I’m standing in front cashier counter for long time, no one wants to served me T_T . And the staff served us so rude.. not welcoming, no smile, the attitude 👎two stars for food only.

Convenient for eat it just pick up your food. Staff is mostly good and attentive. I give 3 stars because there is not standard on preparations most of times and in some occasions ingredients feel like old storage items...

Condescending branch manager when he question source of customers voucher. He as branch manager should know his own company promotions better or atleast communicate internally with Dominos HQ before attacking customer blindly. I wonder who vouch and hired this guy.No wonder netizens stop ordering from Dominos after late delivery voucher redemptions fiasco.Kindly exclude your branch from prepaid voucher redemptions and stick to CASH and WALK IN patrons ONLY!

I dont know why dominos always dont have this dont have that. Ot 1 time i went there at 850pm, and they dont have a mushroom soup. They said finish. Come on, you still got 1 more hour to 10pm before you close. And they dont have a hot water like coffee or tea too. Ice lemon tea price is RM16 ++ , for me is expensive and it is not a large size.

They must improve on customer service and handling a situation at the counter . They can be better if the manager /leader or the management review all the comments and action. They must ensure competency level is the same at all outlets.

Fast & friendly. But not so generous on topping sauce compared to other outlets.

To dine in the place is not promptly clean. Operator managing the place with a lean and sloppy team who have no clue about food hygiene and cleanliness around the kitchen. On a bad day it will be no surprise if you get food poisoning. This is the lackadaisical attitude of the premises operator. Please order the items you are familiar with. Check the freshness of the ingredients on your pizza for the sake of your familys health. Thank you.

i came here for iftar and after queuing about 15 minutes to order, the cashier/staff told me that it takes an hour or more for the pizza. she should told me earlier when im queuing.

Dominos is good as WiFi is available. But the service here at this outlet, its something that I couldnt handle. Order 2 pizzas and was told to wait for 20mins. So we waited. 40mins later, order still not ready. When I asked them, they told me to wait for another 20mins. Seriously? 1hr for 2 pizzas. They just have a problem prioritising delivery orders and over the counter orders. Terrible man.

There is nothing wrong. Been ordering pizza since its open until now. Service given is fine, the food is fine. The same Dominos you find everywhere
