If you want pizza and want it right now, go to Little Caesars! I placed an app order and they didnt even start to make it until after the estimated ready for pick up time had passed. It took over an hour and half and that was with me picking it up!! Never again at this location!!!
Ordered pizza on line and it wasn’t ready when I got there 20 minutes later. Parked and waited another 15 minutes and finally got my pizza. I had ordered a $.50 cup of dipping sauce, but it was not included in my order. We ate the pizza, and it was very good. Decided I’d call and let the manager know of my experience. Waited on the phone for 14 minutes and finally a person answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he didn’t know if he could get her to talk to me. I waited another 20 minutes and finally hung up in disgust. No refund for my sauce I didn’t get, and no way to speak to the manager to explain the situation. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service.
I have tried to place three on line orders with this location over the past two months. Each time I arrive at pick up time my pizza is never read y and was advised it would be another 30-45min wait. Each time a different excuse as to why it takes well over an hour to make a pizza. After three tries Im never coming back.
Staff is polite, food is usually tasty and of good quality. The franchisee here is top notch and treats people well. They have the lowest delivery fee in town at $3.59 while all the other pizza joints have raised theirs to $5.00 plus and Marcos is up to $7.00 delivery fee. All around good place
Pizza was great left a good tip but we didnt get our soda. Called the store was on hold for 20 min before we gave up.
Trash! Always late, and incompetence employees. Straight lazy. I stood there watching them make pizzas. Never ordering here again.
Dominoes has always been a go to for me for an easy dinner when you have had a long or bad day and don’t feel like cooking. I have almost always gotten great & quick service (I primarily order online through the app.)
The pizza wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. In fact, it took an additional 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready. After making it home, the pizza was not good, at all.
Absolute trash! Do not order at this store.We ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Estimated delivery time was 30-45 minutes. An hour later we called them and asked eta they said it’s out for delivery. Called them at the hour 20 mark and requested a refund and they denied it… 90 minutes later the delivery man arrived with the completely wrong order. Had to drive to the store for them to issue the refund we requested.
Just terrible. I submitted an order online and the pizza was delivered over an hour past the expected delivery time. Not only was it extremely late, but the driver handed me the completely wrong order. I tried calling the store to make a complaint and no one answered. I had to drive to the location and request a refund in person. I will never order from Dominos again.
As always, Enterprise Dominos is punctual and they are very polite.
Pizza is good, staff always nice. We place large orders (were a large familyand they always get our orders right.

Hit and miss... a great pizza one time then not near done the next. A specialty pizza and wings was $40. Better pizza is cheaper other close places.

Every time we order from the Enterprise store, it takes so long for delivery we get a free pizza through corporate Dominos. Tonight was the end. Pizza stayed in prep over an hour. When I contacted the store the manager said she could not find our order. After giving our order number I asked for the franchise owners name and number. I was told she was not allowed to give that out. I asked for a refund and now realize, as much as I love their pizza I am done with this dominos.
Pizza wasnt done on the time it was said to be, came to the window at the time it was supposed to be done and they were just putting it in the oven, had to wait over 30 minutes just to get food past the time it was supposed to be done
I stopped eating at Dominos years ago because of the poor quality, and terrible customer service. I thought I would try them after all these and especially because theyre offering Brooklyn Style crust. I come out in the rain, they bring me pizza out and its hand tossed. I go inside to complain and the manager tried and convince me that something is wrong with the dough proofer. Ive been making pizza for years and I know how stretch dough, there was no stretching, that was hand tossed, money down the drain, and they lost me again

Usually I dont leave negative reviews, and normally I wouldnt for an outstanding pizza chain, such as Dominos. We waited for 20 minutes when our order was placed at around 3pm, and they had plenty of time to make the pizza. We were second in line, and the person in front of us waited there for 15 minutes. We also had to wait 15 minutes while the management and staff were joking, and playing around. Their excuse of the business was that Papa Johns down the street lacked power and everyone went there.
I know during Covid times are touch on restaurants. But this experience can not be blamed on Covid. Poor management, the worst I have seen in a long time. They got my order wrong and when I had to drive back to the store, they still got it wrong twice. The night manager was very unprofessional. I should have just got my money back and called it a day, because at this point I wasn’t hungry anymore. A Good Restaurant is supposed to feed hunger, not take it away.
Carside is first time for me. I think it’s brilliant and it’s fast. Domino’s hasn’t failed me yet. Thanks for a wonderful service today.
With a company that used to pride itself on delivery in 30 minutes or less or its free, that haha certainly fallen a long long way when it takes an hour and half to get an order. But no worries, Cole already had the corporate excuses ready to regurgitate on command. Of course it didnt get our order here any faster, but was designed to make us feel better about the delay right?
Good pizza good people great pizza, Bombarded with orders but they handling fairly well considering they seem to have had about two people that were green ( New at job).
I had to wait a little longer than usual so they gave me a free 2 liter for my wait, now that is awesome in my book! 5 stars all day, every day!!!
Above and beyond customer service!! Absolutely the kind of kindness we needed at a moments notice! Re-made BOTH of our pizzas because it took me an hour to pick them up, one of which was already a reward we were redeeming and free! Michael was so understanding and nice! Thank you!!
Dont order pizza from here, it isnt worth it. Weve both done delivery and carry out and everytime is has been a disappointment. During the delivery orders they would easily be over double the time estimate and close to three times that and it was obvious that the pizza sat for over an hour, we actually had to warm the pizza up for it to not be near room temperature. When I went to do pick up, I had to sit up there for 45 minutes and this was after the 25 minutes I was told to wait before the order would be ready. Its quite clear that Dominos has began the regression back to before the revival they had about 10 years ago.
I had ordered from here 3 hours ago through the app, had over $50 worth of food and the app was giving updates on the order. It was all lies, 2 hours after my order was placed and an hour of it saying it was on the way my order never was made. I called the store and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to a manger who was extremely and hung up on me. Never order from here ever again!
The delivery times are very inaccurate and long. It shouldnt take 2 hours to get two pizzas delivered during the middle of the week.Additionally the pizza was cold, and a soda was forgotten.
I have never had so much of a bad time with any fast good place!!!! They delivered my almost $70 order to the wrong place or just didnt show. Then Had to reorder and waitafain and when they came the second time they literally forgot the pizzas and brought the sides only!!!!
Usually very enjoyable, but I swear for some reason I could smell "dog" on the pizza. Please make sure you wash before cooking. Pizza went to trash.
We called in an order on 4/09/2021 at 6:06 p.m.They said it would take 25 minutes to make it. We got there at 6:30 and we were told that they couldnt find the order we werent happy but we know how things can happen so we reordered it and we were told that she wld bring it out. Well at7v16 my husband went inside and they said oh it will be an hour before we get it. I will NEVER go back again
Ordered online, 2 pizzas, small pasta and cinnamon twists. Just $1 shy of $50. I waited at the pick up window for more than 5 minutes after my order was completed before I was waited on. I specifically asked if the garlic dip was in there and was assured it was. Got home - no garlic sauce and no dip for the cinnamon twists. Not happy.
I was picking up the order tonight. It was ready when they said it would be and it was hot. The order was correct and the lady at the drive through very friendly. The food was delicious.
I ordered a 5.99 sandwich and 10 chicken nuggets and it still cost me $20. And that was for carry out. Talk about ridiculous. If you are going to advertise prices and charge other prices I am not going to buy your products anymore.
Every time I order chicken Alfredo we get it with only 2 or 3 pieces of chicken! I even called to ask for extra chicken, was charged for it and still only got 3 pieces along with them throwing in onion and pineapple that doesn’t belong on it! Then got told I couldn’t get a refund on my order and would have to wait an hour if I wanted to receive a remade one.
I ordered a buffalo chicken sub, no blue cheese sauce, no cheese, and got basically bread. When I called, she said that the chicken was pre-weighed, and that it just looked like alot of bread because their was no cheese, and that type of bread is just breast. She did offer to remake it, and they added "extra" chicken. She offered to add veggies to fill it out 🙄. The second sandwhich looked essentially like what the first should have, just with added veggies. I have never had an issue before with their food. 15 minutes after eating the sandwhich and I feel HORRIBLE. Maybe it is coincidence, maybe not, but I wont be making another order to find out.
Ordered chicken Caesar salad with ranch dressing. Got chicken Caesar salad with Caesar dressing. Apparently the choice confuses delivery people as this happens almost EVERY TIME I ORDER. This mistake has happened 5+ years!The pizza is delicious.
So I just came back to Enterprise from Miami and I was hungry so I came in for some wings but the friendliness given was awesome. I waited and the young man who helped me with my order told me it still needed some time. He mentioned he will take it to my car and surprisingly he did. #dominoesemployeesrock thank you. 🤓
This Dominos has always been our go-to for pizza but the service and food quality has significantly gone down hill lately. From wrong orders, to not receiving our full order, to cold pizza, to being hung up on several times, to finding a torn up napkin that was cooked onto our pizza, I will no longer be ordering food from this Dominos. I also received an email asking to complete a survey about my experience with this location. I explained my issues and concerns and never received a response or any kind of feedback whatsoever. So that is also playing a role in my decision to take my business elsewhere.
My pizza was cut wrong and it was a little on the burnt side .I just hate a messy pizza thats also not cut rightDough was little hard to

We called 5 times and stayed on hold for over 10min. My husband and I understand its a Football night so we just drive up there. My husband tells the manager what our roommate asked him to relay about the rudeness on the phone. The managers answer was if he had a problem he could come up there and use his phone to call corporate. Everything else was great but, he shouldve reacted better
This use to be my go to place for weekly pizza orders. I believe there must have been a recent change in management. I have had 3 orders disappear in past 2 or 3 months where the tracker would tell me it is ready go to pick it up, and it not be made or show up for delivery. Really gonna miss them bacon pizzas.
The guy making the pizzas in the back had to come up to the register to check me out. I asked his name and I think he said Dakota, he apologize for my wait and provided me with some of the best customer service ive ever received from a restaurant. Great experience I will definitely be going back and recommending Dominos to everyone. Thank you for your customer service Pizza guy.
Well the lady that took my order was in training and was left on the register not knowing really what to do and in the process of me completing my debit card payment with my signature, she decides to press something on the register and cancelling my order and also charging my card. At this point someone comes over and says oh it will show back up on your card in 3 to 4 business days. Now I’m paying cash, because I don’t want my card charged again and the transaction messed up. Don’t leave people that are training alone, until they completely know what they are doing. So aggravating!! That’s not good customer service!
Ordering on-line is always easy, just wish they would pay attention when we order GARLIC not MARINARA sauce with an order. This has happened the last three times, just thankful the Pizza is the best in town. Beats they others hands down so far.
