Domino's Pizza Dalby in Dalby

So it turned out that for whatever reason our Hawaiian pizza came and my daughter complained that it was spicy, I tried it and discovered that it was quite spicy. I called the store and not only were they exceptionally friendly and helpful, they apologised and offered a replacement pizza immediately to be delivered at no cost!! Outstanding service, would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dominos Dalby!

Everytime I go to the Dalby store the staff greet me with great manners and customer service.I would like to extend my gratitude to Josh "this guy deserves a pay rise" . His people skills are on point with the way he speaks to customers and the way he speaks to the staff . Great job mate .Also to all the staff at the store it was great to see everyone there happy and working together .

Dont understand carpark delivery

Delivered to wrong address, when received was cold and cut in slices smaller than a 50 cent coin.Rang store and the manager said he is to busy to talk and hung up 4 times.Have escalated to head office.Rude manager who couldnt care less about customer satisfaction.Needs to loose franchise.Dont bother.Reported to health inspectors and food safe.

The pizza is hit and miss it can be over cooked, not cut properly or Over cooked

I not sure if lately there is different cook but pizzas are horrible n burnt

Disappointed with the deals available I was told 40 odd dollars for a 3 meal deal then 60 odd dollars so very disappointed....I rang at 5.10pm on Saturday night and spoke to a young woman and Im not sure if she knew what she was doing but not happy thanks.......you have my number so Im not keen on your business and yes sorry but very disappointed so rather shop with businesses that treat customers with the respect ....

Dominos Dalby messed up my order, it took over an hour to get it, and then overcharged me for it.

I actually liked this place and will go back again. Got exactly what i asked for and thats pretty rare these days 😊👍

Not good at. Twice stuffed up our order and it took a 20 minute phone call and a trip down there to pick up the wrong order.

Ignored for 10 minutes waiting at counter.Finally recognised as customers & Ordered Pizza. Eventually received Burn pizza , missing main ingredient of Chicken

No stars at all from me. Waited nearly 10ins to be served.Finally order came up on screen to pickUp. No it wasnt. Still was being put together. Ordered chicken n CamembertGot bacon and CamembertThen had to wait for my chirios.They forgot themGlad I dont live in this town and just travelling through.

Nice staff,good tasting pizza

Ordered 2 premium range pizza. Pd $46.041 was totally wrong. The loaded supreme was not so loaded no mushroom or ground beef.Waited 25 minutes and 3 calls to take order.

Paid good money for a childs serving.Would be lucky to even feed a child actually.Pizzas get any smaller they can use sandwich bags to deliver them in.

What are these people doing..both times a disaster..cold..wrong order..had to wait over an hour for second delivery,,it came cold and wrong..if you own this franchisae, kick yourself in the nads and wake up.

Good Dominos store with generous toppings and cooked to perfection .Also this store has thick shakes served at -14°C and worth a try.

Three orders. First was half an hour late and no chocolate sauce for churroes and second and third were 40 minutes late......

Just the worst pizza from dalby dominino pizza way to much tomato past and it was cold lost my business

Bought two large pizzas and garlic bread. Got two small pizza instead and paid $44 and they forgot garlic bread. Thanks Dominos!

Does like a dominos. You will get the same standard as any other and you f you’ve had dominos in the past you know what to expect. For me the pizza is just average.

Very small but dont expect much for the price. Overload on the sauce that you cant taste the topping. And not cut through. Will make my own in the future.

Best Dominos pizza I have ever had. Fresh and hot with loads of toppings exactly how pizza should be. The staff were friendly and we would definitely come back when passing through Dalby
