While the service is friendly, the pizza is bad. I’ve ordered from dominos here before and elsewhere in BC and I’m not sure what happened but the quality has gone so far downhill. It always comes out over cookies/burnt, skimpy on toppings.I will not be ordering from here.

These guy are awesome! The food is ridiculously good and delivery is bang on! I had one bad day but after calling them, they were right on it and fixed the situation. I give these guys a 5 star for sure!I call them every time to let them know what a good job they do. Everyone wants to hear good comments as well.

Had an issue with my order last time. When I brought it up with them, I was offered a free pizza. The pizza was made more diligently this time. I could tell that they had put effort into making a better pizza. I appreciate it, and I will be back!

I just ordered pizza and wings at this location after I had done ordering I proceeded to use the public washroom and I had the Cook come running around and he informed me that the washroom was closed to the public as I look there was no sifhn posted and there was no reason for the aregant cook to stop me from using the its people like me that pay his wages so i had to go around the back of his estableshment and proceded to pee on his building i will never come here again do to the fact thay the cook was rude and aragent this estableshment dosent deserve my busness yours truley unsadisfied custometwashroom even though

With my correct information, my pre-ordered pizza didnt get delivered. The website states that it has arrived to my destination but that definitely isnt the case. I waited until 11AM. The delivery either came way too early or delivered it to the wrong house, either way Im disappointed and hungry.

I must say as a dominos customer, that when driving with your employers logo on your car. That maybe the young drivers should slow down. Was almost in a head on collision and the truck behind us almost sideswiped with one of the driver heading down carmi at 6pm September 25. Driver went of road and almost over the embankment. I understand that having a hot pizza is important, but having customers that are alive to reorder is more important.

This trip was awful. I understand it was busy but the girl up front had no idea what she was doing. You needed more people working.

I ordered on February 1, 2021 around 8:30. The food was hot and the delivery was prompt, though the wings were a bit underdone, as if the person working at the cut table was in a rush and reached the pizza peel in 3/4 through the oven cycle to get it out the door faster. The young man delivering my order was short with me, despite my wearing a mask and greeting him warmly. I had trouble with the debit machine, as I had entered the wrong amount and wanted to tip him more. He seemed aloof and frustrated and curtly told me I probably hit the tip percentage option instead of the amount option, which wasn’t the case as I simply wanted to increase his tip, which I still did despite his rudeness. I said thank you and told him to stay safe and he just turned away to his car without a word. As an assistant manager of a Dominos from 2009-2014, I have to say that I often expect the product to be middle-of-the-road, but the customer service and the value are what keep customers coming back. I received a decent and hot meal for a solid price, but the customer service was undeservedly and surprisingly cold.

Pre ordered from out of town 2 medium pizzas an hour ahead.. upon pickup was told the 2nd pizza was going to be another 2 minutes.. 3 minutes later was told they FORGOT to make 2nd pizza after taking my pay for 2 pizza... the 1 pizza I finally went home with was cold and cut pathetically . Staff was cold , ignorant and juvenile.. NEVER DOMINOS AGAIN.!

The coupons are the way to go with Dominos. Good pizza, but dont expect to get a decently thick crust with the original dough. Make sure you warm up the frying pan so your pizza doesnt look like it has E.D. Overall, the toppings are fresh and with the coupons that can be stacked on one order, you can feed quite a few people for a decent price.

Pizza is good, sometimes burnt, sometimes they forget to give the pop or sauces with your order so before u go just make sure u got everything you ordered, customer service is great when their is a complaint! They do care about the customers that’s forsure over all cheap good pizza I always go for bbq sauce, chicken, bacon onions & pineapple on thin crust! Also good loyalty program!

Start paying your employees overtime as is your legal obligation. Kids who work there please educate yourselves on the labor laws. Jamie Banner is making a fortune ripping off ignorant kids. Shame on you

Ordered a small pizza and when I arrived home I found out it was missing a topping. I called the store and spoke to one of the managers, Darian Atkins, who apologized and explained the store was very busy that evening but it was no excuse for a topping to be missed. He offered me a credit for next time I wanted to order and outlined very clearly the amount and how to go about using it. Excellent customer service and a big thanks to Darian!

Just over $30 for a large pizza and a pasta with a side drink. Fantastic service and amazing work in the kitchen. Caz and Abdula were those helping with my order. Fantastic job. Tastes great!

Typical service. Dont expect to be happy with your orders 100% of the time. The pizza is hot, most places rush it and serve half cooked pizzas. Thank you for serving a hot 🍕.

Paying cash??? You wont get anything from them today! Canadian 2 for 1 pizza will take cash & deliver for you. Virus has us all taking steps to avoid from passing it along. Even though our cash is plastic & able to be washed- they are refusing Canadas legal tender!

GREAT PIZZA! FAST DELIVERY! (small delivery charge applies). Lots of pizzas to choose from or build your own. Great discounts with discount codes--Go on-line for codes. Not all Dominos are the same. Dominos in Penticton always pile on the toppings and cheese. The sauce and dough give their pizzas their signature taste. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed. Lots of extras on the menu (if you feel like more than just pizza). AND THEYRE OPEN LATE for hungry taste buds after hours.

One pizza was delicious but the other one was dry and did not have the full compliment of toppings. Was disappointed. Fed most of the second pizza to my dog.As well the pin pad was filthy..when i mentioned it to the staff they just laughed.

The quality of the pizza has declined dramatically in the last few months. As locals who have supported Dominos in the slow off season as well as in the busy tourist season. The pizza lately has been over cooked or almost absence of toppings yet the price has recently been increased. We willl have to find another pizza company as the pizza from Dominos is no longer desirable.

Most of the time the pizza is exactly the same. Thats good though because its really good. Im always stunned by how efficient the Dominos by the mall is and equally stunned when they mess up. It happens and its forgivable but man does it ever happen to me a lot.

We placed an order online through the Dominos App for Carry-Out, as we arrived to the establishment walking through the door we weren’t greeted properly at all, the store was empty and all the clerk had to say, instead of the usual “How may I help you” was “placed an online order?” Without looking up from her monitor. Paid for my order in-house and the clerk wouldn’t make eye contact or even look at us the entire time within the business. Pizza wasn’t cut through all the way and some pieces were missed completely.

I must say this veggie pizza is the worst i have ever had. Spicy sauce. No real toppings to speak of. Lots of black olive. Tomatoe was huge chunks. Not very appetizing

I order from this Dominos often and pretty much every time I am completely satisfied and often they exceed my expectations. The only issue Ive had a few times over the years is skimpy toppings but that hasnt happened for a while now and they always fixed the issue when it happened. The Dominos app is excellent, user friendly and a very nice interface and I love how you can track your order and it saves your previous orders for quick and convenient ordering. Customer service is phenomenal, Steve the manager is the nicest guy and the staff are friendly, professional and prompt with everything they do. Whether I order delivery or take out they are always great and its the best Dominos Ive ever ordered from. Excellent job everyone at Dominos on Main Street! 😀

Hands down the best pizza in town. They have delicious food and the deliverys come very quick and the employees are the friendliest people youll ever meet. Ordering online is the simplest thing ever as well! Would recommend to anyone

This is the best pizza place in Penticton . The staff are always polite and friendly. If for some reason you do happened to have a problem the owner and manager are only to happy to make things right. I would recommend everyone give this restaurant a try once you try this pizza you will be hooked. 5 stars from the Garbutt household

This Dominos branch is absolutely atrocious; the customer service is terrible - they treat customers extremely poor. Guess thats what happens when you get kids with a dismal upbringing working in the customer service industry.I had a credit, which was initially inputted incorrectly, so the local store couldnt find my details via phone number... this is the only reference point that they have, your phone number. When I brought up an alternative to this silly, little girl of being able to cross-reference my last name, she just came up with excuses. But that was her whole m.o.: excuses. Right from the start of the phone call she was full of excuses. After only a short period dealing with my call, she hung up. Unbelievable. I then had to call back, where she automatically gave me... more excuses, stating how she had to calm down, and supposedly myself as well. The conversation barely got heated yet she felt the need to hang-up on a customer, and then have them call back, just so she could save her delicate soul. Maybe if she listened to customers to begin with, instead of constantly interrupting them, she wouldnt have these sorts of outcomes.Whomever she was, she shouldnt be interacting with customers. All she essentially did was talk over me, through me, and around me, instead of actually listening and then trying to do something about it: constantly making up excuses and interrupting the customer. This isnt my first negative interaction with this store - there seems to be a very low level of training over at that branch. You get what you pay for... crappy pizza anyways; theres better out there.Im taking my business elsewhere.P.S. Some of these glowing reviews below look fake... padded feedback to boost review stars. Good companies dont need to create false testimonies to look favourable to the public. Not good.
