Fast food - what can one say. Its the standard Dominos experience. Service is friendly at this store. The food is consistent with other branches as is the service. Ordering is usually easy - app sometimes doesnt recognise your a location.

Great service and great taste as well. Much better than Pizza Hut imho. Great location as well.

15 minute service, with consistency good pizzas and prompt service..

You get what you pay for here,Cheap but still you would still expect a decent pizza with a decent amount of filling.

Usually Dominos Kumeu is very good but I believe I had a very careless delivery driver today, my pizza was smushed to one side and cold, my drink was all fizzed up, and scratched as though it was dropped on concrete, and the lid was broken off one of my sides. It’s very disappointing because they’ve been so good up until now

Shout out to the to staff that I just bought the pizzas from .I have tried pizzas from this outlet few times before but today is the day that I tasted the best .

Went on the last hour before closing on a Sunday and wow, the quality did not suffer even at such a time.Pizzas were perfect with a tonne of toppings and cooked to perfection, even the bacon was crispy.Garlic bread was outstanding, so buttery and flavour packed.Cheers team, appreciate the quality service at such an inconvenient time when everyone just wants to head home and relax.

Time and time again given lacking amounts of toppings, especially on mega pepperoni, paid $3 extra for what is clearly no extra pepperoni. Forced to leave a 1 star review until I get what I paid for

Pretty standard as far as domino pizza goes.Was good service from the staff. Shop looked tidy .Had the chicken and camembert pizza. Reasonably priced. Not oily and was tasty.I always go out to the muriwai beach and watch the sunset when having pizza.Thanks guys

Service is super slow , placed an online order and took 20mins from the time it said it would be done , people would order after I did and get there order before me and others , staff inside talking more than working. After waiting 20mins a lady ask me what order Im waiting for, then the lady hands me my pizzas that have been sitting on the shelf for the past 20mins. Pathetic!

Dominos is a friendly place and are happy to help and rectify any order. Pizzas look very scrumptious and they taste delicious.

Not as good as mt eden dominoes because they are best in the world, still aight tho

Can not order online, no one answer the call. bad experience

Wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had if I was to be honest. The crust was incredibly burnt on half of the pizza and the swirl was basically just a ‘drizzle’ over top (picture provide). Not to mention with the rest of my order - two of my aioli dipping sauces were missing from the buttermilk chicken that I ordered as well as another pizza of the Hawaiian’s base being well undercook. Overall, was not throughly pleasure with the quality of food that I ordered from this Domino’s in Kumeu.

My order got messed up it was replaced with desserts I didnt like at all Im not very happy wud of much rather had the garlic bread I ordered

Very popular on weekends may need more staff to cater for the popularity.

By far the best Dominos Pizza I’ve ever had, tonight! (8:00 - 9/6/21)Walked in, fellas behind counter served me straight away and were professional and friendly.Got my Mr. Wedge pizza in less than 10 minutes and it was the best looking and tasting pizza from Dominos I’ve ever experienced. Awesome amount of topping but not overboard with anything, and was as fresh as it could get!Top notch guys. Cheers!

Very slow compared to estimated time. We were already given a delayed time of 40min come pare to the usual 15 to 20, pizza took over 1 hour to be made.Staff very nice and apolagetic and we understood they had nothing to do with delays, just nice to know time which they were very upfront when questioned. Food was good as usual.

Super good pizza but for some reason even though I’m only 6 minutes away from the shop they can’t deliver to my house because it doesn’t show on their app as a valid address. And before you think I’m just doing it wrong (lol). I spent around 5 years working in an IT type sales role troubleshooting mobile phone & computer issues from ‘I can’t login to Facebook, to ‘why doesn’t my google maps work’ so I know full well how to put an address correctly into a search bar lol

I got a pizza delivered to my house. it turned up earlier than expected and the delivery drivers name was Luka. he was super friendly and has a filthy mullet. polite bloke

Absolutely wonderful, didnt catch her name, but she took the kids through to see how the pizzas were made, they had an absolute blast and even got free sundaes. Pizzas were made quick and were delicious

Lazy delivery service, wont deliver past 4km they tried to say. Pizza hut next door to them will no worries. Terrible customer service and poor communication

Again our order has been given away to other customers and needing to be redone! We have had our order incorrect numerous times. Worst service

Discusting, purchased a make you own pizza only came with pizza sauce and cheese, when I picked 10 toppings, called store said there was nothing they could do.Clearly they dont want their jobs or this store to remain open, so disappointed, wont be back, the fact they dont even try and rectify, whats happened to customer service.

Really disappointed with the service tonight. Ordered delivery, was told 20-25 mins. 55 mins later I phoned to chase and was told it was out with the delivery man. Phoned again 15 minutes later and was told it was just leaving the shop. I asked to speak to the manager to provide “feedback” and he apologised and said he’d have to make the order again and it would take another 15-20 minutes! Confused (given id just been told it was on its way...I asked him to clarify and it turned out the previous update was wrong. Lucky I checked, or the kids would still be pizza-less well into the night. The manager decided to only charge me for the pizzas, not delivery (oh how generous!Edit: I’ve just found out from the babysitter that you actually still charged us the full amount. WTF??? Laughable 🙄.

Unfortunately we found the pizzas very under dressed with hardly any toppings. The staff were not interested and found them quite rude. Unwhelming experience

Bit into Apricot Chicken pizza & got a mouthful of chicken grissle, not just on the first bit but on the second too. Threw pizza in bin, put me off Domino pizza altogether. Ingredients were notthe best quality.

Just dont like the fake taste of dominos the service was fine though

Generally the service and quality has been good but this time the wait between the placement of the order and hand over was way longer than was advised and when I got home I found that they had got the order wrong!

Went to order a pizza for delivery on Foster Road, they dont deliver that far. Went to Pizza Hut and they did. Ridiculous really considering Dominoes are closer, not by much but still closer........ Branch out a little....

Always go here for good quality, tasty pizza. They have a good selection at low prices and quick service. Also offer delivery, but we do not use that. Servers make you welcome and helpful.

Usually order is fine. From time to time things are missing and we get the wrong flavoured drinks. Its a bit of a hoha really.

Pizza is fine and made on time. However, they ALWAYS manage to mess up something in our order. Today we got two pizzas. One was fine but the other was missing multiple extras that we had paid for.Just disappointing that we should have to check everything.

Ordered at 9:20pm arrived for pick up at 9:45pm. Order had not even been started yet. No apology. Why not support a local business like GGs pizza, Thats Amore or Zacs pizzeria
