Ordered from them 2 weeks ago and it took over two hours to get our food and it was barely warm. I was told I’d be given a refund when I called but it still has yet to happen. Thought we’d try again and order today and taken more than half an hour and our food still isn’t in the oven. Called and spoke with a lady that was very rude and complaining about how there is only two of them working and it’d be over an hour. It needs to change so you know how long it’s going to be when you order, whether it’s through the app or by phone. The pizzas not great quality for the $10.00 you pay for a medium. Recommend going to another pizza place if you want warm pizza and better service.

Take out or delivery, I really appreciate their consistency.

My husband and I ordered take out from this location on Friday night. We ordered two small pizzas (one GF crust and one regular crust), garlic bread bites, and the brownie cookie dessert. Upon getting it home I immediately knew it wasnt gonna be good. You could tell by looking at it. The GF pizza had regular tomato sauce on only one side of the pizza, and the toppings were miniscual. The cheese was also on only one side of the pizza. The sauce was bland and too sweet. It was not cooked crispy. The regular pizza was the same. Not good. The only thing we finished was the garlic bread bites. We threw away the pizzas after eating one slice. The entire meal was WAY WAY overpriced. Over $40!!! Never again will we order from Dominos. They used to be our favorite go to pizza. With so many pizza choices out there well cross this one off the list. They have changed, and not for the better. SAD!

Got a nasty brown salad from them with my last order. Made a complaint via their website with all my contact information and pictures. Its been 5 days and still no response from anyone. Really poor customer service and the salad had to be tossed so I lost $7.99 plus any applicable tax/deliver charges. I probably wont order form this location anymore.

Only good thing about this location is that every time I order I end up with a free one the next time since they screwed up and/or took 2 hours to deliver.

Completely incompetent staff. Dont have the first clue how to deliver pizza. I would choose starvation over this location.

Pizza was over cooked & sausage was very dry. Ive had better at other locations.

Understaffed and the players are visibly stressed. Couldnt get the app to work so I drove in and had to wait almost an hour for my order smd couldnt even get curb side service.

It took an hour for our pizza to be delivered after it said it was quality checked… it was not a pleasant experience.

Open later than other places in the area...we picked up an order for 1 pizza. The order taker got confused and made order for 2. Being very hungry the 1st slice was awesome. Then slowed down and found the meats tasted odd. Will not go again

As a seasoned pizza connoisseur, I’d put this particular Dominos up against the best of them. My mother-in-law cried tears of joy with her 1st bite of the hand tossed pepperoni beef pizza. John Lopez deserves a promotion / raise / promotional spot in a Dominos commercial, maybe even an election to public office. Hats off John.

Dominos Pizza is always a great go to for a quick meal that tastes good. The Dominos pizza on Sequin and Walnut has had more than a few problems in my book but I need to give kudos to the two employees that are running the store. Yes only two people are working this location. If your looking for employment and a serious hard worker, they could use you. Keep up the good work guys. My order was fast and complete. Better than most places with a full crew.

As always: Perfectly made to order! I always try to stop by here on my way from Austin. The crew is wonderful and they even greet me by name! Best Dominos staff in Texas!

My pizza took 1 hour to be delivery after quality control was completed. It arrived so cold it was impossible to enjoy it and eat it.

It was ok, when you have ut delivered you are shocked at the end price. A small pizza costing 8.99 ends up to be about 20.00. So its not feasible to have it delivered.

Pizza is always hot and exactly what I ordered. They are always fast with delivery and carry out to car.

I wish I could have given ZERO stars! My pizza was cooked and “Quality Controlled” by the manager and has been sitting in the store for 35 minutes. When I called he said yes he quality controlled it 35 minutes ago, yes it was just sitting there, yes it was going out with 4 other deliveries so it could be 20 minutes or 45 minutes for me to get the cooked pizza that was already left sitting for 30 minutes.If you are short staffed and can’t get orders out in a timely manner then delivery shouldn’t be an option! And the manager just said there was nothing he could do.

5 stars to the two employees you had running it. They worked well under pressure and made the best out of being extremely short handed. Pizza tasted awesome

I’ve seen several commercials about a 2 min guarantee. I arrived, clicked the arrived button and pizza came out about 4 minutes later. They apologized and said they were really busy. When I asked about the 2 min guarantee. They said the commercial is misleading and did not honor the guarantee. I know my order was ready cause I saw them grab it from the holding rack before they brought it out to me.

Ordered thru the Dominos app like I always do, couple of pasta dishes and some garlic twist. The app stated Christina made our dinner. I got mine with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, bacon and chicken. There wasnt any Alfredo sauce, like four tiny pieces of bacon, a couple of mushroom and a couple bits of pieces of chicken. After digging in I came across some onions! 😲 Thankfully I dont have food allergies and I dont mind onions even though I picked them out I feel it was very careless of making the dish. The garlic knots were a little well done, which I didnt mind to much but think those who dont like well done garlic knots would have been very disappointed in them as well. Seems that someone needs more training in the prep department as it was pretty much dried withered pasta and not much more of anything else. Delivery driver was awesome! Wore a mask the moment I met him him outside to grab my order and was friendly and polite.

Nicest Dominos Ive ever seen in my whole life. The place is insanely clean which is no surprise as the manager has worked in 8 different stores for over 10 years! Your pizza is in good hands!!

Stopped by Friday to order a pizza after being snowed in all week and I counted about 11 people working. The phones were constantly ringing and these employees were kicking butt making pizzas. I had to wait a few minutes but i was impressed watching them work like crazy.. and my pizza was good

Best dominos pizza I’ve had in years, the food got here faster than expected and was spot on. Our order was complicated but they double checked everything was in order and he even had extra sauces that I forgot to ask for! Will order again from this location soon!!!!

This particular location has left a bad experience in my perspective three times, I wont allow for a fourth. First time, ordered curbside, sat for 30 minutes to ensure there wasnt a reasoning behind my excessive wait, after walking in to just be told they "forgot", second time, they were extremely busy and gave my order away, so an additional 45 minutes, we didnt even get our complete order. Third time, I ordered curbside during slow business hours, my order showed ready for pick-up literally 6 minutes after placing it. I showed up, followed curbside instructions and again, waited 30 minutes for my order watching multiple people show up and leave after me, had to send the notification text of arrival 3 times to get their attention. Save your money and sanity and choose another location or company.

I ordered pizza and cheese bread the day before I needed it. I scheduled it for 4pm. I got to the location at 3:50. I called to let them know I was there. I thought because of covid it would be curbside. The girl I spoke with said my order should be ready at 4. So I sat in my car until 4:15pm. An employee brought a pizza out for the vehicle next to me. I ask her is there a problem with my order? She said “I don’t k ow what you are talking about”. I said no one has brought my pizza out. She said you didn’t tell us what kind of vehicle you were driving. I said no one ask me!! She said if you wanted curbside you have to pay more. I explained I thought it was only curbside. She said no. So I went in and there sat my pizza and cheese bread. I got it home and it was cold! Very disappointed in dominos and I won’t be going back!!

What even happened?We usually have great luck with yall.... but this... really. Uhg. Such a bummer, like 1/3 of the pizza no toppings and whatever that bubble thing is.Plus I tipped over 20% for this. We got this and sprite. Sad night.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a pizza from here that had a hair in it. When I called the store, Liz was rude and asked me to bring the pizza back and did not offered an apology. When I got there she examined the pizza and ask why we ate that much. I said we just saw it. They said they could not give me a refund and called Austin the manager to drive to the store. He also was rude. They are incompetent and unprofessional. The Texas department of health services should audit this place and with the lack of professionalism, I don’t think this place will be opened for long.

Their customer service is very poor ... also they messed up one of my orders a few weeks ago and the manger stated I would get free wings cause they gave me burnt dried up ones. So when I called back they didn’t have in the notes nor did they even try to give me my wings. The manger is not even professional... I will call corporate today actually. This dominos is the worse I ever order or been too. They need to be schooled cause their work ethic is horrible

I’ve had nicely made pizza from here before but I guess whoever was working tonight didn’t care. Ordered extra sauce, beef, hot sauce and light cheese. I ordered from the app because you can easily customize the pizza but maybe it was too complex or something. Picked up a pizza with just cheese and beef on it. Called and let them know I might have picked up the wrong pizza. They had me bring it back and pick up the remake. The remake looks gross, drenched with hot sauce like it’s some kind of joke, not even edible and I don’t even want my kid to eat this. Not cool at all. I don’t understand. Wish I would have just went to in n out.

This location is extremely busy there were five people working in there when I went today waiting for about 25 minutes for my order. They were so swamped that had two people call in. They were not answering the phone one of the phones was off the hook I would suggest Dominos get these poor staff more help,they seemed very stressed and under a lot of pressure. At least its a busy location but the online orders coming in seemed to be overwhelming them and there is no one to deal with us walk-ins. My food was good though and order correct.

I love this place, I always get my pizza fresh and the way it comes out is always cooked thoroughly. I enjoy ordering here quite a lot and they work with and tell you how it is if its gonna be a long wait or if they can get it to you on time. These people are definitely trying their hardest when it comes their job.I always see people putting in bad reviews saying this place is bad or that their pizzas dont come out the way they do or there is a long way, but you cant get too mad due to the fact that they are on the part of town where there is non-stop traffic and they are doing construction off of the highway, and the next closest dominos is on the other side of New Braunfels. They do their best and they definitely can keep up with the rush with all the people that slam them!Keep it up Dominos team! Im rooting for ya!

Only getting three stars cause the food is always good but the service really never is. Between people not doing there jobs or there technology never really sending me proper updates on my food or wait time being way longer than it should be it’s almost enough to make me not want to use them anymore. Also if I pay for something I expect for you to put it in my order and me not have to go and drive to get it after I’ve waited to have it delivered.

Took over 50min to get my pizza last Friday which is understandable especially when the place is understaffed. What upset me was paying for a large pizza and getting a medium. Called the same day nobody answered (guess they were busy). Called a few days later just letting them know what happened, and the manager wouldn’t even bother to take my call. Won’t be back...

Pizza at Dominos is always good but this place seemed a little understaffed. I went by right after work and there were about 4 people waiting for a pickup. After about 20 minutes, it had yet to come out and one person who came in after me was already getting theirs. I looked on the board and my name was gone. I walked around to the register and my order was sitting on the rack but no one called my name. They finally noticed me and gave me my order. Ill probably go again but watch closer.

Technology may be growing in reigning somewhat supreme...I created and ordered my customized supper to exact specs on my computer...and heres our somewhat recently opened additional store where actual hands and hearts are engaging the technology and hand-crafting delicious pizza. Sure, Dominos is a nationwide reality. But to sit and watch workers of a spectrum of ages work as a team in creating delicious pizza was awesome to behold. And my pizza was hot and fresh and worthy of five stars! Thanks, folks! Well be back!

We are pizza lovers and when we don’t venture over to our go-to, we have Dominoes and our orders have only improved! We ordered on opening day and 2-3 times after that it took at least an hour to get our order even when I did it online but it was a bunch of young folks trying their best and no true leader just yet!Every order after that has been great! The pizza has always been good.Today(Black Friday), I ordered a pizza and cheesy breadsticks online. It was ready in the 15 mins it stated and it was delicious! I walked in and everyone was working quietly and my pizza was ready! Keep it up y’all!

Where is the cheese at on my pizza? This is the 2nd time we order from there (delivery). The first time our pizza was left in the oven too long and the pizza only had about 30% cheese on it. I didnt make a big deal out of it. The 2nd time the pizza wasnt left in the oven too long but theres hardly any cheese on it. Its mostly dough and like 10% of the pizza has cheese. It also doesnt have that Dominos flavor that the end of the crust. It is supposed to have some kind of seasoning. This pizza was made like if the person who made it closed their eyes and just threw bits of cheese around. I already paid for it and just ate but from now on I will drive to the other Dominos instead. The pictures are here. The white is the cheese and the yellow parts are NOT cheese. Its just the dough. Im not ordering from here again. Seriously, who can proudly take the credit for making this pizza?

Oh my gosh I just had the best dinner in along time. Great food, great response time with communication online 😳 and fantastic delivery time..I had a sandwich and chicken bites so my cook time was minimal. Fresh🤩😍 and from time I ordered online to delivery it was super quick. Text/email messages promptly and who was cooking or who was gonna deliver.

Dont believe most of the reviews, we never had a drive thru and have a whole new crew than when it opened, also SPECIALTY pizzas such as deluxe (suprememedium are $14.99 by ITSELF and a pan would be more bc it is more crust, a different dough, and takes way more time to make, also when you order from a different fast food place you have to ask or even bring in coupons, so no we dont put them on there until you ask, and if you complain about the price we can re-ring up your order. ALMOST everyone there does everything in store even drivers, Taking orders, Prepping food, Making food, Oven, and keeping the whole place clean for ungrateful people such as the 1-3 star review people. Also we have enough customers, if you are going to complain every time, there are other places, they arent as good but its your choice. Thanks for understanding and have a great day.

Awful service. We placed an order for pizza and wings for delivery an hour before they closed. They charged my card and I was told our order would be delivered in 45 minutes. We waited for over an hour and no order. I called to see where it was and was told it was sitting out for pick up. I told them it was supposed to be delivered. They said they had no drivers and they were closed. Unbelievable. We will not be using Dominos in the future. Glad we live in a town where we have other choices for pizza and wings. We all had been drinking and could not drive to get the order. That is the reason we specifically said for delivery when we called.

I cant even begin to express how happy we are that this location opened! It was like hearing the climax of Coldplays "Fix You" at a perfect decibel level. The old Dominos location didnt deliver past a seed spitting radius! Anyhow, this location has always been friendly, prompt, and accurate with our orders. Weve never been disappointed by them! Quality pizza that arrives hot and looking amazing! I thought Id only ever say that about my wife, but the pizza deserves this love, too.

Highly dissappointed. I ordered the $19.99 deal, 2 medium 1 topping pizzas etc. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a philly steak pizza. Keep in mind it was not a philly cheese steak pizza (I chose philly steak from the meat options). When my pizza arrived it was a philly cheese steak pizza. My husband will not eat green peppers or onions, so I showed the driver what the pizza looked like and told him what it was suppose to be. He asked me to call the store and let them know. I asked him if HE would let the store know because everytime I order delivery something is wrong with the order. He said he would call us when he got back to store. From past experience, they basically treat me like I am lying to them just to get free pizza when all I actually want is my correct order. We waited and waited for someone to call. The pizza has been thrown away at this point. Finally, I called them and the manager on duty told us they couldnt do anything for us unless we dig the pizza out of the trash and send it with the driver when he brings our correct pizza. I am not digging in the trash for any reason. She also said that we need to be more specific when ordering. How much more specific can it get? I did not order a specialty pizza which is listed as a Philly cheese steak pizza. I ordered a philly steak pizza which philly steak is listed under "meats."I would not order anything from this Dominos unless you want something other than what you ordered. I have ordered from here atleast 4 times and every single time there is something wrong. First time, I ordered delivery and the website said 30 to 45 minute wait time. I was okay with that! An hour goes by and I call the store to check on my pizza. She said it will be atleast 2 hours before we can get that to you. I started laughing because I couldnt take that time seriously. I said how about next time you call and let me know that the delivery time will be that long. I am hangry at this point. 2nd time, there was barely any sauce on the pizza. 3rd time, Im pretty sure everything was okay with this one. 4th time, you read the story above!Absolutely ridiculous. Better training for employees is a must. So sorry for such a long review, but I feel like knowing the whole story is something I would want to know. I gave it 2 stars because once the driver got back to the store and talked to them, the MOD called us back and said she was sorry for the confusion and let us know that our correct pizza was being made and she also asked us if we would like anything for free. I politely refused the free item and told her we just want the correct pizza.

Im not too sure about everyone else but only one time out of the five times Ive been to this particular Dominos have I had to wait longer than I needed to. For the most part my orders come out correct except for the one time I had to wait my pizza didnt come out right. Other than that the staff are friendly and always engaging and our time that we spend eating theyre at their establishment have been enjoyable.

Since this location is close to my house... I use it often. This has to be the absolute best place in town for FAST, FRESH, DELICIOUS, and Friendly service. I was never really a fan of Dominos before this location opened but I really have to give it to these guys. They are Fantastic!!!!!

We tried this location because its close to home. We have ordered 3 times from here and EVERYTIME we order they say its a 2 hour wait! Not for delivery but carryout! So we went in person and they said 20 minutes. SERIOUSLY?? Keep in mind we only live 5 minutes away. Whats worse is that they arent even that busy! So disappointed, I was hoping we had a good pizza place close to home. For a new store to be having these kind of issues already , I dont see them lasting very long. The customers are what keep your jobs. Apparently they dont want to be there.

Lost our order, waited almost an hour at the store after re placing our order. Cashier kept asking my wife if "shes mad?"Not very professional this time.Dont typically have issues and the pizza is always great.Tonight my wifes pizza was cold, while they forgot mine... that being said, my pizza was great.

New Dominos so we thought why not give the new store a try? The original NB Dominos lost our business due to poor customer service, pizza that was never of a consistent quality, and this strange insistence on cutting a round pizza in to squares.The new Dominos on FM 306 must be owned and managed by the same folks "running" the original NB location. I ordered online for store pickup. Got to the store and picked up the order (medium pizza with cheese bread, three marinara dipping sauces). Didnt see the dipping sauces but was assured that they were in the box. Got home to find no dipping sauces, that strange square cut on a round pizza, and the pizza tasted off.Tried calling the store but never got through. Wont be back. The NB franchise must be owned/managed (poorlyby the same people.

Was on hold for 15 minutes. Stayed on hold and drive to the store and informed them that phone that’s constantly ringing is me. They claim they are over an hour on pizzas and they aren’t answering the phone. It’s fine to be backed up but answer the phone. When the phone rings pick the thing up. There was nobody at the counter! I walked out without placing an order.They ruined my night again. Order placed at 6:20 at 7:00 they said my order was lost and 35 minutes to make it again. This place really needs to get it together or shut down
