Staff were worst, when asked about what will be there in the specific pizza, they said plz see the pamphlet all there and this is what I know too...isnt this amazing answer. The garlic bread was like garlic strip...it was notll puffed.

When I entered, out of five, one AC was switched on. On asking that what is the reason behind not turning on all the ACs on a 37 degree climate, no one gave proper response. After complaining multiple times, they turned on the AC. Also, we sat in front of a used table, which was cleaned after 20 minutes of our wait, just before our order was about to be ready. These people are turning the experience of Dominos HORRIBLE day by day.

Staffs are very rude especially the one at order counter. Tables were found dirty. Hygiene was poor. There you will feel like they are doing a favour in serving a pizza. Moreover, when I asked a staff to give me water to wash hand as the washroom door was locked, he told me to use tissue paper. Now, they will decide whether I will use tissue paper or water?? Huhhhh. ... Disgusting and shameful for such a brand..... Dont go there

Free pizza was available but they didnt provide stating that, free was only available with online order.

The experience was good but they slightly delayed to serve our food. But its happen everywhere 😃, ignore and enjoy your meal at Dominos, must visit and experience one time 😋. I hope you also like it.

No water, no hand wash basin, nothing was clean from sprinkler to the floor all was dirty, will never visit again.

Not happy with the service they provided. The washroom was locked. There was no facility for washing hands. There was also very fiew staffs. The same staff is taking orders, preparing bills, delivering orders and cleaning dining tables with same hand without washing it.Not expected this kind of poor service.

Worst pizza i have ever had. Chicken pepperoni was very bad and cheese and corn was also not that good.

Order preparation time is too long, they basically prefer delivery as first priority, almost you have to wait approximately 30 mins for dining or for takeaway. Price is higher than other outlet in Dhanbad

Always irritating. I never like to visit this branch. Dine in is a nightmare and home delivery service is a headache. Dominos overall is great but this particular place is pathetic. Place is untidy, workers are rude, no one stands in the counter. Its a complete chaos.

the only thing they need to work on are the pizza breads as the pizza breads are sometimes a little hard and not as soft as it should be as compared to its peers ...rest everything is upto the mark ..a good place for spending some quality time with a decent environment and again as always the servicing of Dominos and employees behaviour towards customers is exactly how you expect them to be ... excellent.

Very terrible pizza, you pay 100+ for cheesy and they dont add cheese, and the service is terrible.

The Store place of dhanbad is bit dirty, maintenance is quite poor as compared to other town dominos. Sitting arrangement is not enough for 20 people. Service also not satisfactorily. Need to improve.

Dine in is bad idea there. No drinking water, no washroom, no wash basin, dirty and broken toilet outside.For the pizza they serve, it was with insufficient oragano and sausages.Inapt sitting areangements.

All Safety measure r being followed in Dominos bank more branch.. social distance is also being kept. Tables r far frm each other. Now coming to taste its always delicious 😋

Its average sized Dominos outlet located at the heart of the city inside Ozone plaza. Staff and services are at par. Cleanliness is sometimes missing otherwise every thing is as great as any other Dominos joint.

Overall tasty pizza and positive environment. But remember to dine in, as pizzas delivered differ in taste as well low amount of cheese stuffed even when its cheese burst!

Worst pizza outlet ever no hygiene maintenance they take 30 minutes only for taking order...and there is no chairs for customer.

I visited it for the second time, at the first they maintained it well, but now they dont maintain any neatness , there were no enough table available to sit inside the pizza Hut, and also they was no response from the staff members, I suggest you people not to visit this place,

Worst behaviour of staff first they dont come within time period. Then they dont give order to the buyer were the buyer dont give money to them . My question if you dont give order on given time period and you give 100 percent free that order why you give order to buyer. Secondly the order is cold. Means a buyer is spending Rs.1000-2000 and you are giving cold order to us.. then you complain to them they give worst behaviour..... I recommend dont buy from this shop. Always love the pizzas from Dominos. However this outlet doesnt have the entire menu that we supposedly get in Metro cities.But having said that you can always indulge in the great flavors they have for now.

Worst Experience in Domino.Proper sanitation is not maintained.The AC was not working properly and there is no menu display in the counter.The offer on Pizza was not available there.I added old photos and now it has become a bad place.

The pizza quality was not satisfying because there was too much crowd in the dominos no social distancing rules was being followed inside the dominos.We ordered the pizza as dine in through the app but there was no room for us,Some how we managed by sitting in the stairs,dominos is getting worse next time i prefer to eat pizza feom some were else rather than dominos.

The Dominos Pizza Shop is inside the Ozone Plaza and the Pizza Shop is beautiful and clean. Their service is also good and fast
