Domino's Pizza Traralgon in Traralgon

Ordered this pizza and despite of paying a weekend surcharge, this is the quality of pizza you get. The classic Dominos "spicy peppy paneer" pizza loaded with only 5 pieces of paneer in a large pizza. Another fabulous example of shrinkflation. Or maybe you guys should remove the paneer and sell it as a "spicy peppy pizza".Not happy at all..

Food arrived without garlic bread. Called and was told theyd send the garlic bread but it never arrived.

absolutely horrible service. Cousin went in and orderest 2 garlic breads and was only given 1. I then went in and asked for 2 thickshakes, one chocolate and one vanilla, and the workers b*tched and moaned about the fact they didnt want to make them for me, and offered me 2 chocolate ones that had been sitting in the freezer. as they made them they complained to me non stop, and didnt bother making me a fresh one, and my chocolate thickshake is chunky and disgusting, just tastes like powder. not worth your money!!!!

Man this was great. Ordered the special pizza burger which looked really good, and it was. We were greeted by a very nice staff member who helped us order our pizzas. When we came for our pizzas, the staff member let us know that he upgraded us since he didnt have small pizza boxes. Alright! Thats amazing service. Great job guys

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 x Pepperoni on thin base. Both pizzas arrived and were so soggy and wet that the bottom of both boxes was wet (the oil had soaked completely through the boxes). We could not eat them. Garlic Bread was also forgotten on the order. Incredibly disappointed.

Pretty light on with the pizza toppings.

I like Dominos pizza very much, but when i ordered two pizzas last Sunday i got quite a shock at the price, i got two supremes with extra pineapple on a thin and crispy large pizza to be told $46 dollars. I was told it was because a ten percent surcharge on sunday, i just thought it a bit steep, i understand that you have to pay penalties on Sunday but i was a bit shocked

I recieved my order in 10 minutes which I thought was terrific, then got home to soggy under cooked pizza. Which was a bummer.

Meh. Its a dominos. Pizza mediocre but cheeeeeaaaap. Fast and great customer service.

Do you give refunds to orders you just forget to deliver or what?

I think this is a guilty pleasure for me. Better to stick to simple ingredients for more satisfaction. Love pepperoni with stuffed cheesy crust.

Food was just soggy overpriced rubbish. I will never enter another Dominos again. My food is now in the compost where it belongs.

Hot, Reliable, there chips are underrated. the pizzas are always good reheated, 3 pizzas delivered in under 20 minutes, i like that.opening the door and seeing the dominoes scooter is a always a good thing. the milkshakes are amazballs.

I ordered three pizza. All the three pizzas are soggy. Whenever try to pick all the topping slip down. Boxes and pizzas are wet. It’s the worst pizza ever. When I call them they are saying they don’t know anything. Just a waste of money.

Sadly Im always really disappointed with this dominos they either get something wrong to the point you cant eat your meal and have to bin it, their offers dont work and they never refund you for anything.

Went in toget a drink took thatong to serve me I had to leave so I wouldnt miss the bus very igno rent me first time Ive been there and the last time

Its not entertaining when you have to wait an extra 15 + minutes for your food and the staff are all bickering and arguing when customers are in the store

While fast food is not normally my thing, I find Dominos pizzas tasty, produced fast and usually as ordered. Good occasional comfort food well prepared and on time.

Such kind service! I was really tight for time waiting for a connecting bus but was absolutely starving - headed into Dominos for something quick and the guys there were so accommodating. I felt like such a Karen for rushing them but they could clearly see I was stressed and were super nice - got me my food on time and even with super nice presentation! Thank youuuuu

What a waste of time and horrible service!!!!! Couldnt deliver what they said they could and took my order anyway!! Cant give 0 star rating otherwise I would. Called to place an order for pickup from store and they took my order over the phone and I asked twice to confirm my order and the lady who took my order confirmed it with me on the phone. When I went to pickup my order she informed me that they had no gluten free pizza bases and also no vegan cheese. This was going to be my meal for dinner, with allergies I thought I could count on them and they failed miserably. I was staving hungry and had nothing to eat. Great job Traralgon Dominos....NOT!!!!

Wasnt to bad, topping could have a bit more, bases were nice, more garlic on garlic bread. Employee got in touch with me about wrong base and it was given free, and driver was friendly.

Cheap and nice pizza but not much toppings for what your paying for. Its great if you need a cheap budget meal however the thin crust can leave you still hungry. You get what you pay for.

I will never order from this Dominos ever again. Very stingy with their toppings for the prices they charge.

I usually rate Dominos pretty harshly but these guys and gals deserve a rating. The food was very quick and the quality was much better than expected. The service w was top notch and they even ran out the sauce to my car when they forgot. Excellent work at this location.

15 minute guarantee is not real. I haven’t got my voucher or have the pizza for free even it is 10 minutes late.

How hard is it to cut the pizza equally. This is the second time this has happened, more training needed for the person that cuts the pizza and also put pepperoni evenly.Si basic, obviously no care factor.

After a mix up our order was extremely late, pizza turned up really cold and garlic bread was squashed flat. Called the restaurant and without hesitation they completely remade our order fresh and had it sent out to us within 15 min. Really really impressed with the customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but the true measure of a business is how they handle complaints.Really happy with the outcome.

Sections of my pizza had no toppings at all. Cheese was all in the very center Pizza was small. Just not good value.

Pizza may as well of been a bread a butter plate, not a so called “large”....ridiculous

We decided to give domino’s a go the other week due to our regular pizza shop being flat out, well what mistake! Domino’s large Pizzas are the size of a normal pizza shops small, they are twice the price and very disappointing in taste. They were really bland and I’m not sure how that’s happened with pizza to be honest. No wonder they weren’t busy. What happened dominos used to be one of the best around. The only thing that was good about it was the cheesy garlic bread.

Ive had some pretty average experiences with this Dominos but your delivery driver Dorian (I think thats his namealways makes up for it. Always friendly and a great positive attitude! Keep up the good work bro!

Tuesday 21January 2020I ordered a pizza at 5.50 pm through the app... I finally got a “pizza” at 7pm after a call to the store at 6.30 enquiring about my delivery.The dry, shrivelled and quite inedible Capriccioso pizza, had clearly been made at 6pm and reheated before the 7pm delivery.I understand there are circumstances where things don’t always go to plan but....... a freshly made pizza would have been a better alternative to the thing I got.Dominos ........... never, will I have another pizza from you. 😡

Okay for a quick fix but I still wont say they have the BEST pizza in town

I paid $23 for a meat lovers pizza! Yes $23!! Oh my god I’ve never had anything so awful! It was the size of a normal small pizza and taste absolutely disgusting. I also ordered a cheeseburger pizza! What a joke that was. It was in eatable! Did someone pour the whole bottle of sauce on or something? It was like drinking a bottle of extremely sweet tomato sauce. Certainly won’t be ordering again. Would rather eat dog food.

The pizza can not complain but the cheese and garlic scrolls had that much oil in then could have done a oil change on my car..

Well just had a Supreme Pizza and how disappointing, in fact it was terrible . No topping to speak of and it wasnt even cut properly , one tiny piece and then a great big bit not even cut through . If this is the attention to detail and care .....Well you wont see me ever again . Afraid Goodfellows leaves you lot for dead ! Dominos you are awful and such a rip off for what you get . Never again !

Fantastic service. Cheap and nasty pizza. Horrible base no flavour.I ordered vegetarian with chicken and scraped the scarce amount of toppings off as the base was golden on the bottom and slippery uncooked. The toppings really just slid off. I could make a better pizza for $2 cheaper .that would make it $4.95 crispy tasty actually cooked with flavour... never again dominoes pizza

The pizza base is like PAPER, I tried making chicken wraps out of that and I couldnt even wrap it all the way! I bet I cant even wipe my bum after a fat poo with that base!

Small store, easy to find with plenty of parking. Situated right along the train line, as well as a bus stop just out the front for easy public access. Menu available at the counter, friendly staff, quick service, inexpensive and true to the "Dominos" chain. An average 10-15 minutes of waiting time in the non-busy periods. Very clean and well managed store.

I ordered the chipotle chicken kickers, about 3 weeks ago now. I went to pick up, got on the train opened it and I got 4 buttermilk chicken pieces (there also cheaper. First off I hate that flavour, I called to ask why I got this flavour, the guy that answered was very rude and said ‘we probably just don’t have the chipotle flavour’ didn’t appologise, acted like I was weird for calling with a tone. He eventually asked if I wanted to speak to the manager , so he put him on. He apologised and said he will email me a free pizza thing for ripping me off, 3 weeks later and I never got that email. I am very disappointed with m experience. Very unprofessional and surely don’t care about there customers.

Very accessible from train station for a hungry traveller like me and menu is extensive and food is good.

Terrible website full of popups makes one inclined to just go get it themselves. Upon arrival at shops I learn that there is no list of toppings. On top of all this the price is comparable to much better pizza places. Its not like its good pizza, its bad pizza that is usually inexpensive. Not the case this time. On top of that, my name gets removed from their monitor which indicates that I have received my pizzas when I am standing in the lobby, waiting for my food which is sitting in a bag.... getting cold. Management appears to have little idea what is going on around him. Last time at Dominos for this family.

Moving day! Dominos to the rescue. Nathan delivered hot, fresh pizza on time. Cannot fault Dominos Traralgon pizza or service.

Asked for a just cheese pizza brings everything else also asked for a meatlovers without hot stuff they put that stuff on it out of all the times i have ordered dominos this is just sad and now im pretty much left hungry thanks a bunch 😔😒
