Domino's Pizza Burpengary in Morayfield

Great pizza, weird thing is one time I ordered pizza arrived 30mins after I ordered it and my pizza didnt even start cooking I have a feeling someone took it but yeah thats chill, they made me a new one so that was good

I seriously don’t know how Dominos is still open. There pizzas are so scabby. Absolute rip off for the quality of pizza. Also tried charging me $20 to deliver a pizza when I live 1km down the road

Every time I order cheesy garlic bread it always comes burnt as hell!

Ham and pineapple. Only a few pieces of pineapple in the middle. Terribly made

We live on the edge of Narangba and Burpengary but have to drive to Kallangur Dominos if we want it as Burpengary doesnt accept the vouchers. We will more than likely make Pizza hut our go to because they accept vouchers.

Very disappointing, food was either burnt or cold last visit. Cheesy garlic bread had no cheese on it and was burnt, uneatable.

I ordered some pizzas for a friend’s party. Picked them up and took them there only to find half of them were missing ingredients I’d paid extra for.Called a few days later when I had the chance and told them what had happened and they didn’t offer me a refund for the missing extras or a replacement pizza or anything.I understand it’s the franchisee’s policy and not the manager’s fault but it’s poor form to take my money, not deliver, and refuse to fix it. I expect better from Dominos and have usually not had a problem getting things like this fixed at other stores so maybe it’s just the Burpengary one.I’ll be going to the next suburb over for future orders now.

Partner ordered pizza hour ago for delivery rang back to see why the delivery is taking so long was told order didnt go through poor quality of service just not good enough wont be ordering from here again

Times are gone when Dominos made a good, tasty pizza. Now you cant even find a hint of tomato paste and youre paying $15 for a 9". The last couple I have had, have been lacklustre to say the least. Its now time to move on.

Delivery is incredibly fast, pizza always arrives piping hot and always correct!

Franchised stores should have to honour Dominos vouchers. It seems every time I order from this store there is a mistake and lately issues with the app and adding voucher codes - ‘your store doesn’t accept this code’ then if you call the store and try order - you can’t pay over the phone. I have msg on Facebook messenger with zero response. The staff are friendly - that is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Not their fault.

I have no words except this is meant to be a pizza. Never ever again.

They gave me a completely different pizza to what I had ordered. The one I received was poorly made. Only had cheese on one side for some reason. Left feedback on their online website and they never got back to me. Usually their customer service is pretty good but they never bothered to get back to me about it.

Second poor review, issue still not rectified. Burpengary is the only store in QLD who does not accept vouchers advertised on websites, emails and local letterbox vouchers. Pizzas end up costing $25 more than the promotion. Morayfield store accepts the voucher and even offers to deliver to Burpengary because quote; "this is a regular complaint they recieve". Absolutely ridiculous.

I wasnt going to do a review as I decided that I would never deal with this outlet again but over the weekend it has got me down so I need to put this up on Friday night the 16/07/21 I ordered a couple of pizzas from the store my order was taken and after 20 minutes I never saw my name on the board . The order was under the name of Ray and there was an order for Grey on the board waiting to be collected I went up and asked if that was my order and they said no 10 minutes later they told it was my order. I understand mistakes can be made but the guy serving me was so rude this sore of behaviour is not exceptable

Ordered buffalo chicken pizza and mini pepperoni pizza disappointed with the toppings they put on pizzas as they are very little amount

It would be wonderful if the speedy staff could cut the pizzas in to equal portion sizes instead of trying to win the world record for the fastest ever pizza cutter.Slow down and control the quality of the product you serve.

This store seemingly does not accept offers. 26th Sept. This offer is clear as day on the website. Would not work when I tried to do the online order so I called the store. I was told casually that it "may just not be working in our system" and if I wanted that deal it would cost $47.95. Because...? I was also told that other people had called about the same issue but nothing was offered to rectify or even take an order.Tried multiple other deals afterward online and not a single one works.

This is the worst experience with Dominos I have ever had their online system glitched out and sent my order to the store for a pickup instead of delivery despite me putting in my address I contacted the store and spoke with the store manager and he said he would have it sent out Stephen rang me back 5 minutes later and told me that I would have to pay an extra $43 at the door on top of the $43 Ive already paid online which would come up to a total of 90 something dollars or cancel the order and wait 5 days for it to go back into my bank account opted to pick it up when I got there the store manager told me the part of my order had been given to another customer despite me paying for this order online

I ordered 1 x The Big Three Meats and they gave me a Meat Lovers pizza.Guess I will never get to taste the Big Three Meat pizza.Dont know if this is a regular occurrence.But I would like to get the right pizza next time.

Mate... I ordered pizzas tonight & said I needed change of $note... the pizzas arrived with no change BUT they wanted to take the money & bring back the change... what the hell is that... you can keep your pizza & stop mucking up the orders. Thanks have a great night...

A bit of a misunderstanding on the promotion materials pricing so ended up paying $13 more. Pizzas where better than last year though. Service was good also

We ordered 2 pizzas & cheesy garlic bread, but were very disappointed. The reef, beef & bacon had very limited toppings there were 4 prawns for the whole pizza, the beef was tiny chewy pieces, again very limited & the bacon was about 5 pieces. The sauce flooded the pizza. I had 2 pieces & threw the rest in the bin. My husband had the supreme & said it was very limited in the toppings as well more like just base, cheese & sauce. The Cheesy garlic was burnt underneath AGAIN. We thought Dominos had improved but obviously not. We wont be purchasing any more pizzas from them again.

Most of the time the only problems we have is missing sauces or a mess up with our basic order but last night took the cake.We ordered our usual order that we share. Not long after we were both up all night with gastro/food poisoning and we are still feeling it today.It was a shame because last night was the best pizza we have had from dominos in the last 6 months. But it had to be ruined with gastro. Obviously the hygiene policies arent being followed.Safe to say we wont be returning.

I ordered dominos tonight and this is what I have received. It wasn’t what I ordered and is Cooked so the base is rock hardAnd looks like someone’s thrown up in the box. I rang the store to be told it would be over an hour to replace my order by a very rude manage who hung up on meI’m now not sure if my replacement order is comingVERRY DISAPPOINTED😬😬

Regularly order Friday delivery from Burpengary store for large family, spending upwards of $90. No complaints until today, $110 order with 2 items missing. Phone store, told - you can have store credit or pick up missing items. As shift workers we were tired and hungry, opted for pick up - voiding the purpose of home delivery. On arrival for missing items, still had to wait. After years of ordering regularly from Dominoes Burpengary, it’s time to find a new Friday tradition.

When ever Im eating one of their Fish fillet burgers with salad and dressing, Im always stunned to see the perfect quality and neatness of the dish. Well done Dominos!

What happened to the size of the pizzas????? I havent ordered pizza in maybe a year or 2, I order a Large, well on todays standards a large is the old small because I did not fill 2 people but cost more than they used to. Feel very ripped off.

Pizza is good, but staff are unprofessional. Saw a manager and front counter staff kissing multiple times, and I was outside the store sitting in my car!

If you’re after pizza I suggest you go to McDonald’s. Ordered the vegan cheese pizza and opened the box to find what appeared to be normal cheese on the pizza then called up the shop to complain and ask for a new one the guy who answered the phone blatantly lied reassured me he made it and there wouldn’t be a refund. A vegan even ate the pizza and was sick. Don’t go there

Ordered pizza last night from this store. Very fast delivery and very nice gentleman who delivered. However, whoever cut my pizza last night did a terrible job. Ordered a BBQ meatlovers... Found pineapple on it...

Great service.I placed an online order with one of my pizzas being a half and half New Yorker pizza. When it arrived no Half and Half, I rung the store and they tell me they are not allowed to do Half and Half in the New Yorker range despite it being on the website as an option, they are still happy to make you pay a surcharge and not deliver what you ask for. Also the cutting of the pizza was appalling.

Do not take any coupons, do not have any deals that can feed a family under $50. Even the coupons they send out on top of the pizza box they dont accept. Unprofessional and always keen to give excuses. Will be contacting Pizza hut Head office in the morning.

Live less than a km from the store, it sends me vouchers through junk mail, but doesnt accept any of them. Better of ordering elsewhere because this store costs more than the others.

They dont know my address yet so had to go pick up to get voucher specials. But the pizza was great.

Im sure for most people Dominoes is good, but the last few times Ive ordered from here it has made me throw up a few hours later; I ordered a Hawaiian pizza the last few times i bought from this store, and by the end of the night i would throw up the entire pizza. Not sure what was wrong with the pizza but i know that these experiences have prevented me from buying Dominoes since. I assume this is probably an issue with just Hawaiian pizzas, so i recommend not buying Hawaiian pizzas from Dominoes.

so pissed off with the burpengary dominos drivers!! 8th time this week i have been bullied on the road by them remember u have the shop logo on your car as long as u have that logo u are representing a company. no one deserves to be bullied on the road especially during road work zones. NOT HAPPY!

Never add the extras that we paid for. This franchise is making a bundle of money out of people by taking what you already have paid for. Never refunds. But this time we took back everything and asked for our money back. Pizza Hut you have our business now dont stuff it up like dominos Burpengary.

These guys are awesome! Great service the boys always have a smile and are working hard all the time! We were disappointed when we went to collect 4 pizzas and chicken wings.They had missed the chicken wings and offered a bottle of pop if we waited another 8-10 minutes while they made them.If I wanted pop I would have ordered pop.The pizzas wouldnt have been hot so we cancelled the wings which was all my wife wanted for dinner.That was it no apology just heres your pizzas be on your way.My fire breather had no chilli flakes on it and the spicy veg trio was very rushed with two slices containing no toppings.Less speed more haste Dominos.

Me and the boys order from you guys every weekend, without fail multiple packages of churros and brownies are ordered...Aiden one of your drivers delivers to us most nights and every time he does he has the best customer service. My brotha deserves a raise $ cheers guys!
