Do not work at this dominos location! The manager is manipulative and talks bad about employees when they arent there. He does not work around your schedule and always puts his necessities over yours.

The GM Laura was super. She was so friendly and helpful. We asked for a special pizza and she made it perfectly!! Everything was good good. And we didnt have to wait long for our order. When we got there Laura was the only employee working and she was busy, but she hustled fast! I will order from this location again.

Went in and asked for what kind of deals they had, got told you can only get deals ordering online but not in person (genius). Then proceeded to charge me 18$ for one pizza. I walked out and Im not ordering dominos for a very long time

Hate to leave a bad review but pizza wasnt cooked and the guy answering phone made placing a order so difficult repeating Evy thing 3 times but making the call take 20 mins

The staff there are excellent people! Always going out of their way to make sure our meal is correct and delicious.

You have to try there Cheese Bread so good and yes of course there pizza 🍕 great service and the pizza is always hot and just made. We happy 😊

I just want to say that the people that work at this place are very helpful.We called in ower order and we played for it with my grandfathers card and he had them bring it to my house. My grandfather lives in a another state. They did not give us any problems when it came down for him to pay are give thim his card number .He said they were very helpful when it came down to doing all of that.Thay told him 30 minutes and they were right on time.And when they got here there was not a problem with the food are the drinks .So I just want to say thank you to the crow that worked that night. Thank you for being so nice to my grandfather and taking yall time with him he is 85 and can not here to go so thank yall so much good job Dominos thanks for all the help.go team

I’ve had to place my order 3 times and still did not get my pizza and wings, I call the place a couple times, no answer, I call for the 3rd time and got hung up on when I said I never received my pizza and that it had been placed over an hour ago

A decent little shop, stays pretty busy but almost always spotless and a pretty good staff as well.

Friendly staff! I put in an online order to be picked up an hour and a half later. When I arrived the order was just fresh out of the oven and getting boxed up. Couldnt ask for a better outcome.

Did an online order of just two garlic knots it said it would be ready in about 30 minutes and then i got a text saying it would only take ten after that I didn’t get any reply for 40 minutes I went in to see what the hold up was the guy at the front was very rude and unprofessional I asked to speak to a manager he said he was a manager and his name was Raul he said I could have them for free cause they’ve been sitting there for 40 minutes and threw them over the counter very unprofessional and rude will never be going back

The pizza was so late that it was ice cold upon arrival but the manage was very friendly & accommodating and went above & beyond to make things right. Good manager but she needs to tighten up her delivery drivers.

The main cook was so nice and friendly pizza was hot and delicious this was the first time me visiting this Dominos and I loved the experience wonderfull crew but most specially the employee that took my order i highly recommend this dominos.love it!! and thank u.

Ive been traveling for the past 4 years around this beautiful country and I am a Dominos Pizza Lover. Today the pizza I got today was a carry out 3 item large. This Pizza hands down was the best prepared and the best tasting pizza Ive ever had from Dominos for some reason it just a little more fluffier I dont know it looks like somebody took their time at making this pizza. Hats off to the employees around 8pm 3/16/22 Im happy to review a positive statement about Dominos

This is a great Dominos location. The employees are all great and on point. Nothings perfect. Out of the countless times Ive ordered from this location I think I had discrepancies with my order twice, but both times it was taken care of right away and professionally by members of the staff. They are always quick with deliveries and their drivers really go the extra mile to make sure you get your order. I love this Dominos. They know whats up!! TIP YOUR DRIVERS WELL PLEASE... THEY DESERVE IT!!

I think its common curiosity to answer your phone when it rings over and over and you still have an 90 mins before close. I called before I made the order sat on hold for 15 mins nobody ever picked up so its probably my fault for proceeding to order online. Couldnt tell you how the pizza was it was refunded and my time waisted. Im ordering from pizza hut next time..

Been on hold forever. When they answer all they say is that they are going to put you on hold, they don’t even ask. I had a quick question.. I just wanted to make sure they received my order because I didn’t get an email..... still on hold.

I havent been to Dominos in YEARS and this place is the prime example of why. I came in at around 8:00 PM on a weekday and customer service was hot garbage! The person that walked around like he had some "authority " was unpleasant and sweaty. The 3 teenagers dont greet you and are unhappy to take your order. Will never go back to Dominos and most definitely not this location. I rather drive to a little Ceasars or costco...

Every time we order from Dominos its always amazing. Its always HOT and always on time. Great customer service.

I ordered a spinach pizza. The toppings were VERY SPARSE. I will no longer order pizza at this location. Very disappointing, pizza was cold. They need to hire more help.

The order was missing a 2 litre and had the wrong topping on the pizza and when I tried reporting it the only options given to "make it right" were points or a free pizza. Why would I want another wrong pizza I cant eat and Im still out a 2 litre. Throwing this garbage away and ordering from someone else.

Pizza was ok for me, but my wife only had one piece and was not satisfied at all with it. The cheesy bread was doughy & I was real sick for two days. We will never eat at this Dominos Pizza again and would not recommend this Dominos Pizza on South 6th Ave

I had a problem with my order and requested to speak with the manager instead of speaking with the new hire, who was helpful but was unable to fix my problem without manager help so to make it easier she was going to pass me to the manager Matt at store number 7634. He said he was "too" busy to help which I know how busy it could get; i worked at a pizza place in my teen years but a refusal to speak with a customer?! Un heard of for me and on a hundred dollar order that I ended up cancelling because of his refusal.

On Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021, i called dueing the evening shift about 11:30pm. I spoketo woman who claimed to be the manager and hung up on me the firsy time because she stated they were no longer recieving calls at the moment so i called another location who mentioned the location i just called should still be taking orders. So i called them back.

I love the thin crust the most! I enjoy the flavor of my veggie choices with the pepperoni!!I usually opt for picking it up myself, so that I get the best prices for my budget!

Waited 1 hour for my order only to be told they never put my order in. So when I tried to put my order in for the second time the crack head says my address shows 2 different locations then said youre address doesnt exist. After reading the reviews not sure how this place is still open if this has been going on for 9months. Just wait till I call better business bureau on you all..

Used to be my favorite pizza place for easy pizza. They need to work on their curbside pickup waited 45 past the 15 minutes I was told when my pizza would be ready. And it was stone cold when they finally got around to bringing it out!!!

This was the most confusing take out order Ive had.Ordered online, when I arrived the pizza was done for already 10 minutes. It took them 45 minute to bring it out to my car. There were two employees in the store ignoring all phone calls. I knocked on the locked door and was also ignored.Managed to snag one of the delivery drivers as he was going into the building. Then they brought it out all casual and with no explanation on why I had to wait so long but hurray slightly warm pizza.

Ordered a pizza from a motel 6 while in town. It was never delivered. Called back to check on pizza. Was told driver called me. He was called from a hotel room phone. If they had told us they couldnt deliver we would have had time to order from another vendor. I do not recommend. Very poor customer service.

I order pizza for delivery at 9:00 they told me it would be 45 min. Then I called at 10:00 the same girl that took my order was rude and said they will be here in 15 min. The got another call at 10:28 from they store saying they couldnt find my address. The person. Who took the order didnt Putin the right address. Then they order a free 2 ld with my cold pizza SMHI hope they do remake it. I know it take less then 8 min for a pizza to get done.

I placed an order on 5/27/2020, to be delivered, it took a long time to get order, but I understood, and the young man who, made the delivery was so very nice. However my order was not what I ordered I ordered a medium pizza with Pepperoni sausage double sausage, Light sauce, and garlic knots, and Their cinnamon knots, well both garlic and cinnamon knots, were both just dry breads nothing on them, the pizza was very cold, lots of sauce and hardly had any sausage. I called and they were willing to deliver the order again, but it was already so late, so the manager said I could, call the next day and have it delivered again, or I can go in and pick it up, since I worked the next day I said Id go pick it up, however I was never able to get ahold of the manager again.. I would just be put on hold and left on hold.. very disappointed..

I ordered last night just some pasta and a pizza. The pizza was so good but unfortunately the pasta was dry had no sauce or chicken :( I love the pasta it’s always a hit for me here! So I called in this morning to see if I could just get a replacement because I’ve been craving this pasta for a while now and the lady I talked on the phone with (I forgot her namewas just so amazing. I got my pasta re ordered and delivered. She waved the delivery fee even! That’s so awesome. I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut and got burnt pizza and I’m still waiting back for my refund or even a remake of the pizza. Totally recommend going to dominos over Pizza Hut now! Their customer service is awesome. I know with the virus going on things can be hectic so I’m glad they cared enough to make me a priority as their customer. Really appreciated!

It’s been more than an hour since i ordered my pizza and for the last 30 minutes the status on the app is “Lorenzen is checkin the quality of your pizza”I called the store and the guy say “I’m not in charge for online orders” when I asked for some explanations he hung up the phone on me.The pizza got here after an hour and 15 minutes minutes. It’s cold and the wrong pizza has arrived. We ordered veggie one because we don’t eat meat and we got pepperoni pizza

Horrible customer service , I ordered my pizza online and after 1 hr i checked it online thru the tracker and it said the order was being checked on for the past 35 min i called the store and the manager angelia said it would take 1-2 hrs to get my pizza when we had already placed it 1 hr ago! I told her to cancel my order and she did which i paid with a gift card and she said money would go back to gift card which i dont have any more! And all she said was call tomorrow and speak to manager in the morning !!!! Horrible customer service!!

Just tried to order food for my family at this location using their online app. It gives some info on what stage the order is in (processing, baking, out for delivery, etc.). I ordered at 12:15 PM and was quoted a 13 to 28 minute wait. At about 12:50 PM, the order was marked as delivered. I called the store and asked what happened, because my order was not delivered to me. The girl told me that my order was still on its way, really quickly, and obviously without checking anything. I was ok with waiting, if my pizza hadnt been given to someone else (it was paid for including the tip). She assured me it hadnt been. I waited for 15 more minutes, no pizza. I called back, and the girl immediately got rude with me. Her name is Deanna....and apparently shes the manager there! She told me over and over again, almost to a nonsensicle point that she didnt control the online app. When I told her I didnt need her to control anything other than her driver, she said her driver was on his way - again. When I asked her to tell me which cross streets he was at, she said she didnt have a tracker on her driver. Which immediately made me question how she KNEW he was still on his way to my house. I told her to just cancel my order and provide a refund. She tried to argue with me, but I just reiterated to her to give me a refund, and to have a nice day, and I ended the call.I got curious about how long it would take for the refund to be issued, and hadnt known I was previously speaking to a manager, so I wanted to find out about the refund and try to talk to a manager. I recorded this phone call. When I got to the first AVR, it was redirected, and the message stated "We are forwarding your call to our manager immediately. So, silly me, I assumed the different lady (Vineishiawho picked up was the manager and started speaking to her about what had recently happened. She told me she was new, and that the lady Deanna, who I was speaking with before was actually the manager.Long story short, the management here are thieves, they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and wouldnt admit it. Someone got free pizza on me, and there is Deanna, laughing it off (I have the recorded audio), and telling me that its going to take up to 7 business days for them to return my money. Dont waste your time with this location.

So its Domino pizza. Good enough, but the service at this over was subpart. You know the feeling: you pass an order and get the immediate impression the clerk would rather be anywhere but there and while theyre not rude to you, they barely manage to do the minimum required of them. Maybe thats why I didnt enjoy that pizza as much

Most of the time we have no issues, food is hot and made beautifully, polite staff, etc, and sometimes we get a cold shoulder. Someone who doesnt take theyre job seriously and half *ss it. But thats been true for all Dominos in our experience. PS. There needs to be more options for the online ordering. We like out wings well-done, it makes the chicken fat crispier. But we have to call in every time. Kinda kills the online/app convenience. :(

Doesnt deserve even one star.Was told delivery would take 28-48 minutes. The driver showed up over an hour late and offered zero explanation.Ordered a pepperoni pizza, half mushroom and half black olive. Instead of black olives I received pineapples, and they were on every single slice. When I called the store to complain, the customer service was poor and I was shown very little concern.

I waited 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas and when they finally got here they were both soggy and cold. When i called to talk to a manager he informed me "yesterday the wait time was 3 hours" the order tracker said my pizza had been delivered when it wasnt so i called in again the manager said "she left 13 minutes ago she should be there by now". She arrived about 20 minutes after that. I will NEVER order from them again. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND

These guys charged my credit card, had me wait almost 2 hours and NEVER delivered anything to me!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST CRIMINALS. They told me somebody signed for my food and it was delivered which was a lie! They now have to be investigated so I would not recommend anyone to order from there. Go to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars Pizza instead. Its not worth having them steal pizza money from you followed by having to file a dispute against them just to get your money back. ...but most banks will make sure justice is served with their protection programs!

I normally order from here and usually the pizza is great and the wings are really good, tonight not so much! The wings were good but the pizza ( Hawaiian and one w/ veggiesthe 1st was okay but had ALOT of sauce the second one hardly had any toppings and a handful of cheese. Might start going to Pizza Hut

Every time I have ordered from this dominoes store it has given me great service and prompt as well.The food is hot and fresh. Once my pizza was not as hot and became hard because it was a thin crust.Overall they are great. Keep up the good work.
