Domino's Pizza in Memphis

I placed an order for delivery and they take 2 hours to make it and I have to go to pick up because if not they go to take 30 more minutes bad experience. Never again.

If it was possable, I would leave a 0 star reveiw. We ordered a medium sasage pizza to our hotel and there was no sauce or cheese or sausage on 4 slices of pizza, which is basically half the pizza and it was way over priced. We paid 22 dollors for 4 tiny slices of pizza and four bread bubbles.

Surprise surprise. A Domino’s with a dine in area. If you like your pizza right out of the oven and don’t mind the spartan atmosphere or lack of table service its a great place to sit for a bit and have a pizza that’s more enjoyable than usual. It was a great choice for visiting the Edge Motor Museum today.

Worst service of 2022!!! When I called at 8:54, the pizza had already went through a quality check at 8:30. I waited for someone for 15 minutes and she said they had 1 driver and there was a delay. I said ok…. Well it’s been sitting so whenever the driver heads out I want a hot fresh pizza. Markeva agreed and I asked for the name of the manager and she said Jaylon. I called an hour later and they still had me waiting so finally I called at 10:20 and asked for a refund. Markeva told me to wait 3-5 business days. I refused the offer and asked for a manager and that’s when the real games began…. I never got a manager and Domino’s took my hard earned coins😭🤦🏽‍♀️I’m only giving them a 1 star to post this review Google should just allow us to give the circle with the line through it as a rate🚫 I

Awful. Pan pizza doughy. 2nd pizza burnt with no apology. Union location by Sun Studio need new Management.

This place has progressively gotten worse and worse.I thought Id give them one more try.Thin cheese pizza and a cheesy bread. Made sure to check pay at the store for carryout.What I got:1. Regular hard as a rock overproofed pizza with 12 pepperoni on it.2. Another pizza that wasnt even mine, because it belonged to a different person.3. Cheesy bread that was bubbled on one side and totally flat on the other and burnt.When I told them it was wrong. They just stared like zombies. A Thursday night with only 6 orders on their screen, and a manager who was on her personal phone the entire time making the food. They actually seemed offended that I said anything at all and gave me nothing but attitude. I just walked out.Not only can they not make good food, but they cant even read a ticket or put it in the right box, or even comprehend why this was an issue, and tried to give me someone elses food.This is way past not caring. This is subpar smooth brain stuff right here.Never go here. I would be surprised if these people even knew how to dress themselves in the morning.

Half pepperoni and banana peppersHalf BBQ chicken and onions.This is what I get.Its a mess, clearly slapped together and not even accurate.Another pizza was regular dough, but was way over proofed and was tough like cardboard.They were blasting music REALLY loud, and some gross woman with really long nails was touching everything.Got a refund.This place used to be awesome.

Nice enough, food was hot & ready and the employees were very sweet and helpful.

Ordered online for delivery. Before closing everything went through and my order was processed. After over an hour I called to check on the eta. I was on hold then spoke with a gentleman who confirmed my order and put me on hold 5 minutes later a lady picks up the phone and yells we are closed and hung up on me. What a terrible store. I always try to support being so close to me. But time and time again does this place fall short.. Scratch that, flat out garbage. 10 years of service from this location more bad then good.

Ordered from here well before midnight and the store closes at 1 am. They charged our card and never delivered the pizza. This is the second time this has happened. They wouldn’t answer any of our calls.

Ordered a pizza, never showed up. Tried to call back, staff never answered with multiple calls. Maybe a bad night.

I have tried and tried to be patient with this store. The fact is, they (apparentlyhave just one driver, and he cannot be everywhere at once. It doesn’t help that when you call the worker is less than truthful. Used to be, a late delivery was an anomaly. Now it is the norm. I literally have three free pizzas available to redeem because this store is so bad, yet l will likely never get them because they still must be delivered by this store. And that’s just too much to ask. Avoid if you can. Manage expectations if you can’t. What a mess.

DO NOT order from this location!!!! I placed an order online at 11:29pm and after waiting two hours I gave up any hope of enjoying the pepperoni pizza I ordered. My bank card was charged erroneously.

Have had multiple times app orders were not done. Tonight ordered at 11pm called at 12 to check on order and was told it was done waiting to be delivered. Called back at 12 50 and was told it was never made and the employees walked out and I would not get my order. Cant make this stuff up.

I went in for an interview and it was quiet, clean and the workers were on point. No frowning faces and a good working family. I wanted to work here but got sick. Overall this is an awesome place to get you some great pasta bowls!!! And please by all means try the habanero wings with garlic parmesan on it as well...not too much though but just enough. TRUST ME...YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! Im a great food critic so listen when I tell ya to try these items😂😂

Order pizza never received it. Called twice to locate my order never got through. Very Disappointed. I was hungry. Guess I wont order from my next visit to Memphis.

The Worst place ever!!! They lie about when your pizza is ready, lie that delivery has taken place and then when you go to get it they lie and say its out for delivery. The manager, Marilyn is horrible, rude and callous. Be warned do not order from this Dominos on Union Avenue, you will be sorry.

Horrible service everytime I order they cancel my order after 1hour and have you on hold for almost 30mins and hang up this has happened at least 3xs

worst dominos ive ever had. It actual caused me to not buy Dominos anymore.*just tried to order again in Feb 2022...said my order was ready and I could come pick it up. Ordered online and paid for delivery. Said they didnt have any deliver drivers but 1 and 1 was on the way. Asked if my pizza was going to be cold because it said it had been quality checked an hour ago...she says "we havent made it yet." Like what you just told me it was ready and I could come pick it up...now it hasnt been made yet smh...ask for refund she says okay...check my dominos online still says order is valid...have to call back 10mins to be like you all aint cancel my order and are trying to steal my money or what? Finally order gets canceled. Cant even order from another dominos cause they all say I gotta order from this one dominos thats terrible. I tried again and looks like dominos is a no go. Youd prolly be wise to do the same if its this one.

I Was Very Surprised With Dominos Food. It Was Very Fresh Hot And Delicious. I Havent Order Dominos For About Ten Years. Because Of Bad Experiences With The Food Not Being Fresh Or Completely Right. But Today Was Awesome Hot And Fresh!! Also On Top Of That I Had Order A Couple Of Things And All Was Really Really Fresh...And Not To Forget About The Great Workers (Tremayne & RakeshFantastic And Outstanding Job Guys!!! Thanks!!

I never will attend this location again! Couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the femalecashier and female cook fight inside the store with customers there and the male cooks didnt even attempt to intervene.......if it was a star lower than a one, I would have left that...And they got my order wrong after a 45 min wait

So, I found out that I was working late since someone had called in sick (now working until almost midnight on Saturday two days ago). No problem, just order a pizza... right???Wrong! I called this particular Dominos At 686 Union in Memphis (which was 3/4 mile awayand ordered a pepperoni thick crust pizza ($9and a 20 oz. pop. Now, the order (including delivery fee, tax, and a way overpriced drinkis almost $20.She tells me it will be almost 1 hour. So, a number of times the driver called me (on a fully paid orderto see if I still wanted it. He is driving around bouncing my food. Called the store at 1 1/2 and 2 hour points and they kept telling me that the order was already filled.The driver does finally decide that I really do want the food - it took almost 2 1/4 hours (to go 3/4 mile). It is a thin crust (not thickcold pizza and Its all curled up in the box (like it was made last week).Called to complain and the manager said they have labor issues - this is what you can reasonably expect from now on. Notified corporate and they issued a form expecting 10 pages of very personal info to file a claim. Called their corporate complaint line and after 1 hour I was still 67th in line for a live rep.These people were turned in for fraud.

The online delivery is a total sham!!! I was told that my delivery would arrive 22 minutes after I place my order. Ive placed my order and its an hour. I call the store from where my delivery is supposed to come from and was told it would be two hours and that the online delivery app doesnt give the correct time. The store apparently only had one driver!!!! REALLY???

Would do zero. Worst experience ever. 3 hours for 1 pizza. Cold. Poor customer service. Will never order from this brand again. I could have made own in about of time. And better quality. Food was disappointing disastrous, made s!@&.

My order was and hour late and once it did arrive they forgot my wings. The delivery driver brought the wings back 15 mins later and this is how they slop then in the box. They just dont care anymore presentation is everything. I will not recommend at all, I wish I could give it 0 stars.

They were quick, I picked it up, but they didnt make a great pizza. The brownie Is square now and smaller, it was not marbled at all just a couple splashes of lighter color on top.

Ordered Pacific Veggie pizza and received pizza with meat pieces.The order stated that it will be delivered at 2:25 pm but was delivered at 6:30 pm.Repeated calls to the store did not solve the issue: when I report the issue to whoever answered the call, they would say only Manager can resolve it. When I asked them to connect me to the store Manager, even after waiting for 45 minutes on the call, no one received the call.When I called again the person who answered the call, upon learning the issue kept my call aside, and I still waited another 30 minutes for someone to respond.This is not the first time that such issue happened! This is a repeat issue within 6 months.If you want your business to be supported during such tough times (pandemic), you too should bother to care about the customer! You are not serving pizza for free! What kind of service and attitude is it?I am sick of such services!!!

Obviously, they honor the deals that corporate Domino’s puts on, and there’s some good ones.Sadly, if you order delivery, you can bet that it’s gonna be hanging out in “quality control” for 30+ min. Sometimes over an hour. We’ve been lucky enough to cross the “90min of quality control” barrier, a very rare feat indeed. If a customer can track the stage of preparation and delivery in real-time… then just leave the order undone until there’s a chance that a driver will be able to bring it. I’d rather at least get fresh food after an hour than wait that long and get stuff that’s been hanging out for an hour.

I am disabled. They said they would bring it to the car when ready. 1/2 hour later I went back in, it was sitting on the self. I asked if it was hot still. She said yes, it was barely warm.

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. I have ordered from this Dominos location on a weekly basis for years prior to this incident and would have loved to have continued to order from this location, but their negligence has gotten out of control. My order was a medium pan pizza, toppings: Cheese, sausage, beef. I recieved a medium hand tossed pizza, majority of the cheese stuck to the lid and sides of box, and whatever meats they gave added in the cheesy goo on the sides. I called to ask for a new pizza to be delivered and was met with nothing but contempt and annoyance by the manager Brandon who i was transferred to. He made multiple claims that I was the one who made the mistake, but my receipt clearly indicates otherwise. I wasnt trying to argue right or wrong, I wasnt even mad. I just wanted the pizza that I ordered and paid for. The manager Brandon just wanted to argue on the phone and avoid any blame. After the tone of his voice and the way he spoke to me, I would NEVER trust a pizza that comes from this place ever again. I dont care if its free, I 100% feel that I would "mysteriously" end up sick due to animosity in Brandons tone over a simple mistake. I hate this happened, but I guess I will find a new pizza place.

Long story short, i received my order and it was wrong. I called the store and the manager Brandon pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. I really just wanted a refund or a new pizza. I have had many problems out of this specific dominoes before but they have NEVER refused to help me.

I ordered this pizza right in front of the restaurant, as I was in a rush. It didnt even take 15 minutes for it to get done, it was done and like 10 minutes max! The pizza was good slightly overcooked, but still good! The employees in the restaurant were very nice, and the restaurant was clean. It isnt an eat-in restaurant so theres no place to sit or any place that I could judge but there is a waiting area and it was clean. All in all, it was a nice visit, a quick visit nonetheless.

I work at a Hotel Near this location and me and my coworker ordered garlic bread and cheese bread... our food was extremely hard and DRY!!!!!! I called and spoke to Mr. Brandon and he told me that we would have to return our food in order to get new food made! First off were in a pandemic that doesnt even seen sanitary secondly , if I told you I threw the food away in a big trash can and only had a few I got off the top of the trash what makes you think Im about to dig in the trash for the rest. I told him that I tried the food from there before and it was amazing but he went in to tell me that he didnt think anything was wrong with my food and thought we just wanted to get something free and not return the items! He didnt empathize nor did he seem to really care !!!! The food WAS HARD DRY AND NOT THE QUALITY WE ARE USE TO GETTING .

My daughter eats a LOT of Dominos Pizza and we use the large 3 topping carry out special to save extra money. I dont like that the online app refuses to let me order online because it wont recognize my address but thats not the local employees fault, its corporates. Sometimes I have to tell the employees to add the carryout discount when I order online but they always correct it for me. Ive never had an issue with our local store.

Literally waited over an hour after my order was “being checked for perfection”. When i called they said i could come pick it up myself but wouldn’t wave the delivery charge i already paid. This has happened several times now.

Please do not order from this Dominos.Im sorry to the employees, youre swamped and trying your best. But there are clearly not enough drivers, poor management, and severe inconsistencies in quality and delivery time that explain this one star review.Sometimes, delivery is fast and secure. Food is average.Other times, like right now, food is incredibly low quality.In the last 3 months, Ive ordered from Dominos 3 times. Each time has had the same issues: undercooked dough, limited ingredients, and long delivery times.Right now, Im waiting on a replacement for an order that arrived sloshed in the box. Both pizzas arrived undercooked and cold. On one pizza, there was no crust. Entire sections of the pizza attached to the box on the top and bottom of the pizza. The expected delivery time for a replacement products is 90 minutes.By undercooked I mean the there is raw dough in the pizza.The proportion to toppings and dough? Also very out of balance. Extra cheese means more than normal amount of cheese. That is not the case at this Dominos. Normal amount of meat or meatless toppings means a normal amount of toppings, not half toppings.I hate that Im leaving this review, but I hope my bad experience prevents you from a similar one. 8 times out of 10, your order will be undercooked, delayed, or incorrect. Its not worth taking that risk. Do not waste your money and time.Id order from a different Dominos, this is the only one that delivers to my address. from now on, Ill be ordering from a competitor.Update: After about an hour, my replacement pizzas arrived. Both were worse than the first pizzas. Just the biggest bummer. I hope Pizza Hut is better.

This place is a joke. Ordered pizza at 6:30 and it’s now almost 10. It says Maggie has been quality checking my order since 7:30. Also they won’t even answer the phone. If you live in Harbor Town like myself do yourself a favor and order from Tugs unless you like getting robbed.

I have ordered over 7 times in the past 2 months. My orders have been wrong every time. Late twice. Wrong crust that I’ve paid for 5 times. Don’t order from this location. Manager don’t care. My order today was two hours late, cold, and wrong. My order yesterday was wrong. I can’t call enough number and email enough people to make up for my experience I’ve had with this location. Never ordering from ANY DOMINOS AGAIN.

I ordered my food at 10:30 pm and received a phone call at 1:45 am saying that they want be able to cook my pizza. I called couldn’t get anyone on the phone.... My questions is when did you realize that and why did you wait 3 hrs later to tell me? Dominoes you suck

My pizzas arrived hot and drink surprislingly ice cold. Everything delivered as ordered and arrived on time. Pizza delivery driver waited to assure I got my contactless order prior to driving off. Excellent!

So I just started getting their flat bread pizza and I was a little sceptical at first cause I dont usually get flat bread, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was so crispy (which I love with my pizzaand its apart of the make-your-own-pizza options so ya cant go wrong. The flat bread also takes away some of the guilt cause its less bread and it takes much less time to bake! Happy Eating!

I will NEVER order from this location again! The only reason they got 1 star...is because you cannot give no stars. Placed my order at 12:13. The email and the app said it would be 25 minutes as my max. At 12:22...my order was out of the oven. My food sat at theocratic for 50 minutes before it was finally put into a delivery vehicle. I didnt receive my order until it was an hour late. I called the store at 12:50, and all that Spencer could really say is "sorry." At 1:30, I called and told Spencer that I wanted my money back and to cancel the order. He told me that it was almost there, and that if I had called in and ordered on the phone he could have told me it would take much longer. He told me that the app is incorrect on delivery times. So basically...this was all my fault for using the highly advertised app.

My order the other day was $9.28. I gave the cashier at the window a $50 bill. She gave me back 72 cents in change. I sat there waiting for the rest of my change and she said "what are you still doing here?". I told her that I was waiting for my change. She said that I gave her a $10 bill. I told her that I gave her a $50. She talked to the manager and told me to pull into a parking spot. I waited in the parking spot for 20+ minutes before deciding to go back through the drive-thru to the window. The manager came over to the window and said they checked the safe and I gave them a $10. I tried to calmly explain to him that was not possible. He barked at me to get off the property and slammed the window. I got home with a cold pizza and a missing $40 dollars. Make sure to use your card there because the employees apparently have sticky fingers.

Its been 5 WHOLE hours, never got my order, called at least once each hour and the person who answered hung up on me once, and was never able to give me any information on what was taking so long. Never received my order, thank god I got them to cancel the charge on my card. Do not ever order from this location. The last time i made an order here, It took over 3 hours and I was given the wrong order. I thought maybe I would give them another chance, and then this happens. Order from anywhere else avoid the location on union like the plague.

This particular location is consistently bad with poor service. We always had great experiences with the other locations in the area and were loyal customers. When this location opened we were forced to begin ordering from here ( despite how happy we were with the Highland Road location.We just finished a two pizza order where one was mediocre and one was actually inedible. After many chances, and after previously voicing our complaints with management , we are officially done with this Dominos.

Worst experience ever! This location is full of unprofessional employees who have no qualms about lying. We ordered a pizza at around 5:45 PM, the driver shows up at the downstairs lobby, calls via the intercom, then proceeds to the wrong apartment. Rather than double checking the order details to find the right apartment ( we know he had them because he originally buzzed the correct apartmenthe leaves. We call the location, left on hold for a long time, supposedly speak with a manager who offers no apology, and honestly sounded about 15 years old, who says the driver would be back out in 30 minutes. Mind you the location is literally 5 minutes away. But no problem, well wait. 4 hours later, no pizza. We called several times, each time being told that the driver was en route, until finally we said we would just come pick the pizza up. Thats when they said that if we came for pick up, we would have to pay again. Which means that they had already voided the transaction and never had any intention of sending anyone back out! How trifling could you be???? Well be contacting corporate. Thankfully, the Dominos app displays the drivers name. I wish I had the name of this so-called manager, too. Absolutely disgraceful! Shame on them!

Their crust is baked perfection, fresh ingredients from edge-to-edge. The white garlic parm sauce takes the pizza to new heights. Prompt delivery (use the trackerand their delivery crew has the BEST attitudes-rain or shine. Also recommend the buffalo chick pizza and blue cheese!

Waited 2 hours, driver finally came with an attitude, he did not have my complete order and did not bother to apologize, finally spoke with supervisor and only got excuses, just asked for a refund. Terrible service, save yourself time and emotion and order from another pizza company. It has been a long time since I have ordered from Dominos and I dont plan on ordering again. They need to spend some time and resources on educating their employees on proper customer service.

Beautiful recently renovated store. My online order was accurate and still hot 20 minutes later when I devoured it. I ordered 5 pizzas and 5 orders of wings that should have been ready at 11:15. Got there at 11:20 but still had to wait another 10 minutes (minus 1 star). Good customer service, clean, and an extremely small parking lot.
