Overpriced garbage. Only thing they have going for them is the olive oil seasoning they put on the crust and I have the recipe so I just get papa murphys.. you have fallin so far from the top

Medicore food with horrorable customer service. Expect your food to be messed up and at least one member of your family to be eating half an hour after everyone else is done. I will never order from dominoes by my choice again. This is too consistently an issueUpdate 24jul2022I wont be ordering from here again tonight our sandwiches came half the toppings stuck to the insert which was wrapped longways around the sandwiches , this was the last time

This store is a quality Dominos. They always get it right and I love them! Thank you all.

I order out from Dominos at least twice a month. The service is always great. Delivery drivers always very friendly. Highly recommend this pizza!

I called to order a medium pizza and Parmesan bread bites with marinara. My call got sent to a third party to take my order which took 11 minutes. That was crazy. I felt like I was in the phone forever. Plus when I said Parmesan bread bites she told me they didn’t have those. I asked her to check again and she was finally able to find them on the menu. If you are going to have third parties answer your calls they sure as heck better know the menu. I will not order from dominoes again I will go to Pizza Hut because they actually answer their calls. After reading other reviews I am clearly not the only one with that issue.

I understand we have a mask requirement, but getting hounded to wear a mask the moment i open the door to pick a ready order for 30 seconds. They wanna be a government stooge, ill take my money to somebody that actually wants to stay in business

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Went in to pick up some hot wings and pizza. I opened the box of wings and saw there was extremely little sauce on the wings. I asked politely for more sauce to be added and the “manager” tells me “that’s all the sauce we put” then asked for my payment. I looked over at the person who was with me and said “that’s wonderful customer service.” I then asked him again if he can please put more sauce. Again he just said “that’s all we put!” And asked for my money again. I literally walked out…he was lucky I didn’t just take everything without paying. I will be for sure calling corporate on him! WORST MANAGER IN THE WORLD!!!

Love the smell and aroma, looks cheesy and delish. Tastes amazing! 10/10 will go again!!!

Another Franchised Company that has lost its ability to maintain quality over production. Might as well went to McDonalds. Ordered Wings and two came partly sauced. The rest were naked. Bunch of kids that want money but dont want to work. Called the manager Crystal, and was given the option to come back and waste more gas to pick up another batch, or get them free next time. There wont be a next time. Thanks anyway. Little Caesars is cheaper and I havent had an order ruined yet👍.

Too pricey in my opinion, & not really worth the price. I will say that their pizza with garlic parmesan for the sauce is Very Good! But still pricey.

Cool people. Excellent service. Everything correct every time. Never had a bad experience at this store and never encountered an employee that was unhappy or negative in any way. We drive out of our way to go to this store because we are big fans of dinner and a movie not dinner and a headache. Keep up the great work!! If yall stay the way you are now youll have life long customers in us 👍

Friendly service. But my pizza was soggy in the middle and was not cut. I could not grab a piece of pizza without the top of it breaking off. Also they gave me the wrong salad dressing for my salad. Sorry but I would prefer to be able to eat my pizza without having to rip it apart like mush, and get the dressing that I ordered

I was here sat the 3rd. Heres my experience. Placed order thru app. Showed up on time. Was told our pizzas were a "remake" and wed have to wait 15 mins for them. Waited 15 mins went back inside to find out a delivery driver had taken my carryout order by mistake. At this point they were very apologetic. They were polite the whole time. They offered us free add ons and a refund. Aswell as new pizzas. We waited for our pizzas again. Our order was rushed thru. They were very polite. We got our order and headed home. Got home to find the one pizza wasnt what we ordered. Is there a option for less than one star?👎👎 They told me they refunded the money onto my card it would arrive in 1-3 days. I paid cash? They refunded me my cash. But also refunded someone elses order??? These guys needs supervision.

Ordering online was a necessity with the weather being 90 degrees at 10PM. I received my food in a timely manner and it was nice and hot. The delivery driver left it right where I ask them to. Thank you for the excellent service.

My house is literally 30 seconds from Dominoes. I order from them quite frequently. According to the tracker, "Robert" left at 5:52pm with my pizza. The tracker announced it was "delivered" at 6:28, which is false. At 6:42, after a full 50 minutes of waiting, I called and cancelled my order. No apology was made for the delay, and the woman who answered was rude and argumentative. Over an hour after ordering my pizza, my family is starving, and we are going to Taco Bell. Terrible experience. I will not be ordering from this location again.Update:After a complete and thorough remodel and staff turnover, this place has improved dramatically. They fall flat every once in awhile, but its the exception to the rule nowadays. Took a few years, but I think its safe to say theyve turned it around.

Their online site somehow didnt show the right sauces and when I called to ask if it could be remade, the manage said it was made to par and to get over it and hung up on me. This experience was the worst fast food experience of my life guaranteeing Ill never purchase from Dominos again. They broke their own promise on their website of customer satisfaction and told me to proverbially put it.

Amazing service, awesome people, amazing food. The ticket machine ran out of paper and messed stuff up, but they got everything back on track quickly and pulled through like champs. They seemed to have amazing teamwork and were like family, which in nice to see. They were super courteous and kept apologizing for the wait when I honestly didnt have to wait long at all. Will definitely go again. <3

I would have given higher rating until I found out I didnt get icing to my cinnamon twist but pizza was good and quick and parmasion bites were on point but come on man id like icing with my cinnamon twist plz do better

Great Dominos. Busy and clean. Friendly staff who helped me very quickly after I entered. Really good Covid prevention measures. The pizza was delicious and exactly what I would expect at a Dominos. I personally greatly prefer Dominos over their competitors.

Walked in to order, girl at counter had no idea about carry out specials. I asked about the commercials on t.v., the 7.99 deal. She had no idea and just said its probably online.So I went back out to my car, to make an order online and then wait for the same lady to bring it to me.Could have known the specials, could have just applied the discount while I was standing at the counter instead of doing it all myself in my car.Pizza was consistent with the other Dominos establishments, good flavor, good value

Lobby closes at 10pm for carryouts. Thats 2 hrs earlier then Deliveries. Was in PO but live in Bremerton tired to have them deliver to their own parking lot to our car, the app allowed it they made our food even cooked it and as they packed it up for delivery they realized it was their address we used. They called us and wanted to cancel the order because they arent allowed to do that. So we asked to have it delivered nextdoor to Arco nope! Instead they made us pick another address down the street from them to actually deliver it to. What a hassle and inconvenience to everyone. By the time the call was ended they could have brought the food out. All that time wasted. And we even had left a $6 pre-tip to bring it out to the car in their own lot. If yall can do that for contactless carryout why not for a delivery?

Ordered 2 pizzas online for carryout. After getting home I come to find one is missing toppings. Now I have to drive all the way back to the store and wait for them to remake my pizza?...no offer for refund or future credit. With the coupons Pizza Hut and Papa Johns offer its gonna be a while before I give these folks another chance.

The pizzas were excellent, made with the correct toppings, and ready on time (I picked them up at the restaurant.The building was clean. The woman working there was 100% polite and professional. Unfortunately, there was only ONE person running everything. She was making pizzas, checking people out at the counter, pulling orders from online, and answering the phone by herself. There were 3 other people besides me at the counter, the phone was ringing non-stop, and the poor employee was doing an incredible job of maintaining her cool and just getting on with her work. The 5 stars in this review go straight to her.The management in charge of schedule at this place is a joke. NO ONE should be put in the position of trying to run an entire restaurant by themselves. It isnt fair to the customers as orders start to fall behind, and it certainly isnt fair to the overworked employee.

Pizza and wings were great! I would however avoid the salad. Every time weve gotten one it was wilty and tomatoes mushy, cheese hard, and onions slimy. However, I did call today and Raven took my call and assured me that they would make sure that the salads were checked. I was happy with that, and it wont deter me from ordering their delicious pizza and wings. I just dont want it to happen to someone else. Also, the delivery drivers are always so friendly even if we dont interact until they are halfway down the driveway 😂

Not much needs to be said here.....its Dominos. Its just good pizza for a reasonable price. The boneless chicken is one of my faves. We did a pick up order on the way home from a day trip, nice to walk in..order..and 12 minutes later we were on our way home. The staff here is super nice and glad to be there. Thanks Dominos!

Very disappointed. My partners crew was shorted THREE items in their order. The Manager told them they could "include the missing items in their next order" Thats all well and fine, except 3 of the crew didnt have anything to eat. Surely there was another delivery in the area. Why not make an extra stop? Better yet, remember your store delivers to other essential services. Support each other better

This branch is known for not making pizza as ordered. 60% of the time our pizza needs to be remade due to them leaving of extra ingredients that are paid for. Also as a customer you should know, the more toppings you add and pay full price for (eachthe less amount of each topping you get. That is a quote from the Dominos manager. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE DRIVING HOME!

Pizza was good but the service was not very well. Im guessing she was the person in charge had a bad attitude. She was yelling at the other employee and when I went in to get my order because the tracker said it was done she said oh you still got a while.

I give 3 stars due to my last 2 positive experiences here. This time the dough of my pan pizza is undercooked. I do not like to leave negative reviews but undercooked pizza in not pleasant to eat.The delivery and customer service were great!Pizza is delicious!

Awesome people this Dominos . I came in and carryout. I came in one packed with staff things were crazy, I expect it to be busy on Friday but I didnt expect to be at @ 8 But it was calm, organized, and they were cracking jokes with one another. The crew inside were spectacular always friendly. My lil one loves the dough show. The guy that was there was tossing them spinning them and still were good looking pizza.i was amazed by his pizza skills He knew how to entertain the kids. Kuddos to him.

The pizza is always excellent. I always carry out my order, and the cashiers are always really nice and accommodating in the event that my order cant be filled to my specifications. Ive ordered pizza from this location on several occasions and Id recommend this particular Dominos store.

This pizza was not very good. I ordered a pepperoni and green pepper pizza and this place probably put 6 tiny pieces of green pepper on it. When you order a two topping pizza you expect them to really cover it. And two of the slizes DIDNT HAVE ANY CHEESE ON THEM what the heck! Wont be returning.Edit: Came back today and nothing has changed. Tasty pizza but they are very frugal with toppings. Most other pizzas from other places will have at least double the toppings that this Dominos puts on their pizzas.

I understand it is Valentines Day and you guys are extremely busy, however you should not put in that someones pizza is being "fired up" on the pizza tracker when you havent even started making the pizza yet. I sat in your store freezing my butt off for over an hour because of how misleading that was. I also asked for extra cheese on my pizza and two of my slices were pretty much just sauce and no cheese on them. Its very disgusting that none of the employees wear gloves. I watched one of your workers pick his eye then got started on a pizza. Yuck.

I recently ordered through the app. When I ordered my food the app did its thing and chose the dominos nearest to us. Somehow the app chose the wrong store (even though I verified the address was correct), and after I called to sort this mess out the Kitsap Way store told me they were going to cancel my order. I tried to get some sort of resolution, but the delivery driver was very rude EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE FOOD. I’m very upset that I had to pay twice and had to wait over an hour for my food to arrive. I’m also aggravated that the delivery driver was so rude when I tried to ask what I could do to get what I paid for. This is very unacceptable and I would caution people about using this store. Especially because there is another store ten minutes away.

We ordered our pizza and cheesy bread. We received them in a good time. The problem we had was no one double checked to make sure we got our marinara sauce. Of which I paid for 2. So now Im waiting on the driver to bring our sauce. As my cheesy bread gets cold. The tracker says my order was double checked. Obviously not. Not to thrilled.

The staff always greats us with a smile when we arrive. Our pizza is always hot and fresh when we pick up. We waited for about 10 extra minutes one time and they gave us a complementary soda.

I still do not have my pizza an hour later. When I finally got it, the driver was nice, the pizza was awful. I threw it away. I cannot believe I wasted my reward on that trash. It was congealed warm pizza. I order from dominos all over the country while traveling for work and have never had this issue. Highly disgusted and disappointed.

Wish I could give less than one star. Im on duty and ordered pizza for my friend and me. Never got a call, so I checked the tracker and it said the pizza had been delivered. Call the store to find out where my pizzas are at.I was informed that they had called and texted and the driver had waited 15 minutes at the pier. When I gave them my phone number, I was told there were no orders under that number. I explained I placed the order online.By this point, the food would have been about 40 minutes old, and I asked for a fresh order since they had screwed up. I was rudely informed by the person on the phone that they flat out would not remake the order, despite my never having been contacted by the driver or the store.I cancelled the order and have yet to receive a refund. Ive had issues with not being contacted in the past, but have never dealt with such a rude, uncaring attitude from the employees. I also logged in to my profile on the website, double checked, and sure enough, my phone number there is correct.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. When my food arrived to the pier, I received a text saying the pizza was here. I replied within a minute saying I was on my way. It takes two minutes to walk from the pier to the gate. Once I got there, I saw a Dominos driver waiting (hed been there over TEN minutes waiting for his personand he informed me hed seen another driver a little further back that probably had my food. After looking around and not seeing another Dominos sign, I texted the driver asking which car was his to which I received no response. I called the store and was told the driver had left and would come back and re-deliver my pizza. When I asked how long it would take, they responded 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind, this is about a 10 minute drive. After realizing how late it would be when they got here, I called again and said I would like to cancel the order and get my refund. I was told the delivery driver was on his way and should be here soon, so I decided I would wait since I was rather hungry at this point and really didnt want to wait on an order from another place. After all, its not a very long drive and he just left the pier, right? Worried about the driver leaving again, I waited at the gate. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I called them to explain what was happening and that I would like to cancel and get my refund. After a very generic and forced "Im sorry this happened to you", they said they were voiding the order. With this whole experience, well see if I still get charged for this pizza. I will not be ever ordering from this store again.

Their pizzas have really improved (currently waiting for my first order from them and this location in Bremerton in about 2yrsI love that you can order online but no option (that I could seefor "light sauce".The reason behind 2 stars is: their poor customer service from location outweigh the quality of any food ....Someone clearly got promoted to manager prematurely.... The young girl that came on the phone after sales associate couldnt/wouldnt honor the online price/coupon was EXTREMELY rude (no reasonI was not trying to weasel free food. Absolutely NO customer satisfaction for a goal at this location. ..sad

Always messes up order, pizza always stale. This last time we ordered and hubby waited in the parking lot for the app to say it was ready, went inside and they said it would be awhile cuz they had to remake one pizza. The rest Sat in the warmer for 30 min while he waited. Sure enough by the time he got home all but the one fresh pizza was stale and cold. The fresh one has the cheese and toppings just thrown in and there where huge parts of the pizza that didnt even have toppings. I hate this location. Oh and having lived here about a year and ordered from this spot at least a dozen times. This was the first time their system actually worked with the app.. Such means Ive been missing out on free pizzas.

After ordering 4 pizzas for lunch, the driver was about 30 minutes late, they got the order wrong (did not deliver a pineapple and bacon pizza), the pizzas were not fresh and were not sliced all the way through. They appeared to have been cooked long before the actual delivery. Not very happy with the quality.

So I bought pizza, pasta, a sandwich and wingsThe olny good thing was the wings. the pizza had no tomato sauce, the sandwich looked like some one shook it like a present on Christmas day the pasta was very small portion and burnt.This is not what I expect from dominos. I am disappointed

For many years I have ordered from my Dominos. I have yet to be disappointed. I usually order the thin crust or hand tossed, with the alfredo or the garlic white sauce....that makes for a different pizza...sauce is important. Having the option to have cream based ones improves the richness and unique quality of the crust and toppings.Worth a try next time you order...and dont forget the drivers really do deserve a tip, youd like one if you were the one delivering food and dodging cops! Think of others.

All of the yelp review were so bad, i was almost deterred from ordering from this specific location. I think ppl only relay those bad experiences. I stayed at the Hampton and ordered from the nearby Dominos. My order was correct, exactly how I wanted it, and delivered quickly, in about 20-25 minutes.

I have ordered lunch many times from this store. Their quality lately is going downhill fast. I ordered a sandwich without mushrooms. They put a ton of mushrooms on anyway. I ordered a two-liter of Coca-Cola and its is completely flat - no bubbles whatsoever. I will not be ordering as often in the future, not recommending this store. Ive been repeatedly disappointed and would rather spend my money elsewhere with better service.

we ordered two pizzas for delivery but were unable to make it back to our apartment in time. we called 8 minutes before to arrange something but were placed on hold for 10 minutes and then missed the delivery. for what reason idk. after calling back and speaking with the manager she made an excuse saying the phone failed. then told us that it would be redelivered i waited 45 minutes before calling again to ensure that it was on its way but was told that it was still sitting on the shelf! we could have easily stopped by the store to grab it after the failed delivery but instead we waited on a lie. we needless to say the costumer service is lacking.

Poor customer service and the delivery was over an hour late. We ordered for a go away party at work with strict working lunch hours online the day before the party. The delivery was late and the pizza was cold. So, we called the store back and reported our situation. They told us that we would have free pizzas attached to our number from the order for the next time we order and they were sorry. Well, that didnt happen. The next time we called to order our free pizzas they could not find any of the order history for any phone number that belong to me. Go figure this company blows smoke so you stop complaining then when its time to order again the time has lapsed and your screwed.. Thank GOD Pizza Hut is in the area as well and delivers. Guess who Im ordering from now on... GREAT JOB DOMINOS for keeping your customers.

Im not sure who was cooking the pizzas tonight, but they cooked the best pizzas Ive had in a while. In addition, they also recommended a pineapple-ham pizza which I had in the thin crust version, and it was my favorite out of the three. Im definitely ordering from here again. Too bad Im not sharing, or my roommates would be impressed as well.
