Domino's Pizza in Independence

It took me 2 hours to get my pizza it was cold when I got it I tried calling Dominos itself but all it did was ring and nobody ever answered it. Your call center is obviously not in the United States, had the call center try and call the specific restaurant but they couldnt get anybody to answer the phone either. It was just impossible to try to get a hold of anybody to do anything about the pizza. I will never ever give them my business again and I will tell everybody that I know how terrible their service is especially at the one on Broadview road.

my carry out service was quick friendly and easy i ordered online and the food was ready when i arrived. love coming to this store, the staff are always kind.

This place needs to be redone. Everytime i had ordered something is missing. This time my salad was left. So i called and she said they are bringing it back. I didnt hear anything for 20 minutes. Walk out front to wait and they set it between the two doors of my apartment complex and didnt bother to tell me. What if i didnt go check? That food would have sat there all night. Every single time something is missing or wrong. When you call they dont answer most of the time. And when you do call they are absolutely rude.

They need Help! So if your looking for a job here you go!

Worst Dominos Pizza I have ever had. No sauce no cheese and dry!! Messed up our order too and gave us wrong toppings. Wont be going to that location again.

Had so many issues with this dominos. Taking hours for delivery. Getting wrong order. Never have a delivery driver. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I preordered a delivery for a business lunch on the app. I’ve done this a million times at other locations with out a problem, but this location is a hot mess. They called to tell me they didn’t have any cornmeal for the hand tossed pizzas I ordered. They said they were getting some & my delivery would only be a little late. 40 minutes later I got a call from the business I was buying lunch for that it hadn’t been delivered. I called the Domino’s to find out that their driver never showed up to work. I understand staffing & supply chain are a struggle right now, but what I don’t understand is why no one was going to call me to tell me that no one was going to deliver my order! So then I made arrangements to have someone pick up the order only to find out they never made it. According to the app they did. Very disappointed with this service and lack of attempts to accommodate this order and my business.

Waited 2.5 hours and no delivery. Called them and food wasn’t even in the car for delivery. This place is a joke. Don’t offer delivery if you have no drivers available. If you’re running THAT behind have courtesy to call the customer to inform about the delay. Get this chain out of our community.

Trash. Barely any toppings, overcooked, bubbles all over pizza. Delivery driver forgot my 2 liter.

Placed an online order for pickup for my family. Picky kids so we ordered one pizza half plain and the other half with two toppings. After my husband arrived him alas the pizza was incorrect. One half with one topping and one half with the other, no plain cheese. I called to ask for a refund for the incorrectly made pizza and the young man who answered said all they can do is hold a $10 credit for my next order. He refused to refund my form of payment. We wont be ordering here again. My mistake for ordering from a chain! Just a bunch of teens who dont pay any attention to what you order!

It was a 2-hour delivery we got the food it was cold and they forgot our Sprite were never going back there again

Ordered online, arrived about 6-7 mins earlier than pickup time and they had it ready....was prepaid so I was in there less than a minute but its clean, team is organized, and very pleasant & thoughtful.

The pizza and wings were ready when promised and the food was good. The woman that helped us was super friendly and helpful.

They haven’t disappointed at all and last night Rocky delivered a free Medium pizza. Because of the free gift we got bread bites and lava cakes. My kids always think it’s a party when we get pizza 🥳Thank you Domino’s fam 🍕❤️

Ordered this at 940 and two hours later there was still no update. So I called the store about 6 times trying to see if I can just cancel my order to get my money back, and they never picked up. At 1205, after they were closed and I assumed I would at least get my order cancelled and my money back, they sent this poor girl out after they were closed to deliver this pizza that I could see on their tracker had been sitting there done for an hour at this point.This is the mess I got. An ice cold bubble pizza and bread bites that looked and tasted like they were drown in I can’t even begin to describe what. So I went to their dumb “delivery insurance” thing and they offered me a medium pizza. More awful pizza, but free next time! This ad campaign for it is a joke if your solution to stealing $30 from me is a free medium pizza.

For the greater part we love this Dominos. We had a bad start when we first ordered and a couple of times after that but the manager was willing to do what ever was necessary to correct those situation. We order from here on the average 3 times per week. One thing I would advise is better training of staff (not managerthey come off as rude whenever its a bust time.

I order frequently from them and they are always late and don’t answer the phone. Today I made and order and the tracker says “out of the oven making sure is perfecto” and is been like that for 50 minutes and no one answers the phone to at least know the status. I definitely won’t be buying from them anymore.

I orderd three pizzas a cheese a pepperoni and a veggie. I also ordered a bread that had enough oil for 11 orderes. I got 2 cheese and no pepperoni. I called and was told nothing can be done because they only have 1 driver. Mabey pay your employees a living wage and train them properly to ensure costumers are all recieveing poor service.

I’ve never had a issue coming here, I usually call in my order so I can get extra sauce in my pasta and for the man that made it a big shout out THANK YOU literally made my lunch and my day a lil better. Thank you for the extra sauce I hope your days are wonderful like you!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.For the short version: horrible service, hour late pizza, cold/uncut pizza, and very hungry kiddos.A parent order pizza for the class to celebrate her kiddos birthday the day before. She put the order in for 12:00. It didn’t come until nearly 12:55. Their lunch was over at the point but the kids still needed to eat obviously. The really disappointing part was when the parent called at 12:10 they said they were 5 minutes away. That was a complete lie! Their excuse was that they only had one delivery person. While, the should have blocked out that delivery time. Then our school secretary called at 12:30 and they lied again about the pizza being there in 10 minutes.All of this was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention our pizza was cold and the pepperoni one wasn’t even cut. The mom also ordered 4 pizzas and they only brought 3. Then said well that’s all that came through in the online order. Nothing I can do...I was extremely disappointed at the lack of service and lies. Unacceptable.

Don’t expect to receive food from this dominos. Apparently they don’t have any. I ordered at 6:20. The tracker said it was out and done at 6:45. I waited till 7:25 to call and ask. I get it, it’s tough to find drivers and just cause it’s done in 20 mins doesn’t mean it’s gonna be delivered first. They may be waiting on another pizza the finish for someone 2 streets from me. Well, I talked to an employee who apologized and assured me the pizza was on the way......So, I called again at 7:45. At this point the pizza had been out of the oven for an hour. I’m told my payment would be voided and that the pizza would be there momentarily. I even offered to pick it up. My kid was losing his mind about being hungry.It’s 10 after nine and I’m writing this review because there has been no food delivered to my house. I’ve given up and ordered from another establishment.I’ve had my card information stolen from dominos through their reward program,($90+ of pizza delivered to Brooklyn, NYnow they lie to me and keep me waiting for food that is never going to come.Conclusion, dominos = 🤥

Very unprofessional. Placed online order @ 10:30p.m they closed at midnight. Never called me. Cancelled the order @ 12:30 so I called and the employee Aaron told me how there was a new employee cancelling other orders that people cancelled and he mustve accidentally cancelled mine and asked if I still wanted my order which I obviously did after I waited two hours! Aaron called me back 5 mins later and told me they closed at midnight and for them to turn the oven on would take 20 mins so they offered me store credit. I ordered@ 10:30 if they couldnt make the order they couldve let me know and not have me wait for two hours and all the other pizza places around me closes @ midnight as well.

I’ve smelt marijuana walking into the store numerous times, food took 2 hours to come and it came cold. Everybody looks like they don’t know what’s going on there.Dominos definitely needs to be reviewed as soon as possible.

Normally I dont mind Dominos but the last several times Ive ordered theres just been so many little mistakes for example I ordered chicken ranch sandwiches on my last order they didnt slice them like they normally do. About 2 weeks ago I ordered garlic bread twists and parmesan garlic wings and both of them showed up without the dressing and the sauce so they were basically baked wings and plain bread twists. And so many times when I order extra sauce I dont get it and you have to pay for that so it does get aggravating after a while. Before the pandemic I never had any problems but lately its every two out of three orders has some type of mess up.

Weve loved Dominos Pizza for over 50 years and the staff at the 7406 Broadview Road store does a great job . . . good attention to details . . . great personal service!

Do not order delivery from this store!!! Ordered food and took over two hours to get it. I even went up to the store forty minutes after it said it was on its way and then it went back to the store after they called their driver and he said he was almost there to drop it off. Now cold pizza yum!!! Not so much.

Ordered a pizza tonight and it was cold and had a hair in it. Absolutely terrible experience. Next time buy frozen pizza at the grocery store. It will be hot and hair free!

Food was good, but the service was not.We had received a reward for a free pizza and we could not get the coupon to work. So we ordered & walked into the shop to pay, and the man was very rude & was annoyed & kinda yelled at us for not doing it right when we had no idea what to do. We just wanted help & he was extremely unhelpful.He did end up giving us the discount, but not without a bad attitude the whole time.

I ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago I called and they hadn’t even began to prepare it and said it would be another hour. Canceled because seriously you order pizza for a quick meal not this mess. It’s obvious this establishment needs new management.

It said 57 to 68 minutes to be delivered. Not ideal but okay. That was at 518. 626 I called because tracking app says Dylan store manger checked it in but app says not “baking “ yet. Nice girl says she is only driver and they are very busy. Took my info said she is making Pythagorean call and complain priority and I will be on next run. 6 : 57 it is finally listed as “ baking “. So I. Last half hour she hasn’t madeAnother run yet. I get if yo are busy but hen whyDoes app say an hour. Tell me it s 2 hours ( right now I am hopeful for that). So I can make another plan for dinner!!! I mean it gave me a an estimate of an hour. Talk about a number pulled out of now where. Oh and I just checked and if I placed another time it claims pizza by 8. This order won’t be heat by then.It’s my own fault. I like the pizza but I have had this happen before. Should have known.

Melissa Sofanos, is a trouble manger. I called her on the phone at 11:38 (you guys close at 12then put me on hold. Never heard back. Then I called back, and she said can you hold, and just put me on hold. She had the phone down on the table so I could hear everything in the background. So I pulled up to place my order which at 11:46, and she said she couldn’t make the pizza because it was to late. I understand she was alone, and may not have had time to make my order, but she should have just said that on the phone instead of being rude, and acting like I never called. Then I wouldn’t have wasted my gas going there.

Dominoes is my favorite pizza place. I used to live in Brunswick and it was quick fresh food every single time. I have had nothing but the worst experiences with this location. I haven’t ordered here for over a year because I knew they would either not show up or show up over 2 hours later!!! How are they still in business I have no idea! Currently have an order out and it’s been well over an hour. I called 5 times to see what’s going on because it says it’s been delivered and no one is answering the phone! Will never order here again I’ve effing had it with these people

I love Dominos. This location is further than at very least 6 other pizza shops. I always choose them. I am lucky they deliver to me!

Good pizza . Delivery takes a little long sometimes , but I understand they might be short on drivers . Prices are very reasonable .David, that delivers for the Parma location , is super nice .. #pleasetipyourdrivers 😊

We always have a great experience at this Dominos location! Pizza & pasta are always fresh & hot! Employees are always friendly! Highly recommend!

So when I first ordered last night they cancelled my delivery and called and told me I could not be delivered to since I was out of delivery area. I ordered again today and they delivered just fine. I dont know who was on shift last night but they need to be written up for slacking off the job. Food is fine. Always the quality I expect from dominos. But Im disappointed in having my time wasted and being made to go hungry at work.

We used to order from Dominios in Lakewood a lot when we lived there, and that was great. Since moving to Parma, the Dominos on Broadview Road is the closest, but the pizza has been less than fresh from this location. Mine was dried out and had no flavor. Worst thing, on both occasions, the delivery time was 1 1/2 hours. That is extreme, and we asked why, and were told there were four orders before us. They may need to hire more delivery people; I mean, pizza is a thing people generally have delivered and do not want to pick up...and people certainly dont want to wait 1 1/2 hours for their pizza. We did opt to pick up the pizza ourselves one time, still was over an hour wait. We are literally 2 minutes down the road from them. Completely unacceptable, and I do not recommend this particular Dominos.

Dominos was really easy to order online. The order is easy to customize. They have great options from wings to subs and pizza. Pick up was quick and easy. Also the food tastes delicious. The chicken bacon ranch sub is my new favorite.

I pre-ordered four pizzas for a small party. It arrived five minutes late but was wonderful. My son said it was the best Dominos pizza he has ever had. The most popular was the sausage, mushroom & pepperoni on the pan pizza crust. Yummy !

Absolutely nothing good to say about the food and the service. Parmesan bites were so small and sadly dusted with topping and didnt even have 16 in the box. Very disappointed with the situation and have been the last 4 times we have ordered. Tried a different store and still the same. Going to have to go back to my usual Marcos Pizza.... Almost never an issue there. Thank you so much for ruining my familys dinner....

Remember: order, and they will cancel your order. 4 times now this local Dominos has not delivered when they claimed to do or canceled my order during business hours after accepting and charging my card. Also, they will claim to have delivered the pizza online, but not actually deliver and blame the technology/app.

Had terrible experiences with this location. My last was the final straw. An hour and half later with multiple calls to the store with no answer. I finally got ahold of someone and got rude and ignorant response to why our pizza was taking so long. When the pizza made it to our house they had no receipt. They said they were going to sign it for me and to let him know how much to leave for tip??? 1 pizza had no sauce, both were cold, and we couldnt prove it, but there was definitely a hair in one of the pizzas. Tried to get money back after multiple calls again, and manager refused to take phone call and sent it to a automated system. Called corporate office to complain and they said they would have franchise owner get back to me. Still didnt get a call. Sent an email to corporate again and finally got a call. From the manager you ask? Nope the kid thst took my order apologing offering me a $30 credit. After refusing it saying we will never go back we just want our money back, he said it wasnt possible since it was on a different day. Then I told him I would dispute it with my bank and let them go after them due to me not actually signing receipt and what they did was illegal. He then replied he would have a manager call me. 10 min later same kid calls back and said his manager approved a refund. Manager and owner refused to talk to me. Horrible business. I dont ever write reviews, but I thought everyone should know my experience. We will NEVER EVER order from them again
