THEIR VEGGIE PIZZA IS EXCELLENT .

Awesome pizza. Yet they need to cut the pizza evenly as possible. The cuts are way off always.. Some very small and the others huge..The pizza is delicious.

We made an Oder around 3pm they told us our estimated delivery time would be 45 minutes. So we wanted it was 5:50 and still nothing we called then they told us our Oder was on the way . It was 6pm we called again mind you we live close so we call again and for them to tell us There was no such order…. After the employee had repeated our order like 4 to 5 times after we called and they told us that our Oder was on the way and now we waited for nothing. Extremely unhappy and never going back again…. And I highly recommend the all the employees to make sure they’re doing their jobs because we had 3 hungry kids waiting for pizza and for you guys to tell us there was no such Oder….. and the best you can do is have us wait more so we went to Little Caesars and have no problem.

Very slow on the weekends for pick-up. It was 25 minutes after I got the text telling me it was out.

Management was terrible I ordered through the app ad they delivered to the wrong house when I called the store the manager Jasmine told me they will redo my order I waited over ad hour ad I had my mom call ad she told her that my nexted order was going to be for free ad she had send my money back which was Bull ad my mom told her that when I showed her my account that they where still charging after that Jasmine said they will make the order again ad send it for free with in an hour ad a half once we got off the phone I checked my account ad they returned my mom ad I got an email saying my order was cancelled

I placed an order through the app and had some complications. I called the store and no one could fix the problem. The girl placed me on 3 long holds and the manager, jasmine, didn’t know how to fix or answer my question. I’ve been a customer for many years at this dominos but I was very disappointed by the horrible customer service. Please train these people better, especially the manager. It’s a disgrace to be very uneducated in the field you’re supposed to know. Will not ever to go this dominos again

Bad service really bad organized.

Pizza was delicious. We didnt order un advance because I was driving, but we got there and they took our order and pizza was ready in less than 15min.

I get impressed on how good they can make a great tasting pizza in the ap .Keep up the good work Brownsville boca chica has a great pizza joint.

The service was exceptional. The place was extremely busy but my order didnt take long to prepare.

If the coupon says 5.99 and gives you the items for that price why is it that every time that I try to buy eight wings they’re charging me $6.99. And then when I try to create my own pizza with two toppings that also is not 5.99.. This is false advertisement .

I ABSOLUTELY love coming here. Ever since lockdown started, it’s become tradition to eat here and order it to our house. Every week we would get tons of pizza. My favorite is the thin and crispy, it’s just too good.

On time, pizza was perfectly cooked, in fact they might have been here sooner than expected. Overall--great service-- Only thing I would really like is for them to carry parmesan cheese or pepper, its unusual i have to ask them for it but on top of that, they are charging me 1dollar or "99cents" for cheese that is generally free at any pizza serving restaurant? Please, carry cheese so that at least we can buy this stuff for the exaggerated overprice of 1 dollar for a pack of cheese lol... SMH.

They take a long time to bring the pizza out to me despite having a great amount of employees just standing there doing nothing. The funny thing is they expect me to thank them after making me wait 20 to 30 minutes outside. I will no longer use the app since your service is truly horrendous. They have great tasting pizza however, it will probably be too cold by the time they bring it out to you. I have never to this day arrived home with a hot pizza from the dominos on Boca Chica. The app tells me my pizza is ready for pick up but it never is. Your service is disappointing.

The worst experience with the most unprofessional and arrogant “manager” Abby, will be filing a complaint with the BBB and reaching out to GM tomorrow.This was the worst service i have experienced, aside from being ignored this “woman” goes on to give me attitude and tells me she ignored me because she “thought it was a client on the phone” (completely ridiculous and unacceptable, however according to her she knows how to run the store)They will be hearing from me.

Thanks u guys for being awesome! I got a free pizza due to mine being an hour plus late here in Houston down Aldine Bender. I called spoke to the manager and DANG she was rude plus yelling.So in order to avoid spit if i did order from them again i decided to give mine to my bros in brownsville tx.

The pizza was good but there was a fly mixed in with the cheese. I was so grossed out I threw the pizza slice away without taking a picture.

Very sloppy work and no parsley seasoning for that extra flavor. N express location made the perfect one a few weeks back. Shame.

The pizza was okay but the coustomer service was bad.I went to 3355 Boca Chica ST.2Brownsville Texas and I was reading the phone # off the front window and a male employee came out an was very aggressive telling me in a loud voice to move. And i explained to him that I was just trying to get the phone #to place my order.when I called he answered and put me on hold for over 6 minutes. I wasnt given a receipt when I paid.but on the pizza box it was 479 at 2:29pm.today 4/09/20

What a great service. Order online to see how fast they were and I was shock. They even have on their wall a timer and believe they get their money worth. The place is very clean and the workers very polite. Overall a great experience. Must go.

If I could not give it any stars this would be more accurate. The supposedly general manager Isidro is the worst. I ordered last week from the dominos app and it took two hours and all he had was excuses. I ordered again today and again took over an hour and pizza was cold. I will be calling someone cause now it’s personal and this dominos on Boca Chica is the worst in delivery time, customer service and overall bad pizza if you like hot not the place to order from all this man has excuses and does not know how to run a business. WORST PLACE TO ORDER OR EAT AT!

Bad customer service. The dominos app notified me my pizza was ready, I show up for my pizza and I had to wait for more that 30 minutes, asked an employee what was going on with my pizza, because the app said it was ready, and he replied with, “well obviously it’s not ready.” So rude, won’t come to this location again.

My kids were satisfied w their pizza, this was peperoni w asiago cheese and shredded provolone and the other was a sausage and shredded Asiago cheese pizza. Not sure how accurate the dominos tracker is but the baker Alex did an awesome job!

Had a request for a heart shaped pizza for my anniversary and The manger Stephanie and her team made the best pizza known to man! Thank you for making my fiancé smile big on this special day! You guys were awesome!!

Love how the app tracks your order, right down to the name of the deliverer and when they’re on their way. Food is always hot. Pasta’s are amazing, and the staff and drivers are all very friendly.

Its a good place to order pizza for pickup but when it comes to delivery they made us wait for 1.5 hrs and we called to confirm the status of our order and they said that I didnt place an order. The made me feel like if I was crazy and if I was sure that it was the correct dominos i ordered from.

Fast service, and love the taste of this pizza. I was nothing but a pepperoni lover, but I added Italian Sausage and Ham. Now I love the taste of this mix. Love it!.

Dominos has come a long way since the Dominos I grew up with. You can now custom order your pizzas with different fillings and flavored crusts! The sub sandwiches are a great improvement from the ones back in the day. The ingredients are bursting with flavor. Overall a good choice for a quick lunch or dinner.

We always place our order on line, easy! Main reason we go to Dominos is because of the salads we like with our pizza. The last couple of times we didnt feel the pizza was as taste as they have been in the past. Always order the same pizza so I dont know why that would be a problem. We will think about ordering different toppings next time.

I`ve been to Domino`s in the past. The experience has always been good, but todays experience was EXCEPTIONAL. The young man(Alex Quezadawho took my phone order was exceedingly polite, very knowledgeable about your specials and prices and went out of his,way to be friendly, courteous and helpful. This kind of work is very hard to find. This person should be commended and kept in mind for managerial positions. At the VERY least be given a raise and an opportunity for instructor status. He is THAT good. Congratulations. Exceptional training. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming back. And my pizzas were awesome too!
