Domino's Pizza New Lynn in Waitakere

For starters, ordered a pizza with bacon. Only one slice had bacon, one slice on the entire pizza had two tiny pieces of bacon.Had churros delivered and they forgot the sauce. Ordered pizza at a time when it was not busy, still took close to an hour to come.

No go compared to other Dominos

I always buy my pizzas here even though I dont live nearbySo glad you can go into the shop now instead of having to wait outside during covid.

Order vegetarian pizza but they put meat as well. When went there to return they said I have to pay ahgain for pizza . Very bad customer service staff was rude. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾Very sad 😞 just waste my money

gone there and order wasnt in the system.they said you havent ordered.very rude customer service. No Sorry at all. I mean they dont care and acted as if I was asking a free pizza.sorry Boyz but please upgrade your customer service.

We had some great pizzas from Dominos New Lynn the other night, the Mr Wedge pizza was easily my favorite and you cant go wrong with the double cheeseburger pizza. The chicken kickers were hot and fresh plus everything arrived within 20minutes of placing our order.James AshwinKakapo Business

Really bad was late over 30 mins overtime the driver wasn’t even bothered then call the store and they just kept saying it’s on the way then found out he got lost which is amazing considering they have a gps tracker and he kept turning it off and seriously go to any other pizza place would recommend Mt albert Pizza Hut instead

Service was quick and efficient as always! And the food was very nice! Since Dominos have upgraded there ingredients their food is a lot nicer! And their cheesy garlic bread is to good for your own good!

The other day I went to Dominos I wanted to buy my dog spotty a meat lovers pizza although its not that good for him but once in awhile the most surprising thing to me is they have a plant-based section which is really cool because I dont eat meat Im a straight vegetarian but my dog thoroughly enjoyed his pizza and I think Ill go back this time because I want to try their plant base pizzas good job Dominos giving us vegetarians a bit more of an option keep it up I think Ill go back again

I wish there was a negative star. This Pizza from Dominos New Lynn was absolutely atrocious. Never have i seen a Cheesy Garlic pizza look like this.On returning to the store to return the pizza the staff literally laughed and spoke to each other rather than myself, when we showed them the burned pizza.They gave us a ridiculous excuse that they used frozen cheese and if remade the result would be the same. And for some idiotic reason the quality camera never works in this place.There was no apology. No quality control.No customer service and no edible pizza.Extremely unsatisfying experience.

Always great service and amazing pizza. We have closer dominos but choose to go further because these guys are awesome.

Ordered a pizza on 27/03 evening and it took about 40 mins for one pizza. I know it can be stressful sometimes but an apologise would be nice or some sort of compensation. Seemed as though the front guy was doing triple the amount of work as the back guy. My favourite dominos for quality but disappointed in service

Easy to find, mean as pizza at this time of night 9pm, extra cheese on Vege only was $9.99 newlynn rocked.

Waited for a long time for our order. Ask for my name thinking he would call out when ready but no he keeps looking at me and I can see some orders are ready. Until i ask for my order he ask for me name again even though it was 9pm and no one else was standing there. Need to work on your smile mate. We want to help every business so at least smile.😁😁🤦🏽‍♂️

Dominos New Lynn always keeps a high standard of quality, they always follow the order notes customizations / directions perfectly.The delivery drivers are always quick, polite and professional.The pizzas are always put together really well, much better than other dominos stores that weve been to.

I find it a lot quicker to turn up at the shop & order your pizzas on line rather than stand there & order them over the counter & wait longer to receive them

Absolutely the best dominos pizza location Ive ever been to, amazing quality pizzas perfect cooked especially compared to some of the other dominos locations in have visited, the team working at Dominos Pizza New Lynn are very skilled, polite, and fast! 10/10 A+

Pizza was alright, the problem I had was the wait I was the only one in the shop and they just ignored me for like 5 mins, one was on the phone 2 others in the back. Not good, I recommend going to pizza hut. After the order they took 5 to 10 mins more to give the pizza.

I enjoyed eating in for lunch here. Pizza nice and hot. Friendly service too. :)

Worst pizza crust, we ordered last night thick crust beef onion with fresh avocado on the side, when we came to pay the lady was watching YouTube on her phone, Our pizza was wrong orde, it came as thin crust beef & onion with fresh avocado on top had no cheese demand a refund, this place is very poor in product & dough is also old, it is worse this place needs to close down, looking to complain to get the health inspectors to close down this store.

Website says contactless pick up during Covid pandemic. When I went to pay the experience was totally different. Also they use premade dough Which seems to be expired. How are you know? You end up with bubbles in your pizza crust. Shows it was made a long time ago

Place is good for ordering and taking it out. Not a great place to dine but the pizza is good. A bit expensive for other types of pizza but there are also cheap large ones for 8 dollars which will make you full. One of the good ones if you want to eat lots of pizzas.

9pm Wednesday 10 June 2020 was the moment I got the best pizza I have ever had. Utter perfection. I have a feeling 2020 is about to turn around...

We just picked up our pizza and wedges about 10 minutes ago. Usually its pretty hit and miss with dominos but tonight our pizzas were cooked to perfection, all the toppings were evenly spread, crust was awesome and even aesthetically they looked so so good. Big thank you to whoever made our food for us tonight (wish I knew who it was so I could tell you and your boss), bloody best service and pizzas Ive ever had from dominos.

One of the staff working today 08/03/20 around 2:45pm was so rude and unprofessional.Went there just to buy 3 small can of 7UP. When I request,the guy responded rudely NO,but the other staff was nice seems more busy but he served is.The first guy we approach , type of a person and his attitude can ruin any business.Boss better keep an eye on him.

Ordered online a few weeks back and went to pickup my order abt 15mins later. A sign in the window said Oven broken Closed. How could they allow us to place an online order if they are closed? Bloody useless owners and workers who dont even apologise when the issue is raised with them.

Just sauce and cheese on base, minimal toppings, always forgets to put addons.

For a start the Pizza checker was out of order which is always a promising sign.Chips were soggy and undercooked I had to throw them awayPizza topping was uneven and completely lacking in parts and there was so much oil left in the box that the USA tried to invade itWent in expecting to be disappointed and my expectations were far exceeded.

I do like the odd Dominos pizza esp the Godfather or Hawiian. Dominos are usually quite quick in their customer turn around time. Just wished they were abit more generous with their toppings though.

Hard to judge a place you quickly call in on and pick up your food. Must say their spicy chicken bites were very nice.

Ordered online. When I went on time for pickup, they said they havent prepared my order and asked me to wait 30 mins. 1 hr gap in between my order and pickup time. Still they cant make it. Cancelled, refund takes 10 working days.Bit disappointed .

Ordered 2 pizzas online, (approx 4pm Tues 4/12/18since midnight we have both been sick with food poisoning. Menu described as having "extra crispy bacon" but the bacon was not crispy and was barely even cooked!Have used Dominos for many years, this branch used to be good, but over the past 6mth has becone poor quality. Each time we order i hope the quality will be better than previously, inconsistent.We have previously requested other bases but dont get what we order -The only positive is that the delivery staff are on time and friendly.Will not use NL Dominos again!

Terrible service today,person that helped me could barely understand what im saying. To top it all off,after placing my order I was still asking something and he just went about his business like I was not talking to him. Will never be back.Btw,cancelled my order and left

Ive only been twice. First time the pizza was great. Second time I think they accidentally used the pastry crust for my thin crust, hence taking off one star.Another star off because the new staff dont seem to bed trained very well. Someone was trying to order two sides for $7.00 but he kept being allowed then shut down by the server because he ordered a combo of sides that didnt qualify for the promotion. It wasnt handled very well and made the customer feel at fault when the staff shouldnt have said it was ok in the first place.

Just had two of their traditional pizzas and it was the worst pizza I have ever had . Things were not properly cooked. Even the pizza hut value range is much better than this .

customer service is hilarious chocolate sauce on my shoe from thick shake 2/10 had to buy new ones. although i did spill it myself. anyway, cheese is stiff but i like it that way, it wasnt killing my vibe at all.

Nice and quick service NOTE for pure Vegetarians, i requested if clean pans and gloves can be used to avoid cross contamination, they agreed on the terms that they will try their best, they did but there were some pieces of meat later on.

Really disappointed. We were having pizza inside the premises today. We found fly on our pizza we showed to staff in reply he said its from outside. We told him we are eating inside the dominos then how come its from outside. Staff responded what do want me to do?? We told him we cant have that fly pizza so he threw away without any apology or replacement. Rude staff and no customer service.

Delivering pizza after 1 hour, and there store phone number is wrong and no one answering, really not happy about there service.only 3 out of 5 pizza delivered if asked why is your servive flawed, answer was busy.

Really bad service as we ordered pizza online from da new Lynn branch at 6.05pm but they didnt even start making it until we went to pick it up at 7.10pm. Had to wait another 20mins for them to even start making it, to top it off, the guy didnt even bother to apologise. Never going to order from them again.

Domino is everywhere n yes we have dominos in my country too (expensive but really smallI used to order pizza with sides from your branch but I had a worst experience ever had in my life was I ordered pizza n chicken without NO flavor but received was with spicy sauce and my pizza was so wet n a a bit off smell coz I have food hygiene certificate and I could smell something sour smell ( I had a few bite after I realizedI called them and I told them that I was disappointed with products and the guy was not friendly n he was talking with other staff in non English maybe they were taking about my ordered stuff anyway and they offered me free pizza n chicken 10 packs but I said no I dont want it. Next day I went to work and I felt so sick and I I was not able to work... I emailed them and I revived response with free pizzas and chicken stuff and only PICK UP lol really?? And I emailed them I dont need it and thank you for offering but I told them I dont wanna get sick again. Since then I stopped ordered and I told them my family in my country to not order anymore because my parents are old n have nephew n niece too so this is my experience. Please think before you order n they only offer free pizza and pick up only after you had sick or more worth than that.

Not the best of Dominoes stores.Their locations is convenient due to being in the centre of New Lynn but sadly their service is lacking.The staff are not easily approachable and you feel awkward trying to order food. Never have a seen a smile from the people working there, generally just feel like your intruding on their private pizza club.Their pizzas are always disappointing. Be it a cheap one or expensive. Toppings are sparse and youre tasting dough mostly. I once ordered double pepporoni and extra cheese and for the $15 price I got a little more of said ingredients. I avoid going here now and found Glen Eden dominoes much more friendly and generous.

Not good service and they dont even cut the pizza properly. I have bought more than 10 times from there. But every time the pizzas not even cut properly. They are not putting enough ingredients. I could only feel the tomato base and garlic base more than the ingredients

This branch used to be quite good. More times than not the pizzas were amazing. The last three times weve ordered from here they heavily skimped on the toppings, even completely missing some toppings off. Some pieces of the pizza had no toppings at all. We will never be buying from here again, extremely disappointed.
