Ordered 3 Meats, El Scorchp, Simply Cheese & a Pepperoni last night. Honestly the saddest pizzas Ive ever eaten. Minimal toppings, dry, bland and tough like cardboard... Very disappointed

Very unhappy with the company. My daughter won a gift card but the store would not accept it so had to pay by cash for our order. On the bright side we got a free pizza voucher for using the app. Oh no it wasnt, I was told I had to spend $15 to redeem it, how is that a free pizza. Speaking to the manager his only response was he didnt make the rules . A week after being prevented from using the Dominos gift voucher we have still not had a response as to what we have to do to use it. Totally unacceptable. Never using them again. Looks like it will have to be Pizza Hut from now on.

Very great price but started charging 1 dollar per extra sauce, other than this very well priced, best that money can buy. Sells chicken bites and cakes too as well as other nice things. Check it out, friendly staff too.

Wish I could give no stars. Waited over 3hrs for our delivery. After multiple phone calls where they promised it would be top priority. Hahahaha. What a joke.

In the past have had good pizzas here, this time pizza was dried up and very sparse topping. Also noticed shop was not particularly clean. Wont ever be back.

In this restaurant they take for granted every customer owns a vehicle thus theyve decided not to have stools for those who are on foot ( low yield customers despite restrictions having been lifted. I also noticed my pizza had less amount of ingredient than i normally get. U gotta be stingy and unconsiderate to run a restaurant in this fashion i would give them not a single star if that was possible.

Our order took too long and many people who ordered after us got their pizza before us. We asked where our pizza was and the girl said oh my mistake it didnt go through so finally they found a pizza and gave it to us but after opening the box found that in fact had someone elses name on it and it was too late to return it so we ate it. Another satisfied customer NOT

Very terrible, i have ordered pizza many times from here and every single time they mess up my order and dont bother to put things i paid extra for on the pizza

It would be good if the staff actually listened to my order and gave me the right one after 45 minutes. They also need to actually wear their masks. On their faces not under their chins. Very poor service and quality of food. Wont be going back.

I was so hungry and i ordered cheese garlic pizza got the box after 10 mins take it and go. When i open it its peperoni nice job. You cant make a simple order.

Ordered a pizza at 11 at night , order went through, called as it didnt arrive, was told they were closed , called about 4 times to get my money back and they say they will sort it but nothing ever happens. Pizza is nice though when we do get it

Ordered pizza online at 11.20pm Saturday night, website says Bethlehem store open until 12am, get there and am told store closed at 11.15pm. Very inconvenient and a waste of time and fuel due to inaccurate website hours advertised.

Pizza was good tasting, but thats about it. I asked for carpark delivery due to having a large van which is difficult to park in normal spots plus have a injured ankle.As I arrive I click arrive on the website, pull up outside the store and wait...... And wait...... And wait (according to the website my food was ready about 3 minutes before I even arrivedfinally after waiting over 5 minutes I park round the corner and hobble back to the shop to pickup my order which is waiting.

ok place to buy pizza, just dont order car park delivery as the lazy staff keeps you waiting extra 10 mins so you wont order it the same way next time.

Ordered delivery, got 10 wings, cheesy garlic bread and a pizza. Received 5 soggy wings, normal garlic bread. Pizza wasn’t good either. Not impressed. Tried to contact them via email and got a 2 free sides voucher but no refund for my lack of wings/cheese? Won’t be having dominos again, so no use for the free sides

Not impressed at all. The place was filthy. End of a long weekend I know but this a food establishment.A guy started to sweep the floor behind the counter and was sweeping forcefully toward the food preparation area, he then handled chemicals in the kitchen, then brought the motor scooters in from outside. By this time our pizza was cooked and he removed his cap, swept back his hair and without gloves or washing his hands he boxed our 2 pizzas. He didnt touch our pizza as such but was folding the packaging to put our food in. The pizzas were the worst Dominos pizzas I have ever had. Disgusting and disgusted.

Pizza arrived cold and missing garlic bread. Rang and they said it would be 35 more minutes!! Thankfully when the next pizza arrived it was hot (not cooked fully, but hot). Even though the guy said it would only be 20 minutes it took 30 to arrive. Not impressed

Look I have to say, your websites cool and everything but the pizza was really bad. We ordered a Godfather, it tasted as though the brine from the pitted olives had spilled all over the pizza. It was super salty, to the point of being inedible. The other pizza was ok, but not very cheesy. Im just wondering if this is a recipe thing, because even the garlic butter in the bread was too salty.Im Scottish, I like salt.The last time I bought Dominos we had the exact same problem. I complained and said then that it tasted like someone had spilled used oil on the pizza, but now Im wondering if its just how you guys make them.Ive had good Dominos before, so I just dont know. Sad to say, we came here because the other brand had a website problem, and we wont be returning.

Good people but slow service. The pizza was cold and undercooked to the point where I don’t even want to eat it, slice proportions were all over the shop and not cut through all the way.

Ordered 3 pizzas, read back the order, collected and went home only to find I didnt get the right order. There was about 10 staff members on and non of them serving, and tried to call them when I got home but wouldnt answer the phone! No surprises there! Would not use this store again!

I ordered the vegan ham, and cheese pizza and didnt expect too much given that it was a fast food chain. The store was ok but the service wasnt that great, when I walked in the man at the cashier didnt even look up or say hi. the pizza was greasy, the ham was as thin a a twig and as crispy as biting into a twig. The cheese was thick, creamy and didnt taste like cheese at all, it tasted like expired cheese sauce. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza and it was cut very poorly. I would NOT recommend going there again, overall a terrible experience.

I had never been there before and will never again....the place was SO DIRTY!! I could see behind the counter, there was food ALL over the floor, the counters were all dirty...the pizza was suppose to be large but wasnt and it tasted bad. Shame!

Ordered 2 Italian veg pizzas and one pizza with ham and mushrooms. I got 3 pizzas with BBQ Sausage and no Italian veg ones...

Order 50mins late... food cold and yuck... driver rude.. have complained on dominos feedback but no response yet... back 2 pizza hut it is.. s*** as was 4 my sisters bday dinner

Sadly we didnt bother to order. The windows and door were filthy, dusty, handprints, other grimey stuff all over them. Then we went into the store, just as bad. The young girl behind the counter didnt bother to speak to us at all. The counter was filthy, handprints and justgrimey. There were messy piles of pizza boxes, the floor was dirty, and the shop had a bad smell. This happened on Sunday 17 February 2019, at around 3pm. I would be sacking everybody that worked there, if that was my store. Your store is a disgrace to the Dominos business, I would be embarrassed to own it.

2.6. Old style pizzas. Soft bases. Safe toppings. Our three pizzas were ok but certainly not inspiring. They met the immediate need. On the positive side they were nice and hot when collected. Bare pass.

My pizza wasnt well prepared I had uneven peaces of pizza the box was dirty and the staff didnt look very welcoming my overall experience was pretty bad and wouldnt suggest going back

Horrible experience, went to pick up GLUTEN FREE pizzas, to find they had given one to someone else, no sorry, took 20 mins to go another and gave old pizza as well.

We eat here regularly and 9 times out of 10 we get great service and great pizza.. :-book ahead using the app if you dont like waiting in queues!

Garbage as my 14 year old said. I agree we had squashed up chips covered in black burnt bits from another cook up. The pepperoni pizza ...the pepperoni was on top of each other and not laid across the pizza as oone would expect. We had pizza hut from cameron road 1 week ago and it was fresh and flawless so we wont bother with Doninos anymore.
