Very poor customer service and rude behaviour

Worst place in the whole of the blue mountains. Staff are rude teenagers the place needs a complete overhaul or probably just needs to move out of here

The staff are friendly and hospitable and the food is quite nice and customizable. And the street view from the store is great as well

I love Dominos, when its done right. Follow their recipe, & its not a bad pizza at all for what it is, assuming the ingredients are fresh of course...However its sad that I have not had even one from Katoomba Dominos that meets the brands own standard.Indeed, the best Ive had here was mediocre. Everything else, a wasted assault of sugar, salt & dense calories on my frail organs.Exceptional Dominos does exist! Just not here. Save your money.

Quick and consistent. The drivers always offer to help me take my pizza to the car when its a big order. A friendly and efficient place.

The pizzas 🍕 were cheap and delicious 🤤😋. I would really love to visit the place again the next time I visit katoomba for sure. The gentleman at the counter was really friendly and funny mate and the other coworkers were very lively too. I just couldnt help but laugh and enjoy my dinner and the environment was pretty lively!! Thank you guys :))

Do not go here!!! We ordered a pizza last night for delivery, after finishing my first slice I picked up the next, toppings fell off and revealed a distinct bite mark!! I guess someone was hungry and decided to take a bite and cover the evidence.. disgusting!!!!! All we got was a refund for that pizza and a new one… couldn’t even stomach to eat the thing and had to chuck our whole order still sick to our stomachs. Not good enough

29th June 2022.Customer service needs to improve. Young trainee had zero communication or customer service skills. Did not know how to talk to customers or her manager. Looked at me so I can relay a question back to the manger rather than her just asking the simple question.Manager was nice but neither of them said "Youre welcome" when I said loudly thank them. They both have just walked away when I paid. Lmao.My vegetarian pizza was cold as hell. smh.

A Dominos in Katoomba. Not much else to say. Service was reasonable and as always, food was at Dominos pricing.Staff here were a little dazed and confused, but were doing their best.

Hate to complain, but have to for moral reasons, pizza has random ingredients not meant for that particular pizza, all of the cheese on one slice and no where else, way too much sauce, hardly anything of anything else, just thrown together in the worst way possible. Had to drive into town after ordering delivery just to take it back.

Open till 1am awesome good affordable Large pizzas, polite service & was told 15 minutes to pickup and was on time wicked service 👍👍👍👍👍

Staff doesnt know how to slice a pizza properly.

Nice pizza when you have them fresh and hot, added chilli flakes yum... The flavour just bursts. Pizzas were ready on time and had not sitting waiting for a while. Decent toppings amount and can benefit from spreading the toppings evenly.

Update 26/4/22This time the pizzas were much better. You get what you pay for but this time they did a good job. Will definitely order again--------‐---------------------last review-----------------------(2 starsSometimes the pizzas are acceptable so started ordering again but last night extremely lousy. Almost no topping. Its bad pizzas like this that will make me order a propper gourmet pizza next time.Another time i upped the cheese x3, ham x3 and pinapple x3. I got a barely acceptable very very expensive hawaiian pizza.

We came in at around 8 pm and placed two separate orders. Our first order came within 10 mins while the second one took a while. We made a follow up on the second order as we can see our name on the screen come up as ready but the staff could not find any of our orders in their pending. Had to wait another 10 mins for our 2nd order to come through and the staff didnt offer any explanation as to why our order was not processed.

Not nice pizza dont expect too much very little toppings they put in

Best pizza store in Katoomba. Be sure to visit if youre ever in Katoomba. I met the new managers when I was there picking up my pizza and they gave me extra coupons to use next time to say thankyou for visiting. 10/10.

Dominos Katoomba is under new and better management. I went for a pizza today and it was delicious!!! Cooked to perfection, great topping spread and beautiful customer service! Id recommend this store to anyone in the area!

Dominos Katoomba are useless. They can never get orders right and they always put mushrooms on my pizza even when I say Im allergic to them. When you order a pizza that doesnt have mushrooms on it you still get mushrooms on it.

I just had a rudest phone call with Luke the manager of the Katoomba store who told me I was wasting his time when I tried to order a pizza over the phone. The first call I tried to order the vegetarian plant based range and I was told they dont have one so I said I would look at the menu and call back. When I did Luke answered and was rude, abrupt and unfriendly straight away and said what do you want to order when I explained about the prior phone call but he barked at me to hurry and order. I said dont worry your very rude and he hung up. I rang back to ask who the manager is and he said that is me and I told him he was rude and he said you are wasting our time and told me to order online because they were busy apparently.I said who is your boss and he said call head office I dont care. I will never order Dominoes from Katoomba again after this which probably wont be a loss because I have had pizzas turn up in a mess all over the box and cold and thick shakes upturned in bags. What a disgusting rude individual you are Luke. How did you get that job? Clearly customer service is not your thing and yes I did contact head office so with any luck they will not be that desperate to keep your service because obviously you do not understand the definition of it.

Rude staff, pizza took forever to come. The cheese and tomato sauce ratio is horrible, and my pepperoni tasted raw.

Dominos katoomba is just consistently terrible, the pizzas taste cheap, the service is terrible, and the chicken always comes out raw. Simply put its the worst pizza place Ive ever ordered from and if you dont want to risk salmonella dont order from them.

They delivered to the wrong address after over an hour wait. Rang and the guy who answered was rude to me on the phone you couldve just driven the 15mins to pick it up. No, we had a couple of drinks because we ordered delivery so couldnt drive. Asked for compensation and was offered only a free drink which I dont want. I know new years is busy but it was your drivers stuff up. Said another hour wait for our pizzas. In the end they rang back and refunded us and delivered within 20mins. I wish I got the guys name, cause everyone else was really nice.

These guys are switched on for service and quality. We were staying in Katoomba for a couple of nights. The pizza we ordered by phone and self pick-up was ready in time, and provided with a smile despite the hectic pace of the peak-hour of pizza. It was so good, we ordered the same again next night via the Dominos App. Beautiful again! We are impressed.

Pizza was fine, however I was disappointed in the obvious lack of an alpha mindset in the workers. There was so much beta energy that I genuinely had to wait outside. Please consider hiring more alpha people (a good example is Nathaniel TaplinI hope you take this into consideration :)

Outstanding customer service. Dominoes Katoomba went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our pizza. Have worked in customer service industry for around 15 years and this is some of the best I have seen. Thanks!

If I can give no stars I would Mitch the manger doesnt know his not a franise its own by Dominos they have to deliver to Blackheath we were told this by head office so I ring say I like to order 3 pizzas to Blackheath Mitch hangs up without saying a word I ring again he yelled at me saying they never deliver to Blackheath even know they are meant to when I said head office told me he yelled Im not going to argue with U Im busy hung up head office really needs to get up this store teach them not to be rude and I think personally he needs to b fired never going again I was even cool the Frist time I went in there and pizzas were ready but Chloe ate my meatballs and I had to wait longer

Good friendly service. Had to wait outside but a board kept the order updated & advised when the food was ready. Pizzas were of great quality & tasted great.

Yeah it’s Dominos, actually surprising it tastes this good - if picking up beware of customers standing in front of the checkout totally unaware of the personal space of others (although the screen says that their order isn’t ready yet...)Tried other pizza restaurants in the area and although better, not by much- the Mountains needs a really good wood fire pizza place, until then Dominos fills the hole!!Good service from Katoomba branch, until I find better I will return again.

Unfortunately I had a bitter experience with Dominos Katoomba.The pizza crust was so thin that when we pick up a slice the toppings would fall off on the Peppy Paneer pizza.Hope they fix the issue and make better thin crust pizzas in the future.

The tomatoes on the pizza were so soft and disgusting and the pizzas base was so floppy. Whenever I would pick up the pizza, it would just flop. I was really hungry so I just ate it but I didnt really like it, actually I hated it.

Worker was cutting pirces off pizzas and eating them ( cmon covid 19). Glass top cabinet was filthy. Preparation area was covered in food (should be wiped down). Server not engaging or interested - should not be serving customers. Wont be back

I absolutely love ordering from Dominos when I come to Katoomba. I always order Gluten Free and my order always comes fresh, made to order, has plenty of topping (Ive noticed a lot of other stores have minimal toppingand Ive never been sick as a result of contamination between gluten free and gluten pizzas!

Delivery until 11pm in a town where everything else closes early. My order arrived 15 minutes early which was nice. Delivery person was very nice also on Monday 22/06/20. Beware of the chicken bites, they are ridiculously overpriced and are ice cube sized.

Ordered a supreme with olives on half and it was delicious. We would definitely go back and highly recommend their pizzas. Excellent polite and fast service also. 5 star experience

It is a good place for a quick delivery. There are tables if you are a group of 2, but difficult for a big group. Opens late and hence convenient for the late comers. Staff is usually friendly and all options available at a normal Dominos pizza. I feel many of their customers dont dine in as we did. Recommended for a visit.

All well and good until Rhys, if thats how it is spelled is incompetent enough to not make the decision that the customer is right.The app online had its issues and he was less than willing to understand and we had to wait and pay cash for extras that werent applied for.We explained the situation over and over but failed to get the issue across.Other than that they always get it right, most of the time.Just dont end up like Springwood.Also, the person making the pizzas did get one of the pizzas completely wrong even though it was one of the two that were to be identical.

Great food, good prices and convenient location. Dominos continues to be a favourite place to get pizza quickly and efficiently. Their online ordering system still has promotions for other competitions and services not related to ordering their food which is quite annoying.

pizza was standard dominoes pizza, however the service was possibly the worst i have ever experienced in my life. initially when i walked into the store i time then my name and they told me it wasnt ready yet, even though my order was sitting right there. the workers stood around yapping to one another while my food for cold. after ten minutes of waiting i decided to ask a different employee about it, at which point she handed me my food, without giving a second thought to the drinks that were clearly on the receipt she had just read. Never going back, my dominoes experience was ruined - Im giving pizza hut my business next time.

Polite service, very prompt and tasty pizza ( some dominos actually dont cook as requstednice and clean. Keep up the good work guys xox

Aggressive and rude call guy (despite us being very polite), nice delivery lady who was obviously distressed (most likely because of the call guy), malfunctioning website, accused of missing the order despite us waiting outside for over an hour and very late as the order was supposed to arrive at 1:15pm but arrived after 2:15 (an hour late). Generally bad experience except the nice delivery lady and just because we are students doesnt mean we deserve to get spoken down to for things out of our control.

The quality of their pizzas is never consistent.Sometimes its awful and its like eating cardboard, other times its actually really nice. With the extra toppings, they really dont put on much at all and they never cut the pizza properly.The delivery always takes way longer that the estimated time shows, given we live 10 minutes away from the store.The garlic bread is awful, usually burnt. Their sides are expensive and not worth what you pay for.
