Poor service.. Food was bland and needs a revamp

Terrible and dishonest service to the community. Owners at Mangere store are scammers who charge you even during closing hours then are reluctant to give you a refund. I wasnt going to include my last experience but I will now after being duped again 🤦🏽‍♀️ Nothings changed about their service but even thats lacking big time. They were available on Ubereats, NYs day 2021, even when the store wasnt open yet they still charged customers when they put in orders. From the fb posts and google reviews that day I wasnt the only one complaining. When they were finally open I went in, they tried to tell me to reorder instead of giving me a refund but I wasnt having that. Almost 2 years on I was stupid enough to order from them again, this time on the Dominos website. Most food delivery stores close and online services not available if you try to order, but not Dominos Mangere. Theyll make you think theyre open, minus the service and still charge you. They never answer calls, if you do, it hangs up straight away.Tired of these so called franchisees in our area who think we dont know any better and are here for financial gain minus quality of service and due diligence. Please stop ripping off our community. Further complaints will be made until I get a refund. Feedback was given to head office (if that is even their contact detailsWhats your complaints policy? ordered three pizzas and two garlic breads (one being a cheesy oneall three were burnt the cheesy bread wasnt even cut all the way and the extra sauce on the pizza wasnt a swirl it was a mess!

Terrible service, 2 of my 3 pizzas they tried to give me were burnt, I told the guy who was serving I didnt want it, guy in charge didnt try to fix it. I was told 15 - 20 min wait ended up 45 mins didnt end up taking the pizza I just walked off.

Can’t ring them to tell them our pizza should have been delivered 20 minutes ago. Terrible service

Order never showed up. Waited outside for 25 minutes…..could not contact them as their phone line was off. So unimpressed as we had just landed in Auckland and we’re starving. Never had such awful service from a dominos.

Food was burnt, and the (beef and onionwas full of onions and no beef. When the Indians used to work there, the food was nice, but now full of kids.

We had a team meeting, so I made a relatively large order for our team meeting. I made the order online at 3pm, for delivery at 4:45. At 5:30 and after 3 calls asking when they would be delivered (each time being told the driver was stuck in traffic and 10 min away), the pizzas finally arrived, but all of our team had left to go home..A real shame and it looks like it is a common theme after looking at some of the reviews after the fact.

HORRIBLE driver didnt even show up 😒but when we rang the person that answered said he had apparently did show up and knocked but no one Answered 😒 that was a lie because we waited 💯 absolutely poor service we waited over a hour for nothing 😡

Really upset that we ordered 3 VEGAN items and one of the pizzas (the VEGAN GODFATHERwas delivered as a regular GODFATHER. Extreme negligence on the employees part that prepared this pizza. Not only did it have REAL MEAT on it, it also had DAIRY CHEESE.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees in a.what a vegan diet is if you are choosing to list vegan items on your menu.... ie. NO animal products whatsoeverb.how to prepare a vegan pizza. It really isnt too difficult.Please improve your care and accuracy in taking orders, Im especially shocked as this was a written order that came through the website. It was not over the phone so it was not a case of miscommunication.If your franchise chooses to list vegan items, please make sure EVERY box is checked prior to leaving the store. I cant stress this enough. It would also be helpful for you to mark the name on the outside of the box.We do however appreciate you replacing the pizza but it was a little too late considering some of it had been eaten.Please improve your service. Thank you.

Tried to order online repeatedly which failed. Made a phone order. Repeated my ph number twice. Order never arrived over an hour later. Two pending transactions showing on account. Appalling service, no food, just multiple excuses from the store.

1 star is way too generous to be honest. Ordered online for delivery after putting in address and wasnt until the order wasnt processed was when I found out the store was supposedly "closed" at 7.30pm on a Tuesday night. STILL TOOK MY MONEY and no way to contact the store or a customer service centre to advise them of this.

The most waste of effing time to ever wait for. You order dessert 1 hour later and it gets to me b4 the nonsense this waste of money company gets and you cant get no explanation or follow up. Dogs fuaz!

These dudes are tight. Open late so I can get my late night fix if I get hungry in the darkness. Even when I order the last pizza of the day its still scrummy as anything. The prices are legit - its the boss, yo.

I placed an order on the app…pick up time was at 8:32pm I waited for 15 mins EXTRA inside the store and I asked the lady there what’s happening to my order cause people are coming in and out and I’m still here waiting she looked back just for her to grab the box that was sitting there the whole bloody time. Whoever the server was at 8:32pm on 4 Jan give ur self a upper cut x

Order I placed ar 2.52pm was ready 3.15pmI stood their waiting but the crew was busy talking to each other...not even asking what I was their for appalling to top it off the pizza was like eating cooked dough

Ordered 8 pizzas and got most of it burned and the order was wrong, the pizzas at mangere dominos is the worst place to go to always burned and get orders wrong this is the 4th time it happened

Place is very dirty. Staff should show some pride by cleaning up their surroundings, including the outside. It goes a long way. 2nd star for hot pizzas

Bought 4 mini pizzas and they were fantastic enough to feed the 3of us, also the service was good.

Disappointed. Ordered through uber eats. They called 30 minutes after wait time asking if someone can pick it up because they don’t have anyone to uber it. I ask them what about the delivery fee that is charged? They advise they will start it and have it delivered after 45 minutes. It then showed on my uber app that it has been delivered. Walked outside to check and no one was there. Tried calling the restaurant and they were closed. What a service!!!

Pizza’s we’re way over cooked. To the point where pizza was black. Not cool when it’s for a work colleagues farewell lunch

If only your store was any closer to where I live, the store down the road from me on Dominion Road Sandringham needs to take some pointers from you as they have no idea, the pizzas are always burnt, hardly any toppings, its dry & not appealing. However, the 3x pizzas I bought today from your store had the right amount of toppings, it was cheesy & it wasnt burnt, just the way pizzas should be done, my family and I enjoyed it and I will definitely be returning if and when im in the area again!!

This is only no-show of an order out of years of ordering pizza so pretty disappointing.We booked a delivery for a time and and 40 minutes after that time the order showed complete but certainly wasnt here. The store said call back in 10 minutes and then it was always engaged. Gave up after that and went to down to the local shops and got something else.

My experience with my Mom last night was so good for us we had a Large box of pizza each and a big bottle of fanta. It was so delicious 🤤.

We walked in and ordered a special that was advertised on the board. It said you could choose from any traditional, value or extra value pizza. When we placed the order with the lady at the counter she told us we couldn’t order that pizza as part of the deal, and I had to point it out to her on the board for her to understand that she did not understand their own menu. I also specified I wanted a 1.5ltr bottle of coke no sugar as a side. At the end when we collected our order the same lady asked me again whether I wanted a coke, and I replied with “yes, no sugar”. We’ve come home and drunk half the bottle only to realise it’s regular coke. Reading some of the previous reviews it sounds like there is a basic issue with taking orders and negligence. Luckily I’m not diabetic but would hate to think of how easy it would be to put a customer in hospital when they specified twice that they wanted a particular item.

Customer service is non existent in this dominos. Waited a further 25 minutes for pizzas that were under a completely different name after asking what was going on 3 times. Totally slack every time!

Not usually one to complain but just had a pizza from here and it was terrible. Cold, dry and didn’t look fresh at all - wouldn’t recommend. They did give me a comp bottle of Coke for being late which was appreciated, cheers.

Never disappoints. Great service. Always get what i order. Fresh and warm. Never misses instructions. Good on delivery and good for pickup too.

Gross service, gross staff. Wish someone else would buy the place from the current owner because all staff in there do not care about proper customer service or providing good food. 810 visits here go wrong but because it is my local dominos and i enjoy pizza im forced to return here.

This is a 20pk of Southern Kickers, rip off. Someone there cant count. The pizza was badly cut. One slice only had half cheese and one piece of meat. The wedges look like the were tossed around a bit.

Pretty slack store. No organisation and you can tell the manager doesnt care either. You walk in an basically wait while there are so many employees in the store walking around like headless chickens. Pizzas lack toppings and are ALWAYS under cooked. I prefer the papatoe or manukau dominos and will only go here if I absolutely must which has only been 3 times which have all had poor outcomes.

I ordered Peri-Peri Chicken Pizza , Garlic Bread and Chicken Mega Box for kids when we were in Hotel Quarantine but firstly delivery guy ( VIVEKtook his own time ( 1hr 05 mintsto deliver the food for is 3.4 kilometres distance between store and hotel. All ingredients (Pizza Toppings are burnt. When I called store and asked about order ( Store Managersays we are busy so late. When I asked simple plain question like ( Damianos Pizza Delivery Policybut he shoots return question what did u order ? and says further will refund $10 and we are very busy so it is late . If they are busy it is not my problem and asked him if I $5 less for pizza will he serve me then he say no. when pizza box opened we found pizza was not sliced at all. All food was cold and saggy , my kids said that hotel food is much better than Damions pizza.Never seen such worst service and attitude of the staff , Giving 1 star as there is no option for zero stars as you people dont deserve even single start.THIS IS FIRST TIME I ATE DOMINOS PIZZA IN NEW ZEALAND AND TURNED WORST DAMINOS PIZZA AND STAFF AND FOOD AS ALL FOOD THROWN AS I DIDT KNOW THAT I CAN UPLOAD FOOD PICTURES WHEN WRIGHTING REVIEW OTHERWISE I WOULD UPLATED ALL PHOTOS.

Third order from this store of a thin and crispy Mr. wedge. Each time the base has been soggy and too thick. The staff clearly dont follow their training by weighing the base and do it by eye. Looking at other reviews its pretty common it seems.Either pay your staff properly so they take pride in their job, or have some standards for gods sake. This trainwreck of a pizza is pathetic. If I had a working camera I would supply photos.Oh and they dont respond to refund or replacement requests.

My partner and I ordered the VEGAN godfather. Opened the box and there was meat (salamion it instead of the plant based mince. The manager/boss should really put in the time to train there work staff properly so they know what a vegan pizza is. PLEASE DO BETTER IN THE FUTURE FOR OTHER VEGAN PIZZA EATERS.

Adding to the slew of poor reviews I wish I had seen before I ordered. Ordered through Uber eats at 8pm, only ordered one pizza. An hour later it had still not arrived so we called the store and waited on hold for at least ten minutes before they came back to say it would be leaving the store in 5 minutes. Half an hour later still nothing despite being only 5 mins drive away from the store. Called again and were brushed off with another 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, an hour and 45 mins since we first ordered, we called again and the same person we had spoke to before “couldn’t find our order.” Absolutely appalling service, now just have to hope we will be able to get our money back from Uber eats after not receiving our order

Customer service isnt so great and I think they need to not be rude to customers they wouldnt serve a homeless man who wished to buy food but eventually did it when my partner stepped in. Also pizza quality is ok we ordered a pizza and was given the wrong one but I didnt want to waste my petrol to go back. Also sometimes pizza base isnt really cooked. But it is still pizza and kids love it for it wouldnt really be an option.

The customer service is appalling. My order came 25 mins late and to make matters worse they get my order wrong. I call them to let them know they got the order wrong and the person over the phone basically says that the reason my order was wrong was because they didn’t have the certain ingredients and sauces for the flavour pizza I wanted so they had to make do with what they had. Never ordering again from them, frikn useless!

I waited 1hr for my order to be delivered through uber eats in-spite of the fact that the mangere Dominos is just 5min drive from my home. After waiting for 45min when i called the Dominos mangere store they told me to wait another 20min. I ordered at 7:53am and received order at 9pm. When I received the pizza 🍕 it was cold n no extra cheese was added despite of paying extra for cheese..never ordering again

Really wish I could give no star at all. I knew it would be busy in the evening which is why I called in to make my order. It was only for one pizza we waited for an hour. Left with no pizza. Could not be stuffed being told “it’s coming” when my name was clearly not on the screen. I called to make a complaint to the manager “Naomi” and instead of trying to de-escalate the problem she hung up on me. Very rude!!!!!

Very poor. Ordered on line. Delivery time was 9.26pm At 9.40 pm I called store to find out why pizza had not arrived. I was told driver was on his way, then I was told the wait for pizza to be made was 20mins. Not good enough! Pizza should be made and delivered within 20mins. Especially as I live 5mins from store. It is now 9.45 pm and still not arrived. Would not use this store again and would not recommend to anyone else to do so.

Ordered wedges as a side, the sweet chilli sauce that came with it was ALREADY OPENED. Very obviously opened like someone had peeled back part of the lid, also looks like it was fished out from under the bloody fridge. Whoever the staff member was that placed the sauce in the box with the wedges was WELL AWARE of what they were doing. Disgusting, theyre closed right now but will be calling in the morning to make a complaint.

Useless. Always get the pizzas out late and trust me its always like that. My pizza sat there for more than 10mins after being ready. Too slow and workers are walking aroung looking like they dont know what they have to do. Before i thought maybe theyre understaffed but no. more like overstaffed and unskilled to do their job properly. Ill change my review when i see improvement.

Located in the heart of Mangere, its one of many Domino branches located around the world. I recently ordered a few pizzas online but on arrival my order was not submitted through. Please make sure to put in a correct number as they will call you to confirm your order. We had to wait a few more minutes but service was quick. Quality is on par with most other branches.

Really not that bad.The reviews are pretty damming but I dont know if they actually represent the quality here.The guy was pretty helpful when I asked questions and the pizzas have always been pretty good.Maybe dominos in Australia is just much worse..

Disappointed this past visit. Ordered online which stated my pizza would be ready at 5.53pm. Arrived at 5.53pm and saw an order matching my order on the shelf. It was busy but as I paid I asked if that were my order on the shelf. The man said no, still being made. Ten minutes later, I see the same guy turn read the docket and it is my order. My order had been cooling down for the past 10 minutes ( nor even in a thermal bag). Had to leave because I was so angry and know i would have created a scene. Online survey completed - no reply. No apology. Guess no point.
