I really like the sausage and onion pizza.

If there was an option to leave zero stars these guys would get it . I was told 35 minutes for my food. One hour and twenty minutes later I had to call in because the driver was seen driving by my house but would not stop . Its ridiculous. Instead of knocking on my door to let us know its here this guy chooses to drive around calling on his phone. Then upon speaking with the manager he wants me to pay for food thats obviously cold and then the other idiotic option was to make it over. LIKE I WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR . IF YOU ORDER SKIP THIS PLACE SAVE YOU SOME BAD SERVICE. I HAVE THE REVIEWING CREDENTIALS FOR YOU TO BELIEVE. All the good reviews they have are from their own employees

I have been ordering from this location consistently for years and they never disappoint. Fast, friendly, and delicious. I have gotten at least 8 free pizzas with their rewards system and got another one tonight with my order. This location deserves the credit! The drivers are always in good spirits too! Order pizza for my kids from here it went to the wrong address ask for a refund and still went and picked up another order of pizza for my kids and never got my refund worst service.

I work here I eat the food here everyday for over 14 months but get the Dominos app and order online because its the only place you can get all the coupons!!!!!!

They showed quick fast in a hurry, food was on point cinnamon twist allwayz $M@CKN... The delivery driver was a fortune teller he said it was going to be hot and it was hot he said it was going to be good and it was delicious so five stars

When picking up my order i noticed none of the workers are wearing gloves or hair nets and when i called to ask the policy on wearing them the manager told me they are not required unless asked and offered no compensation for preparing my food with no gloves as the workers scratch there heads then grab cheese to put on a pizza completely disgusted

If you go back on my Domino’s ordering history you will see that I always ask for my wings to get ran through three times every time I order wings from there A gentleman got on the phone tonight when I called to have my wings ran through three times told me they only allowed to do two that is not true because I use a Domino’s all the time so that is my issue thank you

Food was amazing and I used the curbside pick-up, they were out to me in under a minute after it was showing completed online. Well done crew

All in all, everything is great. Last time I ordered the delivery took longer than usual and the food wasnt as hot as normal. Borderline whether to say something or not so I didnt. Also, whats up with the free stuff they advertise? Ive been ordering from dominos for a couple yrs on a regular basis and never received anything free. They make it sound easy but not so much.

Pizza tastes more yummy when u know that its free as you earned points for it. Believe me we ate a pizza of $12.49 for free of cost due to the points we earned from our regular orders for Dominos. Its awesome taste with great promises.

I always order here at this particular dominos and today was was literally the best pizza I ever gotten made from here. My husband and I love the pan pizza with pineapple and pepperoni but this time we switch it up and added onions to our usual pizza we order. From the crust to the quality of the right amount cheese down to the fresh toppings and nice size onions. It extremely satisfied my taste buds. I find myself ordering pizza at DominosFrequently,But today marks a very special day for me... Today i had one of the best pizza that i ever had in my life. Me and my family really did enjoy that pizza ,even my wife notice that it was better then usual this day... I had her call back so we can tip allison and a co-worker who makes most of the pizza... !!!!😊 they are the real dominos pizza heroes...

Dominos Pizza has stepped up their game. It was before the pandemic when I last had a Dominos Pizza and it was "just another pizza". WOW! Two nights ago I decided to give Dominos another chance. I was hoping to get the pizza before the Browns came on....it was going to be close. So, 10 minutes away from kickoff my phone rings. Its the pizza delivery guy and he says Im pulling up in front of your apartment right now. OMG, the pizza was so hot that I could hardly touch the bottom of the box. The first bite all my taste buds seemed to have exploded all at once. Each and every flavor was so distinct. The buttery garlic flavoring on the crust was so delicious and the garlic aroma was to die for. The crust also had a hint of parmesan (yummy). I ordered a medium with mushrooms, double cheese and Italian sausage. It was the bomb. Dominos must have a new recipe for Italian sausage, because it was so flavorful. Thank you Dominos Pizza.

Food is cold upon delivery. Ordered at least 3 times so far and not once did we get a free item is stated on tv. It is a joke. No use calling to complain it falls on deaf ears because no one there seems to be in charge and the manager is never around. I get the employee to keep the free item. They need to use fresher ingredients. I Will never order again they lost a customer.

Pizza is good, But there hot wings and Brownies and wonderful I can eat them all day. Just make sure the hot wings are cooked long enough.

Fantastic!Service was wonderful,food quality was great.I would like to see other delivery services and food franchises be as efficient.Very hot food.Even burnt my hand to the touch,been years that has happened with ANY delivery service or fast food chain.Truly is a rare treat in these dark times under a shadow of socialism looming over our once great city and country to acually see a business do its job correctly.I cannot count how many times i have become inflamed with fuel of fury and rage from these dumb kids at every fast food place i have gone to recently in the past year or so...or at least since the China-viruse.The delivery boi was very professional,informative and even sounded kinda cute if i may be so bold 🤗and even called right before he came.I would highly reccomend this specific Dominoes.Great service,great food and great deals. 🍕🍕🍕

Please reinstate GrubHub options for at least out of normal delivery area orders?We get you stopped using them for the sake of your drivers, but what about us that dont drive and love your pizza. Havent had Dominos in 5yrs...

I havent eaten Dominos in many years because honestly I didnt like the food. But my sis told me to try the Chicken alfredo pizza with spinach and pepperoni honey it was great I think they have won a customer back with this 1.

No matter what I order, or the location its delivered to.. or even the time I order.... its always hot and delicious AND EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED... drivers always use manners as well no, no half steppin!! My grandsons and I go to this Dominoes a lot., Love the food, especially the cheesy bread. But, its been hard to go on the app and order, so, we cant get our points.

Pizzas are ready when I got to the store. The employees were quick and prompt on the curbside stuff. The pizzas were made correctly. The only downside was that bacon was considered a "premium topping" which means theres an upcharge. Thats the first time that has happened to me at any Dominos franchise.

This Dominos pizza has been on point all of 2020. The food is delicious and the wait times for delivery are quick. Thank you to my local pizza shop. You have earned my stamp of approval!!$!

I ordered 8piece mild & 8 piece hot i received both hot, also 4 ranch cups & a sweet mango cup only got 2 ranch this is the second time & i always order from you guys often.

Very loyal customer and have been for A long time now but are we kidding with 3.99 delivery fees?*EDIT*To respond to the owners comment, I have to say that I feel as if I am being lied to by somebody. I spoke with the driver who delivered the order and he said they do not see a single cent of that delivery fee, so who is lying? Wow

UPDATE: I ordered 3 more times, and you guys earned the 5 star for sure! Everything is fixed, would give you an extra star for recent service! Thanks!--------------------------------------------This location is fast, punctual, polite, and the food is decent. The only thing I would ask for or want to improve is for drivers to follow the special delivery instructions (i.e: come to side door, ring doorbell, etc). 4 out of 5 stars. If they fix that, Ill change this to 5 from 4.

Their pizza is great. I got the pepperoni sausage and mushroom for 8$. they dont f around. Their customer service is the best. If i want napkins, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, or even paper plates they got me and their not goona charge extra.

Ive never been disappointed with anything from this Dominos. The drivers are always nice, the food is served nice and piping hot, and the wait is always less than the projects time. This store is a testament to what most pizza places should strive to be. Good and fast.Did I mention they are open late? This store has saved my skin a few times now, offering pizza in the late hours when I didnt have the stamina to get any more work done. I couldnt ask for any better.

The only dominoes where I know my food won’t get messed up. Also it’s rare that one can get an a decent conversation with multiple delivery drivers from the same place. If you’re going to get dominoes, even if you have to drive out of your way to get it from this location, do so.

Given its location, most people dont think this place would be as excellent as it is, but this is HANDS DOWN the best Dominos Ive ever ordered from. Walk in on a busy night for a pickup and they have their ish on lock. If there ever is an issue, they make it right before I even know it happened. Way better than Dumpster Johns across the street!

We ordered from Dominos since they are claiming to be better than before. Not satisfied We ordered medium pepperoni and ham the pizza had hardley any cheese and sauce & cheesy garlic bread which wasn’t very cheesy. They both were dry. Might have to go back to Papa Johns where you have better ingredients better pizza.

People seem to love to talk trash on Dominos sometimes, but theyve made massive improvements to their quality and recipes over the last few years, and now it might be my favorite pizza place. Always hot, always made correctly, always finished on time (not too late OR too early), and consistently DELICIOUS. Their deep dish is seriously one of the best there is.

I would give a less review but there isnt an option. We are from out of town and staying here for the fights. We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 of them were wrong. I called and tried to have them fix it and they wanted the pizzas back which was not an issue and then they told me that I could come pick it up even though it is 20 minutes away and they dont deliver. I needed to come pick up the pizzas that they screwed up. Then on top of that the manager vanes (or how ever you spell itwas rude and very disrespectful. I politely asked for the manager and she very rudely said that I am the manager. I will never order from this place again and on top of that she couldnt refund us our money. I will be calling the corporate office Monday and speaking to higher authority. They need to have more respectful and customer oriented employees!

I love this Dominos! They are pretty great! I live too far away to get delivery but Ive never had a problem in all the years Ive been coming here. My food is always fresh and hot and the pizzatracker is very accurate.Parking lot is a mess though so just be careful. Only 3 marked spaces and 5 entrances.

It was a couple weeks ago and I was having some car trouble to pick my pizzas I ordered up. I called and said I was going to be late, or would just have to order early. The manager that day , Elizabeth was more than generous. When we got the car working finally we got 5 pizzas and two cinnamon twists all for the regular price of one. This treatment turned my day in hell to a fun day with the family. The Dominos on West Market in Downtown Akron knows how to show their customers they care.

The current management is Michael and he makes my dominos dinner every 2 weeks...hot fast and as beautiful as your ads. This week on 9/21 he called me and informed me that the green peppers were out and politely asked what i would prefer.Going way above and beyond the level of customer service at almost one am!! I was in the middle of giving him my praise here on google for being at work and consistent with his pizzacraft when he called me. Pay this guy!! His work ethic is worth every cent. He is turning out quality pizza and putting the love in it. And did i mention my driver was cheerful and prompt? He is training quality staff too. Kudos all around!
