Waited over 30mins for pizzas. Went into shop to find them sitting warmer and girls standing around talking. Not impressed

Pizza I get once a month at least, normally 100% tonight pizza not the best but very quickly resolved so waiting for replacement, good communication I’ll keep you posted on the 2nd lot 🙏🙏

Its not that its bad but it would be remarkable to actually pick up one that looked similar to the advertising Id just seen on TV... Sometimes less than half the toppings 😕

Worst Service I have EVER had.Broke down in tears having an anxiety attack after tonight’s ordeal with Greerton Dominos. I have severe allergies and cannot have any cross contamination with my food so I requested for that and for a clean cutter to be used. Nuts are hidden in everything including most sauces that people aren’t aware of and anyone serving food should be knowledgeable of this.My service over the phone was less than reassuring so I asked again when I picked up if cross contamination had been avoided and they said they weren’t sure, I requested that they remake it and they kept telling me over and over “no nuts are in the pizza” I KNOW THAT! THATS WHY I ORDER A SPECIFIC PIZZA AND ASK FOR A CLEAN CUTTER AND NO CROSS CONTAMINATION!! I already have enough troubles eating out as it is and only just started eating pizza again after 2 years of fear, you’ve set me right back to square one. Absolutely beside myself and in tears as a write this. I handed back my pizza to you and you’ve kept my money so you’re welcome. You get a free pizza and I get re traumatised.Papamoa Dominos is always happy to make sure my orders are the way I need them without question but 2 of your workers and your manager couldn’t even manage to help me.

Definitely one of the better dominos restaurants, not super inviting from the outside but the pizzas are always good

Great Customer service and Friendly staff. Our pizza was the Periperi Chicken & it was absolutely tasty, delicious and hot. The chips were yummy and seasoned well. Great experience getting pizza from here. Will definitely come here again.

Will not deviate from set menu regardless of options to customise or add toppings. Illogical, petty and will stick with Pizza Hut.

Pizzas were overcooked wish I had checked before driving home really disappointed ,almost at point of being burnt ,will definitely go back to Pizza Hut

Dominoes Greerton may offer plant based Vegan options however they do not take care to provide it when ordered.Ordered the plant based (Vegan rangeGodfather 4 times in last 4 weeks and 3 times they have got it wrong. First time was a vegetarian pizza, second time with Italian sausage and third bechamel sauce was on the pizza.Have provided feedback each time (except last night when we thought they had got it right but the béchamel sauce was hidden under the ingredients). My choice is not to eat dairy or meat, however what if I was deeply allergic to dairy like many of our children are?No care is taken and no care is given. They just don’t care.We wont be going back.

Never get an order right and when you call to let them know, youre expected to leave some people hungry while others can eat or be left with cold pizza. Because they expect proof which they already have from the order and then wait while they cook what they missed. I understand that mistakes happen but this happens every time since it charged management.

From the time This new owner has taken over . All the pizzas are smaller in size half cooked. Worst pizza’s in Tauranga. Not recommended at all. 10/07/2021. Wastage of Money

This place is awesome, quick service, fresh pizza, convenient pickup location. Compliments to the staff who work hard & have never got my order wrong ( I’ve ordered everything now).

Ive just started using the online ordering system. Which to be fair I was somewhat dubious about. But Ive been amazed, ordering online is very easy, step by step process, then you give a time to collect. The countdown to the store is very cool. I walk in the store, and have barely made it to the counter before my name is called out to get my pizza. Very very convenient. 10/10 would recommend over in store ordering.

They dont even deserve 1 star they stuffed up my order twice. First one was phone order and second was the order they fixed. They disnt give me a discount but dodnt charge me for garlic bread which was pathetic. Should have got free chips and drink too. Rhe boss man disnt seem to sympathetic and said his workers were tired.

3 weeks in a row these idiots have missed my added bbq sauce swirl on my pizza. Actually useless!!!
