Domino's Pizza in Conway

Arrived at Dominoes on Salem Road in Conway, Arkansas to place order due to operator not working after two attempts. Pulled up to the drive through window to place order and young male employee tells me to pull around front, come inside to place order because I had cars behind me. I responded with “I simply need to place an order which takes 2-3 minutes.” He then said please come inside to place your order. We are busy right now.I will never be a customer again to a location, this location on Salem Road that feels like they cannot take 2-3 minutes MAX to place a small order for a customer who had trouble getting through to place an order remotely. The goal is to take care of the customer first because my purchase matters just as much as the 2 cars that were located behind me. There were 10 employees inside and they did not have a long line of customers.

The nighttime staff I have noticed are much more professional and kind than the lunch shift. Rude unless you order after dark.

Our experience on 09/17/22 was terrible . We were unfairly mistreated. Their employees were treating us as if we were an inconvenience. One of the employees couldn’t find our order and told us to get out of the line just to be told to get back in line to replace the order and then struck up a conversation with a car in front of of us until we left the line & then looked at us and turned around.

Took a half hour for delivery. I live 5 minutes away.

Pizza was super tiny for a medium and was just alright. Employees were nice and super helpful. Nowadays its either good service and bad food or the other way around. No in between.

Keeleigh is very pleasant. She is friendly and prompt.

Theyre in-house delivery makes a big difference.

This review is for the Dominos on old Morrilton highway behind kum & go in Conway. First off all they dont have a drive thru window. Everyone has to go inside to pick up an order. I payed for the pizza then waited & waited & waited. There where about 10 more people waiting behind be also. While we were waiting we watched them in the kitchen drop the pizzas in the floor & have to remake them. Making the wait even longer. It was ridiculous if I havent have already payed for it I would have left. Me and 10 other people waited for 45 mins. Our pizzas were cold. Terrible experience. Will never go back to this Dominos again.

They made a driver drive on the ice on a very very dangerous road. Known for hav I need steep drop offs. The driver wrecked and the store did nothing but told him to bring his domnios sign that went on his car.... then they deleted my comment on the situation and then blocked me on their Facebook... please do not apply for a job at this location. You are worthy to work for a company that cares for you as a human.

Placed an order for delivery it arrived faster than anticipated and hot!!!

We did not receive the order. No one contacted us to say that they could not find the house. When I called the store, the store said that the driver probably could not find the house. Which makes no sense because the GPS will bring you directly to the house. She offered to redo the order and have it sent back out, but did not offer any coupons or concessions or free soda or anything for the delay or mistake which is disappointing from a customer service perspective. I had even added an extra tip for the driver. I do not even live here. I live in Texas and I could have gone right down the street to Pizza Ranch and eaten all I can eat instead of this $45 pizza order!!

Excellent thin crust 3 meat (ham, pepperoni, & baconpizza. However, the dining area & restroom are closed. But thankfully, NO MASKS REQUIRED to pick up a carryout order. Would go back.

Usually this place is really good but tonight it was not. I made a order of 3 pizzas and wings and have a little bit of a drive and it’s still the closest one. I get home to one of the pizzas being a pepperoni pizza when I ordered a 2 topping specialty pizza. So I had to drive all the way back up there because I couldn’t get through to their phones for some reason and all I get is a free soda with my cold pizza and wings at home. It was my fault for not checking but definitely didn’t enjoy dominos tonight…..

Hey! Its Dominos pizza. The best part about Dominos pizza they all taste the same, no matter where you go. This particular place is decent. At times I usually order they are very prompt, and fast to bake the pie. They occasionally forget to include condiments you ordered along with your food, but it happens, and they make it right.I am giving them 5 stars because they are a chain, that sticks with what Dominos believes in.

Pizza is normally really good but last time I got their pizza it was thinner and pieces had parts with no cheese or sauce that were like a chip.

They always have my order out in a timely manner and make everything very easy for me! The food is hot and delicious

I ordered from them today and found a long brunette hair in my food, when I walked in to the store no one had on hair nets so I see why I had hair on my pizza. Though policy was when dealing with food and you have hair you wear a hair net. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

They do a great job overall. They had some mess ups now and then but they were willing to fix it and make it right. Food is delicious, because its pizza and wings.

This place has the most friendly driver. He is a white male with a black facial hair. The store has constantly provided quality food when I need it *And can afford it* and this is my store for life, make it yours as well :D Try the Mango wings with a Philly chz Steak pizza :D

The food is great. The cleanliness of the store and proper mask technique was not! Greasy fingerprints all over the drive up window. Drivers coming in from deliveries not using the delivery driver entrance, not washing their hands. I saw one guy, for a period of at least five minutes, wear his mask below his chin.

1/14/21 the pizza is cold, dry as a cracker, and barely even cut. I usually go to the new one near Donaghey, I think I’ll just go there from now on. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload. I think the pizza can be activated if I add water.

Its alright.. for the price, if they made things the correct way it would already be a bit expensive considering the quality. Its not like it would be worth the money like Marcos. But you dont always want Marcos, even though they have the best PIZZA. Sometimes, you want stuffed bread or a veggie sandwich. Anyways, the chicken alfredo pasta was 25-50% less full than advertised on the picture. Was kinda bland. I dont recall what it was like yeasr ago when I used to order delivery from here. However, the spinach feta bread didnt have much in it any longer. It used to. The veggie sandwich was still really good. The chicken tomato bacon pieces are also good. Customer service is good here too.

The pizza and cinnamon twist are good I always order from them but I only have 1 problem when I get food delivered the delivery driver always asks for a tip naturally I tip just cause but it’s always making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I recently stopped having it delivered for this reason. Cause I don’t feel comfortable with being asked for tips. Again I don’t mind tipping I just think it’s slightly rude.

I ordered a pizza and it was ordered at the other Dominos across town but went to my regular store that I ordered from normally. I called and the lady said it is not kn our screen so it must have been placed from the website to the other store. Ok I drove to that location said no pizza there. Called back across town the lady said she read the screen wrong and it was ready. Drove all the way across town in pouring rain to pick my.45 min old pizza up and pay. Kimberely had an attitude ~said sorry about that real smart and it happens. No offer to have the other store that I was close to make the pizza since it was their fault. NO, it took an hour out of the middle of my day and my boss screamed it was my mistake. Poor website with glitches and 10 questions to add this or that before you can actually place the order now! Thanks for the attitude and poor customer service plus cold pizza for full price! To add insult the.pizza checker status was disabled at quality check so that I could not leave feedback!

Ordered delivery this evening (4/22@7:30 p.m. & The delivery driver was great. We ordered a Lg Hawaiian/ pineapple pizza & an order of hot wings w/ blue cheese. The delivery driver went all the way back to get the blue cheese & was extremely honest & had integrity. Also pizza was hot & fresh & delivered sooner than expected! 👍

This Dominos Pizza spot is incredibly reliable. I order from Dominos mostly because I can get a salad with my delivery, but there pizzas are always hot and delicious. The delivery folks are always cheerful and polite. I highly recommend giving this guys a try!

Great app! Makes purchasing pizza easy. The tracker plays big especially if I order from work before heading up and gives me a timeline, making sure I get home right before delivery.

Been ordering from this location for last 2 plus months. Every order has been made as requested from little sauce to extra toppings. Pizza have been great. Pastas I do enjoy just not enough for the money you pay. Warm sandwich nice taste short on meats, basically bread. Delivery the 2 times I used them, food arrived hot and friendly respectful drivers. Just cant justify the delivery charge and the tip thats an instant 5 to 6 dollars more on 18 to 20 dollar order. So I place orders with online app and we pick them up. Very good experience with store and staff. Refreshing change and nice to have a quality run business around. Kudos

Ive ordered from this location so many times, and my food has always arrived exactly as I expected, and almost too hot to eat! (Though I do live pretty close to them.Its perfect for those late-night cravings.

I ordered double black olives because I really like black olives on pizza. At other locations, I get exactly what I want with so many olives theyre practically falling off the pizza. Here, it was lacking. I counted, and there were 92 olives slices on my pizza for a DOUBLE order. So for a single order, that means I would get 46 olives. Split that among 8 slices of pizza and I get 5 or 6 olives per slice. If I were to order a single topping large olive pizza and got 6 OLIVE SLICES PER SLICE, I would NEVER order a pizza from dominos again. Im so displeased about the number of olives after purposefully ordering double olives. I dont care if whoever making the pizza thinks its "gross" for olive to be on a pizza because theyre not eating it, I am.

forget about getting what you ordered. but now thanks to soggy bread, i no longer have to chew! how great is that?! theyll also work with your diet. i ordered a two liter coke, and they never sent one. the next time, they only sent me a 12oz. THANKS DOMINOS helping me keep my weight in check. never worry about a scalding hot (almost law-suit worthypizza again!! :the pizzas will come room temperature!!!! its almost like they know me. even skipped out on the extra calories!!! (never got any sauce). hands down best delivery possible 10/10 would reccomend.

One of the best places that Ive ever worked at. They really go out of their way for the customers, and believe me they shouldnt for some of the people that always find something wrong,( usually saying its cold cause they let it sit there for and hour and after half the pizza is gonewill still make and take them a new pizza. Amber is the greatest and most understanding manager Ive had. Great place to work.

I have always had Dominos second to our family favorite Pizza Hut, lately my past 3 orders have been horrible in quality. I complain and give chances. Done. Dominos has stepped up in taste and crust. I love it. New favorite.

The store is nice and always clean, the staff is great. The deliveries are as quick as they can be. Sometimes have to wait a little longer when its a really busy night but Ive never gotten a cold pizza or the wrong order.

Like any human business, they arent perfect. If you are looking for a restaurant that never, ever, ever messes up, Ive got the white coat number around here somewhere...In reality-land, this place is awesome. Will they get your order right every time? No. Will they fix it and be great about the experience (as long as you dont start screaming like a demented a-hole, seriously, I can find you that number)? Abso-freakin-lutely!The people here are super friendly, smile a LOT, and are completely willing and able to work with my husbands inability to remember my favorite pizza and my love of unique pizza builds. Terrible experience.I placed my order on the APP, and waited for my order.When the tracker reset and could not find my order after 55 minutes, I called the store. They told me they could not find my house, so they went back to the store. (various map apps can find my house just fine, I live off of a busy round about)When I called, they offered to bring out the cold pizza again. I had to ask them to remake it. The manager said ok, and that it would take 10 minutes to cook and 10 minutes to deliver.25 minutes go by, so I call again asking what was going on.They said they got backed up with other orders, and that my order was just coming out of the oven. (so another 15 minutes or so to deliver).I told the manager to just cancel my order.Instead of trying to save the order, he just said "OK".I then called right back, and asked what went wrong, and why my order was not put ahead since I had been waiting. John really could not give a reason, other than they were busy. He then said he was going to give me the pizza for free and a drink. So I asked why he did not tell me that the first 2 times i called.I ended up ordering at Pizza Hut, and it got here in 32 minutes....maybe the Dominos is going through some ruff patches with employees, I dont know. But they need to get their act together.
