Excellent service delivering to the KOA campground near by, food was amazing! Probably the best dominos Ive ever had

With the moving project, surgery and heat outside, the folks at Dominos came thru the week for us. Thanks Tara we will miss you.

Ordered about a month ago and had a VERY attractive driver… i think his name was Cal. Like seriously, this dude should model or do bodybuilding or something. Sheesh! Kinda hit or miss though, one of the drivers i think named Andre is maybe a 4/10 so…

Food was cold the last few orders.

When I ask for extra cinnamon and butter(on twist)/ extra butter, garlic on bites.. They never let me down....THANKS EUREKA, MO. ... YOU ALL ROCK

Great service and very good pizza. But I never thought there was a zoo or something similar inside. Was in shocked because there is a sign that says, “Please do not feed the employees “.For me that’s so disrespectful for the employees. They are humans and we, the people that visit your business too.That’s a very disrespectful sign for anyone who visit your business.Hope you read and correct the situation ASAP.Thanks

Came into Eureka late and was starving. Was craving some of Dominos hot wings! Called to order and decided to add an everything but anchovies pizza! Spoke to Mike. I ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas , when she gave me the total it was 12.99 per pizza. I said that seems high and she said, no thats the price. As I was waiting I looked on the back of the menu and it said 3 or more medium are 9. 99 each. You would think when I questioned the price she would of mentioned the special on the back of the menu . Thats B.S and because of that and another time when I order 7 pizza and got the same treatment my very large family will never order from them again. I am sure our 4 different families totaling 22 people wont make a difference to them ! So our once a week pizza night will be with there competetor ..... Good luck with the bait and switch type marketing. It wont effect us anymore!

The most rude Manager I’ve ever spoke to. I actually called about a question due to the lack of customization on my online order. My question was rudely answered and I was hung up on. GO TO EUREKA DOMINOS FOR A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Good food is everywhere, customer service isn’t. Too bad I couldn’t pay extra for different management. I visit my grandmother every week and we order dominos every week. That will no longer happen. Also, the entire pizza wasn’t even cut. Had to tear pieces off. I took a picture.

This Dominos has been doing an excellent job on food quality, order accuracy and timely delivery for quite a while now. They’re our go-to pizza pickup and delivery. Highly recommend!

Update - Something changed here. Out of the past four orders two were delivered to the wrong address (how does that even happen?and the other two took almost two hours. Done with this place.We order from here fairly regularly and its always a good experience. The food is always delivery quickly and accurately. Thank you for being awesome!

This is the 2nd time I got 0 pizza. We selected we want to hand delivered. The app said it was delivered. We called an hour later & they basically said we’re short staffed & when the driver gets back we can make it again. I worked all day (9-9& didn’t get to eat. Was sure looking forward to dinner tonight…

TERRIBLE customer service, the woman working the cashier got frustrated with my family and I both over the phone and in person when we arrived. I hope not to encounter her in the future.

Today I had the best Bread Bites ever !!! Perfectly cooked with plenty of buttery goodness and the pizza was great as well thank you.

Having this Dominos deliver to my home, is 1 out of a very small list of good things that have come about because of Covid. Having grown up with Dominos in FL, this is what I think of when I think of Pizza. I am happy they are local, I am happy they deliver, and it makes me happy that on the rare occasion that there is an delivery goof, the team here does all they can to solve the problem.

Ordered a medium hand tossed veggie pizza, Well done on a gift card. It arrived lukewarm, cool in the center with doughy crust. With tip included it was $24. Thought I’d treat myself. Ended up having to rebake the pizza. The staff was friendly, would rather have a good pizza though. Had this problem before that’s why I ordered it well done. Hope my next gift card comes from Pizza Hut.

I went to pick up dinner on Saturday. Great, fast contactless service. Pizza was delicious 😋, whole family enjoyed it 🤗.

New management is a big part of this high rating, before it was absolutely atrocious. Big props to whoever made that decision, the food is great too, although I was brought a regular sized soda instead of a 2 liter, but this was a one time occurrence.

Do you self a favor and drive to another store, if you order from them don’t expect to receive your order for over an hour and expect it to be cold. Don’t even try to call the store they’ll hang up on you.

The Pizza was amazing!!!! But when we ordered one of the pizzas online and sent it to them it said gluten free. But when I checked again at our order the order did not say gluten free. And when we got the pizza it wasn’t gluten free either. So you can’t really blame that on them though because if the order didn’t go through correctly then how were they to know .

I was “tracking my order” and it said it left the store at 7:52. At 8:09 I called the store, knowing it was a 5 minute drive per map app, and I gave a little more time. I was told that the driver took a double order and was delivering that one first, and may have stopped for gas. My one pizza arrived at 8:23. It was warm to say the best. What should have taken no more than 7 minutes, took over 30!

Delivery drove past my house, went around the coldesac and sped up the road going about 30, not even considering looking for anybody standing outside or the right house. Went to the store and got ignored, called and got ignored. Terrible service overall.

Pizza was good.....too bad they forgot my dipping sauce AGAIN....Im getting tired of getting charged for things I dont get!

Everything was great and tasted as it should, reason for 4 star is because I got that deal for 2 medium pizzas, cheese bread bites, and cinnamon bread twists but instead got bread bites (no cheese or butterand bread twists (no cinnamon). I did call them right after I noticed it and they fixed the order right away for free.

Love this dominos! The only thing that is a bummer is when u put order online alot and get to check out and error comes up. That because they dont want anymore internet orders that day or night

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is absolutely the worst Dominos that exist... probably the worst delivery option of any kind available hands down. I have never ordered from here and not had an issue. Half the time when you call no ones answers the phone the other you regret they did because they will forget something when they finally arrive. Honestly I am writing this review while my call in on speaker not being answered it been 7 minutes. The last time i ordered it took over an hour to arrive and the pizza had been showing "quality check for over 45 minutes on my app. They said there driver just never came back so they got someone else to deliver my order, mind you they know it has been sitting on the self for more than 45 minutes and rather than make a new one they brought the cold order and offered no compensation. Oh and the still forgot the extra garlic sauce. When I called the manager listen to my complaint in great detail from the time to the missing sauce and how this is not the first time. He replied "so you didnt get your sauce.." Unbelievable. Update still no answer nearly 15 minutes since I dialed the number.

The food is good, but every time I try to order from this location I have some sort of issue. Half the time the online ordering doesn’t work, and when i can get an order through, it takes absolutely FOREVER for it to be made and delivered. I am actually currently waiting for my order to be delivered and it’s been an hour and 20 minutes since i’ve ordered and i still haven’t received it yet. Only thing that saves this from getting 1 star is that the food is tasty and the last time i ordered the delivery guy was kind of apologetic and gave me a 2 liter drink instead of a 20oz as an apology. I wouldn’t order here again if it weren’t for it being the only food place that delivers to my house.

Was just trying to get some drunk pizza with the boys at 9pm on a fine saturday evening, however upon my calling I was sadly informed they are closed due to "all of management calling off". very disappointed.

Poor customer service. Couldn’t get order to go through online. Tried calling, waited several minutes listening to infomercial, gave up. Drove to store and placed order for takeout. Phone ringing constantly while we were there, but no employees moved to answer it. Pizza was okay.

Giving you ZERO stars as you gave me a credit for a free pizza because of getting multiple orders WRONG. Now when I call for the free pizza the credit is not there. I cant wait for Racanellis to open in Eureka.

Met some excellent staff and received a great haircut. I visit every time I need a haircut and have yet to leave unimpressed.

You guys have a young lady who works at this location, I think her name is Kristen. She is by far the most amazing employee in that building. Everytime I place an order online my food is literally done in less than 10 minutes. It always tastes amazing and is hot and ready for pick up. That young lady behind the counter is so sweet and great at her job. Everytime I come she is smiling and just a bundle of joy, like shes happy to see me and not just take my money. I literally love this location. By far the best i have been to.

The deliver of 3 pizzas took a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. The online system showed it was out for delivery at 6:29 pm. (I ordered at 6:01pm which stated 30-40 minutes totally acceptable.)At 7:15 when I called to find out where my order was, the MANAGER for the evening got on the phone and told me it would be there in 10 minutes (which it was). When I said well that will be over 45 minutes since leaving the store I sure hope its hot his response was, "well thats why we call them hot bags". Worst customer service EVER. No apology nothing! I didnt expect anything free, but I did expect respect as a paying customer. Last time they get my money.

Most of their pies are good,but the Brooklyn style they have is top notch!! Easily the best chain pizza by far!

always delicious and quick! highly recommend. we especially love the Memphis bbq pizza!
