Long delivery times are not the issue. The issue is food being prepped and then SITTING FOR OVER AN HOUR before going out for delivery! If this had chicken in the order, NO WAY IT REMAINS IN THE SAFE ZONE! Do better!

Until today I was happy with Pizzas from this place but today I had bad experience , found something that shouldn’t be on Pizza , can’t tell what it is but definitely not the topping. I almost ate it because it made it to my dinner plate. Attaching picture to show what was found on the pizza.

Quick solution for food. Service is okay. But depends upon the person sometimes.

Location is strait the pizza burnt the hell out of my mouth tho so I recommend letting it cool

Ordered threw the app waited 30 minutes the guy went to wrong address. The lady at the store said she’d have a new driver deliver my order. 20 minutes pass still nothing get a notification they had cancelled my order. I call the store to see why they said due to wrong address when i gave them the correct address to re deliver they never attempted, so i placed a new order over the phone… Waited an hour i call to see where my order is and the guy says he doesn’t have an order for me when i had placed the order over the phone !! I waited 2 hours for food i never received !! The staff are very unprofessional !

Food wasnt bad it took over an hour to get my delivery I ordered something that was supposed to be a special and apparently you could only do it online so it cost me double the amount and you couldnt get a live person to speak to its all automated probably wont be ordering again for a while

Dominoes is overrated, overpriced, and the most unnecessary fast food restaurant in history. The pizza is passable, if you are truly desperate. Usually room temperature and dried out by the time you gt it home. But be prepared to shell out about 30 bucks for a two topping medium if you , God forbid , want it delivered. They are the gouging you every way they can. At this location in Lowell - If you are craving pizza late, my advice is to walk next door to 7-Eleven and have the clerk cook you one. Its quality is vastly superior (Yes - l said it. Convenience store pizza is better than Dominos. MUCH better.)

I ordered online 45 minutes ago and still they havent prepared my order. When my phone showed my that the order is ready, I went to the store. When I entered the store, they asked me to pay and then they kept me waited for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. 10 people were there waiting. They didnt feel sorry at all and didnt even apologize.I wanted to leave the store but because they had made me to pay at first (without telling me that my order will take 30 more minutes to get readyI couldnt.This is the worst dominos ever.

Worst service ever. The guy who answered the phone said that they will not deliver my order because the driver doesn’t want to. He said that the driver called me 7 times and I did not answer but that wasn’t true because my phone was in my hand all the time. If I had the option to put 0 stars I would.

The customer service is exceptional with the help of Sara as the team member that goes the extra mile in order to make the customer happy why raising the dominos standards of customer relation in addition with he crew member make them the dream team of dominos as a whole setting an example for the rest of the franchise to be brutally honest

Horrible burnt!then i ask for a new one nd the new one came with hair in it bc they were upset i didn’t want the burnt one never again please beware of this place always under staffed and angry workers smh

If I could give negative stars I would, I will not be returning to this store. The order took 2 hours after ordering delivery and it kept saying the order was being prepped. I attempted to call the store 4x in a row and kept receiving an automated message stating the delivery had been confirmed and they would be preparing my order. Each time I called after receiving the automated message it gives you the option to speak with an employee. Of course no one answered after letting it ring for several minutes. Finally went down to pick it up and another customer was in the store because she had been waiting the same length of time. If the delivery drivers are running really late, at least have the courtesy to call and update or offer pickup. Unacceptable-stay away from this store.

Stopped for some pasta. Very clean and polite crew. Definitely worth the visit.

I ordered an hour and a half ago. No pizza. Called store, she lied to me and told me it was out for delivery. AVOID THIS PLACE.

We had a late night craving and decided to come here at 1am. The staff were swamped with orders because of an event, let us know there would be a wait, but the staff was very kind and was very attentive to us as we waited in the store. I was impressed by the teamwork of the staff as well as their courtesy.

The last 3 times Ive gone here the pizza was cut so horribly that half of the slices was the size of a slice of personal pizza and the other half were so big I had to cut them in half. I get that there are one offs but clearly someones depth perception or vision needs to be tested. The last time I told the cashier and she didnt even notice which tells me this is a normal occurrence. Do better. I have pictures of the smallest and largest slices side by side from the last 2 pizzas

Dominos customer service fixed it!!!8 guys in a garage watching UFC!! MOST MEN WOULDNT COMPLAIN!!! BUT THIS HAD TO BE THE WORST PIZZA EVER 😂😂 we all started dieing laughing once we opened the box!! I’ve never liked this dominos for its late deliveries of pizza. I do not recommend delivery, it is the worst way to get pizza from here. If you’re ordering a pizza for delivery and didn’t tip in the app, forget the delivery for next 2-3 hours.

They charged me way over. They charge me 5 dollars extra for no reason. I want my money please. This dominoes has seen mad times like I want money boss.

There’s no point in having the app if they are going to hit complete to get there service times up. And I have been waiting for an hour … when I called he told me it’s on its way . An hour later I’m thinking how does he know it’s on the way if he doesn’t even know the address I’m calling for . Smh!

Horrible on delivery. Took 2 hours for 1 medium pizza. Came cold and they literally randomly sliced it in the most intentional uneven and sloppy way possible. Trash workers.

Good delivery Food is a hit or miss sometimes its really good other times its really bad. wish it was consistent. ordering is good Fast Delivery compared to other places near me. Ordered for delivery my order was on quality check for an hour before I went to pick it up... they didnt remake the pizza not happy tbh... they lost me as a customer for sure... just sucks dominos has zones or whatever they call them I cant order delivery from one of the others by my house...

My boyfriend and I ordered pizza around 4:30pm I kept checking the delivery status and it wasn’t progressing to delivery for an hour and half. I called the store and they were short 3 delivery drivers. I decided to go pick up the pizza. Without asking the man at the cashier gave me 50% off my order. I was so grateful. I gave him and the employees working there a $100 tip because I know what it’s like being short staffed. Be kind to one another and pay it forward. Happy New Year.

Will never be ordering from this location again. Not only did the food take twice as long as they stated (90 minutes instead of the 40ish minutes I was quoted), they also left the food outside in 30 degree weather without actually confirming that we knew the food was delivered. Upon inspecting the food, we found the wrong pizza (ordered a peppers and onions pizza, was given pepperoni and onionswas delivered which was not edible by multiple people due to religious beliefs. Once calling the store, the manager (Bob, who refused to even give a last initialwas extremely rude and refused to offer a refund despite the fact that the food was not something that we could eat and there was no way I was waiting another hour plus for the potentially wrong pizza to arrive again. This location clearly does not care about its customers and I will be taking my business back to Papa Ginos

Have ordered delivery a couple times over the last few weeks, even on a week night when it is expected to not be as busy it still took over an hour. My latest order sat on "Quality Check" for over an hour and I called 3 times with no response until finally someone answered only to put me on hold. Pathetic delivery services.

Ordered pizza for curbside pick up. It was ready to be picked up find out that the order wasn’t ready cuz they are busy and order wasn’t ready. Once picked up, they screw up the order cooking chicken pizza instead of veggie!! Really??? Got back to store for exchange, handled situation very unprofessionally. No sorry and/or apology on messing up the order. Wonder this is how they handle customer service to all!!

I like it very much, my daughter likes pasta very much. No comments, but I would like to ask. There was a boy who was able to fine the bags of the shop and called the shop. To return the bag from he found of the street I dont know who answered the call told a little boy that if you return the bag, you will receive a pizza as a reward as a gift The boy was delighted to ride a bicycle from a distance to deliver pizza bags to the restaurant. When he arrived, an employee told the boy that he did not receive pizza in return because no one told him. The boy returned home sadly riding his bicycle. Who came out to say it was not because they wanted free stuff, but it was a stimulus to be kind and do good. These children should be rewarded for being good children. You say its true. Thank you 🙏🏻

Asked to customize the cheese stuffed bread by taking out bacon and putting in spinach. Left the bacon in. Ugh. Pizza was burnt on the edges.Also, check out the pics.

Ordered 2 pizzas and side order of cinamon sticks. 31 dollars and we usually always order here last time i will be ordering. Last time my pizza was bbq chicken only put chicken and cheese. This time they put no cinamon on the cinamon sticks or icing on the side. As i paid with my debit card and they wont refund me and cant deliver. Its been over an hour and not returning back out. There only option left is to put a credit on my account for an order of cinamon sticks for my next order. Only theyre not free i paid for them tonight and will get them the right way next order. As Jay agreed with me when i said that. Thanks for your great customer service skills of nothing. Ill take my business else where. To a place where you get what you pay for and people know what theyre doing. The loss of the 8 dollars is nothing compared to loss of business.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered and my food was ready in less than 10 minutes. However, there was a reason my food was done so quickly, it wasnt cooked all the way through. My cheesy bread was raw and doughy, I threw out most of it. My pasta was mediocre and the chicken tastes fake. I wont be back.

The cashier would not provide his name which is extremely unprofessional. All I heard was music very loud in the background and I could barely hear him answering my question on where my food was and when it was going to be provided to me it is 10:18 Wednesday September 16th and whoever is working at this time absolutely does not conduct himself as a professional employee of dominoes. I dont appreciate the disrespect that was given to me and it has been well over the time but they provided that I would expect my delivery this worker would not tell me who the manager is would not provide his name and I will make sure I call the headquarters of Dominos of this facility because this is disgusting the way they provided customer service. Being a professional of customer service I do not appreciate the disrespect and the way I was treated at all tonight Im a single mother of four children that are very hungry. I at least should be able to know why and when especially when my name and card information has been taken disgusting customer service.

We have ordered from this location in the past and ALWAYS had a great experience.the team really does a great job very professional however this time the driver called upon arrival and it seems as though they put the cheesy bread on top of the pizza and crushed the box so the topping were all stuck to the lid of the box when I opened it . maybe the driver didnt get the memo that I put a five dollar tip on my card when I placed the order.

My son ordered a pizza and they clearly gave him the wrong pizza and they wouldnt deliver it because we are less then a mile out of there area of service. We use to be in the service area until they changed it. Then they called back after we canceled the order telling us that they had no ceaser salads we didnt order a salad what are they doing over there?????

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza that amounted to $9.89 that I carry out from store. The next day got a bank alert that I was charged $24.65. The Manager at 77 Mammoth Rd, Lowell Ma was no help resolving this issue. It seems that they are fraudulently exploiting customers! Wouldn’t order at this store beware!

Kevin is literally the greatest manager I have ever encountered. He was so willing to accommodate to a food allergy that my boyfriend had, and told me to call back and ask for him if needed. His customer service was exceptional and I wish there was a better way to commend his contributions to the Dominos store. Thank you so much Kevin!

Fine but not great Dominos. I have definitely been to better. The deliver always took a great deal longer than it ought to have, given how close we were. The lights in Lowell though are often to blame so I wont hold that against them. The food was always fine, just like every other dominos. I found the location to be really challenging for pickup orders though. There is very little parking and it is dangerous to pull out sometimes.

OMG! Top Quality Every Time!! The cheesy bread is the best Ive ever had. Always fresh and handmade; chewy, bubbly, hot and delicious. I really love this place and the guys who work there are pros and so sweet too! The restaurant itself is large, open and airy and a good place to watch sports with friends. I am really impressed. They get an A+ from me.

Ordered a small Hawaiian for take out. The employee who answered the phone assumed that I wanted their specialty Honolulu Hawaiian, and never asked. So when I got there it rang in as almost $15. I asked why the "price was so high", and they said "its a specialty pizza" I even said ham and pineapple is specialty? My pizza comes out (after waiting in the store for 25 minuteswith all kinds of toppings on it. Then I got a little bit of an attitude for asking for my money back, because I didnt have enough time to wait another 30 minutes.I then called Chelmsford St. And ordered a small Hawaiian. I was treated much better, and they even informed me that a large would be cheaper. I then asked what would be on my pizza and was told "ham and pineapple unless you want the specialty Honolulu Hawaiian". 1 star for this store, 5 stars for Chelmsford St. Well worth the 10 min drive across the bridge.

The pizza tasted great, it was made exactly the way that I ordered it and it was fresh. The employee that was at the register however was very rude. I asked him what deals they had and he told me there was a menu with the specials on the table behind me. I was about to grab the menu and saw a flyer about dominos points and grabbed that instead because I wanted to see what it was about. While I was grabbing it the guy very rudely told me that I wasnt grabbing the right thing.

I order frequently from Dominos and I like their pizza. This is the first time I order from this branch and it didnt disappoint. I ordered large hand tossed pizza, with parmesan-garlic sauce, and feta, spinach, and mushrooms toppings.The pizza was made exactly as ordered, and it was prepared quickly. The server was also pleasant despite the 11:00pm late night.This store is convenient; they have good seating, and even if you get a carry out like I did youll find all the plates, napkins, and crushed pepper and parmesan packets readily available to you without having to ask for them.

Ordered 1x Pizza, 1x Buffalo Wings and 1x stuffed bread sticks. Got cheesy bread sticks instead of my buffalo wings. Called to get it fixed. They sent another box of stuffed bread sticks. The person on the phone was adamant he knew what I ordered and gave me the right thing, despite the fact that Im looking at my online order which says otherwise. Food is fine. Delivery guy was very polite and courteous. Either fix the discrepancy between online orders or retrain the employees responsible.Im not angry as much as Im annoyed. I just wanted my damn chicken. Its not that hard.

I won’t give the store 1 star because the food is usually good (if you got what you actually ordered and paid forthe trouble is every other time you go in there the person working the register is either unfamiliar with the order entry system or doesn’t seem too concerned with customer service standards. Prices aren’t clearly displayed in store and it’s often hard to just get someone to hand you the order. Be sure to ask for a receipt and make sure you read it because they don’t always get the order right the first time. You ever expect to pay 27 dollars for 1 pizza and some cheesy bread? Read the receipt!

This Dominos is always clean, and the service kind of slow. Because once my family ordered pizza from this Dominos and it took a hour to get our pizza, but it still tasted good! Then best part is when you can see them flipping the dough! And there is even Stairs to see easier! Very good.

I absolutely love Dominos pizza, but in order to order online, they make you spend $16. I would not mind, but my order came to $15.81 and had to order another pizza to get it delivered. So my order cost me $22.22. I wish I could have tipped the driver more. If I did not have to spend so much, the, driver would have received a lot more than he did. Their pizza was awesome as usual. It was cooked to perfection. I have been ordering from this dominos since 1995. I have never received a bad pizza from this location. Thank you, Dominos!
