Domino's Pizza Bandar Baru Klang in Klang

This review made after third time this branch wrongly give my orders, cold, refuse to change, and even blame customer for their own lack of staff. Not recommended. If u want dominos pizza around Klang, better go to Bukit raja branch, or teluk pulai. This BBK one just rotten to core.

Edit review.I have been a patron of Dominos Pizza Bandar Baru Klang since it had opened its outlet near my home. In the last couple of months the service has gone from bad to worse in terms of taking the orders online be it for delivery or take away.As such after numerous bad experiences, I decided to make an over-the-counter order. Upon arrival, there was no person at the counter and after several minutes I hollered a hello, an excuse and another hello. I saw an individual pass by and he continued to ignore my callings.I waited a few more minutes, before helping myself into the back of the store only to notice, three staff, whispering and chatting away. Including the man who ignored me.It was only when I asked, did they begin working. One came to attend the counter, and began cleaning the raw ingredients that were left in disarray and.... To my dismay, there was already a pizza order cold on the oven.In total, there were five staff in the enclosure but none apparently wanted to take my order until I walked in.

Been placed the order since 12pm, but didnt even received the order when the time reaching 3pm. The only explanation they can give me is driver is on the way or the driver keep sending to the wrong place. Eh come on, the delivery place i provided can even found on google maps.

The service from taking order right until i received my pizzas has been a breeze considering the incoming order at the time.

I placed the order at 8:10. I waited until 9.30 and didnt send it. I called the head office and told me that it would be reminded. As a result, the staff called and said that if you want to send it, you have to wait a while, dont wait to get it by yourself. Dont take the order if it cant be delivered! ! !

This branch is better taste compare to others

Ordered from this branch through foodpanda, worse experience. Waited for an hour plus and nothing came. Had to cancel the order due to no one picking up the phone call at the dominos hotline.

Worst service from this branch, order online state that can pandu ambil but waiting almist 30 mins after my order ready to be pick up but nobody care to send it to me. Will not ever repeat order at this branch at all

Worst customer service with staff having attitude problem. It seems like they hired school dropouts. No greetings upon entering, no thank you. All the boys went in front of the shop to smoke, leaving only the girl to work on my order. If the owner read this, please do something about it. Customers pay for the pizza, not beg. I dont expect five star service from these guys. But at least treat customers nicely.

-Order delivered not same as ordered.-Keep missing the add on ordered, such as drinks,salsa dip, bread and etc.(im not complaining before today)-Changing the order without prior notice.*at least ask first so ill know..-Not informing that the delivery should be taking place after 2+ hours.-And, is there no free regular voucher given after late delivery from dominos anymore? I lost count on how many time they delivered later than scheduled and no voucher given. Or they give per customer request only? Is this a new policy? Okay.*Hate to complain, but this isn"t the very first time. So thats why.

Typical Domino pizza. Nothing special. Mainly for take away with 2 small tables for dine in. Not taking credit card and any other form of payment except cash is a big NO!
