German kebabs including vegan options, served with beer & cocktails in a hip warehouse setting.
Consistently excellent quality and service, I cant recommend this place highly enough. The food is outstanding, the service is exceptional and the prices are great. Ive been a few times now and honestly with the portion sizes you dont need any sides (although its always tempting), a main course will definitely leave you bursting at the seams in the best way possible. The staff are a credit to the business, always so friendly, attentive and youre never waiting long. Ive even glanced into the kitchen and seen the chefs with smiles on their faces which is amazing too. It shows that everyone working here is relaxed confident and joyful.
Great food and very helpful staff. Good range of German beers too.
Amazing beer and food to match! Would recommend to anyone whos looking for an informal night out but still wants top notch food and beer.
Good food, nice staff and the maze of mazes to find the toilets, after a few Steins!
The food was really good.staff were friendly. Nice beers and delicious cocktails all at a reasonable price for city centre dining.
Anywhere where beer comes in Steins is onto a winner - add delicious kebab options and that seals the deal. Friendly, helpful staff, and great presentation - the place is kinda cool, and the food was presented as if the chef really cared about the impression it made.
Top notch German kebabI dont have much to say other than the food was really tasty. Frankfurter platter, paired with a beer, a side of falaffels, and a waffle as dessert.
The house Döner was great only a little bit short on the sauce but otherwise great! The falafel had whole chickpeas in it and also really good. They also had Fritz Kola and the service was great :)
Great restaurant in central Glasgow serving a modern twist on doners and shish with plenty variations inbetween. Vast space with exposed high ceiling (really high!attentive and helpful team front of house backed up by chefs producing the excellent food. Go try it out!
Best kebabs we have ever eaten! Fresh and tasty, great service too, we will come back here!
Omg best food and mojito EVER. It was incredibly good.
We ordered Haus Döner thinking that we are going to eat Turkish döner but then we realised that it was German. I still don’t know what kind of mest they used. Döner is from Turkey and it is always made with beef. The taste and the look of it did not taste similar to the original one. However, we liked the way they changed it, it was still tasteful. The size was big enough for 1 person. The place was clean including the toilets. Nice staff, fast service. Recommended.
Came for a quick after work Friday dinner. Restaurant was pretty much empty.Service is good and quick, menu is simple and easy to follow. friendly staff and nice clean place with a good vibe. Just lacking some atmosphere.Food is good, recommend you try the German spritz cola alternative to pepsi max/Coke zero.
Really delicious food, tastes exactly like what we had in Berlin. Staff friendly and on top of allergen request although kitchen not coeliac friendly due to cross contamination but have variety of options if you are eating non-gluten ingredients
Ive eaten here before and really enjoyed it. But this time I order a beef kebab and they gave me chicken, but I didnt notice until I was at home. Very annoying because it was too late to change. Also, I really wish they would put garlic sauce on, or at least on the side.
Fantastic food and drink. My wife is vegan and wasnt too impressed with the offerings.
16.20 for a takeout of curry wurst and chips and portion of onion rings. Wasn’t even a real curry wurst sausage, or I was conned during 6 years I stayed in Germany. Poor value would have been better with smoked sausage supper out of local chip shop and saved myself 12.00 . Lesson learned.
Met friends for dinner here and had a nice time. Food was great and the service too. Wait staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies. Prices decent. Id definitely go again.
My experience here was great. I booked in advance and arrived a bit early but the table was ready. The service could not be faulted and the doner is one the best Ive had. Its not heavy or greasy like a kebab shop. The kebaps or tellers are always a good option to go for.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, menu is good and not pricey. I’d definable recommend
Huge portions and good quality lager.
Good range of food and some lovely lagers
Courteous staff, and great affordable food. The doner was well-seasoned and fairly humungous.
The member of staff serving us was lovely, but I found the food over-salted. There was a kids menu but the kids tried the chicken nuggets and sausages but didnt like either, just ended up eating the small cup of chips. My husband liked his meal.
OMG this place is amazing, our food was just the best. Thank you xx
Very good food, easy menu to choose from.Food was very fresh, the place itself was spotless clean with very nice helpful staff.Prices are very good also.
It doesnt taste like the most famous kebab in Berlin, but so far the best kebab Ive had in the whole UK, plus very friendly service. I will come back there for sure 👌
Good selection and tasty food. Good atmosphere although a bit pricey.
We got here a little late but they still took us in and served us. I appreciate that. The shawarma and halloumi was on point.
Good selection of quality lagers and German food. Decor is bright and the place is spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and attentive with a good knowledge of food and beer on offer. Our food was very good and couldnt fault the service - definitely recommend
Food was delicious, nice aesthetics, the staff were very welcoming but while we were having our meal a woman who i can only assume to be the manger openly berated staff who had been lovely to us all evening - killed the mood a bit. Not sure if maybe she was just having a bad night but it changed the atmosphere and made us feel like we were back in school. Great food, lovely staff (maybe bar the manager!)
Food was delicious. The service was excellent. Hannah was very knowledgeable and friendly - a real asset to your company. Give that woman a raise!
I had the checkpoint cheesy. It was really good, but a little boring. Needs something to put it over the top. Portion for price was a great value.
Out with a couple of friends, for a few beers,, food was tasty and reasonably priced,,,buy pints rather than a stein (its cheaper, and you also get moreoverall a lovely day finnished with a few cocktails (old fashioned and Negroni 👍 would come back.....
Went here with a few friends and we all plumped for the Chilli Teller. Chips, Donner, shawarma and salad with chilli sauce. The meal was ok. All very tasty but for £11 you expect something more substantial or eye catching. The toilets are a mile away upstairs. I dont know why restaurants in Glasgow feel the need to situate them so far away. Had a right thirst by the time I got back to my table. The service wasnt great. Met by a door faced guy on the door and our drinks order was wrong by the time we got them. The meal was served quickly but with little to no emotion and the waiters and waitresses looked bored when doing so.The interior is run of the mill urban chic that seems lifeless and devoid of atmosphere.Overall it was ok but Ill not be back. Good luck to them as the beer is the main event.
Items unavailable on menu , toilets are a long way up. My partner liked the food but it was OK for me. I recommend the chicken schnitzel starter
Excellent food and great service. Portion sizes are great and very filling. There is a large selection of German and more unusual beer (not something I triedso cant say much.We popped in during the afternoon on a Sunday and were served quickly.
Food is fantastic and great value for money.staff are great, really nice. Perfect if you just fancy a drink, really trendy bar with awesome chill out tunes being played all night, definitely worth a try
AMAZING! I could eat there literally everyday! The kebabs were delicious and the meat was super tasty and tender. The bread was so soft. The selection of German beers is excellent and they would let you try some of them if you are not sure which one to take. Prices are great, service very quick. Definitely recommended!
Had a lovely meal here would recommend the house kebab and the sweet waffles with chocolate kebab shavings delicious x the staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the menu we went with their recommendations and werent disappointed x
Came as a recommendation. Not many people in but it was a Wed. My husband had a clear idea of what he wanted, Frankfurter platter and he was highly delighted. I had more difficulty choosing but settled on a flatbread topped with minced lamb and döner meat, with onion rings as a side, thoroughly enjoyed. Couple of great beers and a reasonable price.
Amazing! Service was really quick and food was amazing highly recommend one of the platters although the menu says chicken or doner you can go half and half that meals you get to try a bit of everything. Really recommend if you looking for something tasty and no fuss. Staff were really attentive. Drinks were really well priced but I suggest you get a stine.
One of my favourites places to eat an drink. Had a good time. If you are planning on visiting my recommendation is to look for a parking first if travelling by car.
Early Monday evening visit. Seemed to be rather low on stock after the weekend, several beers unavailable.I had the Frankfurter Platter (picturedand my Mrs had the Mustafa Kebab which she said was delicious but is hardly the most elegant dining experience! She said shed love to have it laid out platter style next time.
Highly recommend this place. The food is consistently great and it’s very affordable. The portions are good sizes. The chicken shawarma is delicious.Great range of German beers and spirits, with cocktails. The service is always great - attentive without being overbearing. The staff seem like they care about your experience. It’s well decorated and is absolutely immaculate. Always clean and tidy.
Doner Haus has hands down the best dining in experience for German kebabs in Glasgow. We got the Original Doner and its an incredible mix of flavors that, despite the generous amount of meat stays fresh and light. The doner meat here is a lot chunkier than Ive found in most other places which makes the last bits of the kebab an absolute joy to finish. The restaurant itself is also beautiful inside, its a treat all around!
Fantastic meal here with my partner on Thursday. The food was top quality as usual and it came out quickly. Such friendly staff too.Photo of veggie main - vegan schnitzel kebab and pudding - Biscoff waffle.
Love the place. Good kebabs, staff are always nice, small but good selection of German draught beers. Cant go wrong! Vegetarian options are also good, and very tasty.
Good place and decent enough prices for German style Kebabs and drinks. It can get very busy at weekends so booking is recommended if youre planning to go then. Two mains and two milkshakes as shown in pictures came to £27. The service was was quick and very friendly and all round it was a good experience.Recommended 👍
After tasting an original doner in Germany last year and being blown away by it I was disappointed to get back home and all doner kebabs just couldnt replicate for one reason or another...... until now! This place is great and the quality of the food is great. Staff was good, German beer was also good. If you love kebabs then you have to visit!!
