Bad customer service wont be ordering from this dominos anymore

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Worst experience ever over and over. The staff is extremely rude. The food is gross and never the right order. Domino’s needs to fire everyone and start over at this location.

Do not order through the app after I ordered it was a 90 minute wait. Called the store to ask them to cancel my order they told me to do it online but, online says to call the store. Was forced to wait pick up the food even though I didnt want wait that long to get dinner being that I have kids. Manager needs to figure out their job because obviously its there responsibility to cancel the food order forcing a customer to wait is pretty lame of you ask me. 🙄

I usually love this location and have overlooked stuff but when my pizza shows up and the box looks like someone sat on it??... my heart was a little broken.Okay, had a few bad experiences but tonight was great! Ordered delivery for salad, chicken, and bread. Order was delivered really fast. Everything was fresh and the chicken and bread were hot. Thank you

Today I ordered three cheese pizza. They filled my order with sausage which I didn’t ask for. I returned the remaining of the pizzas for replacement but the managers told me that sometimes cheese pizza come with sausage which is B.S. I gave them the pizza with sausage but they refused to give me my money or replacement. They threatened me to call the police and send me jail. They fed us with pork and asked me that I should have brought all pizzas. If I we saw the pork, we wouldn’t touch them because it forbidden in our religion. We saw pork, when we are almost about to finish our pizzas. Never buy pizza from here again. I will fight for it in the court. Update, my daughter was allergic to pork, now she got fever.

We had the chicken bacon sandwiches. We ordered and did curbside pickup. The sandwiches were perfectly prepared and toasted. We thought they were great deals for the money. We did have to wait a little longer than promised. Considering how busy they were we were impressed.

We called, ordered pizza...it was the worst we had ever had. We had a rough day as I was in hospital emergency so we wanted something easy. When my wife got home from Dominos we ate part of the pizza and we both agreed it wasnt cooked all the way. My wife called Dominos and she was told she would have to call corporate because we called the next day. Called the toll free number and it directed her back to the store we just called.

Don’t ever purchase from Domino’s. They delivered to wrong address and refused to make it right! No customer service at all!

They missed the 2 minute car side guarantee. One of the pizzas was older than the rest. It was rubbery . We ordered a bacon and Canadian bacon pizza. Received bacon and chicken.

Got a pizza through the app and it was delivered to the wrong address. My old address, which was an app issue. It was bombed for mice and is extremely unsanitary to even grab pizza from. We called immediately and tried to prove we weren’t swindling them by $15. Refused refund. And they lied about the driver calling my number when they delivered the pizza. What will $15 lose you? What ever happened to decent customer service?

Why would you put your menu in the delivery to read when you cant even see it ??

Always fast and convenient and great pizza

They are not having the food ready when the application says. Just wasting time, bad service, and the order incomplete. I will try another branch next time. 😠

Last couple times I ordered from this location my food arrived mangled and far from its normal appearance. I will be avoiding this store.

They were amazing!!! Really great service, and there is a pizza chef in there whose work was mesmerizing!!! So fast, efficient, and delicious!

My neighborhood Dominos has really gone down hill. The pizza has been cold from both delivery and carry out. The customer service, attitude and general disregard from employees is gross.

Guys had my pizza ready but forgot to make my wings so it took another 15 minutes. This is not a me issue this is a store issue. When you lack communication and proper procedures this stuff happens. At least acknowledge that you messed up that would have got another star.

I usually dont have many problems with dominos. Except today. But it is dominos...

Order was wrong after an hour of waiting and it was going to be 45 minutes for them to bring out the right one. The girl on the phone seemed like it was her first day. Really bad experience/customer service.

please read before ordering from them Dont call and order from Dominos on Alberta because they will not give you service if you have over a $50 order they will refuse you service if youre paying cash they want you to pay with the card and since I was playing with cash I was wasting his time the manager haves attitudes and is really disrespectful and hanged up on customers and if you could not order from this I would

Got no pizza and refused refund, including tip. Used the same app I always use and my pizza didnt arrive. Called and was told my phone nber was associated with wrong address. Always got here just fine before and my address is correct on app. Why no call asking for right address, no looking at address on app? Manager refused to give his name or corporate phone number. Now I cannot order there anymore for fear of spit (or worseon my pizza. Good luck complaining to customer service on app. Runs you around in circle.

They literally picked up the phone and hanged up on me twice, while they still opened for an hour. Bruh if you cant deliver and make a pizza under 30 minutes, pfft just fire them 😤

Never remembers anything extra ordered. Ask for and pay for extra sauces. Never get them. Ask for pizza to be cooked well done and it comes doughy. I was double charged once. Paid with card they showed up and said card didnt go thru so I needed to pay cash. Next day money came out of bank. Offered me free pizza instead of refund. This store is one of the worst Dominos to order from.

Ordered $30 worth of pizza from this location online, I get there and the cashier advises me she cant take $50 bills. There was no warning online or on the exterior the building. OK, no big deal but the manager makes an exception for me this one time like I should feel guilty. Unsure of why it was blown out of proportion but I left to realize a part of my order was missed anyway. Went back and figured it out no problem but Im still wondering why I was treated like a criminal for having a $50 bill. Terrible service in my opinion not that I expect much else from Dominos.

Im assuming the guy who answered was the night manger there has horrible attitude I had called to let them know they had messed up our order and he answered the phone I let him know and the attitude he gave back was rediculous I work in the food industry I made sure I let the girl who took our order in the store know my order I even double checked and he was so nice in the store mind you a grown man not a highschooler and he still tried making it sound like it was my fault even though she shook her head that she got my order never again will I order from that store if thats the way Im going to be treated.

They make good pizzas at this dominoes, but sometimes they mess up the orders. Definitely check your order before the delivery man leaves or before you leave the store for a pick-up.

Pizza is great being billed 6x for the pizza at 170.00 and then a seventh for tge price of the pizza and tip at 33.00 totaling over 200.00 and then being told they dont know what to tell me call corporate after I spent 2 hours on the phone with my bank getting the transaction canclelled was a bit much..

Overall, pizza is great. The customer service, attention to detail was a bit lacking. It didnt seem like the details were read from my online order using the app. I asked for curbside delivery to the tailgate and the guy came directly to the driver window. He forgot the salad. Then he didnt bring the two dressings as indicated on the order detail. Perhaps it was good he came to the window. It would have been zero stars if I got all the way home with no salad and dressing. But I should be able to trust my order is carried out as requested. Maybe theres too much pressure to meet that 2-minute bell. The tortuous part was smelling that delicious pizza all the way home and not being able to dig in. 😉

I’ve ordered many pizzas from this joint and had many problem is that they normally fix. After I ordered a pizza this most recent time the pizza showed up late and was the wrong pizza when I called the store and told them it’s the wrong pizza and I did not get my points they told me there’s nothing they could do for me even though they have my account information and have that specific order pulled up on the computer. Unfortunately this stores location is the only store I can order from on my app so it looks like the company dominoes in general will lose my business over this store location.

Normally, This place is good. However, my service tonight was unacceptable. The manager I spoke to after a messed up order was very RUDE. We will not be ordering from this store anymore.

Prefer this Dominoes to the one closest to us now, it’s worth the drive to order & pick up from them. Consistently good quality, sometimes a bit busy, open to feedback.

One of the Pizzas I ordered looked like Something had been dropped onto the pizza then scraped off of it after. Then when we called the store to have it fixed someone answered, we made our complaints and they said "hold on while I check with a manager for your sake". We told them we just wanted a new pizza they said yes but when you get the new one we want to see the other one.

Iv been ordering Delivery from the Rowan and Alberta location for 10 years now, most excellent customer service from their Pizza Dudes and Du dets. Almost always nail my orders accurately!

Two of my three pizzas were good. I didn’t know that only 7 jalapeños came on a pizza. Will be definitely ordering from Pizza Rita next time, plus they don’t charge extra for red chili flakes.

I ordered 3 of the $5.99 items, 2 lava cakes, and stuffed breadsticks.. for a total of $50.. I didnt get a receipt with my order but the price seems kinda steep to me... :/ oh well I guess.. its just money rite...

We order from this Dominos all the time!! Always quick and fresh, all the employees are so friendly and professional, seriously top notch. Love these guys!!

We ordered our first pizza today and it was very good. The crust was great and the pizza was loaded with lots of goodies.The pizza was also delivered fast. We happened to meet the driver at the door and he was very friendly.We will definitely be ordering from this Dominos Pizzeria again.

The pizzas always are up to par at this location, but my biggest complaint is that they dont have the dominoes app implemented at that store to order online let alone on the website itself so you have to do it the old- fashioned way and order over the phone or in- store (kind of annoying). But other than that its great!

The pizza was ordered on line. the site says there is to be, "NO CONTACT" due to this Covid-19 virus going about. yet the driver rings the bell and waits. and asked for my wife to sign a receipt. we have ordered before and never had to do this. I even put on the notes online to leave pizza on doorstep. This is not appropriate way to do pizza runs when we ask and the site says, NO CONTACT!!!!!! I am not ordering from here ever again!!!!

Excellent customer service! I live in California and ordered pizza for my friend who lives near this store. I wanted to surprise my friend as it was her birthday. My friend wasnt home when they delivered. I called the store and Riley picked up. He was super nice and helpful. I told Riley that my friend wasnt home and would not be for another hour. He told me they would be able to remake my order and delay the delivery for another hour! My friend got her pizza and wings around the time they said they would deliver! I am very satisfied with the customer service! Thanks, Riley!

Who dosent like pizza!! I ordered a carry out pizza through their app. When I got the the restuarant it was easy to park. The inside was clean and the employees all looked sharp. When my order was up they askes if I wanted any parmesan or crushed peppers, when I said yes the employee stuffed them in the pizza box where the lid closes. Made a nice little holding compartment. It was a nice experience!!!

Great service and pizza! Cant ask for a better pizza delivery service. They were quick and polite, the food was made exactly as I ordered it, and the price was great! Dominos pizza is now the only pizza delivery service I will use from now on, great work!

Service here is pretty fast for carryout service. Staff seems fairly friendly. Havent had an issue with any of the food ordered yet. Having ordered carry out and delivery from most of their stores in the area, this is probably the best Dominos in Spokane.

Ive dealt with some pizza delivery companies that took dang near 2 hours for me to receive my order. I have never had a bad experience with Dominos. The pizza is always hot and delicious! The employees are always friendly and courteous.
