Domino's Pizza Emerald in Emerald

Twice I have ordered from dominos pizza Emerald and both times it has been a complete stuff up. Back to Pizza Hut for me who have are very reliable.

I’ve asked for veg supreme and they put 100g chili on it

Its a must see. Incredible fossil footprints. Guides very good

Cold pizza took 1hour to deliver. Hopeless

The $5 pizza is nothing more than dough and sauce, not worth buying anymore due to limitation of toppings making it not good value anymore

Lovely pizzas but a touch expensive

We are currently visiting from Brisbane and ordered pizza from Emerald dominos, we were in there from the time we placed our order to the time we finished our pizza, the staff member named ‘Jon’ was extremely disrespectful and rude to the staff, in particular a girl named Courtney (or maybe Coreyhe would yell from across the store at Courtney “Courtney get the front counter, it’s your job so do it”. I have never in my 9 years of hospitality and retail management experience have seen such disgusting treatment of staff. The girl was very quiet so she might have been new or extremely scared of Jon, I don’t know but Courtney you did an amazing job tonight, thank you and hopefully you don’t have to take orders from Jon for much longer.

I love Dominos pizza prefer it over pizza hut. But I dislike having a little grey piece of hair in my pizza.

Poor Quality control and worst customer service.

"Still cooking" sign was brightly lit up in their front window, but when I entered the store I was rudely told they were closed.Making an online complaint only got me a "well have a staff meeting" response....

Normally have no problem with Dominos, but when they put pasta on the menu, (about timeyou go ahead and order it. But no they deliver a chicken and Camembert pizza instead. I refused the whole order and ring up to find out why I didnt receive my pasta. She told me that Dominos dont do pasta, and that I would of ordered it through Pizza Hut, if I ordered through Pizza Hut, then why did Dominos deliver. If you dont do pasta then dont have it on the menu.

Poor showing one night. ?Manager tried to make it up by dropping off a voucher. Voucher code was not accepted by the store. Thus the attempt to make up for bad service just resulted in another let down and I feel I can only give 1 star for this multi leveled poor performance.

Always mess up my orders and take ages to deliver.

Absolutely 💯 bad service and very rude customer service. Not good for the first time ordering from dominoes. Definitely the last.

Dominos Emerald is good as far as Dominos franchises go. I order pizza there every Friday evening. They sometimes mess up the order, but more often than not the stuff ups actually work in my favour. They dont seem to rotate the drinks in the fridge so the warm ones are always at the front. I recommend grabbing a drink from the back of the fridge or at least a couple rows back. The estimated time for your order is often wrong but thats not too big of a deal as its only a few minutes here or there. Overall nice pizza though, I wouldnt come back every Friday if that wasnt the case. Had an unlikely experience last week where I was one of two Codys ordering a pizza at the same time. That was kinda funny.

Not thin crust meat lovers , thick crust with wrong ingredients

Unfortunately I cannot rate below 1 otherwise I must have done it. Pizza arrived cold and when called the store, casual response with no authorization.

I hopped off the train at emerald for a 7 minute stop and the crew at emerald managed to get the garlic bread to me ASAP before I missed the train.I did nearly get hit by 2 cars though

Got a trainee at the order counter. Ordered an extra large, got a large. Supervisor completely unsympathetic to the mistake. Not customer focused at all.

Not even a star!! I ordered a pizza at 6:22 was finally graced with the presence of a male who looked that stoned I dont know how he was driving!!! Btw it was 7:20 by the time I got my pizza.. I live 7 mins away..I asked what was the hold up!! No answer that I could discern! My partner called the EMERALD, store and they said thats too bad we apologise with no real care we asked for a voucher being as my delivery time was 6:58... in my opinion this is not good enough!!. I believe..

Didnt think id like the Vegan Spicy Veg Trio but its now my fave, will be one of my staple orders from now on

First time to the Emerald Domino pizza, had our regular flavour of pizza and it was the best. Friendly staff.

Only If i could rate this 0 stars , dont deserve any stars if your going to have a young lady talk like that on the phone, put me on hold 3 times and forget about me, what happened to CUSTOMERS FIRST!

Supreme with Anchovies and Korean chicken wings was real nice,,,better than Caloundra, will continue using Dominos caloundra tho....lol

Not very nice. Burnt and dry, very little ingredients on it.

Called tonight to order pizzas. 1st staff member did not know delivery cost. Asked for someone else who responded with "yap, yap, yap" for our order and gave a 30 minute delivery time. Asked for manager who responded with "yep or yap" and said thered be a 90 minute wait! Will never use Dominoes Emerald again!! Dreadful customer service.

Absolutely disgusting. I had ordered a delivery meal at 5pm, estimated drop off time was 5:30pm. Waited till 6:30pm and my order still wasn’t delivered. I called the store and had told them what had happened and the girl rudely said the driver came to the house and no one answered the door which was incorrect because I would have heard them. She continued to be extremely rude to me so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was also very rude and said that the driver had also called me 3 times and left a voice mail which was completely incorrect as well!!! They then blamed me and said it was my fault and that I was trying to put the blame on the driver. Asked if I still wanted my cold pizza delivered. Never dealt with RUDER people in my life. Will never be ordering from them again.

Pizza had no sauce on it, was a big disappointment because usually there is a standard to dominos where you know what youre going to get. Unfortunately with this one both our pizzas had no sauce.

The Service is really good and the food is great.

They got the order wrong so we had to wait very lo g f ou r it to be remade.

I would say 0 starts if I could, extremely rude and will not talk to you if they have an issue with an order and leave you on hold till you hang up also wouldn’t put the manager on to talk

Have you guys changed your base recipe? Tonights pizzas were the best weve had in a long time. Heaps of toppings & loads of flavour. Keep doing what youre doing & youll have a lot of very happy customers. Thanks 😊

New look store is modern, fresh and inviting. Definitely an improvement from before the refurbishment. Pizzas are also faster than before but still taste great. Look forward to ordering more often.

The pizza I had was good but had to wait more than the anticipated time.

The pizzas were not nice not much topping and i believe it was over price for what we got😝

Did a phone order delivered for a half and half. Double peperoni and meat lovers on classic. Filling didnt go out to crust, about 25 to 40 mm inside crust all around. Cheese was just melted not browned. Tasted very greasy. Had to eat it as in a motel on the edge of town and very hungry. I suggest that you all do a pick up and look at what is offered before you pay. The only good thing was quick delivery but if they had cooked it properly this would have suffered as well.
