Dominos is my go to pizza place, their food is great and drivers are awesome. Jason delivered my food tonight and was absolutely amazing! He was on time, polite and very careful with my food which is great. Couldn’t recommend these guys more

The best customer service and meal around thanks to Kye and Mason for helping out the U16 Boys from NSW competing in the Indoor Cricket National Championships. They helped us out with a great dinner package for the players.Thanks for taking care of the players delicious pizza and garlic bread. Constantly Burning the Cheese & Garlic Scrolls.Last pizza looked nothing like the picture, and was undercooked. Delivery was according to them supposed to arrive at 20:10 it then changed to 20:36 Pizza arrived at around 20:44.The fact they got 2 not 1 star is because each delivery Person was Courteous and Polite and well presentedEDIT: This Situation above was corrected and Dominoes staff were very nice when I went in to speak with the Manager.

Worst $15 Ive ever spent!! 1 large pizza the weight of the box and contents was less than the weight of an apple!! Would feed a small child ( the entire pizza!!Absolutely disgusted with quality..better off buying a $2.99 pizza from Coles..never again

This is my favourite dominos. The pizza ( and garlic breadis delicious and the boys that work here are always kind, efficient and helpful. I always order vegan items and they never mess it up. Also Mason (I think hes the managerhe is awesome!

Staff are so awesome here!! Upbeat and friendly even when super busy there still all pumped to be there. Love the enthusiasm and energy at this place.

Like many other reviewers here, simply too little toppings, too often.I don’t want a replacement voucher for a substandard pizza… I want the Frankston store to meet the Dominos standard. I have been ordering Dominos pizzas for over 20 years, and never had the frequent disappointments that I have had with the Frankston store.If I cannot order from the Frankston store with confidence, I won’t order from them at all.

to the gentleman that made two mini pepperoni pizzas on thursday 3rd february at 10:48 pm under the order name juke, the pizzas you created were unearthly, truly spectacular. although i do not know the gentleman’s name, he was so impressive that not only did he make the two most perfect pizzas, he cured my unborn child’s leprosy, turned water into wine and far exceeded any expectations i had leading to the order. if dominoes towerhill does read their reviews, please check the cameras to see which beautiful specimen of a human being constructed these pizzas and immediately give them a raise.

If there was a zero, I would choose that, 2 pizzas in 1 hour, first was missing half of toppings, next one arrives as replacement, still no olives or mushrooms, just pineapple thrown on top,,,the most unloaded supreme.pizza ever..I will never order from this store again!!!!

What a rip off, two small pizzas for $36 with hardly anything on them and tasted like cardboard. Never again.

Usually a good experience here. Though this time for what I wouldve thought was a simple order, we waited an hour plus for our food to come. Then they forgot a part of our order. When the second part came it had clearly been microwaved. Severely disappointed.

Staff seem friendly but the pizza is terrible. Id recommend supporting a local pizza place rather than here.

Ordered a veggie supreme as i am fasting today. And here comes my pizza with a slice of ham. Called the store and Nathan answers with no customer service and says it happens he can send another one. Well the fact that you dont carefully select the ingredients just shows how much care you put into each order that comes through.Would rate a zero if i could!!!

This Dominos is great! Pizzas are always made well and very quickly.I always order online and pickup myself. Ive done this dozens of rivers and Ive never had a single problem, and most of the staff seem to know who I am and which order is mine when I come in - which is really nice.

Usually really great but tonights supreme was soggy and half cooked. I only live 500m from store.

Not impressed asked for cheesy garlic bread and didnt get it. After asking for it and then them confirming it back and we didnt get the correct one. Its not hard to get it right. Little impressed.

Only gave a one star because the pizzas are good. Ordered online gave my mobile number but selected no marketing then got SMS messages for months. message stop up to 10 times, even blocked the number and keep getting messages. after trying to call head office finally got help via Facebook complaint I Hope? let you know but know sorry for the harassment dont put your number on line or ont order on line would be better

I think they sold the place to someone else, coz I was there on 28/10/2020 and all pizza topping was robbed, I got a pepperoni had one round of pepperoni per slice, and I got also a onion and beef and I got a sprinkle of minced meat on top, I could count. Rubbish never again and stop send me a message every day. GG

Once again (unfortunatelyI must report that the products from Frankston Dominos were of unacceptably low quality. Soggy, uncooked, doughy pizza & garlic bread so poorly cooked that the butter hadn’t even melted.I find it hard to understand how Langwarrin can ALWAYS deliver quality products, crisp pizza, cooked garlic bread, full thickshakes; but Frankston NEVER do? I believe they have the same owner – so is it staff, store management, a faulty oven at Frankston - what is the problem? Either way, we will continue to frequent Langwarrin; but will have to find alternative pizza in Frankston.

The guy at the counter was a sick lad and he gave us a free garlic bread roll. He was so cool and would highly recommend going there late at night with the boys.

Most of the time on time. Get the extra $2 guarantee on weekend and you will end up with an extra free pizza. Taste is like all dominos.

Fantastic deals. Large pizza + 3 sides (meatballs, garlic bread & cheesy garlic breadfor under $15. Service is very cheery and polite all the time. Cannot fault the young staff, they really are a delight. Shake machine broken tonight (36 degrees), much to the dismay of my children.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful! Even on the busiest nights they are on top of all orders, and if they happen to make a mistake they will sort it out straight away.

Ordered the 3 x traditional pizza special but the pizzas had to be modified due to dietary requirements, you guys did an amazing job and the plant based beef burger pizza was amazing, thank you so much. Unfortunately even after providing specific instructions to find our place (which can be a little trickythe delivery guy still go lost lol. Oh well we got there in the end. and the pizzas were still hot. Absolutely delicious, thanks again guys !!!

Ordered a spicy veg trio, and obviously you’d think it’s vegetarian and all but we found a piece of bacon in it and was really just disappointed. The excuse we got was “we work with those ingredients too” YEH NO, cross contamination is not followed here and they do not respect that fact that some people rely on the vegetarian menu...with respect to cross contamination being taken care of. What if someone was allergic to a certain ingredient and you killed them due to poor hygiene skills yes cross contamination comes under hygiene!!! Was very very disappointed :( won’t ever be eating at dominos again.

One of the better dominos stores. Pizza always ready on time. The thick shake machine actually works!!! Some of the staff are friendly. There is one male and female staff that are very polite.

I ordered pizza before to be delivered waited till half time footy an hour later still waiting on the pizza ring up an there sitting there going stale, being born without a spleen I asked for fresh ones told by Patrick the manager that it will cost me more I asked for the manager to find out that Patrick is no resolution to there mistake, who lets a 14 year old kid take orders also its illegal to hire under 15 and 9months my son normally gets the pepperoni after no resolution I was told not to go there again so my 7 year old has to be disadvantage because of selfishness of a manager who cannot deal with their mistakes an conflicts

I mean its nothing fancy by any means but its cheap, quick and tastes better than most fast food. It is indeed a bit more bang for your buck and that I can value. Deliveries are also quick and thats great too plus ordering online is comprehensive and simple.

I received a dominos brochure in mail and decided to deviate from my regular pizza provider (Pizza Now Somervilleand give it a go. Issue 1 - The supposed 20min delivery took 70mins and wifey missed out on dinner as she had to go to work. Issue 2 - The quality and quantity was half of what I receive at my regular pizza shop; let alone anywhere else. 2 dominos pizza’s will fill my stomach where as half a pizza elsewhere does the same thing at 1/4 price.Should make everyone question how dominos get repeat business? First and last time for me and my family.

Terrible, very very late, that is if it ever shows up, ive called 3 times now, they told me each time it was "on the way" when i live 5 mins from the store.............Quoted 20 mins, still waiting and its been 2hours now.You need to fire the Indian that works there, he was rude, doesnt understand or speak English so he shouldnt be answering phones and he hung up on me twice saying he cant find to order, after calling dominoes 1300 number they magically "found my order" and quoted me another 30 mins wait. 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting now.

Not only did Dominos not get my address right they left my pizza at the wrong address outside door of some hotel. When they attempted a re delivery they made the same mistake and I ended up having to drive to the store to pick it up. This is not the first time this has happened.

Pizza was very good as generic pizza goes.Have some good deals and open late.Would like to be able to have the option to tip the delivery people via credit card after ordering online.
