Domino's Pizza in Bristol

Not as good as Lee highway. But, still good

I have run a business right by the Domino’s on State St in Bristol for 34 years and have done so much business with them. We’ve even worked with many of their drivers on deals with tires in exchange for food. I will never again go there or send business there after tonight. Doug, the night time manager is so rude and has no business being a manager and dealing with customers. I will be calling corporate on him. The pizza was made horribly and they didn’t deliver when they said. Manager told me to call someone who cared and hung up on me. Word of mouth goes a long way.

They have no common sense I live in a apartment building the front door to the hallway for the other apartments was locked so they had to redeliver it and still never delivered as to because they thought walking walking through the front door they was walking into apartment when I told them that it wasnt, spoke to a women twice that lied to me both times

This is a dominos...you know what youre getting going in...sometimes theyre short staffed...sometimes not...when theyre staffed, its pretty good...when not, delivery times are way out of whack...the app wont let you know...i guess the app assumes theyre staffed...HOWEVER...the management and/or app will usually make up for "letting you down" with free product on the next order...and anytime an order was for real incorrect, staffed or not, management would correct it...👍

Always great people working they know me by name its 1 of my favorite places to get pizza

I go in there to pick up my pizza and the guy is super rude and then doesn’t even give me the right pizza. When we go to call back up there we call 3 times and do not even get an answer. When we get there they take the pizza that had already been to my house and put it back on the shelf to give to correct customer.

The pizzas were delicious. This was the first time we have used this Dominos Pizza but we have been going to Dominos because we think they make the Best Tasting Pizzas.

Called and no one would answer. Had my friend call because I was getting annoyed. They finally answered put her on hold. After waiting for 5mins on hold the call was disconnected. We tried to call back to no answer. I guess they dont want business. Decided not to waste our lunch break, and took our business elsewhere.

2 hours for a pizza and 2 salads comes to us cold and they do nothing...$40 for a cold terrible pizza and 2 salads that took 2 hours to get....

Love the pan pizza! My orders have all been delivered quickly and the food is hot and fresh.TIP YOUR DRIVER! They are paid like servers and depend on tips for their paycheck!

Delivered to us at the Sugar Hollow campground just like we were home. Roger is a great outgoing friendly guy. We had one hiccup out of one in 6 orders and nothing major. Great Extravaganza pizza

So They messed up my order from June 23rd. The crust wasn’t cooked throughly and we couldn’t eat a doughy pizza. I was suppose to get a credit and when I was going to place a order tonight I realized that the “credit” that was supposed to be on my account never got put on. So I called the store and because it wasn’t noted on my account the assistant gm refused to remake a $7.99 pizza….. I order from this location ALL THE TIME.. you can clearly see my history…. But this customer service is ridiculous. Call back when the other manager is on duty. I’m not going to waste my time fighting but I will switch to papa johns which is the same distance from my house

I was having trouble with ordering online so I called the store .Douglas answered and I asked him what time they closed and told him about the website that showed you couldnt order delivery for that day..He said he would ask somebody and put me on hold..After approx 10 mins somebody else picked up and said please hold and before I could say one word ,was on hold again ..After another 7 or 8 mins somebody picked up and said same thing and put me on hold again..Then approx 4 mins later the manager picked up and I was explaining to him the issue and I wanted to order a pizza..Well ,I was put on hold again for 2 mins then was hung up on.So my gf called back using her phone.After 3 attempt on ordering a pizza Douglas answered again and my gf asked him we was put on hold for a long time and a hung up on ..Douglas said wevwasnt on hold as long as she said ..She asked him if he could hold on while she asked me what kind of pizza I wanted,he then said to her ,I will not deliver a pizza to you and to have a nice day then hung up on her.

Pizza was excellent! So glad that they honor national promotions on TV. Unlike pizza hut in the tri cities 🙂 highly recommend to eat here!

Been trying to call for over an hour to get my order straightened out because my brownies were left out. I have been put on hold 5 times and then hung up on after being on hold for over 10 min two of those times. Everytime they answer I get put on hold and then hung up on if they ever get back to the phone. This is very unprofessional for a business. Its a good thing Im not an elderly person trying to place an order! This is not the first time they have left something out of my order. If I could give zero stars I would.

They had great customer service and even though it was a busy day but still exceptionally fast on getting me my order

I couldnt get them to answer the phone to place an order and I called several times. When I got there I couldnt see any workers and had to yell for someone to help me. The food was good but their service needs big improvement

Very well on quality and service considering how often they are under staffed. The last few months have been much better than the last 2 years.

Always on time and easy online ordering! The food is always good and right! We had ONE mishap which was corrected without me even having to say anything! We got someones dessert when it was supposed to be our wings but we said oh well and not 30 mins later I get a knock on the door it was the driver bringing me my wings!!! Also mind u my family and I eat from this dominos at least 4 times a month sometimes more just depends! My 7year old son wont eat cheese stx from anywhere else now lol!! Good job guys keep at it!! And my 2 eats anything lol 😂

The best Dominos in the Tri-Cities, this location makes the best pizza. I go out of my way to use this location although its not the one closest to me. Keep up the good work.

I waited an hour and a half before having to go get the pizza myself when the wait was 45 minutes. I tried to call three times with no answer. The pizza ended up being cold and burnt when I got there. They gave me a full refund, but still I’m not very impressed if I’m honest.

Not the best , needs better parking and ability to pull in and out with more ease for both customers and workers , pizza was cold

Like the folks working there very nice had my order ready pretty quick actually for pick up there delivery isnt too hateful either give em a try there breads are awesome!!! There sandwiches are pretty bare though they could put more meat on them it was kinda like eating French bread pizza or something of the sort

Dominos manager is rude and not professional. One time the delivery person put my order at my neighbors all the way in back and they stole it. I called and told him issue he acted like I was liar and said he doesnt give free pizza away! I paid for mine and it was the last 20 dollars for me and my kids to eat on. I continue to call back but he deliberately avoided my phone call I had to go down there and he still acted like I was the worst person for just getting my order that I paid for. Where is the customer protection or satisfaction! He was aweful and I wont go back

They don’t pay attention to the orders, I ask so many times to please read and make the order as I want it but they keep putting just anything but what I want. I ask for a carbonara pasta without onion, and they forgot to put the mushrooms as well, order a bread without jalapeños, and it did come with it. And they ALWAYS forget to put my sides. Always get my wings and twisted breads without the sauces.

Man this store always has our pizza right on point and everyone’s always been friendly. We order from here at least a few times a month. My fave pizza joint by far.

I have never had a problem at all in all the years I have eating from this dominos on the va and tn stateline in bristol. They make perfect food and give great service. All places of business could use this place as a model. I do not know whom the manager(sis or how long they have been there, but the past 5-7 years..... this place is 99.9999999% perfect (.0000001% is calculated for quantum anomalies.

Umm they waited til last minute to tell us we wasn’t in the re radius. So when we picked up our food the pizza was cold. I ordered a ranch cup no ranch. There was only one lava cake in the box. No icing with the cinnamon twists. We was supposed to have a pepperoni and banana peppers on our pizza only got banana peppers.

Unable to get the website to cooperate when trying to order the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 each. Would not allow me to get past the crust choice. So I call Pizza Hut on West State Street in Bristol Tn and the man who answered said “Well I can’t do anything about the the website not working, you just have to order over the phone.” I said, “ That’s what I wanted to ask. Can I order the 2 for $5.99 over the phone since the website freezes up at the crust?” He said, “No”. I told him Thankyou and hung up. I will never spend my money there again.

Absolutely Horrible! We order from this location at work quite a bit because its cheap, and they deliver. We have had issues with the order not being correct several times in the past, but tonight made me decide that I absolutely will not order from them again. I placed an order for delivery around 10:30 pm for myself and another coworker, and they said roughly 45 minutes. Ok, thats about average. After a little over an hour I called, and they assured me the address was correct, and the order would be out shortly. I understand how busy pizza places can get on a Friday night, and was very understanding. Another hour goes by, still no food, so I call again. This time they assured me that it was actually in route and should be arriving soon... 2am, still no pizza, so I call a third time. This time they stated they were closed when answering the phone. I advised that I had placed an order for delivery 3 1/2 hours ago that has still not arrived. With a very smug attitude, the guy stated that the order was never placed (even though they assured me twice at this point that it was on its way). Now its too late to call anywhere else, so I guess no dinner for us. And "oh well" seemed to be the general consensus from Dominos! All I know is that they have lost my business as well as some of my coworkers for life! Their pizza kinda sucks anyway, we just got it because its cheap!

Great place just ordered 5 items for dinner and everything was perfect. Love this place eat it multiple times a month. There always extremely busy but somehow still manages to be fast friendly while keeping quality of the food high

At 7:08 the app said our carry out order was done. We sat there until 7:58, when I asked for a refund so we could leave. The gent I spoke to said he wasnt sure he could give a refund, so I asked to speak to a manager. He said he WAS the manager! I got our money back and went to another restaurant. I will never make the mistake of going there again

Pizzas were really good. They were ready when I arrived. Hard to beat the $7.99 3 topping large deal. Crust was extra good this time. Definitely a great deal when you need to feed a crowd.

Placed my order 30 mins before pick up and upon arriving I was told order didnt go through. They didnt call back or attempt from my history to get in touch about reordering. I place order again and waited 20 mins they messed up my order by giving me jalapeno and ham cheesy bread I cant have meat. When I tried only telling them its wrong after arriving home, I was told I have to come back at 930pm to show them and that a picture wont do. So here it is. Good food but dont be so sure they have your order right. Customer service is okay it can definitely improve.

The pizza was ok. Except it was cold, because I couldnt get anyone to bring it to me. I got there right after my phone said they were done with it. Hit the "Im here" button like they asked me to, and turned on my hazard lights like they asked. And waited. Everyone left that were getting pizzas from inside. Another car came and turned on their blinkers too. Delivery drivers came out and some came back. After about 12 minutes I called and was told that "if it was ready they would bring it out." Later, as the lady approached my car she pulled her mask down over her chin, and said "she I hate those things" and handed me my pizza. Im sitting in the car at night with my hazard lights on, and my mask on. She couldnt see any of that. I asked for contactless for a reason. She didnt care. Yes my pizza was cold. I left an email and a message in the comments of the survey. No response from anyone. So company doesnt care either. Just spend a couple of extra bucks and get Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. Maybe they care more for their customers.

This Dominos location has got it going on!!! In the 4 yrs. I have been ordering from this location, never have they messed up an order, taken too long, or delivered subpar product. Employees are very nice as well. I really like this Dominos and I NEVER order pizza from anywhere else! Thank you Dominos for 4 yrs of wonderful service, and timely delivery!

Ive never had a bad experience from Dominos before until today. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bread sticks and boneless chicken I opened the bread stick box because it was leaking with the oil and grease wasnt cooked all the way it was very soggy the pizza was filled with oil and grease aswell and soggy the only thing properly cooked was the chicken. I had to wash my hands multiple times to clean up the mess. Im sorry for this review but Im highly dissatisfied. Im not sure if I will order again.

Out of all the Dominos in Bristol VA or TN this is definitely the best crew and service has always been very nice every time Ive gone on this one. I live on the VA side but drive the 15 mins to go here due to the lack of customer service at my local one. Thank you everyone who works here for always being spot on polite and courteous.

I don’t even know what to say about Domino’s. I can’t describe the food because they can never seem to get an order delivered to me (2 orders, 1 delivered to someone else, 1 just lost in whatever black hole seems to exist there). So I try carry out, because everyone seems to love their pizza and I really want to know if it’s that good, and they forget my order TWICE. Once I called it in and showed up to get it and they said they didn’t have it...so I try one last shot, and walk in to place my order. They never start it and my kids and I are just waiting and waiting. I will stick with literally any of the other 15 pizza places who consistently give us our orders. Things can happen, I get it. This is a trend at this point. I’ve tried talking to corporate, and never a word back. So now they get a public post! Some of the staff there is nice, which is why I won’t complain about giving one star, but nice isn’t enough for me to ever want to try them again. Side note: I had a work colleague get lunch from another Dominos in our area (still Bristolbecause she had a coupon card. I told her I would pick it up on my way back in...and guess what? Not even started! Thirty minutes after it was called in. It’s comical and sad.

We ordered online & I was impressed the delivery time was around 30 minutes. The driver was there within the time indicated & the food was safely delivered. The pizza & chicken were hot & delicious. Unfortunately, the wrong salad was sent. We will definitely order from this location again - even with the mistake on the salad.

Normally It would be a 5 star. I wouldnt even give 1 if it wasnt for the good actually being good as normal but, I usually love this store but I ordered food to be delivered online the same as always...3hrs later no food. I call the address was wrong but I order so much pizza that I get free pizzas all the time. They pull up the information and see the problem and reorder my food to be made over a hr later my food finally arrived. The delivery driver was very pleasant but the store McAfee me still pay the entire 50$ order. I am so appalled at the actions when even called and just asked for maybe even a discount on the next order. I ordered to get my free pizza but this will be the last time. I hate to say this because I havent ordered pizza from another establishment in 3yrs. Bristol TN State Street Store Jason was active manager that evening.

Just had the best experience! I had an order for carry out tonight. My order was prepared prompt and was delicious but the best part about my experience was hands down the workers. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and they promptly asked me if I had a carry out order. We exchanged a short conversation. They asked if I needed any additional sauces plus checked to see if they put them in there the first time. They were friendly as I was leaving. I got to my car and one of the workers ran out to my car because I left my liter of coke. They reviewed my order and I had totally forgot! They were super sweet, friendly, prompt, and a prime example of what customer service should be. I am a local and I will be back.

I was unfortunately that starving person ordering one minute before close. It told me on the tracker that the manager, Kristy, was making my order. I’m usually super critical, but she aced my order. Thank you, Kristy!

Dominoes has really stepped up their game in past few years. Pizzas are delicious and the service I have received has been exemplary! Every delivery driver over the past 3 years has been courteous and friendly. And on the rare occasion where Ive picked up the pizzas myself, the restaurant on state street in Bristol, TN the service has also been quick and friendly. No complaints here! Excellent job to the crew. Thank you for making my pizza nights great:)
