Lots of antique stores which are really fun to go to. A lot of really great antiques but it seems like thats really all thats left.

Love it here! So many wonderful restsursnts and shops! The park is terrific! Just perfection along the river.

Alot of youth enjoying a public outdoor screening of Shrek in Waterfront park downtown... Homeless not apparent.

My husband and I love this city. We driver over from the thumb to explore and enjoy all the restaurants and shops. There is always something to do here. Dont hesitate to stop , shop and enjoy all that Bay City has to offer.

pretty cool. no shopping of overly fun things for a downtown area

I love Bay City, very nice downtown and uptown area, so much to do and see and very cool architecture. The business district has some nice restaurants. There is always something going on downtown. Home to the best coney dogs, fireworks, and antique stores in the Midwest, cool city!👍🏻😎

I love downtown Bay City. I just wish there were as many businesses there now as there were 15 years ago when I moved here

If you have Michigan plates on your car there is a 2 hr parking limit before you get a ticket. Lots of nice shops and lots of stuff going on

Many places we were told to go were closed permanently. However they do have a Gs Pizza so thats a plus. Spent more time at Frankenmuth.

Many of activities and sites to see historical Bay City is still thriving friendship shell and the planetarium are very well-known exhibits in the downtown Bay City area great for the summer time fun

After living downtown for awhile, I can tell you this place is a hidden gem. I grew up going to Grand Rapids (for about 7 years in a rowand Bay City offers everything that a big city like GR does, but at a more personal level. I love the interaction at the bars and restaurants, and cant get enough of the special events that are offered throughout the spring, summer, and fall; Sure the winters are slow, but welcome to Michigan! I truly appreciate what the community has to offer and I hope that I can continue to enjoy its benefits!

What a great community. Beautiful restaurants right on the river front. A perfect place to take the family for a an outing. From parks so the Princess cruise ships you are bound to have some fun.
