They put more fake butter around the crust then red sauce in the pizza. The dominos owned by this owner always puts close to zero sauce on their pizza and under tops them as well. Next time little Caesars wins again.
The food was AMAZING. I placed my order and picked it up 10 mins later on a Friday night rush. The chicken parm sandwich was so soft breaded and cheesy and the Parmesan bites were hittin! Thanks to whoever made my food! 😍🤤
Dominos with real neat and clean very nice workers real polite and good pizza
Pizza and wings were good and it was ready on time. But they still managed to get one of the pizzas wrong, despite online ordering where specific ingredients are added/removed.

Two stars only for the food during past orders.It tastes like dominoes, I love it.I do not love this location. After waiting 15 minutes at the window, with the guy inside walking by several times and not once even acknowledging someone was there, I finally went inside. At this point it was over an hour since I had placed the order. The employee was completely dismissive, and after telling me "were about to start working on it" smirked like he thought it was funny. He was absolutely childish, and after I asked to just cancel the order (I was on my way homeliterally mocked me as I walked out the door. I was frustrated, obviously, but I was never disrespectful to him and hadnt given any attitude to warrant that reaction. He mentioned he was by himself(two employees showed up right before i went inside), which Im very sympathetic too and would have understood, but he seemed to get a kick out of people having to wait. So until the customer service improves, Im keeping this at 2 stars.
Good food and always fresh. Ive started going to this dominos since Ive moved and they never disappoint. Theyre open late and dont go down in quality. The employees are nice and have great service. They work hard to ensure our order is good and Im sure to thank them everytime. The only problem is trying to get into and out the parking lot haha.
Ordered food that was canceled because the manager Katelyn decided she was too lazy to make the food. Proceeded to call me a racial slur and shut the window in my face.

After paying for my 2 pizza I decided that I wanted my receipt that showed my payment so I informed the gentleman who completed my transaction. At the time he had went back to making another pizza, he came back to the register and printed my receipt and then went back to making another pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. All employees know that they are required to WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER EACH TRANSACTION. Failure to follow proper hand washing practices makes me question if I’m going to order another pizza from this location 500 Pamplico Hwy, Florence. This review should serve as a notice to each employee that we’re watching your actions and share with the public to be aware of the poor hand washing practices at this location. COVID-19 is still here and we want to be assured that every employee is doing what it takes to keep the customers and themselves safe by following proper hand washing practices and all other safety procedures.
Yes, I love to eat! And I love Dominos Pizza. But on this day I ordered the Chicken Habanero Sandwich my Honey ordered the Pasta. I love the Chicken Habanero Sandwich, because it has that sweet spicy taste 😋. Thats my type of food. So go check them out and see 👀 if you like it. And yesssssss they have different varieties. So Ive been going to this Dominos fair frequently for awhile now after never having Dominos before (that I can recall at least), and Ive really enjoyed their pizza. Dominos hits that good middle ground between quality like Marcos and affordability like Lil Caesars. The staff has been nice and understanding as well, which has made it easy for someone with social anxiety, like me, to voice my complaints.Ive had a couple instance of my pizzas not being how I ordered them however, both for the same issue funny enough, and that was lack of sauce, which made the food dry and bland. The first time it happened, I contacted Dominos Twitter and I got a free medium pizza out of it. The second time it happened (which was today), I called the store themselves and explained what was wrong. It turns out they accidently mixed my order up with another customers order, but hey were happy to remake my pizzas correctly this time. I came to the store, picked up my remade pizzas, and left a happy man.So yeah, this place isnt perfect, but what fast food place is? They make delicious pizza, and the staff are cool and laid back. If youre simply polite and patient with the staff, they will help you out. Which is why for the foreseeable future, this Dominos can expect to see more business from me.
This has to be the worse dominos I have ever ordered from. Every time I order it’s a problem. I placed an order on July 9, 2022 they called and said they don’t deliver here after 7pm but that’s not true because I’ve ordered here numerous times after 7. So he said he can cancel or change it to pick up. But I was already charged for delivery. I told him I have to cancel because I can’t drive due to my condition and the fact that I just got out of the hospital after having a baby. He hung up and canceled the order. 0/10 I would not recommend. Horrible customer service and they are lazy never want to deliver but still accepting orders. Im going to file a complaint with the corporate office.
The pizza was great. The only problem was the wait time. My order sat on the shelf longer than it should have. I was sitting inside the facility and they didnt bother to say," hey sir our order is ready. "
Pizza was made wrong. When I called all I got was you can bring it back if you want then got put on hold.
Asked about specials , wasn’t told about 3 topping large for 10 bucks , instead spent 17 on a 1 topping large that could’ve used extra cheese , cause it had less cheese than a 2$ frozen pizza
My delivery person Lucy was perfect she rang my door bell let me know they don’t delivered to my location after 7 PM which I totally understood. She was was so nice and polite that I gave a 20 dollar tip just for her . Good service is hard to come by and the pizza and wings were divine
Received wrong pizzas with right receipt. Ordered dipping sauce x2 never received. Called back and was told to bring the pizzas back to the store. No thanks I just drove there once. Will give you a discount on your next order. Probably won’t be a next. I was making this my pizza place its close to house. Going back to Marcos.
Horrible service!! Avoid...you have now been warned! I ordered pizza for 8 nurses on night shift less then 10 mins away. Order was placed around 11pm at 12:30 delivery driver came and only brought 2 orders of bread sticks. I accepted them and asked about the rest of the order, was told " Im not sure but Ill be right back with it". After an hour, I called the store manager said it would be about an hour or more because there there orders ahead of mine and only 1 driver. At about 2 in the morning, still no food. I asked for a refund and was told he couldnt because he didnt have authority to refund but pizza was on the way. Needless to say it never showed up and cafeteria was then closed. The next day I called manager and was told I would receive my money back that the night shift manager had already refunded it. And also he would replace all food ordered. After 3 days of waiting for my refund to show in my account there was no refund. Had to reach out to corporate and ask for my refund which took an additional 2 days. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. If you order from them pay with cash when they deliver dont put it on your card, you might end up hungry and broke.
I am so baffled at how they thought sending this out to someone was okay…? This is the second time I got my wings like this.
So Im new in town and I ordered a pizza with Fetta cheese and REGULAR MOZZARELLA CHEESE with mushrooms Ive ordered this pizza several times and ive always had both cheese. After calling to complain they thought they had me on hold and some lady was screaming in the background about how I lied here’s pictures to proves theres no mozzarella cheese on my pizza I never write reviews but I wont tolerate disrespect when I didnt do anything wrong. Dont eat here its a mess.
I ordered two orders of crazy bread and a pasta bowl via carryout today. Naomi kindly filled my order. She was by herself in the store, and was so hard working to fill everyones order. The food was hot and delicious, with plenty of cheese, butter, and seasoning! The store was clean and well-run as well. I do not know if Naomi is a manager, but she would make a great one!
Its understandable to be slow because they might be short staffed. But these workers didnt care at all. They changed my order without telling me and gave me something that was cheaper but still charged me for the more expensive item. I didnt even want what they gave me. The bad service is consistent ar this place.
Pizza was promised online for 6:29-6:39pm. Sent my daughter to pick it up. Drive through pick up window was closed. She went ina no they said it was going to be just a bit longer. Pizza was ready at 7:48. According to my daughter there were many people angry and upset and she was too afraid to ask for a refund because of the attitude of the person working. I understand help is an issue, but honesty and integrity are simple fixes.
Order reflected that it was delivered at 8:15pm, but was actually delivered at 8:40pm. I called the store and was on hold for 30mins until the order was delivered (I ended the call as soon as the driver arrivedmins after the reflected time. When I asked the employee about my concern she said it was corp. fault. Save your time and money and order elsewhere or a different location. Ever since this particular location opened, there has always been an issue every time I order. Stay away !!!!
Placed my order at 4:30pm and it’s 5:42 and just got my pizza. The pizza was delicious but they took forever and the driver didn’t call/text.
I ordered a large cheese pizza for carry out. When I entered I could feel the disorganization . With proper customer service training for the walk-in business this place could turn their ratings around in no time…so after waiting ten minutes just to get acknowledged granted there were like 6 people all waiting for the carry out orders …I paid and got my pizza and it was pretty freaking amazing !!! I was patient and waited for my pizza amid the staff working like crazy on deliveries and not focusing on walk in business…I’m glad I waited and got my pizza 😁
One of the worst experience ever to make a storu short. Ordered and paid for a pizza 3hours later no pizza because driver couls not find address but never called contact number. Was asked by general manager did i want to come pick up the 3hr old cold pizza. Manager stated I need to put myself in their shoes and hung up in my facr. Never go to them short syaffed or not.
I have used then for many yrs, but thats about to change. I normally spend 50 to 100 bucks each time we order and I always tip atleast 15%. But lately we have not been happy. Last night was a $90 order that we were not happy with at all. The food wasnt even warm, got a Italian sandwich which was supposed to have banana peppers but was full of jalapeños. I have over reactive taste buds so I wasnt able to eat it. Order was supposed to take 35 mins and ended up being 1 hr 35mins. I tried to call only to be ignored. Call next day and left a message with someone only to never have anyone call me bk. Papa Johns here we come
My experience with my Dominos delivery was on time with a very nice driver, Susan. If theyre still doing the scoring of 1-5, I would give her a 5⭐. She was very nice, respectful and on time.
Absolutely the worst experience ordering pizza. Manager telling employees to not answer the phone. Employees telling customers pizza is coming out. It wasnt even on the prep table yet. Literally was told by manager oh well she lied!! No gloves while preparing the food. Not a single employee wearing a mask. They refused to give me a phone number to corporate. Awesome Franchise owner!!! Not!!
The delivery tracker for Dominos malfunctions do not trust the arrival time it tells you.And if you ask most of the drivers will call you to tell you they are on their way.Also to elaborate on this sometimes we only have one driver thats working South 301 to North 301 so imagine instead of two orders nine orders in their car we go by distance priority time or if we have timed orders.
I placed my order on the app upon arriving at the window and paid for my pizza. I was informed by the gentleman to pull around and park in the front, and he would deliver the boxes to my car. After some time had passed, I checked my app and the order was ready. (Okay - I can deal with some wait timeBUT, after walking inside to ask for my order and explaining I paid in the drive thru and that I was told it would be delivered to the car, the cashier turns to the gentleman and asks "are you telling people youll walk their food to the car?"..... The man and another gentleman beside him laughed. 😠Well that sent me to the moon!!Its after 6pm, Ive worked all day and Im tired, my time is valuable, and you have the audacity to laugh!??? I asked how long had the pizza been sitting, but the young lady didnt know. Yall disappointed me enough to come rant on a review. The miscommunication could have been looked over BUT the reaction and response of the staff obviously upset me enough to write a review which again, is more time wasted.
2 weeks in a row ordered pizza $80 plus for sons friends and 2 he wait first time and watched them come down drive and turn around and left tried calling for hour finally wife got through and the gentleman was a smart mouth and did he would redeliver in an hour simple question will it be recooked b/c or the time I dont eat 3 hr old pizza and now tonight 08/27 places order 1 hr later they call and said no more deliveries tonight. Dont do delivery, the tracker means nothing and theres a 70% chance itll come AT LEAST 40 mins AFTER it says delivered. When I try to call this store to check in make sure nothing is wrong they pick up and then immediately hang up or they pick up and put the phone on the counter. I only live 10 minutes away, I wouldnt even mind a delay but theyre so rude as to literally ignore calls in general. This happens anytime i order from here, I try to wait a few months between and hope maybe theres been some kind of change but nope same experience everytime.
Ordered a pizza through the app and literally I am not kidding it arrived almost 5 hours later after I done went and bought food elsewhere! I tried calling and calling and waiting to see what the issue was but not one time did anyone pick the phone up so I could speak with someone! The worst part was it said my pizza had been delivered hours ago lol on my app tracker . I did tip the driver but I refused that old pizza he tried to give me because we ate already and I think I know what happened on the drivers part but its done now and I wont order from there anymore atleast not delivery.
If I could give a score lower I would, I have order from this location several times, each time it take way over the recommended time. Calling them is pointless because they leave you on hold for several minutes knowing that they are not that busy, first few times I wasnt mad, but what is the point on paying the 5 dollar delivery price just to go to the store and ask why your order was completed and has taken 2 hours to get to you.
Absolutely garbage for delivery. Ordered at 7:18pm and as of now (9:00I still have yet to receive my food. The tracker says it was delivered 20min ago (at the same time I was texted that the delivery driver was otw, so you know whoever is in charge of the tracker updates is being disingenuous).I confirmed the location on the tracker (both address and the actual tracker mapwas the place I intended for it to be sent to so its not a wrong address issue. Additionally I tried to call the store, but 11min in and Im still on hold. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE
I had the same problems most people have on here. I ordered from the app, I got a notification saying that my pizza was delivered, it was not. We call the store and twice we were hung up on. Pizza came over an hour after app said it was delivered. On the positive side, our driver was very nice and the food was great.
I placed an order at 8:30pm which was scheduled to arrive in 50-60 minutes. By 10:30pm, still no sign of the order, so I called the store, which predictably didnt answer. The app alerted me that my order had been delivered at 10:40pm, which was news to me. My order finally arrived at 10:50pm, 2 hours and 20 minutes after it had been placed. The pizza was cold, the Sprite was warm, and two sauces were missing. Steer clear.
I placed an order for delivery to be told over an hour after placing it that delivery to my area couldn’t be done this late. This particular location is 10 minutes from me, give or take with traffic. Driving isn’t an issue but how the process was handled bothers me. Why does it take close to an hour & a half to realize you can’t deliver to me?? Also, the representative from the store called with no introduction whatsoever asking if I placed an order for delivery. Very disappointed with this location. THEN the order was “lost” upon arriving at the location but found. So many questions but I’m just glad this process is over.
Dont use this Dominos if youre going to have it delivered. When I made the order,they said it would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and 45 minutes later they said. It would be 1 to 2 hrs. 2hrs later Im still waiting. Worst service ever. 2 1/2hrs later they showed up with someone else order. I called them back on hold for 30mins then they tell me they cancelled the order. But I paid with my card. This place is a rip off!!!!!.
This is the 3rd time in a row I have had a bad experience with this Dominos location. The first time my pizza never showed up at all. The second time it was almost an hour late. Now this time the pizza was baked and marked as in quality check and then I received a phone call from them stating they were low on drivers and it was going to be 3 hours before my pizza would be delivered. Obviously I cancelled the order. This store sucks!!!
Waited 40 minutes after ordering online and still got no pizza because they gave my order to someone else. Got a refund and went elsewhere, which is exactly what you want to deal with after working all day. I believe the employees wouldnt have been bad if not for the fact that there only 2 of them working at the busiest part of the day and they were stretched too thin.
Placed an order lastnight didnt get the order because they said that they dont deliver when it gets dark but I ordered the pizza way before it got dark. Didnt recieve a call or a text about the order until I called them about the order. Also they canceled my order right after I placed it. But when I checked again on my recent orders it was not cancel I guess they ate the pizza because now im out of a free pizza that I also placed with my order to redeem i will never eat nor order from this one ever again. Come on florence sc we got to do better.
This is not a regular Dominos place. I am the only one in the town kind of behaviour.. See all recent reviews almost all are less than 3 star. Each time same style ordered pizza is different in cooking and fillings. I see them over busy but some one should be very quick in addressing a counter customer. At least let him/her know that someone is going to help. Looks like they are only working for the sake of working. No manager kind of situation here. Sooner or later this behavior will impact business negatively.
The staff is rude and nasty. I ordered a pizza on line and I arrived about 10 minutes past the time my text from them said it was ready. When I asked if they could check on my pizza, the rude tattooed lady said, we want be rushed! Thats the way to talk to your customers. I got into a confrontation with her and the manager stood by and did nothing. I hope that nasty attitude and poor customer service will lose them enough business that they will have to close.
Usually is good with decent delivery time. Tonight it took and hour and forty five minutes to get a cold overcooked pizza. Called and sat on hold for 30 minutes, with no answer. I will never order from this location ever again. I could have got a frozen pizza for 1/4 of the price and it would have tasted better.
I waited an hour and twenty minutes for this pizza, you think they could have done better than this. This is supposed to be a Deluxe pizza, but its far from it. Theres hardly any toppings on it! I asked for it to be well done, and it was limp and soggy. I watched the tracker, and it showed the pizza as being already delivered, I waited about 15 minutes (past an hour). I called and talked to the manager, he took the delivery charge off the total...Gee thanks dude.
Dont get me wrong I love Dominos but this location for some reason is no good. Ordered my usual pasta bowl and that was no success they gave me hardly anything sent for a replacement and they forgot the Alfredo sauce. Im just done with this location never again
