Domino's Pizza in Medicine Hat

Always undercooked. Late 40s Salt and Papper man tried to steal a dollar from me lol. Wasnt his first rodeo either, the young tall cook had to rescue him from being embarassed.

I love this dominos, the food is always perfect and piping hot when I get it, delivery is quick and the drivers are always very polite. I wish all dominos were like this!

Pizza was good, however an order that costs me $42 every time cost an extra $10 because the guy running the till decided he’s entitled to a automatic $10 tip… I won’t be back!!!

The location itself is fantastic. Their website needs a re-do. It wouldnt let me pay in advance so I deleted everything in the cart and phoned in the order. It still submitted the order, through the site, I have no idea how it thought I was going to pay when it rejected paying in advance. Check the site for coupons but if you want a hope for things to go smoothly you need to phone in. The web site sets weird time restrictions that just arent there when you phone in and while I did ultimately need to pay at pickup instead of in advance at least the people on the phone dont tell you they cant take the payment in advance and then somehow submit your order anyway without telling you. They called me asking if I wanted both orders and cancelled the online one.

Worst taco pizza Ive tried. None of the ingredients seem fresh, the "beef crumbles" dont resemble meat at all. Messed up our pizza toppings and didnt offer a refund or a credit. Yuck.

Have been trying to fix a hangover all day.Tried everything. Had an awesome delivery driver tonight also (Ill call them W for privacyVery respectful, knocked light which was great because my 2 year old is sleeping. Pizza is delicious and got here in a very good time frame. Thank you!

Get the Feast pizzas and be satisfied. They are far superior to building your own.Order the Pan Pizza-cheese all the way to tje crust, which is caramelized.Heads and tails above Dominos other crust types.Dominos is kind of an unsung hero in the pizza game. They still got their own drivers and thry are as consistent as the sunrise.Love their 50% off deals. Get the Pan Pizza-just TRY it! You can only grt medium but just order 1 more pizza.You will thank yourself.

We order pizza from here because it is close to our office, the food is good and the service great. No complaints at all. Always on time or better.

Awful service and communication. Lack of customer respect = no future business.examples: 1.saying theres a limit on credits for issues of 30$ regardless if your order was well over 30$.2.withholding account credits and not allowing them to be used with deals (ridiculous to purchase without a deal/promotion they are not connected either)3.saying credits have been applied to an account when they havent or random things that are not related.( delivery driver are typically nice )

My pizza was cold and greasy, I called to complain and the superviser was arrogantly ignoring my complaint. "Your pizza is fine" "it will be the same if you ordered it again" clearly this is not the attitude to have if your running a business. Absolutly my worst dominos experience.

Ordered two pizzas and one was seriously under cooked, crust was still doughy. Wings came with the wrong sauce.

I worked there for a few shifts and they still havent paid me yet. Its not worth it to go through the Labour Board. But im hoping they do the right thing

I was a loyal customer and then I received an email with a promo code.The Medicine Hat location did not want to accept the code and the person hung up on me.I will never use Dominos again. I hate when corporations use a "bait and switch" marketing scheme.

Check the discounts you can get some pretty sweet deals. Also they have a drive up window to pick up your pizza. You dont even have to get out of your car to pick it up.

Just seen the emails of how the management snubbed some guy into working for free. 🤮. Harsh@ Especially during a pandemic. No thanks. Ill take my family and Is business to the other Pizza places in town.

Usually great but it would seem the last shift doesnt have a supervisor because whenever I order my food just before they are about to close, they get the order wrong in different ways. First time, pasta was extremely dry, second - they missed a key ingredient, third time - they missed the ingredient that was in the name of the dish, this time, they added ingredients that arent supposed to be there at all, and missed two key ingredients. And to be clear, there are only 6 key ingredients in this dish. This is no accident, so I must assume that the people working at the last hour of the business day dont have supervisors so they punish people who dare to order at the last minute.I mean to be fair, don’t order last minute but 1am cravings are annoying and cannot be ignored.

I hung up the phone at 11:42pm, my two orders of cheesy bread got here at exactly 11:56pm!! NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES!! Thats absolutely amazing, and I dont think Ill ever have another place bring me food faster then 14 minutes!! Also wanna add, food has never been bad, always good, out of the 100s of times Ive ordered from dominoes. These guys have this stuff down to a science!!Im gonna dig into my cheesy bread now, but I just witnessed a damn miracle!The planets must have aligned tonight!! Haha!

Ordered online asked for bacon. Got sausage. Phoned in and told them the lady on the phone said “dam right it is bacon” I asked her why the bacon had spice in it she said she does not eat bacon so she does not know. I could hear people laughing and yelling in the background rooting her on. Dogs got my dinner tonight.

Delivery was very quick, the pizza arrived piping hot and was cooked exactly as I hoped for - a nice and crunchy thin crust with no raw doughy taste.

I always just stop in on my way home when Im in the mood. Theyre always really friendly and easy to talk to, never make me feel like Im just another customer. Seem to enjoy their job, doesnt feel like your typical chain restaurant, where theyre just following the company approved script. They treat you like someone coming to visit.

Pizza from Dominos is delight for me. Mostly I order from work their special crunchy Thin Crust pizza. I dont think anybody can do it better. They are very consistent, clean and professional. Keep it up!

Still dont know what well done means, still cant get a fully cooked pizza. Dough is still half raw. Toppings barely cooked. Go to any other place because dominoes medicine hat isnt good and the manager Rob will tell you thats how their pizza is. Newsflash its only your pizza.

Poor customer service and not very accepting of uncommon requests.Due to a pregnant girlfriend I asked for cheesy bread with extra cheese and bacon on half to satisfy her extra cheesy cravings. Employee originally said he could make it happen. Started making notes. Manager turns around and says no. Its not an acceptable request. I offered to pay for extra toppings on the pizza to cover the cost because their system cant make those orders. Asked if they could do that and just correct the pizza makers to ensure I get the cheesy bread right. Manager says no. Asked to speak to the manager and that was refused as well.If I treated customers the way these guys have when I worked there, I would have been written up or let go. Customer service has gone downhill for such a simple request.

We ordered pizza and bread sticks there was a 2 litre pop goes with it when I got home they forgot the pop I had to phone to get my pop I was not happy I had to go back to pick up pop

very dissapointed in the pizza i had a very good relationship with dominos as i always get pizza from them, they have always been my go to. until today... today has been a life changing expierence, i was watching a shane dawson conspiracy theory on chuck-e-cheese pizza and we decided to get pizza. so i decided to order my regular pepperoni feast pizza with bacon and when i got my pizza i did not open the pizza till i got home cause i like to surprise myself when i’m ready to eat it and as i got home i opened it and i look at the pizza... it was at this moment my views on dominos changed forever as the BACON was no where close melted onto the pizza and was just sprinkled on and could easily fall off if u picked it up too fast or even slightly angled it wrong and imnjust dissapointed that they would do this as i enjoy my bacon on my pizza and this just ruined my expierene....-10/10):

After waiting over 2 hours for pizza i gave up and went to bed never showed up!!! Do not order from here if you are hungry

Ordered 2 pizzas lastnite. I always thought the pizza was All about the cheese. These pizzas had very little cheese. One of the pizzas was ham, green pepper and mushroom, the ham was also scarce. Not impressed!!!!!

Sometimes the service is amazing sometimes its not, over all the food tastes great and there is somewhat good service. Would order again.

The pizza was done very quickly, but wasnt anything special. It wasnt the worst Ive had, but very far from being great.

Always had a great experience with this dominoes location. Pleasant staff when orders are being taken and delivery always arrives on time. Never any issues with the food and they have great prices!! On average with delivery our order is usually in the 30$ range as opposed to other local pizza stores which can be 60$ to 80$ !! Highly recommend this place!!

Pizza was over 30 mins for delivery and found hair in the cheesy bread. Not only did the pizza arrive lukewarm and distasteful but the hair topped it off. Never again will I order from there.

My order was missing an item. I called them 3 minutes right after my order was delivered to tell them I am missing an item. 40 min. has passed and my missing item isnt still here, so i phoned back again.20 min after, I received my order and it was soggy and cold. the delivery guy looks pissed and was very rude. never gonna order from here again.
