Pizza is good. The parm bites are delicious 😋

Wrong order delivered. Delivery person said he would return the wrong order and bring back the right pizza. Never did deliver it. No proof he took the other order back. So out of a paid meal and tip. Will never order again from here. Either dishonest delivery person, or dishonest staff. So disappointing and hungry tonight.

If my delivery guy wouldnt have smashed my pizza box, then try to cover it up with my sandwich box before he handed my pizza to me, I wouldnt would have given 5 stars. The better part of my toppings were on the box top. But since he wants to be a lazy slickster, he gets to explain this review to his manager.

These mfers couldnt pizza their way out of a wet bag. They are the main local option near me but that cant get an order right to save their lives.

Carryout, no problem.. delivery, however, has been a problem lately. Two times I order delivery, both times it took an hour and a half plus. Not saying its necessarily their fault, considering the times, however with that said, I should have been made aware of the time frame. Thats why I gave them four stars..

Made an order at 8:40 pm. called an hour later since the tracker told me that it was still in the prep stage. told that my order was going to be one of the next set of orders that they were going to deliver. hour and a half later, called again. stayed on the phone for around 10 minutes and the call was never answered. when i called yet another time they said that they wouldnt be able to make the delivery until 1 am.at least give the call earlier so that your customers arent left hanging. absolutely ridiculous.

I order almost weekly at this store. They are very fast accurate and fresh! Thank you for doing a great job for my order!

I ordered delivery over an hour and half ago im just 2 miles away horrible delivery service and they wont answer my calls so i can cancel

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 11:00 pm. Paid a good $40 for them. I assumed if they would not have enough time to deliver they would call, but I did not get a call. Call the store at 12:03, 3 minutes after close wondering how my pizza is coming, on hold for 15 minutes, hang up, call back, answering machine denies calls after close.No pizza, no refund, no communication. Abysmal service.Edit: Pizza was delivered the next morning, delicious as usual if fairly late. I got a call from the manager explaining that the website allows you to order pizza after the store is closed because they are currently on shortened hours and the site hasnt been updated yet.

I ordered pizza for my family the other night got the wrong toppings called the store spoke to a very nice gentleman who refunded me my whole order back so I ordered Dominos the next day they delivered it and it was fresh and delicious

We love dominos pizza. Their wings could be a little bit better. But overall satisfied

I used to order here, and I had no problems. However, yesterday was different. I ordered around 6:30 pm, and waited to midnight, but no pizza came. I tried to call but no body answered. It really disappointing, because I really like their food alot. Gladly,I didnt choose my card to pay, because if I did, might have been scammed.

I ordered a pizza at 530 called after 2 hours no answer took 4 hours for someone to answer said pizza was otw at 1030 they said the order was cancelled. I guess if you have 3 or 4 hours to wait and your 35 dollar pizza may or may not be on the way

We ordered pizza from this location on a Tuesday. It took over an hour to receive, which we were understanding about, because of ongoing staff shortages. But when we received our pizza it was stone cold and one pizza box had been mashed into the pizza and then had cooled so that there was no scraping them off to try and piece the pizza back together.So we contacted the dominos pizza guarantee steps, what a joke. They will give you points or a discount on a future order. Because yeah, I want to spend more money for this kind of service. I sent an email to Domino’s corporate about this experience and they responded with “this location is locally owned so there’s nothing we can do.”

They have the best subs. Im addicted to their Italian subs everyone should try it at least once

Was given a 20 to 30 minute eta online and and it ended up being an hour and fifteen minutes instead. Highly disappointed. I dint care there is no excuse. Next time call your customers and let them know.

Yes I am very disappointed in this location. At 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 12/4/21, I placed an order for pick up at 1:45 PM, same day, for 12 pizzas. Four cheese, four pepperoni, and four sausage. The manager immediately called back to cancel the order as there was supposedly no one working between 12 and 2 PM that day. So I called at 10:30 AM when they opened to place a fake order because I felt like the manager was lying. Sure enough they were going to take my order for my fake eight pizzas. So I explain to the manager I was talking to that I was highly upset with the customer service, the lies, and not only that but my pizzas were burnt when I picked them up. I picked up my pizzas at 2 PM. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get them because I was already running late for my son‘s birthday. When I got to the hotel where my son was having his fourth birthday party, people were already to eat. They picked through the pizza that was not burnt. When I called back as soon as I could at 5 PM, after his party, they told me they could not refund me or help me out. That I should’ve brought the pizzas back right away. I explained I’ve been in customer service for a long time and the way they were treating me was not right. This issue was not resolved at all. I will not be going back to this location. And I expect someone to fire this manager. This is absurd. I have been in food and retail customer service for over 15 years and I have never been lied to or had such bad customer service.I have attached some pictures of how bad the pizza was. No one go here!!!

Disappointment Dominos Lincoln way west south bend pizza cold and no garlic dipping sauce HIGHLY disapointed plus I am a first time customer my advice CLOSE YOUR DOORS worse experience ever!

Overcharged found out my pizza was on sale for less but charged me the higher price because ii didnt request sale price I didnt know about

Took about an hour to get our pizzas. The delivery driver was seen to be pulled over the side up the street for 5 minutes (to text???While we waited outside. The toppings were stingy. We ordered double meat on one and extra cheese on the other. Neither had any extra anything. The pizzas were luke warm at best. Very disappointed. Frozen pizza would have been much better!

This location has proven to me that they are the best Dominos in the area. Everything on the menu is great including their bread bowls, jalapeño and pineapple boneless chicken or the chicken taco pizza ( I get thin crust and finish it all off with the delicious and always fresh Brookie. I use the Dominos app and if there’s ever an issue with my order I report it through the app and it’s handled or I call and speak with a manager and they are always friendly and make up for any mistakes that may occur.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, cinnamon twists, lava cakes, 2 things of icing dipping sauce and a small pizza. While I did get the lava cakes and cinnamon twists. I did not receive the icing. Both of the pizzas were not what I ordered. The small pizza wasnt a big problem they only swapped out the pepperoni for chunks of tomato and there was quite a bit of cheese on it. The large pizza however was slathered very heavily in bbq sauce that I never ordered my brother compared it to eating a slice of bread covered with bbq sauce because it drowned out everything else, less than 10 slices of peppers on it dropped right in the middle, heavily covered in cheese when I asked for light cheese, ham I did not want, and no bacon. The only correct thing on the pizza was the pineapple and the garlic butter drizzle on the crust. To say I was disappointed when I got home is an understatement. The food wasnt right and the service wasnt good either. They were using theyre bare hands to touch everything boxes, counter, phone, everything. I stood there for a good 20 minutes after I was told my order was ready and the employee ignored me not saying a word to me or the 2 other people that were in there 1 of which arrived before I did. Not sure Ill be ordering from them again.

The prices right now off the chain. Spent 30.00 for four chicken wings, small vegetable pizza😒cheese bread 🙂 taste ok, but cost🤨😷

Hot and ready service was good will be going to this location rather than LaPorte for pizza for now on. My family loves it.

This Dominos is the best 1 in South Bend. The staff is always friendly, what I order is always right and hot. One time i ordered from Edison & thought i ordered here. The staff took the time to help me figure out my mistake!

Food was good but from the time I walked in none of the employees even spoke for at least a few minutes. The one cook had an attitude and was arguing with another cook. Just a weird vibe.

Placed an online order, at 4:40, app says it they started prepping at 4:41. At 5:20 I call in because it was still being prepped. The person who answered told me they never received an order until 5:15 but the app says 4:41. Guy on phone was unprofessional and said “well I guess it’s coming at 5:15” but yet is was already 5:20 so I then canceled my order. Terrible service will not order from them again.

Always fresh with a quick and friendly delivery. This has become our go-to for pizza delivery. Thank you guys for the excellent service.

10 months ago I ordered from here and the food was great including the customer service. Ordered here today online and had the worse experience. Text HERE when I arrived and FLASHING LIGHTS were on. I was ignored, so finally called in 30 mins later and was informed that my order was ready. Needless to say it had been ready and just sitting there because no one delivered it CARSIDE which is what I chose. Opened the box it was half cold and baked to long. The manager was not at fault, but his team was very unprofessional. They saw me sitting out there all that time and disregarded my attempts at contact. So I asked for a refund and left. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

I placed an online order and got a confirmatory email. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that no order was received, perhaps I ordered to another store. I showed the email which confirmed the correct store and time. There was no apology or compensation offer as I think appropriate for my wasted time and drive. We will go back to using Pizza Hut for our carryout.

My wife is always ordering pizza from Dominos since its about 1.5 miles away. We have 4 kids who love pizza and are always hungry. Today 04/18/202 she ordered the usual but with an extra pizza. Driver Sara came about 35 minutes later. Wife said they forgot something. Called the store and she came back 15 minutes later with the item that wasnt baked all the way. Was still doughy. We love this place but recently we are getting irritated with them. And before this time they took over an hour and a half to deliver.

Ordered pizza @ 3pm on Friday. At 3:36 got tracking saying driver left the store 1.7 miles away. At 4:36 called store and they said it was an hour wait. I said its now been over an hour and a half. The guy said well everybody has to wait, were busy. I said I was concerned the pizza would be cold after such a long delay and he said very nastily to call back if it was cold. I said, what and wait another hour and a half. Very, very nastily he said, I dont have time for you my phones are ringing and hung up. Needless to say when the driver handed me the box and the bottom of the box was cold I knew that pizza was COLD. It was. Had I not already paid online I would have refused it. After reheating the pizza it was obvious that had it been delivered hot it wouldnt have helped that pizza. First and last time Ill order from them!

Had never had a dominos pizza until recently. The price is excellent, and the first time was worth at least 3 stars. Went there tonight after placing an online order I got pizza that was not only very sparse on the beef I ordered, but the mushroom i got on one of the pizzas was on all 3 of my pizzas even though I only ordered it on one. Had to get my daughter McDonalds because she wouldnt eat it after there were mushrooms on it. Not sure if Ill go back or not

I have never been more dissatisfied with the service from Dominos Pizza. I placed an online order 24 hours in advance for a client and selected the time to be delivered at 11:30am. I had let my client know to expect their lunch at that time, to only be notified at 12:30pm that nothing had ever showed up. Upon calling the local store, I waited 10 minutes to just speak to a human. The employee I spoke with(Taratold me she didnt even see my order(which had already been paid for and even added a tip for the driverand the manager was busy making food so I couldnt talk to them. She mentioned the managers name was Darion which also struck me as coincidentally strange considering that was the name I has listed for my client. She went on to tell me how busy they were and the screen has not been empty all day. This is no excuse when you place an order 24 hours in advance. I asked her where the order was and she couldnt give me any information at all. Once she came back from speaking to the manager, she said it was actually there now as if it miraculously appeared out of thin air and was about to go out for delivery. It was already over an hour late and I had to make other accommodations already due to time wasted. I asked her to just cancel the order and refund my money. The employee portrayed sub-par customer service to say the least and was not helpful or even seemingly willing to help. Tara should not ever be on the phone to help with a customer and the manager (Darionwas not even willing to talk to a customer about the errors they had made. This is a JOKE, Dominos. I would venture to say that I will never be using you for any sort of order again which is a shame. I am still sitting on hold to speak to a customer service rep as I write this complaint and it has been nearly 20 minutes already. I am wondering whether or not I will even see my refund also. If your business model is any indicator, that would be a strong NO based off of what I can see. Please have someone reach out to me ASAP.

Its okay pizza! Great for last minute dinners. Would have been 4 stars if I didnt have to wait 20 minutes after the app said the pizza was ready for pickup.

People are friendly and helpful! They messed up my order but when I called them they were not rude. Just replaced my sandwich!I recently ate pizza and wings and got food poisoning! Ended up spending 2 days in the hospital

Been getting 2 thin crust with the same toppings for a while and always paid $15.49. Now all of the sudden the girl wants to charge me $28.95 for the same order, claiming thats been the regular price all along. Pizza is good but Im not willing to pay $14 more just because she says so. Something doesnt seem right.

Dime store (does anyone say that anymore?pizza is dime store pizza... Unless you come to this location! Im telling you true, sometimes you get a bit of a "normal" pizza, just hit it in the oven and one and done, but normally, DAMN. I dont usually rate "fast food" too high, but this location, our Lincolnway stop, treats you well. Very good management, and stupid high quality. Ten stars!

Edit: Derrien made our pizza and that dude knows how to make a pizza! It was the best darn Dominos pizza weve had! And our delivery driver (cant recall her name! So sorry!Was super friendly and quick also!Great pizza made fast. They put lots of toppings on the pizza and the crust was great too. Worth the money will eat here again.

I ordered my pizza at 11:11 pm, the tracker said it was delivered at 11:45, but the delivery didn’t show up until 0:08. “It’s there, we hope you are enjoying your meal” with what? . Store was closed and I had no way of contacting the driver ( it’s not his fault tho). After I thought the order was done, I was like ok, maybe someone else got the order. So I placed an order at Edison store which I usually do. Then 5 mins later the delivery showed up. I like edision store enough to pay for the second one, but the whole thing was so messed up. How are you telling me the food was here and it was not.I waited quite awhile after I received “the food was here” from tracker. It’s the first time I order from this store. Maybe last as well.

This was by far my worst Pizza experience in my life! Im in the hospital with my daughter so I order pizza to be delivered to the hospital at the security desk. Pay for my order everything seems to be going smoothly until I realize that my order have been taken out the oven almost 30 minutes ago. I called Dominos to figure out whats going on and the guys like oh yeah its going to take us another 20-30 minutes to deliver because were waiting on two other orders that are in the same area. Ill tell him that Ill just come pick up the pizzas because the hospital is literally less than 5 minutes away from there. I did there only to find out that they cancelled my payment that Ive already paid because they said that I change the order to pick up so they had to cancel it. By now my pizza is cold, cheese sticks hard and cold and brownies cold. Do they offer an apology no. Do they offer a refund? No. Do they even offer a coupon or sorry about not being able to deliver it? No! I will never eat here again. Even if it was a last place on Earth and I hadnt eaten for years I would rather die than order food from this unprofessional, unapologetic, irresponsible staff.

Not good quality. The order was wrong. The prices advertised all over the windows and doors were way less than the actual cost. Hubby can really eat, but only ate 2 slices of this. The people there seemed agitated, I get it it was getting late, in sure youre tired, but without good customer service, youll have no customers. Without going into to much disgusting detail, we both got sick after we ate it. I do not recommend it. It was our first and last time eating Dominos. I really wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered my pizza at 9pm and here it is 11:22pm and STILL no pizza. Called the store 4 times then finally got an answer the 5th time. They said that the delivery person came and knocked on my door & no one answered which is a lie because I was on the couch the WHOLE time. Then they said they would make the order again & bring it back but that would be another 40 minutes to an hour. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!

I was a twice a week customer but after tonight I will be avoiding this location from now on. We order a pizza around 8:30, and they showed up with the wrong one. We called and told them said they were sorry and would send another one right out. They are literally 5 minutes away from my house and here it is 11 and still no replacement. Never offered any thing for our trouble even told us we had to send the old one back. So I just called and told them that I just wanted my money back and they told me they could not give me my money back till tomorrow. Then they just showed up with my pizza not even whole and thrown in 2 different boxes. Worst customer service ever and with the last comment I was told the manager on duty was Cole. So I advise all to avoid this location till there is some kind of intervention and serious customer service retraining.

I had 2 visits for a pick up, once about 6 weeks ago - on a Wednesday and the manager was all confused and couldnt match tickets up with numbers and I had to wait about 10 minutes for my pizza. I called ahead on Saturday (10/14and came in 25 minutes later. There was only the same manager who was again, screwing up pizzas and couldnt find the labels and another young man, Cole, making all of the orders. He was awesome! But then some delivery guys came in and the manager was screaming at them to help him and then he disappeared. I felt bad for the kids, I waited 45 minutes-I wont be going back.
