Manager named Hardik took my order and made the wrong pizza. Upon complaint he professionally argued with me that people like me do it to get free pizzas. Also tried to play race card and was blamed to be abusive customer. Never recommended. Worst Dominos ever.
I frequently order from this store and the meal is good. But, everytime I do online order they ignore the instructions asked for. I ordered a peri peri chicken without the sauce swirl but got one with the sauce.I had let go of the missing dips and same kinds of mistake before but this is too disappointing to experience same things frequently.
Worst customer service. Rude order takers who have no clue no how to properly take orders. Excessive delivery charge (costs more than the pizzaand when I asked why, the male staff rudely said "Because thats how it is". Staff there act if we are not paying customers. They act as if they are doing customers a favour when we order. Just close the store and re-open once you have good staff who know how to treat customers right. This supposedly loaded pepperoni is the same as the traditional pepperoni. The only difference is the price. How on earth does this cost $27.90???? Total rip-off.
After going through my order they advise me that the limit for delivery is 5 kilometres. Seriously just lazy

Its take home pizza. What do you really expect? Its not fine dining. Its convenient for feeding a dozen boys, and thats who it was for.
Great taste. Good vegetarian selection, including a chilli paneer pizza. And very quick indeed... Always ready in less than 10 minutes
Absolutely disgraceful, 40 minutes late,cold and all they can say is sorry,couldnt find the room on ground floor, order went back to store then sent out again cold, Katherine Dominos puts this one to shame, will never order Dominos again, never been treated worse in 58 years
Not sure whats wrong with them these days. Feels like pizzas are made for sake. U will find the toppings loaded just at one corner or center of the pizza.Very poor customer service.

ordered pizza online and watched the live tracking to see that it was done. rocked up and after waiting for about half an hour, they told me the order had been cancelled. had to order it again and wait for longer. terrible.

Dont waste your time get a City Pizza instead. Dominos are totally abysmal, I ordered a pizza through Uber I get a phone call from driver saying he is here. Asked were and he gave some other address told him the correct address he hangs up and I get notice its been delivered. Call Dominos was told not their problem, they told me to ring back in 10 mins if it doesnt arrive. Called again 10 mins later and spoke with manager, who promised to cook another and he will deliver personally 35 mins later my pizza arrives stone cold and smashed. I suspect they gave me the original pizza that been floating around for a hour+. Contacted Uber who gave me a full refund.
I have been here twice in two weeks, my pizza looked like ingrediants were chucked from a metre high, and not cooked properly.
Cancelled my order after it was already supposed to have been delivered. Failed to honor deal listed on website and claimed it was a “technical error”, even though the order had already been accepted 2 hours prior to supposed delivery time. Very unprofessional and abysmal customer service.
Beyond woeful. Ordered a supreme with anchovies (easy right?got a basic pepperoni. I paid extra for a premium piazza ($29.00), but got a $10 pizza. Thsts not a mistake, thats being ripped off. I had an undercooked pizza with dough that was stretchy and floury in taste. I called to let Dominoes Darwin know and I was told I was wrong despite being unable to eat the pizza - apparently the duration will always yield a perfect bread (not true). I was left on hold for 30mins and unanswered and the issue unmanaged. The lack of integrity, spine and disgusting commitment to food safety practices and quality of product is entertaining, and for dominoes embarassing, to put it kindly. Instead I did Dominoes job and cooked the pizza myself at home. My phone number was continuously ignored and after 30mins disconnected (I called back and still went unanswered), and when I called from another number they picked up immediately, then proceeded to put the new call number on hold and then returned to argue and state I was wrong without evidence, the manager then made excuses and blamed their staff member (the cookbecause he had not communicated with management regarding the complaint in food quality. I have attached images. Later, we were asked to bring back the uncooked pizza as proof, or with a complete waste of resources and poor management offered to send a driver over to come pick up the pizza from us to confirm the poor quality. Instead of accepting either of these options we stated we would be happy to post photos on line and leave a review of our interaction and experience and waste of money. Dominoes staff gaslighting customers is as good as it gets with this one.
The food there is very good. The place is clean and the staff are very chill. The simply cheese is my go to pizza....
Multiple times , I have learned my lesson . Dont buy from city dominos. Dry cold and ways No Sauce . Horrible pizza no Care given . AvoidAsk for extra sauce and got none at all. This store and is owners are a joke 💯

Sick of getting a pizza from here, getting home and finding it burning my mouth with spices or peppers or whatever. If they are cutting mine or mixing mine with the same utensils vegans may as well just order a lamb shank and get on with it.
Brought a pizza Tuesday evening for Hawaiian pizza. Put a complaint in because of the minimum topping that was provided on the one 16 dollar pizza. I spoke to the manager and they said they will provide a voucher to my details. Called today to use the voucher and they stated there isnt a voucher available. Really poor customer service. Not impressed, sorry doesnt count for the very poor standard.
Ordered pizza specifying no mushroom. Given the wrong ordered with mushroom on one when supposedly none should be at all as mushrooms triggers my migraine. Rang the store a young man answered was polite, then passed down to the chain of command. Sent the photos as instructed. Rang back and accused of sending an “old” photo right after it was sent (as one apparently just have an old photo of their pizza just to get it for free 🤦🏽♀️). Asked to bring it to store to see it- inconvenient on top of an already inconvenience. These pizza were free for the reason that we ordered a pizza and was given to someone else thus needing to be remade- wasting more time that can’t be given for someone else’s fault. Upon getting the pizza my partner received no apology. Then with this ordered we were accused of just wanting to get a free pizza. This is the second time that the pizza had mushroom when specifically ordered with one.No apology.Just bad experiences dominos city. Unruly
Here is the thing, I ordered one vegorama pizza today with the domino’s pizza. In smith street Larrakeyah. They put salami , small piece of pork in my completely veg pizza. Which I think is completely disgusting and insulting as a customer. I felt very insulted and the thing is I am never ever ate meat in my whole life . I am vegetarian since my birth. This is but too much. I called in the store in talked with one the shift manager and he made me feel like it was my mistake because i ordered from them. I was trying to explain him that I am vegetarian since my birth but he was not listening to me.I am gonna file official complain against this storeI am never going to order pizza from domino’s. .
Very poor pizza taste, i dont think this pizza worth 15aud, feel like they dont care anymore, i even found a piece of plastic in the pizza. Very disappointed, it used to be better

Honestly if I could a minus score rating I would.On Saturday night, 03/04/21, I ordered some pizza that was supposed to be ready for me at 19:07. So I turned up a little bit later as I assumed it was going to be busy that night and wouldnt be ready which I was correct. I waited until around 19:15 for the pizza which was fine however, there seemed to be a problem with the eftpos systems as it wasnt accepting contactless payments and I seemed to be the first customer it happened to so I assumed maybe it was my bank that was the problem. But then 2 other guys tried to pay for their pizza and they had the same issue and they were using a different bank than me so it was clearly an issue with dominos and their system.So I waited around 10 minutes trying numerous times to make the payment again while they reset the eftpos machine, all with no luck of the payment going through. So the shift manager came out and tried the same things that the other person tried, again no luck. So the manager asked if I had any cash or another card which I did not have so he said ok, one moment then please. So I assumed he was going to maybe go into the back and look into it further and/or sort the problem so I could collect my pizza and leave, at this point it was around 19:25.So me and the other 2 guys just waited for this problem to be solved, then it got to around 19:35 and I thought I would ask again as it had took a little while, plus my pizza is sat on the counter going cold while they are trying to sort this. I asked the counter clerk what was happening and he said he doesnt know so I said get the manager again, then I looked through to the kitchen and the manager was just making pizzas again, not even attempting to solve the problem !! which obviously didnt bode well with me or the other 2 guys who had been waiting for some time to collect our food. So he came back out to me and tried the card again and said "IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM". I asked how it could possibly be my fault or problem as it is his system that is malfunctioning and nothing to do with me, the customer ! I said Ive been waiting 25 minutes for you to come out and tell me its not your problem ? So instead of saying this earlier he made me wait 25 minutes and then said it. He said he was contacting the IT department which was an obvious lie because I could see him making pizzas so I said that to him. He replied that the shop is very busy and he has to carry on making pizzas (so he just said he was contacting IT, then admitted he was making pizzas, proven to be a liarYes I understand that but youve got 3 customer that are in the store waiting and youve just completely shunned us and did not care about the problem at all. He also started to speak a little bit faster and louder as if to intimidate me or something which wasnt happening at all.I didnt manage to get this managers name but he was awful, his level of customer service is shocking and clearly he spends too much time in the back making pizzas and should probably be sent on a course on how to deal with customers and problems because he was useless.So he said he would let me take my pizzas and record my phone number to call for payment later on in the weekend. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 19:07, I left the store at 19:45, so almost 40 minutes after I was supposed to get the pizza and 25 minutes after the pizza had been cooked, along with the appalling service I received, he still expected me to pay for this pizza ? is he joking! he sent me on my way with my freezing cold food that had been sat in the "hot" box, maybe you should get that thing checked too because thats as good as the managers customer service.the pizza went in the bin as it was cold and terrible and I sorted my food from somewhere else as I will do in the future too.I hope the shift manager from Saturday sees this and he seriously has a think about his level of professionalism in that situation because he was awful and I dont understand how he manages anything.
I have ordered Choc Fudge Brownie and they served that to me with a Smokey BBQ sauce.!! How can I eat the Brownie with that Smokey BBQ sauce..??!! Had even ordered the Churros and it was burnt when I asked them if I can get it replaced and they said thats what they have been serving all these long at the store “A Burnt Churros” and the staff member simply said that it gets prepared at the oven and it’s normal getting that burnt. I was like WOW..!! Seriously..??!! I really like to add the picture of what I was being served at the store but unfortunately I can’t see the option for adding pics. Very disappointed with the Service.
Great service from Geoffrey/Jeffery at the Darwin store today. I had a bit of an issue with my order and he handled my complaint very graciously. A genuine man who obviously takes pride in his work :)
It started as a phone order , got put on hold , whilst holding I decided to get in my car and start driving to the store , got to the store (whilst still holding on the mobile 10 min later only to see no one at front counter, I look over the counter to see the dominos phone just sitting tjere off the hook, took another 3-4 mins for someone to come to the front counter , from there I ordered (that was its own sagawaited at least 25 min for a single pick up pepperoni pizza that turned out to be the wrong pizza anyway .. I left out the fact that no one knew what they were doing and the wrong pizza I did get tasted like it was made with no F#cks given at all.A perfect example of a turnkey business that can be decimated by bad bad management.Its not a hard job , I did it as a kid , the level of incompetence is just beyond even a joke.
Check your order before you leave the store, because some times they forget to add what you paid for. When I pay $3 extra for an ingredient that is then left off the pizza, well what can I say... I HAVENT BEEN BACK. There are plenty of other places around Darwin for pizza.
Worst customer service, just tried to order a pizza in store and it was made a rocket science!! Heaps better to order online; however, pizza quality and store hygiene of this store is the worst in whole Darwin, glad I walked in. Now never gonna eat at this store thats for sure.If Management have any questions feel free to communicate. But I would be getting in touch with head office it’s not acceptable.
Ordered a single pizza and side here using the website. The food was made and ready to pick up in about ten minutes over the dinner rush, it was still hot by the time I got it back home.The pizza was great and although pricy the popcorn chicken serve was pretty big and cooked to order.
I ordered through UberEats. Had to call more than once to confirm order was even coming. At first thought it may have been an UberEats fault however, once I received my order 1+ hour late. It was cold; pizza, garlic bread and chips. They had just forgotten my order completely and not even remade it after I had called them one hour later about not receiving it. So disappointed I will not be ordering from any dominoes regardless if its direct through them or UberEats. I called them direct once my Uber order was late, and regardless they didnt care to remake etc. The order was delivered by a dominoes staff member to. Would not recommend. They are highly unorganised and have no common sense to remake an order that was over an hour late and would rather deliver it cold instead. Disgusted.
Terribly disappointed. Ordered 3 pizzas at 6.45 and waited 45 minutes until I rang the restaurant. The lady told me that she was sorry and that the order will be delivered in 20 minutes. I then waited another hour before ringing again and got the same reply. All the manager could say was ‘sorry’. 2 and a half hours for 3 pizzas for no excuse??? Terrible.
I ordered a pizza on 19/10/2019 around 5pm.They forgot to put sauce on top. I rang to the store about it right after delivery, what they said was "We will deliver the sauce to you now, and make sure you put a comment next time you order saying dont for get the sauce" What a joke customer service. they asking customer to do their job for you.
Friend and I ordered the same pizza (personal supreme). For whatever reason mine was missing the ground beef even though they were made at the same time. Had to wait 15 minutes for another one!Update: they didnt make a new pizza, but instead added 4 pieces of ground beef to the original pizza... I ended up taking the pizza along with a full refund and free can of soda.
Absolutely horrible pizza. Ordered a personal range vego..tasted like it had been reheated. I paid for extra sauce which I didn’t get.Chips where dry and tasteless. Only decent part of this meal was the 7UP drink I purchased.Never again. No thanks.
Have not had a Dominos pizza for at least three/four years. Was pleasantly surprised. Tried one of their new ones with a crispy base. Very nice and will not wait another three/four years before going back.
Wish I could give 0! Utterly disgusting! My pizza tonight tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave! $40 for this is outrageous! Waste of money! Oh and forgot part of my order AGAIN! So disappointed! I feel so sick after only one slice! Never again! Total joke!
The food was OK - in the sense that its the same as at all the other Dominos.The problems were -1. It appears to be a long time since anyone gave the surfaces a wipe-down - everything we touched was sticky.2. We placed our order for dine-in, and paid at 21:27. We sat at the table nearest the cashier, and waited. And waited. Other customers came and went - mostly phone orders, it seemed. We approached cashier at 22:10 (40+ minutes later), and asked when our order might be ready. After further dithering, our order was found on a shelf - no explanation of why we werent called when our order was ready.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the dine-in experience.Once you pay for your order, then you dont matter any more.
As you would expect from a fast food store/Dominos, not much more to be said. Fast and efficient, plenty of options, pizzas are exactly as you request/read, at an appropriate price point. Always a quick and easy option!
