Domino's Pizza in Woodlawn

Just received my order and although I’ve had a decent order from this location before, this was disappointing. I ordered a 10” pizza hand tossed. It was not hot and the crust on a hand tossed was very thick, more like bread and not much sauce. Also, I ordered a salad which they forgot and had to bring back, but I’m not going to eat it. The salad greens are old and not fresh at all. I’ll think twice before ordering from this location again. Wasted my $8 on this salad. Really not happy

For the price you cant beat it. The taste is decent as Ive tried the pizza of course, pasta Primavera and the wings. The always have a coupon or special available. Service is pretty good too.

I dont know whats worse, waiting over 2 hours to not get the pizza or not being able to get a phone call through to the shop to see whats going on, or getting through to the call center (where they take ordersand them not having any control over checking orders and giving a simple ETA? I understand if the place is understaffed and theres a work shortage or if the shop was literally closed yesterday....But there needs to be an update on Google, on the app/online where you cannot place an order if the shop isnt able to fulfill orders at the moment. Now my card got charged for an order that never showed up, so i have to call my bank to reject the charge because noone is picking up the phone.

Can’t get an order right ever or answer their phone. Got someone else’s order, called the store, waited on hold for over an hour just for the store to hangup. Try pizza hut or papa johns

Always a hit or miss depending who they have at the store I’m guessing. Your pizzas may come dry or they may come missing what you added or on a very rare day they’ll come just right , it really all depends

Wings not all the way cooked. Pizza supposed to hv extra cheese and it wasnt even cheese on all of pizza

We ordered the NYC style pizza, the cheese was runny and looked like someone put their fingers in it. It was not edible. The wings were just squirted with sauce on top, not even hand tossed. Called to complain, Ive been on hold for 20+ minutes. One person answered and said they were transferring me to the store, which is the number I called. When I asked where did I call then? She wouldnt answer and transferred me. Ill m still on hold. The ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA EXPERIENCE EVER. This was the first time we decided to try Dominos in years. NEVER AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER LOCAL OR ANOTHER CHAIN.

I asked for the chicken wings to be well done they looked raw! (I air them when i got home). The salad was not worth $8 so I decided not to purchase it.

Easy access and parking. Clean shop and friendly workers.Order was ready for pick-up. Staff helped to carry order to car.

Pizza was good. But dominos should give a free dipping sauce with it.

Second time this week, weve ordered pizza and its just been difficult. First time we ordered it took almost 2hrs for delivery. For the middle of the week, I feel this is excessive. When it arrived, you could tell its been sitting for quite some time as it wasnt hot. Last night I ordered again. It seemed to go smoothly this time until it went to the quality check, It was there for over 30 minutes. Once it went out for delivery, granted I know Im not the delivery person but he was stopped at one location for 15 minutes then another for over 10. The pizza and wings finally arrived 1hr and 35 minutes later. I ordered and vegetarian pizza and received the meatlovers. I did take a picture of the pizza and receipt as Im sure people try to manipulate the system but this has remained unacceptable for a company of this size to continue to make these mistakes. Ive had similar issues with this location in the early part of this year but didnt take the time to write a review, until now.. I rarely order out but please make proactive changes as I know I cant be the only one this is happening to.

Just check your food... at pick up or at delivery..it could be blacker than the street and cold or perfect.. hit or miss

Since my last review, I have ordered here a lot. My order is aways hot and fresh. I have had delivery and picked up from the store. Just changed from 4 to 5 stars because my orders didnt have anything missing for a long time. I still double check to make sure I received my icing and dips.

This place looks like it could use a remodel, but they make great pizza, right. Ive never gotten a bad pizza from this location.

Terrible my pizza was bary cut I hade to rip it apart and it was 50% tomato sauce with none of the usual seasonings on the crust

Dont do it..missing items from order, late order, tracker is wrong, store wont answer calls, Driver was rude, the list goes on. Im done giving this store chances. Annoyed I cant get a hold of anyone for a refund.

7/11/22 Very disappointed. Placed an order at 3:30pm, its now 5:10pm, no pizza, no contact. Called several times with no response after waiting 10min to try and get a refund. Very poor service 😢 update 7/12/22 been on hold for 20 minutes for a refund and no one will pick up the phone to assist. Reporting to corporate now and will be showing up at the store for my refund in the morning. They should not be allowed to steal our money and should be SHUT DOWN!

The quality of ingredients and services reach the level requested. About the price is still high$ and poor of coupons.. Bravo Domino’s Pizza.

Pizza wasnt what I ordered. Try xalling and could not get through. Contacted there corp customer service and still havent heard anything. I will never order from here again.

Pizza is good and the $5.99 and 7.99 prices for medium and large two toppings are family friendly. The wings are pricey for the size you get (small wings); $1 a wing is outrageous!I would rate a 5 star, if when you qualify for a free pizza, that the free pizza you get is actually well made..each time Ive got a free pizza, it was terrible! Hardly any cheese and the toppings were nearly half of a "paid" pizza.One obvious and clear observation: When there are women making the pizzas, the pizza is ALWAYS outstanding 👏!!

I order one pizza online. The tracker was never updated. I went to the store an hour later to get the pizza and it was not ready. There was another costumer in the store who ordered for delivery and after 2hrs went to the store and the pizza still wasn’t ready. The white fat girl making the pizza named Aubrey, was rude because I was upset it wasn’t ready. I said “this is ridiculous” Her response was “either you’re getting it or not leave or I am calling the cops”. Myself and the other customer left without getting anything. I will be calling corporate and will not patronize that location again. The service is always slow and the workers are rude.

Quick take out and great pizzas. They were considerate enough to leave my pizzas uncut

First off all its not even cut properly. Second I asked for light sauce, it is drenched in it. Gagged just opening the box the sides I got were no better.

Ordered my pizza over one hour ago still not delivered and when I try to call the store no one answers the phone how can a franchise be ran so horrible

I just brought a bacon pizza and the bacon was bad , they said it just came on a truck yesterday , basically calling me a liar . You can not trust fast food they are selling spoiled food . I will never eat from dominos again!!!!! I feel so sick

Walked in and was told it would take longer than I thought. Usually it takes 10-15 minutes. This time they said 45min.

Im seeing people complain about the same thing that just happened to me, sounds like this place needs to be shut down. Ordered at 10:30, takes forever for the tracker to move along when it finally gets to inspection, and they cancel the order at 11:50. HOW TF does an order go through bake and then you just cancel? Shady, and likely all complaints here are valid.

I had not been to any Dominos for over a decade, and they KILLED IT! Fantastic crust, not too buttery/salted/etc. with fresh ingredients all promptly cooked to perfection! Oh, and they were the only local pizza place still open after 10:30pm on a Saturday!

The manager was outstanding at 1am in the morning when one of her employees made a mistake with my order. She handled it very well. I will continue to get my weekend orders at this location.

I placed a order at 1045.they call.back and said delivery time would be 3 hours I said"dont yall close at 12?" He said "yes"...sooo how would my food be here in 3 hours?? Dont want ppl that play games like that to make my food.smh #lostCustomer

Ordered a pizza at 7:50pm it’s now 9:40pm and it still says the pizza is being prepared. We’ve been trying to call the store to cancel but the call continuously drops. Almost 2 hours to get a pizza from a place that’s 8 minutes away is insane. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Ordered 2 hours ago, website warned of 80-90 minute wait time. Web site now shows food still an hour away, with wait time only going up . . . and up . . . and up. Tried to call FOUR TIMES to cancel or switch to carryout. They put me on hold and then unceremoniously hung up. Late food happens, delivery problems happen, but, really? They couldnt even be bothered to pick up the phone?

HORRIBLE!!! Im calling corporate on them and reporting. I placed a order with this place online and my online tracker never updated from prepared to anything for over two hours. Every time I try to call the store the phone line drops after saying please hold for someone to speak with. This is ridiculous and feel like a scam. Oh and be careful as well, I seen someone pick peperronis off of someones pizza with his bare hands one time I was picking up! THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVER ORDERING FROM THIS RAGGEDY PLACE AGAIN. Trash .. can’t cut a pizza in slices or square . Can’t cut cheese bread in straight linesLike seriously you have a whole tool made for cutting… & ITS MADE FOR 2 HANDS ! That store #158 is selling pizza that has been seating on their shelfs for hours.Every time I call back trying to reach the manager on duty he hang up on me.So I forwarded my complaints to the Coporate Office .Customers Be Aware !

Disgusting pizza. I do not recommend eating here. I woke up 3 hours later sick. I threw up and had a bubbly stomach. The stomach pains was the worst. I felt like I was literally dying. I strongly suggest you do not eat here.

$7.99 for a large 3 topping pizza you cannot beat it. The only problem is pizzas are so fattening. But if I am going to indulge this is what I get

The tracker in the system put in the wrong address… I called them back and the girl on the phone had to called the delivery guy to deliver my food to the rite address. They was vey nice and food arrived less then two minutes… hot and fresh. Thank you!!!

This has to be the worst Domino’s Pizza anywhere. I gave Domino’s a try because of a special they sent me in the mail. The pizza wasn’t bad the first time I had it and I decided to order again based on that first experience. The next time I ordered, I also got a “salad,” and when I opened it, a swarm of gnats flew out. I am not exaggerating. Needless to say, I didn’t eat it so I can’t tell you what it tasted like. I called the store to complain to the manager and he said it was not his fault because the salads come pre-packaged from corporate and that he would give me $15 off my next order. Why he did not just refund me for the bad salad, IDK.I should have learned my lesson then but fast forward a year or so and I had a craving for thin crust pizza last week and didn’t want to drive, so took a chance on Domino’s again. The pizza was horrible. How do you mess up a cheese pizza?!? I believe they had made the pizza and had it sitting in the oven for at least an hour before I ordered. I should have known something up when they delivered it really fast. The pizza was all dried up and the cheese was not just burnt, it was that way pizza gets when you leave it in the oven and it gets all dehydrated and weird. Not satisfying at all.I don’t think I’ll be giving them the opportunity to strike out a third time. I’ve gone back to ordering from my old stand-by.

1 star because of this... Im extremely upset about this checkout process in this store.I dont carry cash in these pandemic times (you cant disinfect cash properly (Since I was there to get food for High Risk seniors Im carrying for)I was told that the credit card machine was not working, so they asked for my credit card information which I HESITATED, this EXPOSES CARD INFORMATION TO THE HANDLER & HIGH POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO COMPUTER VIRUSES USED IN THE CHECKOUT REGISTER WHICH COLLECT CARD INFORMATION AND SEND IT TO THE DARK WEB FOR FRAUD ACTIVITIES!This has happened to me personally twice after another store entered my card information manually and it was either COPIED OR COMPROMISED & was EXPOSED TO FRAUD! It was a MAJOR headache to resolve & Im out of a card to use. Most importantly the FRAUD was traced to the store that entered my information manually (not this Dominos store to be clearbut nevertheless the HIGH RISK OF EXPOSURE is there!Im asking The management needs to Remedy this Right away or I will not return of this is still rectified. Im sure other people with the same very Valid concerns may not return as well until it is confirmed rectified.I will change my review promptly once this has been rectified and no extraneous fraudulent charges arise since this is the only store I hesitated but reluctantly allowed this to be done. Quick service and fresh pizza. Theyve become become my favorite pizza pickup place. The only issue I have is that their software wont allow me to store the password anywhere and I cant. SÉE the password when typing it (not the stores fault, but maybe they can pass on that message).

Is it Barbecue chicken or fried chicken with a a drizzle of Barbecue sauce. When I order Barbecue chicken, I am expecting a chicken covered completely, no actually I sm expecting chicken SMOTHERED AND drowning in BBQ sauce. So when I pick it up, the BBQ sauce is dripping down my fingers. Well instead I got dried fried wings with sparse amount of BBQ sauce. The pizza was blaaaaaaaah. The service horrific. They almost didnt process our order because order online and chose the option to pay at pick up;however they called us stating unless we pay over the phone. They would not process the order. After speaking to management, they fulfill the order and we paid at pick up. No. I would not come here again

I always order my pizza at this location, but today they just lost a customer. I ordered my pizza with a drink and my friend pick it up for me , but they forgot to give him my drink , and this is the second times that something like this happened. The first time I let it go because mistakes happened. The second times I called and beg them to deliver my drink since it was their mistakes, after putting me on hold for a while , they told me that they will deliver it in an hour. Even when I ordered pizza for delivery it does not take an hour to deliver, since I only live minutes away .How is that a service recovery. Very disappointed ☹️.

The pizza I got was disgusting.First they only have specials if you order on line. There were no specials in the store. I ordered an extra cheese pizza with onions. When I got home and bit into my pizza, I discovered the dough was not fully cooked. I wouldve taken it back, but it was to late and to far. So I put it in the oven. When I tasted the full pizza the cheese tasted mealy like it was dollar store cheese. I just ended up trashing the entire thing.

I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. Arrived to pick up the pizzas and discovered the manager took the order for one pizza. I waited 10 minutes for the other pizza and discivered they never put the pizza into the oven. It was sit on the belt, which i have to wait another 10 minutes. The manager never apologize for the error. While i was waiting the employees never washed their hand or wore gloves. They walked around with the dough on their hand and touching the monitor.

The customer service from this Dominos is absolutely horrendous. I place the order from the Dominos app and the total came to able $64. The app allowed me to select the option to pay in the store. I like to choose this option because I like to make sure my food is properly prepared the way I requested before I pay for it. I have place other orders at other locations using the app and Ive been prompted to pay with card when the order dollar amount was over a certain threshold. I placed the order for my employees has a thank you and food for our holiday party. I missed a call from the store I placed the order at and they canceled my order. When i called back the manager stated that he never had an order from me at that location which he was totally incorrect because Ive ordering from that location since it was opened.They way he spoke to me was totally disrespectful and not professional at all. I told him that i was going to call corporate he responded by saying do it and hung up on me. I reordered paying through the app with my card because I needed to feed my employees. Im not satisfied at all I want a full refund of my total order because the order was still prepared wrong. I ordered cross cut on two of the pizzas and they still were traditionally cut. I have pictures if you need verification. I would like that a District Manager or someone from the corporate office who is responsible for customer relations. As a sales manager for a major office supply company there is no way I would treat a customer in a such a way that they vow to never give Dominos another dime of his money.

This location is carryout or delivery. It is small but very efficient. They have great service. I like being able to place an order online then immediately drive to the location and pick it up fresh from the oven. They always have the best prices online so take advantage of it. You definitely will pay a lot more ordering in the carryout. My favorite is the thin crust pizza with sausage or bacon, onions and green peppers. Delicious.

Tried using the app for the first time. It was user friendly enough. Used the pizza tracker the app said the pizzas were ready but when I got to the store apparently it wasn’t even made yet. I could over hear the employees and one of them forgot or thought that someone else made it. They didn’t even want to tell me. When one finally said something I mentioned that the app said that it was ready. He said that sometimes it’s wrong. So now I have one hot pizza and one cold pizza. I should have just got it delivered at least the would have both been cold

Terrible service. It seems that in order to keep their turn around times short they mark orders done when they havent even made it to the oven. It took nearly 40 minutes for 2 items that I ordered online and picked up myself when the app told me it was ready in less than 15. The store was crowded with waiting customers and even after waiting so long, my pizza wasnt cooked as well as normal as if it had been rushed through. It wasnt very hot and the cheese was more solid than melted. This may be possible since I was quite irritable and asked to cancel my order. While there I watched as new orders came through and were serviced. Mine was forgotten about numerous times because each time I inquired staff looked around for it and asked someone else to make it...several times! If you want your turn over to look good then do a good job. Dont fake it and loose track of what youre doing. First time at this location and last.
