Staff where helpful as I am a coach driver and in a hurry they put .y pizza in as a good will gesture

Ordered at 7pm. Called them at 9 to see where my food had gotten too. They said it wouldnt be long. Still no arrival at 11pm.

Fantastic food and great service as usual - although they nearly missed off a pizza from my order!If I was to criticise it perhaps the main thing would be the slow speed of the app to update with order but Im not sure if this is the system or the branch.

Absolutely delicious it really was I rung up and spoke to the very helpful Shaun told him what the kids love and he made it perfect. Top man our family is so happy. Defo recommend this dominos they go out there way to make there customers happy well Shaun does anyways so if u get him Ur very lucky

I had a veggie supreme, moderately tasty, fab base, many veggies, but tasteless cheese and the so called herb garlic sauce, has no garlic taste whatsoever and its like a long mayo with some herbs in it

Extraordinary poor. Chips werent properly cooked, some still tasted like raw potato. We ordered a can of Fanta and a bottle of coke zero. We got a bottle of Fanta not the can and no coke at all. Pizza was ok but as for the 4 cookies Ill leave you to see for yourself

They were lying about buy one get one free if u collect. I ask for 3 pizzas and when I went to collect and told me that I need to pay all 3 of them. When I ask why is not one free, they told me that only for large size pizza but their website says “for any size pizza”.

Everything was fine other than I ordered 2 boxes of wedges and only received 1 😄 usual story

Slow slow slow ...it was sat there 15 mins I watched it thought there was others! 30 mins on a collection 🙄Id think again...but was lush in the end!

Not bad at all. Food was ready for collection on time. Pizza was good as well as the chicken kickers. Potato wedges were underdone, but apart from that I would definitely use again.

Shocking pizzas, ordered £50 worth and every one was slapped in one corner folded over toppings everywhere, complained then waited ages for the cold replacements... Pathetic

Pizza wasnt cooked, no colour to the base.Was wet and soggy and tasted of flour. Very disappointed, how could professional pizza company not know when the pizza isnt Cooked before sending to customers ? Especially at these prices!

Undercooked food, took nearly an hour to come and had been squashed in transit so most of the toppings were stuck to the lid. Really not up to the Dominos standard.

Arrived on time clap cold ( had to reheat it in the microwave looked like some one had just emptied a tin of sweetcorn in the middle of it . Food never comes out right. I love dominos however recent experience in this franchise has put me off. Manager needs to do something about it, I’m not happy!

When i have reserved my food it was undercooked, cheese was not melted properly and the pizzas looked like it was quickly though I’m together as it looked like staff rushed in to make it as they was having break.This time pizza wasn’t right ever it was too spicy, un-edible.

First the food turned up half cooked with half done cheese on top and the dough was wet. Then while eating the pizza found a hair in the pizza to be told we need to email dominos admin because weve eaten the pizza because they cant make a new one. Firstly I dont know if people usually check there pizza for hairs before eating it and secondly I didnt want another pizza from there after finding a hair in it, I wanted a full refund but just got told I need to email someone for it. Never ever ordering from there again and I reccomend no one else order from there either. The branch owner clearly doesnt care enough about his place(s).

After seeing the pictures of an employee of Dominoes washing his feet in the kitchen sink I would not feel comfortable ordering a pizza from any branch of Dominoes, particularly as Dominoes response was to defend the employee. If you fancy eating food from such an unhygienic company, then go ahead. Personally, I would rather not.

The food is good. Usually delivered quickly. May 2020 the delivery driver put my food on top of my bins. When I asked why he did this he said "social distanceing" he cant seem to understand that I dont want my food on top of my bin. (Maybe he eats his food off a bin at homeI prefer hygienic food myself

Wanting a delivery for pizza today at Doncaster store. Ordered online to be them told 3 hr wait. This should be made clear on the website about the DEMAND. I cancelled order but wont be able to be refunded until 5 to 10 days. CERTAINLY MAKING ALOT OF MONEY FROM THIS SITUATION 👎🏻

Pizza ready now on ap got there in 15 minutes after text ...Got there not acknowledged by anyone (usually the case here tbhso asked for order was told 2 items where missing off order and had to wait another 10 minutes...quality customer serviceDont seem to give a toss ...loads of staff all seem to be in their own little world ...hygine questionable...gave us a few cookies as a token on a 30 quid order ....got home food not worth it hot and spicy was poor..last time for me was never this bad been coming here years ....AVOID

Loved the pizza, we downloaded the App for Dominos from Google PlayAllot better than using just eat App also chose to collect which then gave us money off bill, once downloaded very easy to use App you can book a cook time in which the App lets you know when cook has started and when to the nearest minute it is cooked and ready to pick upEnded up with a BOGOF 2 x 13 inch pizza for £16.99

It was the first time that we had ever been to Dominos. My great grand mother was an Italian and within the family her pizzas were considered to be the best. But for the first time in my life and the rest of the family we had pizza that was better than grannies. The toppings were plentiful the taste was to die for and although a little expensive knowing what it costs to make it was well worth it. Granny would have loved it. In fact next week we are getting more pizzas from the as we have relatives coming over for a holiday from Rome. And I think this will make them enjoy their visit much more. Well done from our family.

Placed an order for collection. Didnt receive an email, but they took the money from my account. Went to the shop to collect, but they had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, orders just disappear like this all the time. The woman behind the desk, who couldnt even get my name right when she was ringing up the franchisee, basically told me its now my responsibility to chase Dominos for a refund. Thought I was ordering a pizza, but thats now turned into me chasing my tail to get a refund. Great experience.

Lovely pizza and had very good experience today the guy Callum was very helpful and went out his way to help me for today i would of given 5/5 stars excellent customer service and food however i have also had a TERRIBLE experience i ordered a order and spoke to a girl called Louise she messed up my order and when i phoned and complained she was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable then louise said my pizza was on its way and was so rude when it come 2hours after i was so upset i went to bed. Apart from my extremely bad experience with Louise, dominos doncaster sells the best pizza in doncatser. Callum fantastic customer service skills. Thank you. Asset to the company. The 2 lost stars are from my previous experience.

Absolute useless. Placed an Instore order and was told 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes for just 2 pizzas. What this branch does is they make phone order a priority, and make Instore customers wait.The pizza? I didnt enjoy it one little bit. Not worth £20 at all. I feel like Ive been robbed.

Rubbish customer service . I wanted to order a pizza but the service provider was so rude and not helpful that she made me hang on for about 2 minutes while I asked her which pizzas they got and price. Because of her attitude I had cancelled the order.

I had a personal pizza on Friday night (4th Janand it was one of the best I had. Then last night (7th JanI decided to go for another one and was very disappointed, not much toppings.

Great food that is to a good standard and is delivered within around 30 mins when the ASAP delivery option is selected. Prices are fairly high but you sort of get what you pay for as the food is excellent.Would I eat here again? Definitely!Would I recommend it? Yes, I recommend it to anyone who is willing to pay a bit more money for much nicer pizza.

Very nice meal and is worth the wait, their pizzas are beautiful and very well presented their wedges are cooked to perfection and their dessert pizza is very chocolatey.

Firstly we ordered pizza to be picked up as I walked in no body asked me what I was there for a good 5mins 10mins but as I saw on the screen my pizza was in the oven.As I stood up to pay I saw the hygiene was very poor not one employee had gloves on as they rolled out the dough or placed the toppings on. The phone rang and they wiped their hands on a dirty apron to answer then went back to what they was doing, the girls never worn hair net or hat.The main manager of the store was seen clearly wiping snot from his nose and never washed his hand after and continued what he was doing.After I received my pizza the girl who had just rolled out pizza dough took my money there was not enough change so the manager passed her a bag of pound coins which she put in the till and gave me my change (handling dirty money whilst prepping foodI sat in my car disgusted at what I had just seen which resulted in me not eating the pizza

Foods good but customer service is poor especially when you walk in, no one acknowledges you. Every time I have to ask someone to serve me.

We were let down by a caterer for our conference today. Dominos totally saved the day. The man on the phone was so helpful and the food was fabulous. I had 40 very happy delegates. Thank you so much!

First time ordering from here. I live 5 minutes up the road. Took 1 hour from order to delivery. Driver apologised saying theyre busy. The pizza was nice but only warm, and slightly overcooked. Not overly impressed.

Worse experience ever! Rang up at 4 pm to order for 8 pm.. comes to 8:20 i ring to see where my pizza is and the gent says ITS JUST OUT OF THE OVEN!!! 20:53 now still no pizza

Daughter ordered her pizza , wedges and cookie dough online . After over an hour since placing order and over half an hour of waiting after receiving email confirmation it was on its way . We rang to find out where it was and were told there was no record of order . Double checked number and rang again to confirm it was definitely that branch. The lad who answered the phone was new and had to keep asking the manager what to do . He then took the phone number again and said it had come up as being delivered . Obviously it hadnt or we wouldnt be ringing . Told her to go online and apply for a refund 3 days for it to go back in account , so that wasnt happening . They reordered it all and offered a larger pizza . Felt sorry for young lad , as he was new. Instead of him having to keep asking the manager what to do the manager should have got on the phone and dealt with it himself . It was their mistake as the address was correct on the order. Someone in the street obviously got a free pizza courtesy of my daughter . Manager needs to be retrained and learn to deal with problems instead of making a new employee deal with the fallout and delivery person needs to look at addresses correctly and deliver to right address . Cant fault the young lad on phone , he was very apologetic and polite , but you could tell he was out of his depth . Manager needs to do the job he gets paid extra money for .

Was going to order but after realising my basic order for 2 was going to cost £20 as an offer I decided I can get an Indian from Poppadom for that and did that instead. £20!!!! Seriously the pizza is not that good.

Carr House Road Doncaster Branch. Order number 161131202 ordered this evening at approximately 17:30 this evening .Lovely pizzas but my problem is and yes partly my fault for being in the front garden when this poor excuse of a little young man came to the door and spoke with my 14 year old daughter. Who passed this him a £20 pound note, for him then to turn walk off and drive away with the change of £6:00.Now those of you who know meWell the six quid is nothing I would have left half of that in a tip.So I contacted the shop and spoke with ( Bruce manager who was quite Ok " dont worry Mr Walsh I shall have him come back on his next delivery and drop it off must have been a mistake ".On expressing my concerns I believe he has took advantage of a young girl, I again was told he will be on his way to drop return the money.20:00 hrs knock on the door from a little weird looking kid and in my opinion I MEAN REALLY WEIRD LOOKING.He knocked on the door in full Dominoes uniform and didnt say a word and passed me the £6:00.I asked " are you the guy who delivered the pizzas "YES HE REPLIED.I asked"So why didnt you give my daughter the change before just walking away".He replied:Well I was going too but she closed the door ".So I asked"Being an employee of such a big chain and hopefully a reponsable and trustworthy person didnt you think of saying : hang on young lady YOUR CHANGE.He replied"NO ITS ONLY A GIRL !!!!!!!!I myself cant really tell you what I said to him because Im told not to use bad language on face book. But I can tell he left the garden in a hurry and he or any pizza from Dominoes will not be returning to my door.I consider myself to be a good judge of character and yes we can only go on fist impressions but I kid you not, this little weirdo was WEIRD. Im still in shock. Ordered a gluten free ham and pineapple pizza and some potato wedges. £17! When it turned up I expected the pizza to end all pizza, what actually arrived was dry small pizza and dry tasteless wedges.
