Pathetic customer service and overall experience. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 thin crust and 1 cheese crust.They forgot to do cheese crust for 1 so had to redo. 40 mins overall.Thin crust was burnt so we had to return it.Not recommended at all.

I never actually went there, but I would guess it was good thank you very much pepperoni

If I could give this 0 stars, I would so I’m giving it a 1. Tonight I got a notification saying my order was complete when I never had my order delivered to me. But no notification that yous arrived. I thought yous need to ask for people name before giving deliveries or call them when you arrive. Where is my order? Rang the store immediately and I kept getting hung up every single time. I called over 20 times and then the rest were ignored. This is poor. I want my money back and I’m never ordering from here again and don’t recommend anyone else ordering from here.

Hair on the pizza and tastes horrible, tried calling the store the staff picks up and says let me pass it to the manager then after 2mins sorry the manager is not in the store he says then puts me on hold had to wait 10mins then tried recalling and never picks up the phone at all. Terrible customer service and terrible pizzas not hygienic at all especially during these pandemic times. Just dont order Dominos people go for pizza hut or pizza club

Literally delivered me the exact same two pizza. 1 order was correct but they were both the same which i didnt ask or order . A side was wrong. I didnt get my extra toppings i paid for. This is the second time this has happened to me. Super annoyed. Wont be ordering from here again. ( I also rang 6 times and no one answered ).

Always a great and quick service, with delicious tasting Pizzas at a very affordable price!However, I tried to be a good citizen today and alerted the young server (blonde hair in a pony tailabout the open business cheque book on the counter and suggested it probably should be put away safely out the back.She just ignored me and walked away back out the back (such a poor attitude). Ok, but if it does get stolen, you were warned!!

Has a tiny entrance but FoH staff she was really friendly, only ordered Garlic bread and the bread was fresh and hot.

Never received my online order even when the tracker was showing it as delivered. Tried to call the store a handful of times but nobody picked up.

The toppings are okay but not a big fan of their pizza base.

Absolutely terrible service from the delivery drivers and manager, ordered their pizza online for delivery and never received my orde. When I went into their branch to correct the issue I was told that the driver had tried to deliver but I didnt answer, how strange considering I was waiting near the for the delivery time plus an additional 45 minutes. Dont waste your time with this company.

Order took 2 hours to arrive, cold, and incorrect and missing items. Driver said he would come back with missing items but did not.Definitely wont order here again.

Dry pizza bases - even reordered 2 days later to see if was just a bad batch but it wasnt. Photo is of their scrolls... Nothing like the photo or what have had from ANY other dominoes-crispy, burnt and not like any scroll Ive ever had...

Was quite disappointed with the quality of the customer service and problem solving skills demonstrated by Queen Street Dominos Pizza.Ordered 4 Pizzas in total with 2 Pizzas to be made with Thin and Crispy Base.However, all 4 Pizzas were made with classic Crust hence I contacted Store for clarification.Staff member who answered the phone call denied their mistake and told me they had made a meal as per my request but was happy to check if I could bring Pizza back to their store.I have responded it is 10-15 min walking distance and would appreciate it if they do show initiative to solve this issue instead of me walking all the way to their store for the clarification.Staff member has provided me with his phone number and email address for me to send him a photo of the pizza which I have and still no response back from him after a week.Nothing but big disappointment from the stores way to own their own mistake and focus on a solution instead of hiding it and walking away from it.

Such bad service from delivery till now i have been waiting almost a week for a refund and every time I call I get told a manager will call me back no one has and I have called back and no one has answered. Really bad service.

Good taste and quick delivery. My recommendation is Baked Chicken wing.

Called them twice to inform them that they had my drinks wrong. First time they said the driver is on its way, second time they said they dont have it. Wth? We waited for over 30 minutes for nothing and we cant even drink the one they gave us. The lady on the phone couldnt even understand what I was saying and just keep on saying yes.

This is the worst dominos in New Zealand, staff just stands there while your waiting to order/ waiting for you order that’s been ready and sitting on their little heat pad for the past 20 mins. Useless staff also give free food to wastes of fresh air who hang around inside the store being annoying and loud and standing right in the door way to so no one can get in or out. They also always stuff up my pizzas every time by forgetting sauces or just the wrong pizza in full. Never go here if you want good food/ feel like your in a store that’s not just a hang out spot for the staff. Trash

Burnt pizza on thin crust. Also, long waits, staff just look at you and dont come to the counter. Best to go to the Shortland St Dominoes, they are far better and pizzas come out more consistently

Ordered via Uber eats and was told it would arrive 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time. Ended up waiting 30 minutes and my Pizza was cold.Lucky for me I own a Air fryer ! heated it up and the Pizza was Amazeballs ! thats the only reason I had to give it a 3 and not a 1.

Can someone please tell the pizza maker not put ingredients already taken out in the order... or putting garlic sauce on top of the bbq chicken rasher bacon gourmet pizza. Don’t seem to understand why there are so many bad reviews on this dominoes. Had my pizza delivered home, was fast and easy. The cheesy garlic bread didn’t taste very good, I’d recommend the original garlic bread instead of the new one. The vegetable pizza tasted absolutely amazing I’d absolutely recommend that pizza!!

9/10 theyll mess your order up. Multiple times Ive had missing toppings as well as having sauce layered on my pizza when I havent requested it. I dont usually leave reviews but these guys are that useless i felt inclined to warn others. Go to to another store for your pizza.

Constantly mess up my orders. Theyve done this in the past. Today I waited for 30 mins outside my apartment during the predicted delivery time, before getting angry and walking to the store.. Despite cash in hand for the pizza which was sitting in the warming shelf I was sworn at/abused for a while before a delivery driver handed me my pizza.Pizza itself is great/good value but dont go here unless you want bad service

He used abusive words when i denied to take BURNT pizza. RECOMMENDED people like these should not be in customer facing jobs. Will never go here. Ill repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The worst service. I took my order and they never did it. When I came to pick it up they said 3 times "5 more minutes" and we wasted half more hour waiting for and then we left without pizzas. Sure they say that to people getting bored cause they didnt care about anything. A shame. Its easier to just tell the truth and it would be reasonable the issue

I ordered two pizzas. One is missing olives. The cranberry sauce is on the pepperoni pizza and not my chicken pizza. The sauce on the chicken pizza is pizza sauce and not even the bbq i wanted on my pepperoni pizza. Absolute mess.Update 3 Aug: More depressing garbage and a rude supervisor.

Worst service ever.I ordered online as it to be delivered at arranged time. However it took 1and half hour only for delivery so it came very cold pizza. So I put my order 3 hours ago then it came 1.30 late.On the online status, they just put my order as completed which was obviously not. (Came 1 and 30 minutes late).So I wanted to check my order, however they put the call on hold becuz they r busy. So i cant cancle my order cuz it said it is completed, I cant do anything about it.And then 1 hour later, pizza delivered as really cold. They did not even put in the thermal bix.Worst service ever.

Never order pizza for delivery from this store. They took 90 minutes to deliver a small order of pizza, garlic bread and brownie. Ordered and paid for extra large base, but they gave regular base instead, with no toppings at all, except cheese. The pizza was all cold and stale by the time they delivered. The brownie was half eaten, perhaps the delivery guy decided to have a bite himself. The guy forgot to give the garlic bread and I had to go back and ask for it. Just avoid ordering from this store, their Ponsonby store is much better

Ive never tried this kind of horrible customer service. I ordered pizza and side dish at 6.40pm and i still havent received my order. Now 8.38pm. And i tried to contact them at 8 pm Their staff told me i need to wait 15minutes more. And i cant cancel this order. Because their driver is on the way.And still i Havent received anything. I tried to contact them. I called them at least 30times. Theyre not answering.And i didnt get any explanation.If you guys cant treat order, dont get it.I ordered, so i thought i need to wait. But 2hours. Are you guys serious about it?If someone wants delivery food, never choose this store.

Ordered online & pizza were ready on time. They tasted pretty good.... cant complain for $5. Only problem is theres limited parking on Elliot St.

Worst customer service ever! We are a company and require pizza deliveries for student events. We usually order pizzas with delivery but obviously that is not what you get if you order at this store. The driver today rudely called us to demand someone to come down and help him with the delivery, however no one was available to do so. He then came with an angry attitude into our office telling us that even though we paid for delivery we would not be able get that service. He angrily told us to not purchase from them anymore and they will not take order from us in the future as they do not to delivery to the door. I have never experienced such an attitude and such bad customer service, especially to frequent customers. I think Pizza Hut will be stoked to have us as their new customers.

It was an eh dominos experience. Ive had far better and Ive had far worse! My friends pizza had a slice no echhadderation 4cm long! Cut very badly, lady at front counter didnt speak that good english(stating facts not being racistbut she had a supervisor that came in to the rescue! Base was probs not the best but the topping was decent!

The $5 pizzas are a really good deal for students. The chicken kicker bites are quite tasty, but the food is not always presented nicely since their objective is to make it as quickly as possible.Sometimes they deliver much later than what is promised.Overall, it’s the service and quality of food that you’d expect with fast food chains.

Terrible service!! The guy behind the counter was more interested in serving the the girls walking by in the street and looked right past us at the counter. Then when my friends odder finally came up and his name was called, he was made to wait from 10 minutes while the same employee took several orders from more people instead of turning around and just grabbing the pizza to hand over. That had already been paid for! Fortunately for me, I was ignored before I could order so I was able to go to be better place and get served. Love Dominos but not willing to deal with that.

Dominos, as always, is a cheap option for students and anyone on a budget. There is plenty of space outside the outlet to sit and eat. You can enjoy the the view of sky tower from here.
