Domino's Pizza in Ratlam

Dominos no comparison with this quality food and service.

Staff behaviour is always the same (rude, not focused on customer service)

Taste is not that much good

Food is good but sitting space is small so it become very congested and Ac were not working properly so it was so hot in there🥵Went second time in monsoon and the floor was all wet and dirty..water is coming inside the sitting area..so unhygienic and inconvenient 👎🏻👎🏻

My first experience they dont take orders , they told us to order online and select the option of take away , and we had our dinner . But AC wasnt working it was too Hot inside no cleanlinessMaintenance required.

Sitting arrangment was not proper...direct sunlight was irritating...offline order was not available and we had to pay more money then offline... 👎👎👎

They got improved in making pizza. After a long time I ate a tasty pizza in dominoes. But please keep it up .

Worst housekeeping.Worst taste..No pizza can taste that bad, the pizza was given cold out didnt feel like i was having a cheese burst pizza.. @dominos should look into it.

Didnt get order in train.Worst staff. Especially the manager was present at the station but couldnt deliver. What kind of manager he is? Cant he handle the orders?

Not a Dominos kind of experience. Taste of pizza is kind of different and not as good as you find in urban Dominos outlets. Can see trash and inner area should be ideally clean. Washroom was not even in a good condition.However staff was polite.

If doninos closing time is 10 o clock then off your door and put a tag closing on the doorWhen I come there with couple I am waiting for 15 min. For ordering my order but finally when I gave order they say you must order online and you can eat your pizza outsideWhat is this can you explain

Now a days we have to order online they cant take order on store . Thet cant deliver food after 9 PM

Dominos ratlam is not maintaining its taste. Ordered 4 cheese pizza and Extravaganza feels like it was old warmed pizza and not fresh at all. Brownie fantasy was under cooked. Very disappointing.

The only reason why Im giving 3* rating is because the bread of the pizza was too thick than usual...

I guess Dominos is not maintaining its taste in Ratlam branch. i have tasted almost every Dominos in state Ratlam could satisfy. Very disappointing and they should maintain same at every sight. unlike metros My pizza was very bitter in taste like i was eating and old warmed pizza it wasnt fresh at all..

Staff Behavior is very Good . Space Is Less Inside ...pizzas are asusual delicious

Great Taste, I would love to visit there again.The outlet has taken adequate safety precautions during covid times. Very professional staff, clean and Hygienic environment.

Food taste and services is excellent. the price is a little too high. But compared to the price the taste is still too.must go, it is sanitized well,as per covid situatuions

Pasta was not at all great and was not boiled properly. Pizza was great.

The worst of the outlets of Dominos ever. The pizza crust is overvooked. The cheese never melts properly. The pizza sauce is visible and tastes obnoxious. Very disappointed for the fourth time at this very outlet.

Taste was not good like other dominos as i expected i ordered two pizza mexican and peppy paneer both were just ok in taste we can say eatable. Restaurants pizzas more tasty then ratlam dominos.yeah but once i have ordered margerita and that was tasty apart fron this Other things was good they gave me discount of 40% and didnt take too much time to give pizzas.

This place offers all varieties of pizza.You can get discount here. Stafd is also polite and the ambience is good.

This Dominos outlet is the only outlet of ratlam city. Like other Dominos store it has all the arrangements but quality of pizza is not consistent , sometimea its under cooked, sometimes billing is wrong, and the staff also doesnt makes pizza in hygenic manner as other Dominos store boys do. Tables are mostly unclean. Need to maintain the same standard as other Dominos store

Quick service than rest of the fast food joints. They also have parking space and unlike other dominos outlet this one prepares ur order pretty much immediately

Nice place to visit with friends and family.The place was conjusted back then but after the renovation it has changed a lot.The staff is also nice but never suggests anything new to us😂...

Poor maintenance of restaurant. AC is not in working condition. Not a Dominos level.

Not so good in cleanliness.. Food was same great as dominoes has always served but i think the day i went there was their busy day... Hope to see it more cleaner next time
