Very bad experience while order for take away here.

Thjs was the worst experience ever...Staffs are talking rudely to customer...Cleaning service is also not good..Please dont ever try this shop

I think this was the worst Dominos store i have visited.Costumes service is worst...And talking rudely to customer....Try to avoid this shop...

Decent place with quick order time

Good for takeaway. The dining area is not that clean all the time.

Undercooked food delivered . Not at all taste like dominions.

Their delivery boy even after telling him to be cautious with his bike around the car, did hit my car with his bikes tyre and argued with me that it was just his tyre.Very ill behaved and senseless people are working here.The only sane person was the one working at the counter.

Service is good but not great.I mean dominos should provide drinking water.

Pizza mania Non veg loaded is a must try pizza....good amount of topping at a very reasonable rate...Add 2 of them and you get a free gift...(In my case a veg pizza)

Worst experience ever.I was denied of the order for which I already paid. A rude staff claimed that order was not placed , but when i asked to recheck my order it was there in my bill.Very rude and arrogance behaviour tooo more than 1 hour to get one piece of order executed.Would not suggest anyone to visit this place.

Sometimes Late Delivery and when youll ask to chat with thier manager for points theyll say ki "aa jaayega" and nahi aata

Dinning is goot, staffs are nice in behaviour, but Dominos pricelist or product details are not available, even menu card which was provided is in Xerox copy of some other menu, even product details are not clearly visible.Please take a look on this topic else everything is good.

Nice and humble staff. Great service. And pizza quality is also improved. But you have to spend more than 300 for having a good pizza.

I tried all Dominos in Ranchi but trust me this serves best test , I dont know how but it does.

Everything is good But Associates working need to be more active in there job. The time consumed is more than actual.

We ordered 5chicken pizza. But they gave only 4 different types of chicken in it and that to very less in protion.When complained the manager was like. Ok we didnt had 5th kind of chicken. We will compensate you with garlic bread. Dominos Ratu Road is pathetic. Pizza was not baked properly. Cheese was also greyish color. Staff was also adament. Instead of giving bill, cashier told me there is some problem. So cant give bill. Worthless DOMINOS Ratu Road and fraud staff.

I ordered cheese burst pizza with extra cheese. Pizza was not cheesy it was not seems to be that it is cheese burst pizza.Second time I was disappointed till now.For hand wash they didnt kept good quality of shop of handwash gel.Sanitizer was also of not good quality.

Surely not one of the best Pizzaria (Dominosin the town. Staffs are supportive and courteous, but everything else is Pathetic, especially the sitting arrangements. There are only two tables for more than two dining members. If the larger one is occupied and you are more than three, you will be left with on other option,but to sit beside/outside the washroom area. Definitely not a good experience.

Service is good but can be better, they should not charge for carry bags as being a customer it is our legal right to ask for free carry bag.Because we pay so much for pizza including taxes then they should not charge for carry bag....

We visited last week. We were traveling and stopped for a quick snack. Their server was down but they stil took our order and said we can pay once the server is up. Next we had to request them for 1 hr to hand us our order which was just sitting on the counter. Very poor quality staff.. we were already exhausted by all the travelling and stopping at this place made it worse. It wasnt only for us.. I noticed they were just chatting with each other and not paying much attention to other customers as well. I have been to many Dominos outlets, rating this one the worst.

I rarely visit this visit this place though it is close to my house. I prefer home delivery. The reason being I have to face their staff. Always impolite and arrogant. Hygiene is upto the mark most of the times, so no issues regarding that. The sole reason for the downfall of this brand is their staff. The managers should take some time and train them.They must learn how to behave with their customers. A very big "NO" visiting there. Though the food is good as it was always, thanks to their chefs.

The location is very very far from the City Centre which is Birsa Chowk.The staff is polite.

Staff is not friendly, table was dirty for more than 10 minutes no response was provided by the staff, AC was not working. For brand like dominos service was not proper at this branch.

Its a decent pizza joint situated near Ratu Road Chowk on Harmu Road, with very less space for parking.Taste is good.They dont serve in radius of even 5km.

Poor service. No ketchup, origano, chilli flakes available on table. Neither they gave it while serving at the take away point. Had to ask specifically for these necessary things over the counter.

This place is quite small, service is okay, the music was off, after request for 4-5 times they played some music which wasnt even audible. Asked them to switch to a sports channel as some news was playing, they said they cant coz they werent allowed to (maybe they didnt buy the sports package). We ordered pizza with extra cheese and they put so much cheese that the crust went out of shape. There was no water in the washroom. So in all ambience was not that good, pizzas are okay in taste.

A place and brand which needs no introduction. Cheese burst pizza has no comparison with any kind of pizza anywhere on this planet. The staffs here are very humble and courteous. Farmhouse and country special are must eat pizza here.

The service is okk here but the quality of pizza is not up to the mark. In all variant of pizza they use same sauce and cheese. In non-veg pizza the flesh is not fresh and taste is also very different. Here the parking facility is good and order is also served fast. If I consider food quality it is normal.
