Dostyk Plaza in Chu

Not the biggest but one of the better (for meshopping mall. Clean, well laid out, well stocked supermarket, good selection of food outlets especially in Summer when some can spill outside; and a good number of international brand stores.

A modern shopping mall has quite nice interior features.

Their parking lot does not work properly, got stuck in there. No one helps. The shopping mall itself is good clean and nice.

Very big and comfortable mall with lot of brands. Where you can find everything.

It is nice and clean. Has good selection of shops with some international brands. I recommend the cinemas and Galmart supermarket. The rest is a bit boring to hang out unless you really come to shop.The food court is really hectic and noisy. You cant sit and relax there.Outside the mall is nice. It has beautiful fountains and plenty of space to play with kids. More trees would be nice as it gets really hot with a concrete pavement.

Best mall of Almaty in my opinion. Has everything from Star Bucks to Costa and Nike. Ambiance is very good too.

The best mall for me. Galmart offer groceries like in South Africa. Products in anundance! From all over the world. Strong European influence. Good quality meat. Yeah ... my fav grocery store by far!

Movie theatre is great, very comfortable seats, you can relax and enjoy a movie. All stores and shops are here and nice cuisine

I like this mall! Enough shops for shopping, I assume; there is a great supermarket although a little overpriced to some extent and regarding some groceries and goods. Great movie theatre. I generally like the malls design - nice atmosphere.

Our go to mall in Almaty, less crowded than Mega center. Good variety of shops, no problems finding parking, pretty good selection of restaurants.

I would like to say that Dostyk plaza is the most luxurious shopping and entertainment center but no. Because inside they removed the places for catering. It is not very convenient for those who decided to have a snack on the way home. Otherwise, everything is gorgeous.

Just a typical modern stylen mall, there is a good selection of clothes starting from medium price range, like Zara and others. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a food court on the 2nd floor, but if youre hungry, Id recommend going somewhere else.

Very cool store! We leave only here as a family. Simple, comfortable, you can buy everything you need on any wallet or just walk and distract from the hustle and bustle. On holidays, there are always beautiful decorations, photo zones, show programs, gifts - in general, the festive mood is provided!An excellent cinema, though it’s expensive compared to others! Restaurants, cafes and footcords for every taste and budget! Not a very important plus, convenient location - can be reached both by bus and by car (large parking)! I recommend to everyone!

Best shopping mall with lots of shops to buy good collections. Most of International brands are available to choose from. Mostly International travelers visit this mall.

High end shops and extensive food court.

It is a good shopping mall, with most essentials covered. It is more upmarket, and ranges are limited in most stores. Food court is okay, with burger King, Hardees, and kfc, along with many other options. The best restaurant is ocean basket, the sushi is of international standard.

The shopping centre is very convenient. It has ATMs that take all international cards and there is a convenient supermarket with a deli section that offers a wide range of options for vegetarians. Ideal if you are staying in a hostel or in a rented apartment.

When I asked a young lady what 3 things should I see before leaving Almaty “Dostyk Plaza” was one of her recommendations. You do have to enjoy retail to appreciate this business hub. It has an excellent selection of quality shops for those with deep pockets. The best part of Dostyk Plaza, it seems to be the best place to catch public transport and blokes using their expensive vehicles for a spot of peacocking.

A VERY nice mall to visit once or twice a week. Good atmosphere plus plenty of things to do. Wanna go watch a movie? NO problem. Wanna grab a lunch or coffee? It is all here. Need a new pair of Levines? Look no further. Just need a grocery store? You guessed it. This mall is situated in a good district. The national museum is a block away. Another big grocery store (Ramstore, the store where you can find lots of American productsis also a block away. I highly recommend this place. Locals love it!

good shopping mall. prices are a little bit high. food court is well designed, open and tables are enough. no food smell so you can enjoy your fast food. there is also an open court at level 2. the cinema is offering very attracting movie watch experience. you will enjoy it.

Good shopping mall with excellent location, parking, wide galleries and lightful atmosphere.I really liked spacious interior design, you dont really feel crowd there, besides the playground for kids is located very well and contains a lot of games and attractions.

I like being here. Everything is fancy, calming and warm. They have good brands of clothes. Cinema is great. Food court is nice. It is so beautiful outside also. I love their decoration inside and outside of the building. Especially new year eve is fascinating
