Easily the worst dominos in MN, if not the US. Impressively terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Save your time and money, support another business.

WORSE Dominos pizza in Minnesota.They said itll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, waited over 2 hours and they never showed up.Im still waiting for my refund 😒 😤

Had to wait too long for order while 6 employees goofed off. One employee kept spitting in trash can and then proceeded to handle food with unloved hands. Gross. Had too ask for the rest of my order. Not everything was given to me

Ordered two pizzas. Tracked progress. Silas started a quality check at 9:17 pm - - It is now 10:10 pm and Silas is still quality checking the pizzas. Silas NEEDS to get his EYES CHECKED so he can see the pizzas. Damm pizza better not be cold, but any later I can have it ( coldfor breakfast in the morning.

This place randomly seems to completely shut down, and orders that would normally take 30-45 minutes take 90+ with no warning.

No issues on my recent order (summer, 2022). Have gone here for years for occasional quick pizza.If the suggested wait time is over 25 minutes, its risky to order, it means theyre backed up and could lose your order, delay it, mismake it, etc. Either wait it out or skip.Definitely order online, its easier, more accurate and leaves the employees alone.Recommended tip: get the $5.99 x 2 pizza deal, you can customize each side of the pizza separately, so you end up virtually with 4 toppings.

After waiting 2 hrs 10 min drove to store for refund they werent answering phonesNever again for low quality pizza

By far the worst most unreliable dominos in the metro. They are constantly looking understaffed and unable to deliver a pizza within 2 hours.

Made an online order at 6:46. Tracker was stuck on "Prep" forever. Tried to get in contact with the store for an hour and a half before getting through. Apparently the store is extremely understaffed and canceled my order without telling me. Cant get Dominos delivered from any other store due to the way their policy is set up.This store needs to seriously reconsider what circumstances are causing their employees to leave and get them addressed immediately. This isnt the first time this has happened and I cant imagine itll be the last. Monday night is the least busy night of the week for most restaurants, and I could hear the phones ringing off the hook when I finally got through and told that they were over an hour behind. Just a completely unbelievable and disappointing experience, and I will likely also be going to customer support to share these concerns.

I appreciate the fast and efficient service and the kind friendly staff all working together to get through dinner rushes each time we get carry out I notice they may be extremely busy but they are calm cool and collected much appreciated

Ordered my food and it said it would be 15-30 minutes for delivery. Was able to see the progress on the tracker and everything and it was out for delivery. I waited literally over an hour and it showed the driver only a block away. As soon as it was marked as "delivered" I get a notification that my order was cancelled. Waited over an hour after placing my order only to get a notification that the order is cancelled...waste of my time. Never ordering from this store

2 Hours for delivery ordered from the app, tried calling the store stated they were closed. This is my second time ordering from them. The pizza tracker didnt show them putting my order in until an hour and 30 minutes later. Definitely the worse dominos I have ordered from.

Called to check on my order over waiting an hour and was told it was going to be 2 more hours then I was hung up on the manger on duty name was John. I cancelled my order so hopefully I will get my money back as they said it takes 5 business days to even get a refund. Worst customer service ever.

Honestly, dont bother. Waited for 2 hours for the status to change from "being prepped". Decided I would just cancel my order at that point, but was unable to do so until sitting on hold on the phone for 30+ minutes. They are consistently understaffed and should really come up with a system to say they are overwhelmed and unable to take further orders instead of constantly letting down the customers they do have. 0/10 the last 5 times we have ordered, which unfortunately in hindsight was 5 times too many of a chance for them. 👎👎👎

Im 0 for 4 at ordering from this location. Apparently, they make some peoples pizzas, but they havent made mine yet. Corporate needs to shut down this location.

For a Friday night the delivery was fairly fast compared to all the complaints on here but most likely people are not ordering due to the complaints and the fact that its 9PM on a Friday night and if you call the store they have a recording saying they are closed and to call back tomorrow. When I ordered it gave me the option to do contactless delivery or hand-to-hand so I chose hand-to-hand. The driver, Mike, knocked on my door and immediately told me that its against their policy to deliver to my door. I told him the website gave me the option so that is what I chose and he tried to embarrass me and tell me that is only for disabled people. I actually do have a medical disability and asked how he knows I am not disabled and he laughed at me and said "well, you arent in a wheelchair" and turned around and walked off. Please teach your drivers and staff that they shouldnt question anybodys disability and that not all people with disabilities are in wheelchairs. He could have called me if he was worried about covid and we could have made an arrangement but he wasnt wearing a mask if he was so worried about that and he didnt call but instead chose to admonish me while I stood in my own home.

I ordered a few pizzas to take out the other night and one thing would do another and it took me forever to get there I said I hope you didnt throw out the pizzas I got held up every which way you can instead youre probably cold but theyre still good they said oh no no no theyre not cold and here they have this like I dont know what to call its like a mini little oven with Windows and theres my name right on the pizzas took it out nice and hot I thought man off that aint a good idea cuz you never know when something comes up and you pay for the pizza and go to the effort to going to get it and its cold its still edible but its just not the same well they got that covered

I love this Dominos the food is always great fast service nice drivers I would definitely recommend someone going to this Dominos really good food quality and prepped nicely way to go Dominos me and my daughter thank you

The worst Dominos Pizza I ever had. I like Dominos Pizza from other locations, but this lication is so bad. I ordered pineapple and chicken Pizza but I get only pineapple Pizza.

This is the absolute worst store never go here. I’ve ordered multiple times and they Ive lost orders that go ALL THE WAY THRU. Terrible they should shut down. Why would you allow orders to go through and or close your store in the middle?? Get new employees that can stay at work the WHOLE NIGHT.

Like many other people, I had an absolutely horrific wait time on my delivery. I place an order at around 6pm and despite the tracker claiming a 45-minute cook and delivery time, I still didnt have my food by 8pm. When I called, I was told they had no drivers and it would be another two hours before they could get my order to me. Before this, I had waited nearly two hours on a previous order and was given undercooked food, and even once been called to be informed that there would be a three hour wait time on the food due to a shortage of drivers. I was given a refund both times, though I lost my free pizza coupon.

I used the app to order a pizza delivery from this location, after 2 hours the tracking keep showing the order was being prep and they not taking the phone for anything other than take orders I had to drive there to cancel the order I paid 2h prior, i didn’t want to wait so I ended going to chipotle which was $20 chipperIf you are ordering take out from this location you’re experience might be different but other ways there’s a reason why this store have bad reviews from delivery orders! the store is clean and the workers are nice, would mind to eat from this location. Just not delivery!

I only continue to order from the store because this is the store I have to order from because this is the store that I guess falls under my ZIP Code! the delivery people are pretty cool and I am very understanding but the people at the store that answer the calls their very rude my orders have taken over an hour and a half and I’ve called to complain before and they placed me on hold or they keep hanging up on me I don’t recommend the store at all I wish there were a few different stores you could choose from when ordering but unless you’re picking it up you don’t really have too many choice…But the store would not be my choice!!

If I could give zero stars, I would - ordered at 7:53pm and apparently the store closed, never got my food, no one called to notify me. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. No way to get a refund. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY!

Absolutely worthless location if you plan on eating between 4-8pm. Multiple times I have waited over an hour, called to request pickup instead of delivery, and been told it would take another hour for one sandwich.

Ordered a pizza two hours ago and it still hasnt been delivered. Said it would take 31-46 minutes for delivery. Ive tried calling 3 times and sit on hold for 4-5 minutes each time before they hang up on me. Corporate just transfers me to the store and is unwilling to help. I am extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service and do not recommend ordering from this store at all.

This place is ACTUALLY the worst representation of a company you could ever ask for. Every experience I have ever had here was terrible. I ordered a pizza here today. After an hour of no status updates I called them. I was placed on hold for a half an hour before I finally gave up, hung up, and called back. Hold again. I cant even cancel my order. It serves me right for ordering from here after they screamed at, swore at, and hung up on my wife last time we ordered here. Honestly, Dominos? Never again!

Ordered pizza here and went to pick up no one ever came my 2 minute clock never ran! I haven’t gotten my pizza and I never got a refund as well I lost money, will call tomorrow! Maps says open til 12 am and carry out til 9pm was there @8:20 this place is so bad please if anyone knows the store owner close this store down or hire new workers

This is the first time Ive ordered from Dominos and this location. The pizza arrived really fast and was great (medium cheese and mushroom)! The delivery guy was really nice. Will order from them again!

Takes up to at LEAST 2 hours to get anything delivered (I live 5 miles away from the locationthey never call to let you know the food arrived so itll sit out in the cold, they cancel orders left and right. Theyve messed orders up, not received half of the order just DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered a pizza for car side pick up and was given a time of 5:49 to 5:59 pickup time. I arrived at 5:55 and my pizza was still in the prep thing on the tracker. This the second time my orders have been delayed. I tried calling the store but just got prerecorded messages. Why put a time if it’s not going to be ready.

This location is awesome. You guys always work hard and deliver an excellent experience. Tonight you guys were swamped and it was taking longer than usual but you all performed an excellent service and the food you served was better than someone expects from a quick pizza, as it always is. This team rocks.

These people are sketchy.They have a built in timer for their curbside pickup. If it takes them more than 2 minutes to bring you your pizza its supposed to be free. I was waiting in my car for 15 minutes and had to call them twice to get it brought out.I look back at my online receipt and they say that it took them 15 seconds to bring my pizza.Im skipping this dump.

I ordered a thin crust that was delicious. Loved that I could get banana peppers as a topping. Person who helped with order taking was very helpful and pleasant. Ordering again this evening.

Food was hot and tastes great. However theres a major shortage of staff or they need another oven. There is no one to answer the phone. Forget delivery! It will take 30 minutes more when theres only one driver. Pizza pick up time was estimated 20-30 minutes. It was closer to an hour. The marquee wait times were all backed up. Plan for at least an hour wait for dinner. Maybe lunch is better?

Currently waiting for an order. It was quality checked at 8:05 and it is now 10:12. The delivery stops at 11. I called at 9:50 to ask the status and apparently they’re waiting on drivers but as soon as I said “oh, okay. That’s what I figured.” I was hung up on no explanation, goodbye, etc. afterwards.Update:It hit 11 and I called back. I believe a manger answered. They claimed they couldn’t find my order and I believe the person who hung up on me the first time lied to his manager about calling me back to say the order was cancelled because I never got a call. I was given credits and a refund but to wait 3 almost 4 hours and having to call twice only to find a worker didn’t do their job properly is irresponsible. The manager was really the only kind person in this situation.

Theyre often very busy which isnt their fault, but wait times were double what we were told a few times. Special instructions are a hit or miss. Im sure the staff are great folks though. I always get my dinner and its always hot.

3rd time in a row that my order was in quality check....aka sitting on their counter waitiing to go out for delivery FOR OVER AN HOUR. Of course if you file a delivery insurance claim within 16 hours youll get free food thats good for a couple days and which will also be ice cold when it arrives. Done with this place.

Ordered pizza at 7:45pm called at 9:45pm to be told it would be 2 more hours. Not very good Business. I have hungry kids. Will never ordered from here again. And my money better show back up on my card.

I ordered at 9 and got a call an hour later saying they were short staffed. Paid for the delivery fee just to go pick it up cause they didn’t have “enough” workers. Was told if it was delivered it’ll take 3/4 hours. Decided to do pickup and lady on phone said it’ll take 20 mins. 20 mins later headed to the store for pickup and was told it wasn’t “ready” yet, and had to wait another 15 mins. Inside was 2 workers one cook and one cashier, 2 girls workers walking around at the back doing nothing

Boy. I live about 2 miles from this store and let me tell you, it used to be a lot better than it is now. When I had food delivered it would usually take around the same time as it would if I picked up. Now? Well... Im waiting for a pizza I ordered at 7:30 and its over an hour later. This has happened the last three times I have ordered. Only some of those times can I reach somebody when I call the store. Just really disappointed. I dont know if they switched managers or cant find people or what. I would be fine if if they were honest about they are delivery time estimates but theyre not. For instance, when I ordered today it said "delivery in 20 minutes." It has now been an hour and 20 minutes

I’ve ordered from here a number of times as it’s the closest one to my house. The last 3 times have been some of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering pizza. The staff has been rude when I go in person to pick it up, it consistently takes much longer than usual for it to be ready, and getting delivery is even worse. They’ve also gotten my order wrong several times. There needs to be some serious changes made to their system. If they are getting to many orders they need to just not accept your order, or at least give an accurate time for delivery/pickup. Extremely disappointed.

The cleanliness and food safety of this place is pretty rough. I watched the person cutting the pizzas take a puff from his vape in one hand while pulling a pizza out of the oven with the other. That same guy then grabes the slicer with vape in hand and continued to cut pizzas. This dominos employee is handling multiple customer’s food without washing his hands while holding a vape and smoking. Moments later he dropped a customers food because he’s trying to balance a vape pen and operate a pizza oven at the same time. Can’t make this stuff up. Save your $20 plus dollars and cook at home.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and each time I can say I have been disappointed. I’m really sad because they messed up my whole order and I tipped before I found out. I didn’t get my side salad, they gave me boneless wings instead of bone in & I got breadsticks instead of cheese sticks.I try to sympathize with fast food workers but this is unacceptable and bogus.

There is still a guy there with a messed up attitude or no customer service skills. I called twice, on 2 different occasions to complain about the scraps of meat on the philly steak sandwiches and not enough sausage on the pizza. Was able to talk to a Manager and HE was really nice! I ordered by phone thru him, and my food turned out pretty well. I didnt order the sandwich again tho, but I did get to try the lava cakes. They were pretty good. I was happy with my service this go round!BUT PLEASE GET SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSER THE PHONE BESIDES THE PERSON THAYS ALWAYS ANSWERING IT! OH, and double check the order before you make or send out the pizza.

Pizza was incredibly dry, hardly any sauce on it and half of it flipped over on top of the other half. Worst dominos to order from.Also I put in a request for a refund WEEKS ago and the GM put in the notes he followed up with me and never did. Service is completing lacking at this store.

ive actually never been this disappointed with dominos like i get that its cheap but ive always had a good experience until today. Pizza was cold and dry and burnt - chicken was super salty but that might just be the recipe cant blame the cooks for that. delivery was weird. i have never got a text from a delivery guy and it actually made me uncomfortable.

Ive been here many times. And it seems like crews here loving slow life. Slow front desk,slow cooking and un-professional services. You can still get pizza here but you need to spend extra time with patience. Good luck!
