Domino's Pizza in Elgin

So I was waiting for my food the phone was ringing the entire time and there was 5 employees there and no one answered the phone. It was as if the phone was not literally ringing. I tried calling in and now I see what the issue it. Not cool

They have stepped up their game big time. I used to think the crust was too buttery etc , family always loved it. BUT changed my mind most recently!!!I love the chicken alfredo, actually all the pastas are delicious.The NY style pizza is way too good!!!!The sandwiches are really hard to choose from. All the bread selections are so good too.Super fast and friendly delivery. I now love it here!!!

I just tried to order has a 63.00 order told them has a 100.00 cash and they said couldnt deliver due to 100.00 bill they now just lost a customer s and large tip for the driver so I called pizza hut they said no problem were on it also I tried to speake to a Manger and was completely ignored dont order from here theu obviously dont want businesses hope store shuts down to poor business skills

Ive been coming her for 2yrs. Since I moved to the area on Ill. Very good pizza and service!!!!

You have to wait 20 or 30 minutes more than the time stipulated in the order.

I ordered the thin and crispy pizza for the first time and the cinnamon twists.I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza. Very good. The cinnamon treats are delicious. The pizza was ready for pickup as advised.

By far my favorite Dominos in Elgin. They always make your pizza exactly how you want it! It’s always hot and fresh. Never been disappointed here!!!! They’re usually busy so you know they’re fire.

Havent had Dominos in years so I thought Id try something different.WORST tasting pizza Ive ever had. Actually thought first slice was just bad, so I tried another. 🤮🤮🤮Its going to take me a day to get that disgusting taste out of my mouth.NEVER will order Dominos again!

After waiting for an hour for my pizza to be delivered and no signs of them..I called and they tell me theyre on their way. Then they call me 5 mts later to say they have to re make my order.

My GF and I stopped to grab a couple of sandwiches. The sandwiches were good and hot. They use a sturdier bread that stays together all the way through the sandwich which I really like. Theres a pic of fried mushrooms on the Google search for them but they do not have breaded mushrooms at Dominoes so dont get your hopes up for that but the sandwiches were good and I will get them again. The parking lot is a little odd, where it is very small but also flows in a one way type of thing. One side has an entrance only and the side with an entrance and exit is on a one way street that you cant enter from the main street. Pretty interesting set up with the parking lot. Nonetheless the food was good, so I do recommend trying the sandwiches if nothing else.

Do not order from here, they will take your order and never fulfill it. I have tried twice and got no food. Then had to order from somewhere else hours later. They will just say they’re too busy and cannot get your pizza to you for 3 hours.

Great customer service! Problems with the app caused my pizza to be prepared at a different store. Rather than drive 20 minutes to pick it up (and 20 minutes back homethe store manager offered to make my order there at extra charge! Good pizza, great customer service!!

Where is the sauce?!?? this is the 5th time i order online and there is barely any alfredo sauce!!!im done ordering from here! i only get lunch at work once!! and for me to have my food like this! soo not cool!

Usually never had a problem with the location, recently I ordered what is usually order and noticed my total was a bit higher than before. Didn’t pay much attention, I get the 2 mix and match deal got 5.99, thought maybe that ended seeing I hadn’t ordered in awhile but ordering tonight I asked about it because I saw and add that showed the deal and they said my total again was $38 so I was like did you guys change prices or something? Then he said no you have to ask to apply the coupon now it’s $24. So I’m like the last time I ordered even before then I never had to ask? If it was like $2-5 difference I wouldn’t mind but that’s $14 right there, that’s a half the price of my initial order. So yeah make sure you ask for the coupon, I thought he would maybe take a little off or do something more like hey sorry about last time let me take care of this or give you a dessert on us. Nope just laughed and said yeah if you don’t ask we don’t apply the coupon… thought that was a bit off..

They were great people working in there very hard tonight, tuning out orders and our pizzas were hot, fresh and 😋, thank you!

I placed an order & by the time I was pulling up the app said order ready my brother went in side and we had to wait another 15 ‘mins to get our food. Ridiculous never coming back to this location when I’m around this area .

They were really busy when we went for pickup, which is understandable, but the person at the front seemed annoyed to have to talk to people, like we were bothering her.

I mightve been unlucky but lately the food hasnt had the same quality it once had. From skimping out on ingredients and ending up with 2 - 3 ingredients per slice, to having it be overcooked and the bottom of the pizza being burnt. Again, maybe I was just unlucky. In my opinion, Dominos still has the best pizza and I will keep ordering, but I dont like the decline in quality.

We have ordered from the Elgin Dominos many many times since moving to the area over four years ago. Our order always comes exactly as ordered, in a short amount of time (approximately 30 minutesand it’s always hot! Add in the fact that the pizza is always delicious and we’re fans for life!

Better than I had remembered! My vegetarian daughter and I went in for pasta. It was quick and they brought it right to our car. Open later than most places now.

Worker had headphones on didn’t even notice me standing. Parking lot was full of speedy workers which I understand but not the kids playing soccer in their parking lot hitting the cars with the ball. So I gladly exited the parking lot tonight & probably not ever coming back.

This Domino’s store is located in our neighborhood and we love walking here to pick up our pizza with our kids. Our family business sponsors a Halloween event for families every year, and they always give us free pizza coupons to share with our attendees. We truly appreciate their support for the community. And of course the pizza is great! 🍕😋

I placed an order over the phone and was changed 4 times. I will eventually get the money back. But the inconvenience of being $125 for a week is ridiculous. How do you not know you did that? Why wasnt I called to apologize for the inconvenience or told about the mistake. I only found it since I check my account daily. Poor customer service.

I love this Dominoes. Wayne cooks my Zas to perfection. The cheese is always ooey gooey yummylicious. David the driver, is super polite, and I never get my Za"s smeared all over or my pops shakin and poppin like champagne. They have great deals and IF something does go amiss, they correct it immediately, promptly, and are super duper nice about it. The inside itself is always nice and clean. And to the ppl that complain about the parking lot, its not just theirs. There is only so much they can do. They just rent that spot. Remember that.

From the preparation station to the dining room table. Wow. Many times it could be said. Who would have expected that? With such vision and culinary expertise. To be honest, I like crust and marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Aha! It is not without wisdom that these extraordinary outcomes come to fruition. Before we embark on a quest to raise the bar, and by extension our standards and expectations, we must ask ourselves if we have already reached perfection. These possibilities must be sincerely considered. This feedback could be summarized with a great many positive emojis (or emoticons as they were called back in my day). In conclusion, it was a pleasure doing business with your establishment of Italian American sauce, bread and dairy cheese product.

This place used to be a bit sketchy. But, about a year and a half ago, things took a 180 degree turn. Things were cooked perfectly, they were accurate, and they were delivered on time. They hook us up when it comes to sauces, and depending on how frantic we sound when we order, we get plates, plastic ware and napkins 👍🏻Whoever came in and took over really did a great job. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a pizza a while back and it got delivered to the wrong place. I spent a collective 20 minutes on the phone on hold. When I finally went in in person, I was given a pizza credit. (Which I do appreciate.When I called to cash in, I was told there was no credit under my name/number. Really disappointed in the service here.

I didn’t have any problems ordering from them until tonight when the driver who was supposed to bring my food she couldn’t find the address (weird because other drivers didn’t have any problems finding my addressanyway , I explained her where to come and after 10 minutes dominos is calling me saying that she was at my address and when she called I told her that is different address.. what?? If she was here why she didn’t come to knock at the door for delivery? And I asked them tell her to come back because she left only for 5 minutes ,, they said they will send a different driver to deliver my food and it will take another 30 minutes... now is 11:36 already passed 2 hours and I don’t have any food .. poor service not ordering here anymore ..

Last week we placed an order for delivery and had a minor mess up, the manager today replaced our whole meal for free. Their staff is so kind and understanding and went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thank you so much

The pizza was great, hot and fresh! The delivery person very friendly and polite. We liked very much the Garlic curls pieces of bread!

I ordered a pizza on the app and about ten minutes later the app said it was done and ready. I went to pick it up and by the time I got there they said it wasn’t ready and it wouldn’t be ready for another fifteen minutes. If they know the app is glitching or wrong they should call ahead and let them know. A couple of people said the app said it was ready too.

Helpful employee.Managers know what they are doing. Really fast service. The food looks and tastes delicious. No long wait times unless you come in the weekend during rush hour. Still worth the wait.

Diego was a great delivery driver, he msg me when he was here, he also brought me plates and napkins, he also greated me in a very friendly way. I would most definitely keep getting Dominos from this place again. Also the food was great couldnt be any better.

hi I order a pizza and I went to pick-up because on the system shows that was ready and when I got to the store show that was ready to pick-up but it wasnt i ask the clerk why my pizza wasnt ready and she reply because was a mistake and they need to make a new one then the manager told me that the system isnt reliable and what is show you cant thrust because they are busy and I need to wait for my pizza then after a ten more minutes finally my pizza was ready. I understand that some times we make mistakes but the manager and the clerk didnt care to fix the issue and they didnt do nothing to fix the issue.

Ive lived in Elgin IL for almost 3 years. Tonight Ive had the best service from a delivery man. He provided me plates, napkins, and the freshest pizza I ever tasted. I mean burn my mouth fresh. Thanks dominos for the best service. :)

I have never written a bad review about a place but jeez! This place is just out of hand now. There are not many delivery places by me and unable to drive so Im stuck ordering from here. 4 times in a row you guys mess up my order. I ordered hot wings with ranch and breadsticks with marinara you guys either give me hot sauce and manago habanero or just nothing at all. 4 times in a row! I have ordered about 20 times from this place and Ive only received about 5 correct orders. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered a gluten free pizza with no cheese for my fiancee who is very allergic to gluten and dairy, 2 hours before i needed it, and when the driver delivered it 20 minutes late, the gluten free pizza had cheese on it. They were not very helpful when I called, and only after I stated the guy was 20 minutes late they would offer a credit along with a replacement.

I just moved recently here and I can tell you that this Dominos location is pretty awesome. This sounds a bit cheesy...(pun intendedbut every time i receive my food, it really looks just like it does from the commercials. The employees are really friendly, and the food always comes out tasting great.

The delivery and customer service has been horrible. Over an hour for delivery at which when i called the store to find out where it was, they told me there was confusion with the delivery and that it was sitting at the store. I asked the girl who i was talking "When were you gonna call me and let me know of this?" At which point she replied she was busy and had no help at the counter or answering phones. Well, i tell you this folks, this will be the LAST time i ever order from Dominos Pizza and when fellow neighbors ask where to get pizza, you guys will be named specifically as the place to stay away from. As im writing this my pizza is back out for delivery, an hour and 20 minutes after i ordered it. 0 stars is not an option.....
