Pizza was cold and Cinnamon bread twist when we ordered Parmesan bread twist. Very disappointing

This place sucks. Online order took almost two hours. Driver showed up smelling like weed and forgot my soda. Went back to his car to get it and was gone another half hour. Called and the person on the phone didnt care at all. Plus, look at their 5 star reviews. Left by bots.

Food arrived fast, driver was very respectful and overall positive experience.

The Handmade Pan Pizza is excellent. The regular pizzas not so much. This Dominos has always met my expectations.

Used online web page to order, was easy to navigate. Pizza was ready and hot when I picked it up. Man who gave me my order was friendly. Well be back.

Employee at the store are not professional. When I went to pick up my order and request for napkins. She gave me only 2 napkin. Upon asking couple more she deny telling me she does not have it . As I walking out, noticed she was laughing with her co worker. I got offended and do not recommend tHis store. Bad service.

Every time I order, the food is consistently hot and fresh. This Dominos has surely stepped their game up with the new owner about a year ago. Hope they keep I it up!!!

We ordered two pizzas, one a pepperoni and mushrooms and the other a bacon and tomato. There was hardly any ingredients on either one. In fact, we thought they left the mushrooms off on the one pizza.

Ive eaten, and loved dominos in many states. However, this food was trash. I was willing to try again and attribute poor food quality to the delivery time, but after reading the comments and realizing it wasnt just me; Ive changed my mind. This one isnt the dominos youre looking for. 1starUpdate: apparently theyve had a management change or something because the pizza is fire now. I went back some months later for a last minute dinner hail Mary and the pizza was a hit. Ive been back a few times after that and the good pizza was consistent. Well done. 4stars

Last time I ordered (a month or so agothey accidentally forgot my sauce but they made sure to write it in their notes. I totally understand life happens so I wasnt really upset, my pizza was delicious. When I called in a order today Robby gave me my sauces that were owed and was very efficient in taking my order and delivering it all. Great service under new management!

My friend waited over an hour to be told there was nothing they could do to make it up for their terrible service. Well done Dominos. #ChoosePapaJohns

Not only has dinner not showed up after an hour and 30 min after they estimated 45-1hour they did not communicate it was late so i could feed my family something else. The girl on the phone sounded obviously displeased and should not be answering the phone.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They messed up my order when I called them they said we need the pizza back to check if the order came out wrong. They did not offer the replacement even through it was their mistake. The pizza was cold and topping were not correct. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

That girl with the red hair...I think her name was Tiffany, not only was her customer service and customer service great but the pizza she made for us was amazing! Was suprised to see that level of customer service at a Dominos!

Now I’ll be the first to admit that after reading the reviews about this particular Dominos’s, I had my doubts about ordering from them. Luckily I did, and I have to say, best decision of the week. Not only did I have 0 trouble placing my order over the phone, but the manager (Tiffanymade me really feel at home. Often times I’ll order food and end up being milked for every cent I had, with Tiffany though that was not the case. She told me about the coupons and specials they had running and gave me the best option. When I came into the store to pick up my order I immediately checked the quality of the food, and again I have to say, BEST DECISION OF THE WEEK. One of the employees, I believe his name to be Ali, explained to me how the store had recently undergone changes in management including a new owner and various new employees. 5 Star review. As long as the new management keeps doing what they’re doing I shall keep on ordering!! Thank you guys and keep up the quality work.

I ordered over the phone, pulled up 10 minutes later, at in my car for a few minutes, and witnessed the cook making pizza without gloves on and scratching her face and never washing her hands. Gross!!!

This dominos is horrible! Never go here!! I made an order at 11:41pm and once I got to the store the rude employee told me that it was canceled because they are closed. The website says that they are open until 12am! I didn’t receive any call about being closed. I also had a coupon for a free pizza and now that’s gone. Both of the employees were rude once I walked into the door.

HORRIBLE! I came in friendly and got attitude from the beginning the employees were so rude and I had to wait an extra 15 minuites when I placed my order 30 minutes ago online the two emolyoees were on drugs from the way they were both talking I could care less as long as my food was fine and when I came home the crust was bigger then the pizza extremely horrible service not to mention I asked to add something on to my order and was told I couldnt. Management needs to change.

So much for Dominos around here, This store used to be good, now they are horrible. Ordered double cheese on pizzas, didnt get it, called to talk to manager about it and was treated rudely, like how dare I question her. NIA is rude, and doesnt deserve to be a manager.

Ordered a pizza at 6:13 pm, and received a confirmation email stating that the pizza would be delivered in about 21-31 minutes. 30 minutes went by, so I decided to use the "tracker" to see where it was to know how long to continue waiting. The tracker said my "future" order would be ready in 2 hours at 8:50 pm. Clearly somethin was wrong, so my husband called the store, and was told our email was incorrect; It would be two hours. Thats it? We cancelled the order. It is annoying because we could have gone to the store, and started making a pizza in the time we sat waiting for their pizza that wasnt going to come for another 2 hours. If you are busy, or short on staff thats fine, but your tracker should not be 1 1/2 hours behind.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We ordered a pizza at 2:15. App said it will not be delivered until 3:50. Called the store and was on hold for 5 minutes, called back and hold for 8 minutes, called back hold for 6 minutes. Every time the greeting was, please hold. Finally I started talking before the guy said please hold. Told him I have been on hold for 20 minutes. He said, just one more minute. I said NO! Told him that the app says our order will take almost 2 hours. He asked for our info and said there are 4 orders ahead of us and only one person to make pizzas. Needless to say, we cancelled the order. Will NEVER order from this location again!

It was so busy!! Yet I was waited on immediately! Each person was busy either with a customer or preparing orders. I was extremely impressed with a young man who was busy doing everything! He had taken my order and then immediately started preparing. As the food was coming out of oven... he switched gears and started pulling out pizzas and cutting and boxing. He was nonstop!! Was smiling and chatting with other team members and making sure all was getting taken care of. I had order 3 pizzas and the bread curls and my family absolutely loved every piece!! This is the first time going to this Dominoes and will certainly be back! Oh and I asked for the young mans name and was told it was Jimmy! What a great asset to this establishment. I’ve been in business and retail and certainly know a great employee when I see one! Great job to all 4 team members that were working!

Walked in during my lunch hour, asked the GENTLEMAN behind the counter if they had any pizzas ready to go. With the worst attitude he replies that he gets that question 20 times a day, and that everything takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to make, so NO. Sorry for the inconvenience buddy. Needless to say, I went next door for lunch. Would have gone to Pizza Hut or Little Ceasars if I wasnt under a time crunch. Pass on this location.

There was a lot of things that went wrong trying to order pizza for our company today; No one answered the phone for an hour as we pre-ordered the pizza, they called us 10 mins from when the pizza where to be ready to say that they are 20 mins behind schedule, but in the end they made it right. First off they called to let us know what was going on, second they produced quality looking and tasting pizza even though they made them in a rush, and they threw in some extra sauce.This turn around might of been because of the opening manager they brought in from Chicago at the last minute, but over all he and the other guy working deserve some credit for doing a great job at making the pizza and their wonderful customer service.

Also part of Dominos changing their zone deliverys and cannot delivery up to 3 miles away based on their management and company decision. Guess that means people should start ordering more from other pizza places that will actually deliver and not blow you off from 3 miles away aka 10-12 minutes on a good traffic day in a safe neighborhood.

Pizza looked and tasted amazing. Service was not. I walked in to pick up my order (which Ill admit to be 15 minutes before closeand there were 4 guys standing at the front doing nothing. No greeting. The phones ring and 2 of then answer them. After about a minute or two of me standing there, Im finally served.

Well that didnt go as planned. My order got flipped, I wanted light sauce and reg. cheese, instead I got regular sauce and no cheese, so I had soup with Pepperoni on top. The other pizza was light sauce and extra cheese, and got regular sauce with normal cheese. I hadnt ordered from Dominos in a while, and I was reminded why. The pizza bread was tastier than what I remember it to be, so 2 stars for that.

the pizza was horrible, the cheese was all over the place, there was barely any sauce in the pasta and the crust of the pizza was thick while there was nothing in the middle. the pizza was black on the bottom, soggy and not even sliced. I had to slice it when it arrived.

We usually eat from here & dont have a problem.But have never ordered during the week. Was disappointed with the staff. Different to the weekend staff where we havent had an issue before.We ordered online and they didnt read what we ordered - eg. light sauce on both pizzas and we instead got two with heavier sauce than usual.When my husband picked up the pizzas the staff were mucking around and laughing (which is great to see in teams but not if you cant read and concentrate on your job and get the order rightwe ended up throwing them out they were too saucey and soggy.

I just placed an order online and was called back 5 mins later by the GM Martina. Even though they were technically still open, they close at 11pm. It was 1050pm when she called. She said they no longer had a driver for for deliveries and I had 2 options. The first option was to cancel the order LOL. The second option was a delivery that would be "way way later". When I asked if I could pick it up she said that was not an option. She was extremely rude and combative and told me I could call whoever I wanted but they arent a corporate store and she was the GM so my complaints were already falling on deaf ears. Been ordering here for years and am just shocked and the complete lack of customer service. Save your money and order from a real pizza place because this location is a joke.

tried to redeem my free pizza and could not because of technical problems on the website so I called and was told I would have to call corporate when I asked for the number the person on the phone said she doesnt know the number but it was probably on line so I ordered from jimmie johns next week we are going to go to steak and shake

Its crazy to me how expensive pizza is. I got a medium pizza with green peppers, red peppers, onions and spinach and it was +$20... Thats insane to me. I tried to order online and via the app 4 times and it failed everytime until the 5th time.

when you order their special promo pizza, pizza quality goes down. do not order $ 5.99 medium pizza with topping. sorry but this is what I have experience.

Customer Service is lousy. The manager actually called my phone to accuse and berated me for not giving his driver what he thought was a proper tip, and this was after the store charged a delivery fee!!!! Never mind a tip, his store just lost future sales, Will never order from this store again!!!

The worst delivery experience Ive ever had. Placed an order at 7:55 and was told it would be 23-33 minutes. Waited til 9:05 and decided to give a call to see what happened. Ill leave out all the boring details but the person on the phone was very rude. He explained that he had lost a driver and was stuck with one. OK, Im a reasonable person and things happen. No problem, when will the pizza be here? Is it still hot, or is it an hour or more old? He answers with "Uh, I dont know, I guess Ill have to check. I may have to remake it, because who cares about wasting food, right?" I was very confused, did this suddenly become my fault? I completely understand things happen, but to treat your customers like that is exactly how you get people to get frustrated and not want to ever come back.

I was walking up to Jimmy Johns realizing they were closed when one of the delivery guys pulled up. I was about to leave but he told me they are open and have sandwiches. Really great Service. The guys name is Maxwell. Would definitely request him if you order from here.

Ive tried ordering from this location 4 times in the past, only gotten food once though. Once 9:50ish i called waited on hold for awhile then called back and got the closed message. Then tonight i called about a hour to close and someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. The one time i actually got to order, the food was what i expected.

Worst experience you can ever have with this.Friday night they out of ingredients. Can not get what you order. Team members are lying. Manager is even worst. Very bad management at this store. the manager Mark has never been polite with me literally always sounds exasperated and flustered to be talking on the phone. I used to order online from this dominos in west Chicago all the time. Then one day when I ordered I placed the order for delivery ahead of time, to be delivered about 3 hours later. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email along with the dominos tracker. Well when they were 20-30 min late I was annoyed.. At 45 mins I was pissed because I had a hungry family waiting on dinner. So I called them and whoever answered the phone said sorry we arent delivering today. On a Saturday??? I asked them why no one called me 4 hours ago when I originally placed the order online. He just kept laughing and saying that all he could say was that they were not delivering that day. When I asked him what was so funny, that I wasnt amused that I have a hungry family at home, he just laughed again. No apology. No attempt to fix it. Did not ask if he could make the order if I could pick it up instead, or offer a discount for the next time as an apology. Nothing. Just kept giggling like I was stupid. I will NEVER order pizza from there again.

My veggie hand tossed pizza looked and tasted horrible. I normally love dominos but tonight I was very disapointed. Crust was almost black, the spinach looked like it had came from a 3 month old salad. Gross.

I love that they are not only quick with their order, courteous over the phone, but Catrina and Issam went beyond their job and delivered a pizza to my husband who had to work, on our anniversary, with a specialized heart shaped pizza and heartfelt message on the inside. Great service! Thank you guys!!
