Domino's Pizza in Shenandoah

I came to this location of dominos first time and it’s so good . Pizza was amazing and staff were extra nice and clean place. This is the best dominos branch ever . PPP

Sad when a store dont have change and you order 3 pizzas and they give you 4 packs of parmesan cheese. Think its time to quit going to this store

Order was correct but when I got home there was no sauce that I paid extra for. And none in the cinnamon twist either, guess it is like McDonalds will have to check orders before leaving store. Not the best experience.

Order all the time and about half the time my order is wrong. They wont deliver to our house cause they say we 1.3 miles out of delivery. Then when u ask them to refund their mess up they are not really wanting to.

After tonight i would zero star if i couldFaith made WORST possible order everMISSED THE SPINACH IN THE STUFFED SPINACH AND CHEESE BREAD plus it was burnt...how do you not only miss the first named ingredient?Also massive skimped on pizza toppings and the "light bake" was normal and the other 2 pizzas, bread, and cookie brownies were all 3 semi burnt.FAITH SHOULD BE FIRED

I ordered a pizza a couple of months ago and had an issue with it and decided not to complain because the pizza was still okay. But it wasnt how it was supposed to be. One of the employees came into my store and was giving out coupons and I told him what had happened. he told me that I should have said something and they would take good care of me. Not thinking anything of the situation I let a couple of months pass. I decided to call and even though it had been so long andtand manager on duty still took care of me and gave me a free pizza last night. It was amazing. These people really go out of their way to make their customers happy and take care of them if there is a problem with their order. They very seldom have any issues but when they do they stand behind their product. And they love their customers. Thank you to the management and staff for taking care of me even though it was so long in the past. There is something to be said about that type of customer service. Five stars!

Called and ordered food and they never even pulled into my drive way or attempted to knock on the door I called and asked what happened and the manager was rude and disrespectful yelling and not listening at all then he lied and said he knocked on the door when I had someone out sitting watching for it the whole time NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

Mix and match says all items are $5.99 but then they up-charge the chicken wings even though their coupon doesn’t say so. Pizza was fine but what a joke. Take my money. Thanks.

Yall are a joke i get deliveries to my house all the time and everyonce a while yall dont feel like delivering to my house and say im out of range when iv had multiple deliveries to my address....

Best pizza Ive ever had and Ive been eating Dominoes for 3 decades. Fresh and delicious. Pepperoni- Pan pizza. Its not just me. My wife and two young kids were shocked too!!

Me and my fiance work at a dominos and we went on vacation and ironically wanted dominos for dinner, so we ordered from this one and was very pleased with our food.

First time visiting with my son for his birthday and the staff allowed him to make his own pizza. Very appreciative for them doing that for him. #Customerforlife. Thank you Dominos. The pizza was good too.

The food is always delicious. Very, very good. Stuffed cheesy bread is my fav! Nine times out of ten we choose delivery and at least HALF of the time , our order is wrong. They are difficult to convince that it’s their fault and aren’t quick to offer credits or solutions. It takes some effort. Overall, I would recommend my local Dominos. Just be clear in what you’re ordering.

The service was good in only like 5 minutes or so. They also have this cool dough station where kids can step on a stool and see how they make the dough for their pizzas. Also they have a big chalk board where you can draw and write. I got to sign my name on the board talk about awesome 👍.

This is the best dominos pizza place ever! The food is out of this world. The people always has a smile and very polite, and they care about the people who they deliver the food to. They go beyond there job, if you have a problem getting to the door or carrying the food into your home; they will bring it in and put on the table for you. I had an accident where I only have used of my right hand, and the driver wanted to make sure that I was ok to carried the food in, for one it was hot but she wanted to make sure that I could carried it. For one this is respect and you dont see that anymore, but at this Dominos each employee there has and shows respect and they care about there customers. I cant say enough good things about them because there is not enough room for me to write. Weather I go in the store or they deliver to my home, most of them know me by my name, or even at the grocery store they will speak. They work so hard even when they are very busy and I go in the store they always look up and say something nice with a smile and when I leave they always tell me to have a good day. I just love these guys and gals and I wont order from anyone else regardless of what they might have. One thing the other pizza places dont have that these employees do is the smile which is genuine and respect. Keep up the good work and keep smiling beautifully!

So I ordered a pizza online at 11:36 today so that I could have food for my lunch at work , which is from 12-12:30. After I ordered, the website stated an approximate 13-23 minute wait for delivery. At 11:48 the online tracker told me that the driver Sara had left the shop and was on her way with my pizza, but by 12:30 she was still not there, mind you this dominos is only about ten minutes from my work. So I called the shop and asked for a refund because I no longer even had time to sit down and eat it, as my lunch was now over. The woman I spoke with seemed irritated at first but refunded my money and asked if I still wanted the food, to which I replied yes but only if she actually shows up . Another hour goes by and no pizza, not a single car had even passed by me, so naturally at this point Im actually concerned for the driver. I called the shop back to see if they had even heard from the driver only to find out that they "delivered" my pizza to someone else. This driver had actually knowingly given my pizza to someone that wasnt me and asked them to give it to me, at least thats what I was told. They repeated the address back to me , which was correct, and said that they read my name off of the receipt and the "woman with brown hair" said she would give it to me. I have no idea who that person was or where the pizza ended up but I have NEVER had a problem like this before and Ive ordered multiple times to the same address. WILL NOT order here again. INCOMPETENT and RUDE staff.

So, We had 2 of the worst sandwiches ever, Should have been Philly Steak and Cheese . More like dried up possum and weed . I am 54 yrs old, this really was the WORST sandwich i ever saw. ENJOYand BEWARE! UPDATE: manager just called me , TRACI BLAIR , started tellin me how i should think about her sandwich , and that this is not Philly ???? HHahha F Dominos in Elkton. Ordered pizza and wings online and order was ready when we arrived...food was great too

App sucks wont let me change email, says email address dont exist at sign in , used old account tried to change email , back to beginning, also have ordered over $300 at same address they wont except that for 60 points cause it wasnt ordered online , how can you order when crappy app dont work, plus pizza was burned last time , orders are backwards , all they can say is that is the way it was ordered or came out no one else has complained
