Workers didnt care much about their customers. Line was getting long and nobody came to speak to the customers

The pizza was fresh, hot but delivery took to long.

Worse Domino’s ever they need a new staff or to complete shut this location down

Poor customer service incompetent employees and unreliable management this entire store should be shut down and retrain I only give them one star because I couldn’t give them something less

Dirty and annoying, never answers their calls when you tried to order. Just a useless slum pizza place that reheats they food in a 2003 Costco bought microwave oven.

I ordered a hour before closing. My food never arrived. I never got a call or a two minute text that lets you no the driver is near your home. The store closed and my online order says it was delivered. I will never order anything from this restaurant again. The employees are allowed to bring there children to work. Which is unsafe. My order was placed and not delivered this is unacceptable. The food isnt great at all but if you are hungry neeeooooów you want to eat. No caps dont spend your money here!!! You will starved!!!!

They delivered my online order to someone else and then didnt even pick up the phone when I called 3 times..never will i order from them nor online again.

I placed a order at this dominos (467 Springfield Avemany times as before on but on 2/27/22 something was different and the other times were not excellent but was not bad as today first the driver gave me someone else order and then I think they mixed that order up with mine because I didnt get a item that I did order have been trying to call the driver and the store neither one is answering the driver keep canceling my phone call and the store have had me on hold for two hours now they need to get it together people expect what they pay for and its not fair to get anything less

Made an order at around 8:30pm... Its now 10:40pm, and between the drivers & the people working there are rude. Then deliver the food cold smh.

I went to this location twice 1/16 & 1/17, each time placing my order online. On the first visit I walked in and no one acknowledged me. One guy was taking pizza out the oven while talking to a young lady who was standing over the pizza eating piece of chicken. then one of the delivery driver walked over and joined in the conversation and chicken eating. The entire time im standing there, i guess the delivery guy realized I was annoyed so he told a guy who was standing in the back counting tips to come help me. Then the young man walks up and asked for the last four digits of my number, then I give him a $50 visa gift card. He then tells me they do not take gift cards, so I go to the car and get my debit card. The entire time I was there no one had on a mask or gloves. They was standing over the food the guy who was taking out the oven, talking, breathing, and eating over people food. The next day i order again online, crazy right, but i had a free pizza to claim and I was having a sleep over for the kids. This time I used that same gift card online to paly for the food before going to pick it up. hoping the service was gonna be better the second time I was wrong. Again, no gloves and everyone standing around talking and eating. Except this time the young lady was making pizza with no gloves on. What happened to COVID? Please stay away from this location. Lastly it was snowing and both days no salt was on the stairs outside.

These people here put the phone on silent, they dont listen to calls. I live 5 minutes. and he told me not to do Delivery 146 Brunswick st newark nj 07114

HORRIBLEEEE! Every part of my order was BURNT, spent 2 hours trying to call the store to keep getting hung up on. Finally got someone to stay on the phone, they said they’ll remake it and deliver in 20 minutes… the food never showed up. This was 12/23, it is now 12/31 and no one still answered the phone. This place is pathetic. Also asked for contactless delivery, the driver called me to come to the car to get it anyway! I hope they shut down. Don’t order here.

You will be better off going their in person to make sure you actually get what you ordered correctly. Additional, they either take too long to pick up the phone or leave it ringing. I will highly advise anyone ordering from them online through the app to expect disappointment if you take that route.Too many times, I have had orders disregarding what I specifically ordered. If its not a pizza with extra cheese, and sauce, which lack both, its the stuffed cheese bread which tastes more bread than cheese.

This office stole my money, they are irresponsible. After receiving an order for delivery, they refused to take it home. and they refuse to return the money. The maneger is a disgusting person, he has no customer service, they dont know how to deal with problems let alone fix them. He wouldnt spend a dollar in this place if he was.

This is utterly ridiculous went through quality check 2 hours ago not being delivered sitting in the store called multiple times. This is so bad dominoes should be ashamed of them selves taking peoples money and providing terrible service cold food and you dont get what you pay for I will never order from dominoes again.

I went to pick up my food. The quality is fresh. The server girl was in there going off on the phone though and took her time getting my food when it was sitting there.

So basically I place an order online and I realized each time I go online, they have an old phone number on file. I tried to update it online, it appeared that it was updated, but when I went back to track my order the old number was still there I contacted the store directly.I was told by a worker the old number was on file, but that she would go ahead and update my new number so that when the driver calls, he will to be able to contact me. It never happened. When I called the store for the third time after waiting for my food, I asked to speak to a general manager.The manager refused to come to the phone. I was informed that they were busy, and would not be coming back out to deliver my food. I asked for the managers name. Also, I would have to wait 3 days for my money to be refunded.I advised who I spoke with that I will be contacting corporate because that type of service is despicable. Not only did they not fix the problem, I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. No, this isn’t a “Karen” so to speak situation. Rude and inconsiderate customer service. This location definitely represented this franchise in the worst way possible. I have never ordered from them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! Sooooo GHETTO !!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! WAITED 2 hours for my food and NOTHING !!!! My Poor kids was so hungry and we now we are FORCED to order else where because they FAILED to make my order!!! No management was in charged and the little boy I spoke to was disrespectful! I placed my order through the Dominos Pizza app. Always easy and I always pickup so I dont have to wait for delivery. This is the location I like to order from even though its not the closest to me. Through the app I was alerted my order was ready. Got to the store staff was quick and my order was ready. I got everything I ordered fresh and hot. Looks like my wings are burnt but I like it well down and crispy. Everything was super tasty and delicious.

I ordered my food about 7pm. It did not arrive until after 9. After requesting contactless delivery the driver calls me and says come to the car. I inform him it’s contactless and you are supposed leave it in the by the door/hallway. His response was ‘I am not risking my life you have to come to the car it’s raining’. He leaves and never left the food. I called and after complaining the supervisor said he’ll send the drive back the drive NEVER came back and when I tried calling back no one would answer the phone. Fast forward to the following morning after calling corporate and them saying it’s a franchise so there’s not much they can do but reach out to the own. I called the store and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. I started to explain the problem mid sentence ‘the manager’ cuts me off and says ‘oh I got your complaint from corporate I refunded your money’. My response was ‘okay but this is an issue that needs to be address’. His response was ‘ I can’t force him to get out the car you’re the one that’s angry’. I had to control myself because I was far from angry but that response from a MANAGER is beyond me. I hope they shut this location down completely franchise or not learn how to speak to people cause the next one won’t be so nice.

If I could give zero stars i would. I always have to wait long periods of time before my order was ready. This evening was no different even AFTER I received a message saying my order was ready. This is absolutely my last time ordering from this location. Also no gloves when handling food is unacceptable.

I ordered two items and a beverage. I was called prematurely and left waiting on my porch when the driver wasnt on my street yet. I called to make sure he was at the right house, and he shouted in my ear, "Im coming! Im coming!" He then refused to hand me my food, and get out of the car. First things first, dominos says on their app theyre doing contactless anyway. And the secondly, i tipped in the app, and the least he couldve did was hand it to me. you order delivery for the convenience. In other neighborhoods (ruralyou have to get out the car, and hand it to them at the literal doorstep. I suppose because its an urban community dominos doesnt abide by those rules near me.HORRIBLE SERVICE. PIZZA UNDONE AS WELL. TOPPINGS ARE LITERALLY SLIDING OFF. 0/5 STARS IF I COULD. Order A thin crust pepperoni and sausage took 1 hour pizza look old dry burnt. And it was cold payed 28$ for a 2litter coke and 2 Garlic Sauce I Need to talk to the Owner Of That Facility Everybody That works there Needs to Be,fired...

This place comes to you about 2hr late late to deliver a pizza thats only like 3mins away driving from my house. And they have people picking toppings out of your delivery. My advice dont order from them there one of the worst. Irvington is way better but they dont deliver to my crib. I know the people there. God bless everyone bye.

This store is NOT customer friendly!! I ordered 3 pies online for pickup and one was burnt so I called the store and sent them a picture of the pizza and was told it I can’t get credit via my online account if I come back to the store another time he can give me a free one but didn’t give a name or anything! I will NOT be going back to this store nor will I be placing an online order with them!!!!!!!

THE place was very nasty, when you order online rhey dont pay no mind to it, the store has a very bad smell,there were many homeless people outside!!The hygiene is bad the one who cooks the pizza had his appron all dirty! !Very bad service in general!

This is the slowest store ever! I emailed my daughter a gift certificate to order dinner since I was coming home late. Our nearest store is store #4514 and she placed the order at 8:41pm. The pizza arrived at 11:44 cold as ICE! We tried calling the store several times with no answer. My daughter went to the store with a friend and they gave her 2 replacement pies, but to add insult to injury, they made her pay $1.60 extra!!!! If anything they should have offered her a courtesy credit, reimbursement... a soda, something!!!I’m calling the resource center to file a complaint as this is not the 1st time we’ve received our order several hours later.

I ordered 2 things, a breadbowl and the cookie brownies and it took literally about 5 hrs to get to the location. I assumed they started the order and ended up closing but noo It said preparing order for mad long, same for when it was in the oven and same for when the driver was so called on the way..by the time It had got there I had already ordered something else that arrived way before they did and they don’t answer the damn phone so I couldn’t cancel the order. I want a refund or something for the inconvenience cause it doesn’t make any sense. Don’t try offering me just 1 free pizza either.

Do not order from here ...the customer service is very poor...I’ve ordered pizza here 2x and both of those times my order never came they kept telling me that the order is on its way pretending that there was an actual delivery but lied. I ordered since 9 pm, 12 still no order , this is made rude Nd disgusting they need to be shutdown.

I ordered online around 7:30 PM. When I arrived it was after 8 and my pizza wasnt there. No one said anything to me. They pretended that they were looking for it. I assumed they were making me another one but still no word. I asked the young lady at the counter where was my pizza she proceeded to ask for my name again and pretend she was looking for it she said all its in the oven but I asked you where was the pizza that I ordered earlier that it should have been ready. She said that they were busy and he had a lot of orders. My problem was nobody communicated that to me if I didnt ask where my stuff was that they wouldnt have said anything. I was just about to ask for refund when the young man gave me my Pizza Plus a free soda for my wait. Next time just communicate with your guests.

The pizza master that answered the phone was a young gentleman energetic took my order when I arrived to pick up he was quick accurate and great customer service.

This store is wack, they couldn’t get anything right. Placed an order at 7:29PM and at 8:45PM they still preparing, not even yet baked. Imagine someone was dying and need this food to save their lives. This is how the person is going to die, so bad of you guys.

This is the worst location, It’s sad that they represent Domino’s I’ve been very disappointed more than several occasions I’ve ordered pizza from them over and over time and time again there’s not one time that my order has not been messed up, that they haven’t refunded me my money and also haven’t even received the order and they charged me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. i ordered $40 worth of pizza and it was HORRIBLE. It was old dry and cold. I called the store to speak to the manager to make him aware and all he said is i wont disappoint you next time. Like there is going to be a next time.

Placed an order online waited an 1hr 30 min tried calling the restaurant no answer then some lady called saying out of pasta what you want?? They didnt even start my order they said there were no drivers. Then someone should have called then to let me know then I said I wanted no replacement just my pizza and my money back she hung up on me. Called back waited 10 minutes to get through and was hung up on now calling again to get my money back or will be contacting my bank for fruad... as well as the better business bureau.

I spoke to Samuel the supervisor, for delivery. He told that he do not deliver to my address. He suggested to call The Domino’s on Bergen street. Supervisor from Bergen said no.Domino’s Pizza 🍕 we deliver everywhere is not true. I use to like Dominos, no more.I end up ordering From Papa pizza which was delicious

Very unacceptable, unprofessional rude staff. The driver was in the right area, but wrong location. Her phone wouldn’t pick up once I tried to call to see where she was. Then I get the food which is a bread bowl, and underneath the sauce the dough isn’t completely done. It’s gooy as I eat it. I called to tell them about it, and the lady is very rude, yelling in my ear, and cutting me off. She says she made it herself so she knows it’s done as if she’s the eating this mess. I ask for the manager and he doesn’t come in until 4pm. Then she tells me I have to wait for 1hr for the driver to come back and get the food. I’m in school and don’t live here so how is that possible, so now I’m out of $16.00 and lunch. Horrible service ever and she’s refusing to refund me my money until her driver can come get this food

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered pizza at 9:56 only for a driver to show up at 12:00 . Mind you I Call the store and it said that they were closed I waited two hours for nothing and then when the driver shows up he didn’t even have the pizza in his hand he just came to the door and started talking I told them I do not want to pizza and sent him away I could only imagine what it looks like. Pizza was overcooked and flat, could hardly taste the tomato sauce. I ordered 3 pizzas and none of them were made properly. Poor care given to the quality of the pizza and when I called the employee was very disrespectful and not courteous when I tried to speak to the manager.

I waited 2 hours food still didnt arrive... the tracker said my food was delivered ...I tried calling they didnt pick up..i took an uber to the location only to find out that they assumed the driver already had it in route.. only after trying to call the driver they realized that my food was sitting in the holding bin getting cold. $60.00 it was not worth it. Called another uber to go back home to find out entire order was wrong.. so irritated I just threw it all away...A small veggie pizza minus mushrooms cause am allergic...and the order was made with mushrooms6 pcs bbq chicken wings that were dry and hard and bbq sauce was squeezed into itCheesy breadsticks that was raw and coldChocolate cake that was horriblePlus a free soda to compensate for my $2.99 delivery fee

1. The place is hard to find.2. Worse customer service ever.3. I picked up my order, only to find how burnt it was when I got home. I returned to the store, only to be told by a lady with that she would take it back and give me a cooked pizza. How rude?that was my first time there and Im never stepping a foot there.

Where do I begin. Second time the app chose this store and both times Ive had delivery problems. The first time the driver stood on front of the house speaking to a woman for 5 minutes. So I go to him and get his attention. Then he gets out and brings the food out. The second time the driver claimed to be on front of the house calling but we were looking out and he was not there. He takes the food back to the store. When i call the store the"manager"tells me he is leaving the store now with the food. An hour later and no food. I call back and another "manager" tells me I never spoke to her and the driver is on the way. The last time I order Dominos..

I am so disgusted. I order some food from for my kids. I call back to complain about the food not been cook well, and we’re missing some ingredients. I was talking to a manager that one that call me lair and told me was going to check the cámaras to see if it was true that they didn’t put the missing ingredients, I told her i was going to wait on the phone until she go check the cámaras, she clock out and left home. Soo unprofessional and nasty. The food is nasty and has no taste.

Horrid food. Lazy people. I ordered three things to go. The space is nice and clean but when I checked the food, the bites had burnt sauce and cheese on the ends and underneath. when I complained, dude left me to mop the floor and bag my own food. The bites were passable after removing the burned ends. The pasta tasted old and undercooked and the sauce tasted pasty. The only good thing was the soda and that was because they did not make it. I hadnt eaten at Dominos for 10 years and only did today because Wendys is partially closed due to construction. I thought a different location would try better but I was wrong. It still sucks! Dont eat here! Save your money!

Worse pizza place ever. Order food today 3/13 waited a 1.5 hours for food to be delivered after being told it will take 30 mins. The delivery guy finally comes after making several calls to the store and parks across the street and is waiting for someone to come get the pizza from him!! Ummm what! I call the store, and they are ignoring my calls since they can see my number. Then Zaith if that’s his real name..finally answers after being on hold for 10 mins. He says he was in charge for the night and says it’s policy! Policy for drivers not to come out the car and the customers have to come to the car. After the awkward pause cause he realized he said something dumb. He then started making up more policies that made me realize why it was a bad decision to order for this place in the first place. Save your money. Don’t order from this place. They are rude!! The driver was yelling over the phone cause I guess he didn’t know his left from his right. He frustrated me so much, he went back with the order. How you call yelling because you are stressed out from doing deliveries. Smh. Waste of time. This particular store is a joke. I should’ve read other reviews first!
